Abstract

PT XYZ Expo is a company engaged in the MICE industry (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition). The company has implemented an information system to facilitate the process of leasing building. Problems that have occurred in the operational activities is a discrepancy between the stocks of physical goods with the stock in the system. Audit information system is conducted to find out how the company coordinate operational activities and manages the existing problems through the evaluating the effectiveness level of information systems. The research starting from observation, then identify problem and collecting data, then determine the domain that will be used in interview, after conducting interview the author do analysis and also calculate capability level, last the author give a report and recommendation for feedback. This research uses capability model in framework COBIT 5 to measure capability level in each process. This study focuses on the process of DSS01 and DSS03. Based on this research, it was found that the sub-domains of DSS01 and DSS03 were at 2.4. The conclusion obtained from the level of capability level is PT. XYZ Expo has been running well and effective but still needs to make some improvements to improve the capability level.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi serta kemajuan yang ada terjadi dengan begitu pesat dimana hal ini membuat sistem informasi menjadi hal yang besar, sebagai sistem penunjang akademik haruslah sistem tersebut dapat memberikan pelayanan pada pengguna dalam aktivitas akademik yang dimiliki sekolah yaitu LMS Sokrates. Kepala sekolah dan managemen IT ingin mengetahui apakah sistem akademik tersebut sudah berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa sistem LMS Sokrates belum sesuai prosesnya terkait dengan alur proses yang dijalankan. Maka dari itu perlu dilaksanakan penggukuran tingkat kapabilitas. Terkait masalah tersebut peneliti melakukan audit dengan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 menggunakan domain (Delivery, Support System) DSS. dengan tujuan memastikan prosedur berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hasil yang didapat Pada DSS01 Manage Operational mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 2,6, pada DSS02 Manage Service Request and Incidents mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 2,0, DSS03 Manage Problems mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 1,6, DSS04 Manage Continuity mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 1,5, pada DSS05 Manage Security Service mendapatkan nilai rata- rata 0,5, Pada DSS06 Manage Business Process Controls mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 1,2. Sekolah sudah menerapkan proses pada akademik namun beberapa belum menerapkan, mengidentifikasi, mengelola dan mendokumentasikan.

Abstract

The usage of information technology has grown fast in many sectors of human life. An information technology system that has an important impact on the development of the company's business is required. The inventory system is one of the systems that play an important role to ensure the company's success. General Steel Supplier is a steel company that has a process of collecting goods data and controlling goods in the warehouse that is irregular and highly susceptible to human error. Companies like General Steel Supplier frequently face inventory issues where there is a mismatch in the amount of inventory between the records created and the physical stock in the warehouse, causing a stock difference. The purpose of this research is to create a proposed web-based inventory application for General Steel Suppliers that may be used as a guide for improving inventory management performance. The Extreme Programming method is used in inventory application development, and it consists of Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. This research developed a web-based inventory application that is used to help all parties involved in managing inventory data in the warehouse, including inventory, incoming goods, outgoing goods, goods returns, and printing reports.

Abstract

Adanya teknologi telah menjadi unsur penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi, termasuk Universitas di Jakarta Barat. Implementasi TI di Universitas tersebut dalam bentuk Learning Management System (LMS) membantu institusi pendidikan dalam mencapai visi dan misi mereka. Strategi Layanan ITIL V3 yang diterapkan oleh Universitas memastikan bahwa layanan dapat dijalankan secara optimal sesuai kebutuhan organisasi. Universitas berhasil mengelola layanan TI pada beberapa sub-domain dengan baik, mencapai tingkat 4 dalam rata-rata kapabilitas layanan TI, yaitu Managed and Measurable. Namun, penting untuk terus meningkatkan layanan TI dapat menyajikan faedah yang tentunya bagi universitas dan mahasiswa. Strategi layanan TI yang efektif dan manajemen LMS yang baik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses kerja, terutama dengan akses melalui web browser. Universitas perlu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terkini untuk terus memperbaiki layanan TI dan LMS tersebut. Dapat dipahami bahwa, hal ini memberikan proses pengalaman belajar yang tentunya lebih baik lagi bagi civitas akademika serta meningkatkan produktivitas bagi Perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Diamond price predictions are essential due to the high demand for these gemstones, valued as investments and jewelry. Diamonds are expensive due to their rarity and extraction process. Their prices vary depending on key factors like the diamond's inherent value and secondary factors such as marketing costs, brand names, and market trends. These variations often confuse customers, potentially leading to investment losses. This research aims to help investors determine the true price of diamonds based solely on their intrinsic value, excluding secondary factors. A machine learning approach was utilized to predict diamond prices, focusing on primary determinants. Three models such as Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Decision Tree, and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) were compared with manual hyperparameter tuning to identify the best performing algorithm. Model performance was evaluated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Mean Squared Error (MSE). Among the models, KNN demonstrated the best results, achieving MAPE, MAE, and MSE values of 1.1%, 0.00038, and 〖2.687 x 10〗^(-6) respectively. This study offers valuable insights for investors by accurately predicting diamond prices based on fundamental attributes, minimizing the impact of secondary factors.
