Abstract

Analisis Kebijakan Kredit pada suatu Koperasi yang penting, karena keberlangsungan suatu Koperasi tergantung pada kinerja Pengurus dalam mengelola Koperasanya. Untuk mengetahui kinerja Pengurus ersebut perlu melakukan analisis keuangan Koperasi melalui analisis rasio. Analisis rasio ersebut berupa perputaran piutang, rasio likuiditas, dan rasio profitabilitas, melihat dari data laporan keuangan Koperasi Karyawan Claro Hotel Makassar selama periode 5 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2018. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linéaire sederhana, koefisien determinasi R2 dan uji t (parsial) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan kredit berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan koperasi karyawan claro hotel makassar (periode tahun 2014-2018).

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative research which aims to explore the implementation of transparency and accountability in the financial management of Village Fund allocations (ADD) in Pandai Village, Woha District, Bima Regency, in 2022. In the context of regional autonomy, the village government has the responsibility to independently manage the resources and funds provided to improve development and welfare of the community. This research uses primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Pandai Village has implemented the principles of accountability and transparency in all stages of ADD management, from planning to reporting. The application of the accountability principle involves responsibility and reporting, which has been implemented through an online system and monthly accountability reports submitted to the relevant agencies. This process involves all relevant agencies, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the village community. In the aspect of transparency, Pandai Village actively involves the community in planning through village meetings, where community participation is highly valued. In addition, the implementation of physical and non-physical activities funded by ADD is made open through information boards, billboards and quarterly accountability placed in front of the village office. The Pandai Village community is actively involved in every stage, from village deliberations to evaluating the implementation of activities. Thus, Pandai Village has succeeded in implementing transparency and accountability in ADD management, creating community involvement, and providing clear information regarding the use of village funds. The application of these principles is an important basis for realizing good governance at the village level..

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid legal development, the role of lawyers in the Indonesian justice system and the administration of justice becomes increasingly crucial. However, their immunity rights often become the subject of debate within dynamics that affect the legal process. The research aims to examine the dynamics of the relationship between lawyers' immunity rights and moral obligations in the context of providing legal assistance in Indonesia and to evaluate the impact of violations of lawyers' immunity rights on the quality of legal assistance services and public trust in the legal profession in Indonesia. This research will employ a normative legal method with a focus on analyzing legal texts governing lawyers' immunity rights within the Indonesian constitutional framework. Research materials will include legal documents such as laws and regulations, with data analysis techniques involving a deep understanding of the content of legal texts. The research findings indicate that in the practice of law in Indonesia, the relationship between lawyers' immunity rights and moral obligations is highly significant. Lawyers have immunity rights that protect them in providing legal advice without external pressure, but they also have a moral obligation to uphold honesty, integrity, and client confidentiality. The influence of the legal and social environment can also affect how lawyers fulfill their moral obligations. Violations of lawyers' immunity rights in Indonesia have serious implications for the quality of legal assistance provided by lawyers and also damage public trust in the profession. Therefore, it is important for the government, professional organizations, and society to work together to ensure the protection of lawyers' immunity rights so that lawyers can carry out their duties with integrity and high trust, and the public can have faith in a fair and effective legal system. Research recommendations include efforts to enhance lawyers' understanding of the relationship between immunity rights and moral obligations, educating the public about the role of lawyers, and enforcing the law rigorously against violations of lawyers' immunity rights.

Abstract

Background: Water is a very important need for human life. Physically, the water quality does not meet the requirements, namely: cloudy, yellow and smells of iron, chemically the Fe and Manganese levels do not meet the requirements, so clean water needs to be treated. The aim of community service is to increase knowledge, improve the quality of clean water physically and chemically, and increase the skills of the people of RW 12 and RW 13 regarding clean water processing. Method: Preparation, namely preparing counseling materials, making questionnaires, obtaining permits, coordinating with RT, RW, cadres, Pasirkaliki Community Health Center. Implementation Stage: for partners 1 and 2 respectively: conducting socialization, pretest, counseling, posttest, RT and RW deliberations, determining the location for installing clean water filters, and empowering the community when installing clean water filters. Result: 3 clean water filters have been installed in RW 12, namely the community well for 30 families, and 2 filter filters have been installed in private homes for 3-5 families in RW 13. 2 clean water filters have been installed in privately owned dug wells for 1- 3 families. There was an increase in the community's knowledge score regarding clean water processing in RW 12 by 37.47% and in RW 13 by 15.97%. Conclusion: 5 clean water filters have been installed in RW 12 and 13. There is a decrease in turbidity and dissolved Fe in the clean water.

