Abstract

The purpose of this study was to interpret and describe the values ​​of the culture of Sipakatau in the Bugis community to become the foundation for the development of Multicultural Islamic education. The research approach used is qualitative-ethnographic research developed by Gay, Mills, Aurasian & Creswell. Data collection techniques used are in the form of observations, interviews, and documents. Then the data analysis used is a model developed by Miles & Hubermen. After conducting research, it was shown that the cultural values ​​of Sipakatau in Bugis communities in Barang village could be the basis for the development of Multicultural Islamic Education, namely with the concept of "humanizing humans" with the main values, namely; mutual respect and respect, advise each other, support each other and protect, love and love each other, help each other and receive (help and help), and have the same rights before God Almighty.

Abstract

Responsiveness is a form of sensitivity and ability of the government in providing services, including in the provision of services to public complaints made by the Malang City Transportation Service. This article aims to determine the responsiveness of the Malang City Transportation Service to the high level of public complaints and the inhibiting factors. To find out this type of research is descriptive - qualitative, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. This article shows that the responsiveness of the Malang City Transportation Service is quite responsive, this is evidenced by the decrease in the level of public complaints every month, especially in 2020. In addition, the responsiveness of the Malang City Transportation Service can also be seen from the service quality indicators, namely: (1) Tangible or physical evidence, (2) Reliability or reliability, (3) Responsiveness or responsiveness, (4) Assurance or assurance, and (5) Empathy or empathy. However, in the implementation of these services, there are obstacles, namely the number of people who do not understand the procedure for reporting complaints, the existence of complaints that are not in accordance with the facts on the ground, the existence of people who often demand speedy handling from agencies, and frequent miss communication to the public which has an impact on delays handling time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi UU 23 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kota Malang, dan bertujuan guna mengtahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi UU di BAZNAS Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini termuat atas, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data memakai analisis data interaktif yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, hadirnya UU 23 Tahun 2011 ini memiliki asas syariat Islam, amanah, kemanfaatan, keadilan, kepastian hukum, terintegrasi, dan akuntabilitas. Kehadiran UU 23 Tahun 2011 memberikan dampak positif dan telah menempatkan BAZNAS termasuk BAZNAS Kota Malang sebagai lembaga non-struktural yang memperoleh perhatian penuh dari Pemerintah. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi UU 23 tahun 2011 di Kota Malang dengan adanya dukungan SDM yang mencukupi, team work yang baik, sarana dan prasana yang memadai. Sedangkan faktor penghambat belum adanya PERDA yang khusus mengatur tentang zakat dan terdapat beberapa unit pengumpul zakat yang masih belum percaya kepada BAZNAS Kota Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang menggambarkan pelaksanaan BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedungkandang Kota Malang. Pentingnya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pengimplementasian program BPJS Kesehatan sehingga bisa mengetahui , faktor pendukung dan penghambat untuk kedepanya bagi instansi dijadikan acuan untuk melakukan evaluasi program lebih baik lagi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan pendukung pengimplementasian program BPJS kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedungkandang, serta ingin mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Kota Malang, tempatnya di Puskesmas Kedungkandang, Dinas Kesehatan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan bedasarkan studi lapangan dalam bentuk observasi dan wawancara, peneliti menemukan bahwa proses implementasi di Puskesmas Kedungkandang sudah berjalan cukup baik, walau masih ada beberapa kendala yang dihadipi, namun pihak Puskesmas Kedungkandang dan Dinas kesehatan terus membenahi kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada dalam proses implementasi program BPJS dapat berjalan dengan baik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program BPJS merupakan bentuk reformasi birokrasi di bidang kesehatan, sebab dengan adanya program BPJS masyarakat dapat lebih mudah berobat dan tidak sulit dalam pemberkasan dokumen seperti sistem Kesehatan sebelumnya. Dengan adanya program BPJS diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pelayan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Important good space conditions are for employees, this will give encouragement to each individual employee to be able to work optimally. On the other hand, if the condition of the office space is not supportive, this will affect the implementation of its main tasks. One of the efforts to make the work run smoothly is to carry out every organizational activity based on efficiency, namely the best comparison between the efforts made and the results achieved. The purpose of this study is to provide direction in accordance with the results of the study based on the above problems, the objectives of this study are: To determine the effect of office layout on employee ork efficiency Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Malang City. The samples of this study were all employees totaling 45 people. Sampling using saturated sampling that is using all members of the population as a sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that the office layout variable has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of employees at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Malang City.

