Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic limits human activities every day. The spread of the virus is uncontrollable, it can attack anyone, anytime, and anywhere. As a solution, the use of the PeduliLindungi application technology developed by the Ministry of Communication and Information in collaboration with other relevant Ministries and Institutions is used to help track the spread of viruses and understand preventive measures to stop their spread. Research was conducted on the appearance of the application's User Interface using the Heuristic Evaluation method to measure its usefulness. However, there are several problems experienced by users, namely the information is not updated (vaccines and Covid-19 tests), the language used is inconsistent, and others. Questionnaire testing with 10 questions based on 10 Heuristic Evaluation criteria was distributed via Google Form to 33 respondents. Then, carry out validity and reliability tests with the research results obtained Valid and Reliable. as well as testing the hypothesis of all Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, and Error Prevention factors, based on usability and user satisfaction aspects, questionnaire items all test results are accepted and there are no serious problems. However, there are a number of things that need to be improved so that the application can run more optimally.

Abstract

Shopee merupakan salah satu perusahaan e-commerce dari Singapura. Shopee sebagai salah satu apliasi e-commerce mobile dimana para pengguna aplikasi dapat melakukan kegiatan menjelajah, jual maupun beli secara praktis dan cepat serta bisa dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun melalui aplikasi yang berada didalam perangkat mobile yang dimiliki. Ada beberapa faktor yang wajib dipenuhi oleh aplikasi agar tercipta layanan lingkungan berbelanja yang mudah dan aman. Walaupun nama Shopee sendiri bisa dibilang terkenal dan sudah memiliki nama yang besar, tentunya akan tetap ada kemungkinan pengguna aplikasi merasa dikecewakan oleh layanan yang diberikan oleh aplikasi. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan kenyaman serta keamanan dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile Shopee maka perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran untuk mengetahui faktor mana yang akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap penerimaan para pengguna aplikasi. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel secara random sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 responden dan data penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini perilaku pengguna Shopee masuk dalam katagori yang sangat bagus meliputi Perceived ease to use (85,73%), Perceived usefulness (84,55%), Trust (81,14%), Behaviour intention to use (80,98%), Attitude toward using (83,17%).

Abstract

The digitalization of technology in the current era of globalization has brought many changes to the industry. The emergence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions to integrate all departments and industrial business functions, especially in the oil production sector. ERP systems simplify business processes by integrating key functions from various departments. The business processes in the oil production industry are currently not yet running, which has given rise to problems with errors in purchasing goods from suppliers, inaccurate calculations of raw material usage, raw material stocks not being updated quickly, and purchasing reports not being generated automatically. Based on the background of these problems, the industry requires a component modeling that helps the ERP implementation process. Component modeling allows users in industry to understand ERP systems better without being overwhelmed by product or technical details. This research aims to define the ERP system components that are taken into consideration in its implementation. The research stages are divided into five, namely pre-implementation, analysis, design, construction and implementation. The results of the research are component model designs in terms of software, process flow, user mindset, and change management that will be used in implementing the ERP system

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi informasi mendorong industri semakin dekat dalam mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. Salah satu agenda prioritas nasional SDGs 2030 yang berperan penting bagi keberlangsungan ekonomi adalah “Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure”. Teknologi merupakan salah satu infrastruktur yang berkembang pesat dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya peningkatan industri. Peralihan penggunaan teknologi merupakan wujud pembangunan infrastruktur yang menjadi fokus bagi industri produksi oli. Pertumbuhan industri yang semakin besar mengakibatkan data yang dihasilkan dari setiap unit bisnis tidak terintegrasi dengan baik yang memunculkan permasalahan kesalahan pembelian barang ke pemasok, proses produksi tidak tepat waktu, dan kegagalan pembuatan laporan. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis aplikasi desktop untuk mengatur inventaris, penjualan, pembelian, piutang, hutang, kas/bank, dan akunting dalam bentuk Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ERP pada industri produksi oli untuk mengoptimalisasikan proses unit bisnis menggunakan teknologi. Tahap penelitian dimulai dari studi literatur, pengumpulan data, perencanaan kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan ERP terhadap Perusahaan produksi oli bahwa telah dilakukan pengujian atas aplikasi dengan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang memberikan nilai baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual pengguna.

