Abstract

Dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis, suatu perusahaan tentu menginginkan strategi yang dijalankannya sesuai dengan harapan. Dalam hal ini sebuah perusahaan franchise kuliner bernama Foodpedia memanfaatkan website sebagai salah satu strategi bisnisnya untuk menarik calon konsumen dengan mudah secara online, sehingga calon konsumen dapat dengan cepat dan mudah mendapatkan informasi produk yang dijual oleh perusahaan tersebut. Sayangnya website perusahaan tersebut mempunyai permasalahan yang bisa dibilang krusial, dimana website yang mereka terbitkan tidak terdeteksi oleh mesin pencari, padahal mesin pencari sudah sangat umum digunakan oleh semua orang untuk mencari informasi, salah satunya adalah pencarian website. Jika website saja tidak muncul di mesin pencari, bagaimana calon pelanggan bisa menemukan website tersebut secara online?. Oleh karena itu, dalam tulisan ini penulis akan melakukan proses audit sistem informasi pada perusahaan. Penulis akan menerapkan tata kelola TI dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Dalam hal ini penulis akan menggunakan domain EDM (Evaluate, Direct, dan Monitor) dengan subdomain EDM04 (Ensure resource optimization), dan domain APO (Align, Plan, and Organize) dengan subdomain APO02 (Manage strategy) dan APO13 (Manage security). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa subdomain EDM04 mendapatkan rata-rata tingkat kemampuan 2, APO02 mendapatkan rata-rata tingkat kemampuan 1,7, dan APO13 mendapatkan rata-rata tingkat kemampuan 2,3. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketiga subdomain terpilih masih dibawah rata-rata level yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Jepara has been known as a carved city in foreign countries since hundreds of years ago. Woodcut furniture has been made in Jepara since Hindu, Islamic, and colonial times and is still made today. To maintain the tradition as a producer of Indonesian-style furniture, many Jepara residents choose to work traditionally by becoming craftsmen in the wood carving business. Ruang Gebyok has been in business since 2018 in Jepara, Central Java. Ruang Gebyok is engaged in the sale of furniture. This means records of stock data and transaction data are needed to create sales reports. However, the recording is still done manually in the book, so it can cause errors in stock data and financial calculations, even resulting in the loss of data. Custom goods transactions are made by customers via WhatsApp, so the owner needs a medium to convey customer orders. The advancement of the industrial revolution has forced automation on traditional business operations, especially in the furniture sector. So, the solution that can be proposed is a website-based inventory application for Ruang Gebyok to help with its management. The application is proposed in the form of a website because the owner often leaves the warehouse to install furniture. Waterfall is the design methodology used in this study. The stages of the waterfall method are analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The result is the application and the features in it needed by Ruang Gebyok, namely recording supplier data, raw material data, stock data for goods that are ready stock, purchase transactions for goods that are ready stock, purchase transactions for custom ordered goods, and combined sales reports of ready stock and custom foods that have previously been input as sold on the transaction page.

Abstract

The application of goods inventory in a warehouse for a company is one of the information technologies that help human life in carrying out their daily activities. Applying information technology can support company performance to compete with competitors, making it easier for them to manage and store data. Observation, interview, and literature studies is the several data collection methods used in research. In carrying out its business processes, there are problems experienced by companies, namely they have difficulty managing stock of goods, goods that arrive at the company are directly stored in warehouses that are not arranged in an orderly manner resulting in difficulties in searching, incoming and outgoing goods are not properly recorded, they do not know how many goods are in stock left or have run out due to the many types of spare part goods. This is what causes the goods ordered by customers to be delayed in the delivery process. In addition, repairs to heavy equipment, generators and ships requiring replacement of spare parts by company partners (customers) are delayed. The operational part of the company works not only in the office, but sometimes at home or even in a container depot. The solution to the problems that occur is that companies need a website-based inventory management application. This application was development using the Scrum method. This method is carried out for 4 months as many as 8 sprints. Then, the programming languages used in development applications are PHP code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap Framework, and MySQL database management system. Application testing uses the black box method in accordance with the test scenario. The application's main menu consists of a dashboard, stock goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, goods data, types, units, supplier, customer, and user settings, and reports. Applications are made for companies as a solution to solve problems.

Abstract

The implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities in collaboration between the Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) Darma Suci and Department of Information Systems at Bunda Mulia University, Jakarta, with the theme Online Shopping Ethics in the Age of Information Technology with the sub-theme being an overview of e-business & e-commerce, types of e-commerce transactions, attitudes that buyers should have and online shopping trends during the pandemic. The target of this material is to be able to educate and provide understanding to participants on a form of electronic commerce (commonly called e-commerce) using electronic devices, either mobile phones or laptops. Most of the participants have already made e-commerce transactions, but many of the attitudes that buyers in online stores have to do that they don't know, such as how to make safe transactions, and find out the reputation of the seller are just being realized, and so on. receive great benefit from the material presented. Participants benefit greatly from the presentation of this training, it can be seen from their enthusiasm in asking questions with resource persons during the online presentation of the material. The questionnaire was given at the end of the presentation of the material, as feedback for the implementation of the event, the results obtained were positive both in terms of the results of the questionnaire questions for the material presented with an average score of 95.83%, as well as in terms of the results of the questions. questionnaire for resource persons with an average score of 97.5%

