Abstract

Rapid population growth in Indonesia has prompted the government to launch the Family Planning (KB) program in order to reduce the birth rate. This research was conducted to find out what factors influenced the incidence of drop out of 3 month injection contraceptive in pamekasan and analyzed the most dominant factor on the incidence of drop out Kb injection 3 months at puskesmas proppo pamekasan district (BKKBN, 2013) The research design in this research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach. Population in this research is all acceptor drop out KB injection 3 month in Pamekasan, with technique. cluster sampling obtained a sample of 149 KB injectors who dropped out in Pamekasan. Data processing with Editing, Coding and Tabulating. The analysis technique used is ordinal regression analysis using SPSS v.23 for windows.The results of this study indicate that the support of husbands, knowledge there is an effect on the incidence of drop out KB inject 3 months in pamekasan. The most dominant factor on the incidence of drop out injecting KB 3 months in pamekasan is the factor of support of husbands with the effect of 8,707 times. Abstract

Family Cenetered Maternity Care (FCMC) Education is family-centered care by providing care for women and their families that integrate pregnancy, delivery, childbirth, and infant care into the continuum of the family life cycle as usual through healthy living. The care given to the individual prioritizes the support, participation, and choice of the family. Treatments that need to be done in the puerperium are breast care for breastfeeding and postpartum perineal care to avoid infection. The study was conducted with the aim to know the Effectiveness of Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) Education in Increasing Independence of Postpartum Mother in Malang Regency. The research type is true experimental with Pretest-Posttest Design approach. Sampling is done by systematic random sample. Data collection was obtained with questionnaires to postpartum physiologic mothers as many as 12 postpartum mothers in the intervention and control group. Result showed after being educated almost all (92%) of respondents have been self-sufficient in breast care, independence in perineal care at 83% independent level and 8% light dependence. FCMC education can increase independence in care needs during the puerperium. Breast care is done to prepare the lactation process, especially during the puerperium for the babys nutritional needs. While perineum treatment is done to maintain hygiene and prevent infection in the vulva, perineum in the uterus and perineum wound healing. Abstract

Documentation in nursing has important role against various kinds of people’s demands which are more and more critical and influence people’s awareness for their rights from unit of unity. This research aimed at knowing the factors that influenced nurses in implementing the documentation of nursing at Muhammadiyah Hospital, Kediri City,Indonesia. Design of the research was correlational with cross sectional approach. Through simple random sampling technique, it was obtained 78 respondents. Data collection utilized questionnaire and the result of this research was analyzed by utilizing logistic regression. The result of this research showed that most of the respondents had motivation to conduct documentation of nursing in medium category, which were 44 respondents (56.4%), had knowledge in category of sufficient which were 42 respondents (53.8%), and had work stress in medium category, which were 45 respondents (57.7%). In addition, most of respondents had implementation of documentation in category of being not implemented, which were 44 respondents (56.4%). The analysis result of logistic regression showed that the factor of motivation and work stress influenced against the implementation of the documentation of nursing at Muhammadiyah Hospital, Kediri City, East Java Province, Indonesia. In implementing documentation, the factor of motivation and work stress really influenced the nurses in implementing documentation of nursing. In order to increase nurse’s motivation, it needed to conduct control against nurse’s behavior in documenting nursing care, needed to socialize while working in which it was expected to be able to solve a problem from the client.

Abstract

Measles Rubella immunization is given to children aged 9 months up to <15 years who is a continuation of routine measles immunization. The purpose of research is to determine the influence of parental behavior about the implementation of measles rubella immunization against acceptability in infants based on parents acceptability in tampojung pregi pamekasan. This research was an analytical research with cross sectional approach. Population in this study were parents who have children aged (9 months-6 years) in Pamekasan. The sample size was 242 people. The sampling technique used in this research was systematic random sampling. Data were analyzed using linear regression test. In Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan, from 242 respondents were almost entirely parental acceptability in the implementation of Measles Rubella positive immunization that was 233 respondents (96.3%). Most of the behavior of parents in the implementation of Measles Rubella immunization was enough: 154 respondents (64%). The result of data analysis was p-value = 0.000. Parental behavior in the implementation of Measles Rubella immunization has a positive acceptability was evident from the parents understanding of the Rubella Measles so that they bring their children for immunization. Abstract

Early Stimulation, Detection and Intervention for Growth and Development of Children (ESDIGDC) is an effort to monitor and collect and find early existence of irregularities and prevent the incidence of permanent disturbance through examination of growth, development and mental emotional condition of children. The objective of the study was to explore the implementation of ESDIGDC program in preschool children In Balowerti Health Center, Kediri. The study design used was qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling with the sample size of 6 informants. Data were collected using indepth interview technique with semi-structured question. The result of the research shows that the implementation of ESDIGDC program influenced the development of ESDIGDC program in every year and will cause positive impact for both health worker and preschooler. The process of ESDIGDC program implementation was influenced by several factors. Based on the research, further research on the implementation of ESDIGDC program is needed. Abstract

PMTCT is an effort to prevent the occurrence of HIV infection in women and prevent HIV transmission from pregnant mother to baby. The number of women infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) from year to year has increased, along with the increasing number of men who have unprotected sexual intercourse, which will transmit HIV to their sexual partners. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of PMTCT program in Situbondo regency. The research design used was qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Data collection used indepth interview technique with semi-structured question. Sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with the sample size of 8 informants from 17 informants. From the result of the research showed that the implementation process of PMTCT program influences the development of PMTCT program in every year and will cause positive impact for both health worker and pregnant woman. In the process of PMTCT program implementation was influenced by several factors, such as, there were factors that support from the implementation process of PMTCT program as well as heading off the factors. From these inhibiting factors, several strategies were used to support the PMTCT program.