Abstract

Technology is growing the impact of this technological advances, the Information Technology world at the company is competing to perform a good performance for the company. The level of security in the system in the company becomes important to note because the company has thousands of useful data for the company. The relationship between IT and business processes is closely related to each other and need each other. So in this study pharmaceutical companies located in Jakarta will make measurements of their IT security level and performance of the company's performance. Results maturity level obtained on the DS5 is 1.4, DS7 is 1, DS10 is 1.7, DS11 is 2, and DS13 is 1.8. TI can be concluded that DS5 and DS7 are still initial / ad-Hoc while DS10, DS11, & DS13 are still repeatable but intuTIive. Expected level is Level 3 for the company. IT can be concluded that IT governance in this company in terms of security has effectiveness but not yet maximally in the purpose of its business process, hence this research done to become evaluation company to improve their IT governance.

Abstract

Diamond price predictions are essential due to the high demand for these gemstones, valued as investments and jewelry. Diamonds are expensive due to their rarity and extraction process. Their prices vary depending on key factors like the diamond's inherent value and secondary factors such as marketing costs, brand names, and market trends. These variations often confuse customers, potentially leading to investment losses. This research aims to help investors determine the true price of diamonds based solely on their intrinsic value, excluding secondary factors. A machine learning approach was utilized to predict diamond prices, focusing on primary determinants. Three models such as Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Decision Tree, and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) were compared with manual hyperparameter tuning to identify the best performing algorithm. Model performance was evaluated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Mean Squared Error (MSE). Among the models, KNN demonstrated the best results, achieving MAPE, MAE, and MSE values of 1.1%, 0.00038, and 〖2.687 x 10〗^(-6) respectively. This study offers valuable insights for investors by accurately predicting diamond prices based on fundamental attributes, minimizing the impact of secondary factors.

Abstract

Proses adopsi hewan peliharaan, seperti kucing dan anjing, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan hewan sekaligus mengurangi jumlah hewan terlantar. Dengan kemajuan teknologi digital, kebutuhan akan platform berbasis aplikasi untuk mempermudah proses adopsi semakin relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile yang menyediakan informasi lengkap dan mempermudah akses bagi calon pengadopsi. Metode adopsi konvensional melalui toko hewan atau penampungan fisik sering tidak efisien, terutama bagi masyarakat modern yang sibuk. Selain itu, kurangnya platform digital terintegrasi menyulitkan pemantauan kesejahteraan hewan pasca-adopsi, sehingga berisiko terhadap kualitas hidup hewan yang telah diadopsi. Studi sebelumnya telah mengembangkan sistem berbasis web untuk adopsi hewan, namun solusi tersebut memiliki keterbatasan dalam aksesibilitas, fitur pemantauan, dan pengalaman pengguna. Literatur terkait pengelolaan data adopsi hewan dan teknologi mobile menunjukkan belum adanya aplikasi yang sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan proses adopsi, pengelolaan data, dan pemantauan pasca-adopsi. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan aplikasi mobile yang ramah pengguna dengan fitur seperti informasi riwayat kesehatan, usia, jenis kelamin, dan spesies hewan, serta sistem pemantauan untuk memastikan kesejahteraan pasca-adopsi. Tujuan utama adalah meningkatkan tingkat adopsi, menurunkan jumlah hewan terlantar, dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesejahteraan hewan. Penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, observasi, pengembangan aplikasi, serta pengujian dan evaluasi untuk memastikan efektivitas solusi yang ditawarkan

Abstract

Dalam konteks universitas, teknologi smart card sering kali digunakan sebagai metode autentikasi di gerbang parkir, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan aplikasi dan sistem kartu member parkir yang terintegrasi dengan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) menggunakan metode Waterfall. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi akses parkir di kampus melalui aplikasi desktop yang terhubung dengan KTM, sehingga mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah mengelola keanggotaan parkir mereka. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan berbagai manfaat, termasuk kemudahan dalam verifikasi identitas mahasiswa, otomatisasi proses parkir, serta optimasi sumber daya kampus. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall, penelitian ini memberikan solusi terstruktur dalam pengembangan aplikasi, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengujian, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan parkir di kampus. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi integrasi sistem di lingkungan kampus dan membuka wawasan baru tentang implementasi teknologi untuk meningkatkan layanan kampus.