Abstract

The electronic media discussed in this paper have only been temporarily focused on the use of internet media and the current profession. Because the use of the internet is currently the most popular used by many people, in addition to being things that can be categorized as things that are 'booming'. It should be underlined, with future technological developments; it is possible to use other network media besides the internet in e-commerce. So our thoughts should not only be fixed on the use of internet media. Community service this time is to provide training/debriefing for students aged 13-17 years in the Hope Youth Orphanage environment is expected to understand and utilize existing e-commerce technology to increase knowledge to students from an early age. Especially giving alternative choices to students in the orphanage, will later gain insight about the profession in the field of information technology, especially e-commerce. Abstract

A shoe distributor company is a company engaged in the distribution of shoes to consumers. In its daily practice, shoe distributor companies have not implemented the IT Security Policy properly. Then the Community Service program is carried out with the aim of enforcing the established information security policy. The method is in the form of exposing material to shoe distributor companies regarding the importance of having and implementing an IT Security Policy, especially an IT Security Policy on Hardware. The implementation of the program was carried out in two major stages, namely the pre-implementation stage where the research team received data on company problems, conducted an analysis of these problems, prepared presentation materials/materials and the implementation stage where the PKM implementing team coordinated and executed the PKM material presentation activities. The presentation of the material was carried out face to face at the Head Office of the shoe distributor company. The activity began with an opening & introductory session, followed by presentation of material, which was divided into five major topics, namely explanation of system security, explanation of Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Sample Template Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Hardware security, and explanation of company Case Study. Then, the activity continued in the question-and-answer session and after that continued with the evaluation activities carried out by filling out the Google feedback link in the program implementation form for the participants. The results obtained in the PKM activities were that the implementation was carried out well and was beneficial for the shoe distributor company with several suggestions for improvement, namely the delivery of material that could be slower, examples that were more specific and appropriate.

Now generally junior high school students are already very active in using mobile phones, including using this Android Behavior, making the idea of students of the University of Bunda Mulia, major Information System to development interactive learning media based on Android, which are considered not boring, and more effective for improving student quality. In designing the media a set of Android applications was created called Scan Evenku to Support Learning Event Registration. Learning media which are the work of students are software that can be installed on mobile phones, like interesting games. The application has been tested by RPTRA Darma Suci Penjaringan, North Jakarta. Abstract

Attendance is essential for an institution or institution; it can assess employee salaries and performance. The company that will be audited is PT Anugerah Familindo Lestari, a company that distributes beauty and hair and body care products. This company's problem is that the fingerprint machine used has an error, which causes several employees who have been absent but are not recorded in the system. Therefore, to implement a sound fingerprint attendance system, it is necessary to carry out a checking activity known as an information system audit. In conducting data and observations, the study used questionnaires and interviews with related information and document confirmation. So far, the system has been implemented to support attendance procedures. In this study, the selected domains are Deliver Service and Support (DSS) domain and Monitor, Evaluate, and Assessment (MEA) domain with a focus on IT Process DSS01, DSS04, DSS05, and MEA02. Based on the research conducted, the writer found that the average level of the DSS01 domain was 1.6, the DSS04 domain was 1.7, the DSS05 domain was 1.7, and the MEA02 domain was 1.8. In all the domains studied, the level of capability of the domain is still below the expectation; the author concludes that from the results of this capability level, PT. Anugerah Familindo Lestari still has much to do with the management and maintenance of their attendance system to increase the current level of capability because it is still quite far from the level expected by this company.

In carrying out its activities, this company still uses the process of ordering units directly and through contact admins. So that customers who will rent are required to come and see or make sure the unit is available or not directly to place an order. The purpose of this research is to build a unit rental management information system at PT. Satrand Group Indonesia uses the waterfall method. This research has resulted in a unit rental management information system at PT. Satrand Group Indonesia which makes it easy for customers to place orders, makes it easier for customers to get information about units and makes it easier to make reports.

Abstract

In software development, it is necessary to plan carefully, so that the software developed is in accordance with user needs. Software development without good planning will result in a patchwork of software development. To avoid the patchwork of software development, a software development framework is required. The research "Developing Restaurant Operational Applications With Scrum Framework (Case Study: PT.XYZ Restaurant)" aims to develop restaurant operational software at PT. XYZ. The software development framework used in software development uses the Scrum framework. The Scrum framework is a variant of the Agile framework. Agile has a dynamic way of working (iterative and incremental). The Scrum framework has a product backlog, then the product backlog is divided into several sprints. One sprint will be run in one iteration, so that each end of a product sprint that meets the definition of “Done” must be achieved. The use of the Scrum framework emphasizes communication and collaboration between various stakeholders. The result of this research is a software that helps restaurant operations at PT. XYZ starting from master files, transactions files, to reports files. By using the Scrum framework in application development, the application development life cycle is created. Software development can be done by implementing an enterprise architecture that already belongs to a company. Data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture as the basis for application development in the enterprise
