Abstract

The implementation of the hidden curriculum in the teaching and learning process will definitely appear, especially in the learning process in kindergarten, whether we realize it or not, this is because the learning process in kindergarten is indeed very dynamic, adjusted to the level of the child's mood. The purpose of this research is to find out what and how this hidden curriculum is implemented. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with the main subjects being kindergarten, PAUD and RA children in the city of Bandung. The result of the hidden curriculum implementation process is the achievement of children's developmental tasks optimally, but overall all competency achievements are highly dependent on the condition of the child as a whole. In conclusion, the implementation of the hidden curriculum has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran penjas dengan workout exercise terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Poor Experimen dengan desain One Group Pre Test Post Test. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Plered yang berjumlah 165 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 5 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indiana Physical Fitness Test yang terdiri dari: Straddle Chins, Squat Thrust, Push Up, dan Squat Jump. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa adanya peningkatan dari nilai pre-test pada nilai post-test terhadap tes kebugaran jasmani menggunakan Indiana Physical Fitness Test. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis uji-t yang dibantu dengan program analisis data SPSS 25 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000, karena 0,000 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai hasil dari pre-test terhadap nilai hasil post-test kebugaran jasmani siswa. Hal itu mendasari pengambilan keputusan yang menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan Workout Exercise. Penelitian yang dilakukan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bahwa aplikasi home workout dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran penjas dalam upaya meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa. This study aims to determine the impact of physical education learning with workout exercises on the level of physical fitness of students. This study uses the Poor Experiment research method with the One Group Pre Test Post Test design. The population in this study were 165 students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Plered. The sample in this study were students of class XI MIPA 5 totaling 27 people. The instrument used in this research is the Indiana Physical Fitness Test which consists of: Straddle Chins, Squat Thrust, Push Up, and Squat Jump. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is an increase in the pre-test scores on the post-test scores on physical fitness tests using the Indiana Physical Fitness Test. These results are evidenced by the results of the t-test analysis assisted by the SPSS 25 data analysis program with a probability value of 0.000, because 0.000 0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. These results indicate an increase in the value of the results of the pre-test on the value of the post-test results of students' physical fitness. This underlies the decision making which states that there is a difference in the improvement of students' physical fitness after being given treatment, namely physical education learning with Workout Exercise. The research conducted can be taken into consideration that home workout applications can be used as physical education learning media in an effort to improve students' physical fitness.

Abstract

The important meaning of management  implementation of  the boarding school is very helpful for the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to portray and analyze the managerial skills of a Kyai in  process to manage a  boarding school. This study uses qualitative methods with a "naturalistic phenomenological" approach adopted from Bogdan and Biklen (1982). Such an approach puts researchers operationally as the main instrument which came to a data source directly. Data collected through observation, interview and documentation. The data presented in words and analyzed  through inductive analysis to reveal the meaning of the condition that has been observed. This study seeks to describe what it is about the managerial ability of a Kyai in the management of Boarding Schools. The impact can help to improve the value and the quality of boarding school itself. The results of this research will reveal about (1) managerial concepts that are being implemented now, (2) design that is  suitable for the development of managerial boarding school, and (3) The impact of managerial design in order to improve the value and the quality of Al-Ittifaq boarding school. Based on the findings in the field and referrals from existing theory then all of them almost 100% concept that has been done by Kyai in the process of management of boarding school is almost the same as the existing theory, just need the full adjustment of the concepts and theories of management that existing and developing these days , and the most important thing is all must be surely supported by all components of education at boarding school. Therefore, researchers recomend to all parties concerned with general education, especially education at the cottage boarding to be able to add insight into the management concepts deeply, particularly on the concept of the managerial ability of educational institutions boarding school, because targeted and systematically structured management  in management process can help to reach the goal.

Abstract

Early Years Children (EYFS) grow and develop holistically and more adequately in the social environment closest to the child, namely peers. The purpose of this research is to look at the process of receptive language development of AUD with their peers. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted to obtain answers to existing problems and collected data in the form of words or descriptions and not numbers. this research uses the Triangulation technique with several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The conclusion is that AUD's receptive language development is very effectively done with peers because it is very natural, fun, effective, and explorative in nature. The implication is to develop other types of language effectively and efficiently, especially with the development of receptive language which automatically develops the cognitive and physical motor potential of children.

Abstract

elf-concept is an individual's perception and assessment of himself. The purpose of this study is to understand in depth the influence of self-concept on the performance of the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Alif Al-Ittifaq. A strong self-concept allows the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Alif al-Ittifaq to recognize and understand self-concept from the physical self, self-concept as a process, social self-concept and self-concept related to self-image. To investigate the effect of self-concept on the performance of Madrasah principals, this study uses a qualitative approach. The research method used was a case study using in-depth interviews with the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Alif Al-Ittifaq, direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, source and method triangulation was used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The results of this study reveal that self-concept is one of the factors that influence the performance of the Alif Al-Ittifaq Madrasah Aliyah Principal. A good self-concept will increase the effectiveness of the Madrasa Principal's performance. Principals who have a good self-concept tend to have better performance by knowing their own potential, strengths and weaknesses. Other factors that influence self-concept on the performance of Madrasah principals are support from staff and teachers, a positive work environment, recognition for achievements, and opportunities for professional development will provide motivation and assist in developing better leadership skills. The conclusion is that a strong and positive self-concept has a significant influence on the performance of the Madrasah Principal. For this reason, Madrasah Principals are required to develop a positive self-concept through self-development programs, leadership training, and support from all parties involved. By strengthening self-concept, Madrasah Principals can improve their performance in effectively leading and managing Madrasah Aliyah, motivating staff and teachers, and creating a conducive learning environment for students.