Abstract

Penyebaran covid-19 semakin meningkat yang tersebar diseluruh wilayah Indonesia dengan total kasus 1,26 juta jiwa terinveksi covid-19, 1,07 juta jiwa telah sembuh dan 34.152 jiwa meninggal dunia serta Covid-19 menjadi perhatian penting pada bidang medis, bukan hanya karena penyebarannya yang cepat dan berpotensi menyebabkan kolaps sistem kesehatan, tetapi juga karena beragamnya manife stasiklinispada pasien. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana Bagaimana peran pemerintah desa Pandansari lor dalam penanggulangan covid-19 serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemerintah desa Pandansari lor dalam penanggulangan covid-19. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ) upaya yang dilakukan pe merintah desa Pandansari Lor adalah membentuk satgas dan relawan, membuat peraturan wajib memakai masker, melakukan sosialisasi, himbau dan edukasi terkait dengan penyebaran Covid-19, (2) faktor pendukung penanggulang Covid-19 adalah sikap dari pemerintah desa dan masyarakat setempat dalam upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 dan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Desa Pandansari. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan maka penulis mengajukan saran-saran sebagai berikut : keterbukaan dan dukungan masyarakat terhadap setiap program penangan Covid-19 serta dukungan dan kerjasama yang baik antara lembaga pemerintah dan non pemerintah serta masyarakat setempat

Abstract

The Yogyakarta Special Region Transportation Service Office is led by a head of service who is responsible for the Mayor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The Office of the Department of Transportation which is located in Jl. Babarsari No. 30 Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region 55163. The initial objective in taking this title was to determine the performance of the Yogyakarta Special Region Traffic Department of Transportation, and to find out the inhibiting factors and how to overcome them to improve the performance of the Yogyakarta Special Region Traffic Transportation Service. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection methods are documentation and interviews as data. This study obtained the results that there are inhibiting factors in the performance of the Department of Transportation for the Traffic Division of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems encountered in the application of regional regulation number 1 of 2017 which contains norms against drug abuse and the like, this study aims to find out about the implementation of regional regulation number 1 of 2017 concerning the prevention and eradication of abuse and illicit trafficking. narcotics (P4GN) against narcotics abuse, (Policy Study on the Guidance and Supervision of Adolescents at the National Narcotics Agency of Malang Regency). In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative methods, using a qualitative approach. where researchers use information sources in the field to find information as deep as possible. With this approach, the author can describe the conditions and situations that exist in the field based on the data sources obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Research informants in this study were BNN officers in Malang Regency and patients infected with drugs. The place of this research is located at BNN Pakis, Malang Regency. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of regional regulation number 1 of 2017 concerning the prevention and eradication of abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics (P4GN) against narcotics abuse has been implemented well, but there are still some obstacles encountered in the application of existing regulations such as facilities, funds, and new tricks in marketing drugs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of human resource development based on the Minister of Home Affairs No. 114 of 2014 About Village Development Guidelines in Tungkulrejo Village, Padas Sub-district, Ngawi District. To Know the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Human Resource Development in Tungkulrejo Village, Padas Sub-district, Ngawi District. This research uses field research method which gives description about the implementation of human resource development in Tungkulrjo Village, Padas Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency. Data collection techniques use observation, interview or documentation techniques, by selecting subjects and informants who are involved and technically and functionally involved in human resource development. The data obtained are then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study illustrate that; The role of village government in the development of human resources in Tungkulrejo Village, has made policy on activities that can build existing human resources. However, these activities have not been able to provide a good impact on the economy of the people of Tungkulrejo Village. Internal and external factors become an inhibiting and supporting factor in the development of human resources in Tungkulrejo Village.

Abstract

This research is the result of research that describes the implementation of BPJS Kesehatan in Kedungkandang Health Center, Malang City. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that hinder and support the implementation of the BPJS health program at the Kedungkandang Health Center, and to find out how the BPJS Kesehatan program is implemented at the Kedungkandang Health Center.This study uses several theories, namely Public Policy, Health Service Policy, Implementation. Researchers found 4 factors affecting the implementation process of the BPJS Health program at the Kedungkandang Health Center, namely first, the communication or socialization factor, while the second, the resource factor, from human resources to other resources such as facilities, information, then third, dispotition factors. or the attitude of the bureaucratic apparatus, and fourth, the bureaucratic structure factor. The research method used is qualitative. The research was conducted in the city of Malang, the place is in the Kedungkandang Health Center, the Health Office. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. From research conducted based on field studies in the form of observations and interviews, researchers found that the implementation process at the Kedungkandang Health Center was running quite well, although there were still some obstacles, the Kedungkandang Health Center and the Health Office continued to fix the deficiencies in the process. the implementation of the BPJS program can run well. Based on the research can conclusion The BPJS program is a form of bureaucratic reform in the health sector, because with the BPJS program the community can get treatment more easily and it is not difficult to file documents like the previous health system. With the existence of the BPJS program, it is hoped that it can improve the quality and quality of health service providers to the community in Malang City.