Abstract

The implementation of infrastructure and development of information technology (IT) services in educational environments such as schools and campuses plays an important role in supporting quality learning experiences. Regarding the introduction of IT infrastructure and service development in the educational environment. IT infrastructure covers various aspects such as providing hardware and software to meet educational needs, providing a reliable communications network, and ensuring data and information security. Services provided include training for teachers in the use of learning technology, technical support for students and staff, as well as implementation of related policies. With the right infrastructure, students and lecturers can access learning resources efficiently and interact in a technology-integrated learning environment. This service also plays an important role in increasing the technological literacy of students and teachers and ensuring the smooth operation of systems in educational environments. The services provided at schools can have a positive impact on improving the quality of education, preparing students to face the challenges of the digital world, and creating an inclusive and innovative learning environment. A holistic and coordinated implementation approach and ongoing support from all stakeholders will be key to achieving this goal.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed people's habits, including in the use of online transportation. Innovation in online transportation services makes it easier for consumers and drivers to find each other's locations find out the driver's identity, vehicle type, and save time. However, competition between online transportation applications often makes consumers compare prices from one platform to another manually. This is time-consuming and makes consumers prefer applications that offer cheaper prices, even though it requires more effort. This study is a price comparison system based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA) that allows consumers to compare prices from several online transportation applications more efficiently. This PWA-based system can be accessed via desktop or mobile devices, providing greater ease of access. In developing this system, the Waterfall method is used, where users are involved from the early stages to provide feedback so that the system can be adjusted to their needs. Comparative analysis is carried out to find similarities and differences in prices between online transportation applications. This study focuses on two main problems: how to design a website that is connected to various online transportation applications, and how the price comparison system works efficiently. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution for consumers who often compare prices between platforms manually, as well as to form a PWA-based price comparison system that facilitates access via mobile devices. The benefits of this research include increasing efficiency for consumers in choosing online transportation services, as well as encouraging healthier competition between online transportation companies through more competitive price offers. The implementation of responsive PWA to compare prices in real-time, provides a better and more efficient user experience. ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat, termasuk dalam penggunaan transportasi online. Inovasi dalam layanan transportasi online memudahkan konsumen dan pengemudi dalam saling menemukan lokasi, mengetahui identitas pengemudi, jenis kendaraan, serta menghemat waktu. Namun, persaingan antar aplikasi transportasi online sering kali membuat konsumen membandingkan harga dari satu platform ke platform lainnya secara manual. Hal ini memakan waktu dan membuat konsumen lebih memilih aplikasi yang menawarkan harga lebih murah, meskipun membutuhkan usaha lebih. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem komparasi harga berbasis Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang memungkinkan konsumen untuk membandingkan harga dari beberapa aplikasi transportasi online dengan lebih efisien. Sistem berbasis PWA ini dapat diakses melalui desktop maupun perangkat mobile, memberikan kemudahan akses yang lebih luas. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, digunakan metode Waterfall, di mana pengguna terlibat sejak tahap awal untuk memberikan umpan balik sehingga sistem dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Analisis komparatif dilakukan untuk menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan harga antar aplikasi transportasi online. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua masalah utama: bagaimana merancang sebuah website yang terhubung dengan berbagai aplikasi transportasi online, dan bagaimana sistem komparasi harga bekerja secara efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi bagi konsumen yang kerap kali membandingkan harga antar platform secara manual, serta membentuk sistem komparasi harga berbasis PWA yang memudahkan akses melalui perangkat mobile. Manfaat dari penelitian ini meliputi peningkatan efisiensi bagi konsumen dalam memilih layanan transportasi online, serta mendorong persaingan yang lebih sehat antar perusahaan transportasi online melalui penawaran harga yang lebih kompetitif. Penerapan PWA yang responsif untuk membandingkan harga secara real-time, memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dan efisien.