Abstract

One of the organizations involved in the fintech DANA hailed the favorable trend of consumers using mobile wallets by utilizing digital services in novel ways, ranging from promotions to partnership with other industries. DANA, the digital wallet, has used a variety of marketing methods to build good user views. It is critical to consider the security of the digital wallet service, since the factor of trust in this study is thought to be a mediator that increases the link between DANA users' views and the intensity with which they use the DANA's mobile wallet. The goal of this study is to focus on user perceptions in order to increase user trust and intensity of usage of the DANA mobile wallet in the future. Explanatory statistics were used in this work, along with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analytic approach, and the data was processed using the SMART PLS 3.2.9 data processing program. With a total of 400 responses, the researcher used incidental sampling as his sample strategy. According to the calculation results, the overall contribution of user perception has a direct impact on user trust. Then, based on the following set of calculations, the contribution of user perception and user trust is calculated, which has a direct impact on the intensity of usage.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of the Madrasa Principal, Teacher Competence, and Learning Media on student learning outcomes at MI Persis Rahayu, Bandung Regency. The research method used is a correlation study with a sample of 26 teachers at the madrasah. The research method used in this study is a survey method in which this method is part of a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the principal of the madrasa has a great influence on student learning outcomes. In addition, Teacher Competence also has a large influence and Learning Media has a large influence on student learning outcomes. Furthermore, these three variables, namely the Madrasa Head, Teacher Competence, and Learning Media, have a large influence together. The results of this study make an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence student learning outcomes in madrasas and can be used as a guide for improving the quality of education in these educational institutions.

Abstract

Desa  Bandrek,  Kecamatan  Kersamanah,  Kabupaten  Garut   merupakan   desa   yang memiliki UMKM yang bergerak di bidang garmen dan fesyen berbahan dasar kulit. Di desa tersebut terdapat UMKM bernama Jaket Keren. UMKM Jaket Keren menampung hasil produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengrajin daerah setempat dengan langsung memberikan harga kepada produk yang ditawarkan pengrajin tersebut yang nanti akan dipasarkan secara langsung melalui toko UMKM Jaket keren dan melalui penjualan daring dengan e-commerce. Dalam penerapan inventory management pada UMKM Jaket Keren ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis ABC dan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) yang bertujuan untuk dapat menentukan urutan jenis barang yang paling strategis hingga ke yang relatif kurang strategis untuk dapat mengefektifkan persediaan barang serta meningkatkan jumlah barang yang terjual pada barang agar mengurangi penumpukan pada gudang, kemudian dapat mengetahui batas minimum restock barang agar tidak terjadi system pre-order yang memerlukan waktu yang relatif panjang sehingga dapat menekan biaya pada inventory cost dan meningkatkan maksimum keuntungan penjualan bagi UMKM Jaket Keren setiap tahunnya.Kata kunci : Metode ABC, Economic Order Quantity, Inventory Management

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif daIam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video dengan pictorial riddIe ditinjau dari kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan desain Treatment by level 2x2. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada peserta didik kelas V di Wilayah I Kecamatan Kalideres, terdapat pengaruh langsung kemandirian belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada peserta didik keIas V di WiIayah I Kecamatan Kalideres, terdapat pengaruh langsung interaksi metode pembeiajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan kemandirian beiajar peserta didik secara bersama-sama terhadap hasilbelajar IPA pada peserta didik keilas V di Wiiayah I Kecamatan Kaiideres, terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar IPA pada peserta didik dengan kemandirian rendah yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video lebih tinggi daripada dengan pictorial riddle, terdapat interaksi metode pembelajaran inkuri terbimbing dengan kemandirian belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri di wiIayah I Kecamatan Kalideres. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah keaktifan siswa berbanding lurus dengan kreativitas guru dalam menentukan metode pembelajarn.

Abstract

The teacher has a strategic position at the forefront of efforts to build the nation, in this case the field of education, as their performance in all educational activities is determined by how well they perform at the institutional, instructional, and experimental levels. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the personality competence of PAI teachers at Karang Arum Middle School in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, play a role in the development of the religious character of their students' profiles. The results of this research show a substantial positive association between the dependent variable in this study, the formation of the students' religious character, and the teacher's personality competence as an independent variable. With it, Personality Competence significantly aids in the development of its students' religious character. In conclusion, for those in charge of making decisions, it is unquestionably necessary to develop the personality skills of the teachers if you want to raise the caliber of students' religious character.