Abstract

Background: Based on the BPOM RI report in 2020, there were 45 extraordinary food poisoning events (KLB KP), In addition, food poisoning outbreaks in Bogor Regency occurred 5 times in 2019, with a total of 141 cases in various villages. Aims: to determine the description of sanitary hygiene of food handlers in Citaringgul Village, Bogor Regency. Methods: This research method is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were 8 food handlers, and this study used univariate analysis. Information was obtained from food handlers and made observations in the area around food handlers to see firsthand the environmental conditions of food handlers and how food handlers process food. Results: Food Handler stands were 6 Food Handlers in the good category with a percentage of 75%. And 2 Food Handlers in the sufficient category with a percentage of 25%, so that the results of all aspects of observation are classified as good. In the respondent's knowledge category, there were 5 respondents in the good category with a percentage of 63%, and 3 respondents in the sufficient category with a percentage of 37%, so that the knowledge aspect was classified as good. In the respondent's attitude category, it is dominated by the good attitude category with a percentage of 75%. And there are 2 frequencies in the very good category with a percentage of 25%, so that the attitude category is classified as good. In the behavior category, the results obtained were 6 respondents in the good category with a percentage of 75% and 2 respondents in the sufficient category with a percentage of 25%. Conclusion: aspect of the Food Handler is classified as good so that the recommendations are that it needs to be improved on components that have not met the requirements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Deskripsi Pekerjaan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif, yaitu penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel dengan tujuan pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linear sederhana dan uji t yang diolah dengan menggunkan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan pengaruh Deskripsi Pekerjaan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil statistik uji t untuk variabel Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < dari taraf signifikan yaitu (0,000 < 0,05), dari nilai t hitung sebesar 12,256 > 1,993 t tabel. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Deskripsi Pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Maros Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment dan diolah dengan bantuan SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Maros yang berjumlah 57 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Maros yang diambil secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai 0,372 dengan nilai signifikansi pada variabel komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja pegawai adalah 0,000 (Sign 0,05).

Abstract

UMKM Fruzee Ice Cream di Kabupaten Gowa menghadapi keterbatasan dalam kapasitas produksi, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta minimnya edukasi nutrisi produk. Tim PKM Universitas Syekh Yusuf Al Makassari melaksanakan program pengabdian bertajuk Optimalisasi Kapasitas Produksi dan Edukasi Nutrisi untuk meningkatkan daya saing mitra. Kegiatan mencakup pemberian mesin soft ice cream, pelatihan aplikasi Digitalent, serta edukasi nutrisi dan inovasi produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi dari 2 kg menjadi minimal 7 kg per hari, peningkatan pemahaman aplikasi Digitalent (>85%), serta peningkatan pemahaman inovasi nutrisi (>85%). Intervensi terbukti efektif meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi, kualitas gizi produk, dan strategi branding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia lignosae) terhadap persentase daya tetas dan mortalitas telur itik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Lelean Nono Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 butir telur tetas dengan rasio induk jantan dan betina 1:4. Adapun desain penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan masing-masing setiap ulangan terdiri dari 5 butir telur tetas dengan bobot telur 65-75 gram. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah P0: (Kontrol/Tanpa pengolesan); P1: (Konsentrasi 20% = 20 mL ekstrak daun mengkudu + 100 mL aquades); P2: (Konsentrasi 30% = 30 mL ekstrak daun mengkudu + 100 mL aquades); P3: (Konsentrasi 40% = 40 mL ekstrak daun mengkudu + 100 mL aquades); P4: (Konsentrasi 50% = 50 mL ekstrak daun mengkudu + 100 mL aquades). Analisis data menggunakan uji Anova dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa (P>0,05) atau tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase daya tetas dan mortalitas telur itik, namun pada perlakuan P4 pemberian ekstrak daun mengkudu dengan konsentrasi 50% memberikan rata-rata persentase daya tetas tertinggi sebesar (75%).

Abstract

Swiftlet nest buildings are increasingly found in residential areas, including in Tambun and Nalu Sub-districts, Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency. This phenomenon has generated various community responses due to its social and environmental implications. This study aims to describe the community perception of the social and environmental impacts of swiftlet nest buildings. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with 45 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that most respondents were long-term residents who generally accepted the presence of swiftlet nest buildings because they provide economic benefits for both owners and the local area. However, some respondents expressed concern about noise disturbances and potential health risks, although odor problems were minimal due to regular cleaning conducted by the building owners. Overall, the community has shown social adaptation to the existence of swiftlet nest businesses, but better spatial regulation and environmental supervision are needed to minimize potential negative impacts in densely populated residential areas.
