Abstract

Petiga Village is known as the center of ornamental plants in Bali Province. However, ornamental plant farmers in this village face various obstacles, one of which is production and marketing. The Government of Tabanan Regency in collaboration with the International Institute of Tourism and Business (IPB) implements a regional development science and technology application program (PIPK) in overcoming the problems. This PIPK activity involves four partner groups, namely: the Guna Sari ornamental plant farmer group, the Mekar Sari KWT institution, the Guna Sari savings and loan cooperative, and the Sekar Pasti Wangi simantri. Through persuasive and educative methods, the PIPK program seeks to overcome the problems of farmers by carrying out activities in the form of: 1) procurement of greenhouses for structuring production stock, 2) procurement of production equipment, 3) training and assistance in cash flow and finance, 4) seminars and assistance in plant and vegetable cultivation and marketing, and 5) manufacture of bio urine installations. The results of interviews showed that the people of Petiga Village, especially the four partner groups gave a positive appreciation for all activities. There is an increase in knowledge related to production and marketing processes for ornamental plant farmers. If calculated from the income of farmers, this PIPK activity was able to increase the income of the partner group by an average of 20%.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes (MLO) through the Quantum learning model integrated HOTS-Speed test. This research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 40 students of class XI Jasa Boga 1 SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar for the academic year 2020/2021. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, where at the end of each cycle students were given an MLO test. The data collected in the next cycle was analyzed descriptively to calculate the average MLO score with a minimum success indicator of 75% minimum completeness criteria. From the analysis results obtained, the average score in the first cycle did not meet the indicators of success, while in the second cycle it had fulfilled so that the research was stopped in cycle 2. The conclusion of this study was that there was an increase in HBM through the application of the HOTS-Speed test integrated Quantum learning model. The increase in MLO occurs through changes in learning that researchers do. The HOTS-Speed test integrated Quantum learning model was able to improve students' MLO. Thus, the Quantum learning model assisted HOTS-Speed test is one solution in improving MLO.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe world of tourism is currently very developed and has even become one of the factors driving economic growth. One of the infrastructures driving tourism is the existence of hotels, every industry engaged in providing services and hospitality services must be very good in terms of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction priority. The check-in process at every hotel is almost the same, but in this digital era, there are still hotels that use the manual method, and the old computerized system which is the cheapest system which makes the check-in process less efficient and effective. Computer problems and weaknesses often occur, such as a slow system, problematic hotel guest room charges, sometimes double paying guests, and the registration process, check-in and check-out are still manual. This is necessary for information system to simplify the work process, solve problems, and speed up the process. Information system design method using SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle). It is hoped that this information system will meet current industry needs and be able to support hospitality business processes whenever implemented.Keyword: Management Information Systems, Check-in, Check-out, Accomodation, HotelABSTRAKDunia pariwisata saat ini sudah sangat berkembang bahkan menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Abstract

Students' higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) due to the application of oral Assessment and Assessment are usually compared using experimental research in two separate groups. The experimental group consisted of 31 students, and the control group of 32 students was taken using a simple random sampling technique from a population of 315 students. Students' HOTS data were collected utilizing a test consisting of 5 items tested for validity, and the reliability coefficient was calculated. The collected data were then analyzed using a test (t-test), and the classical assumption test had previously been carried out. It turns out that the HOTS of students who are given an oral assessment is better than the HOTS of students who are given a regular assessment. Even though students are more afraid to face oral Assessment, they consider oral Assessment more beneficial than ordinary Assessment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify tourist travel routes in Bangli Regency, as well as planning potential tour packages for Bangli Regency. To collect data in this study, we used qualitative methods by distributing questionnaires offline, conducting direct interviews to 271 tourists visiting Bangli Regency. we used weka3.8 application-based market basket analysis and GIS mapping to visualize and analyze routes. We found that Bangli Regency has a variety of tourist attractions both natural attractions and cultural attractions. The attractions in this regency are no less interesting than other attractions in Bali. However, the description of this research shows that, only a few tourist objects are known and visited by tourists. the rest is almost not even heard at all in the ears of tourists. this is because most travel agents direct tourists to tourist objects that are just that - that's all. therefore, the results of this study create a potential tourist route plan which can later direct tourists to attractions that have potential but are not yet widely known by tourists. Similar studies that have been conducted by researchers out there the majority only examine the routes in Bangli Regency. there is no planning related to tourist routes there. so this research designs potential tourist routes in Bangli Regency.
