Abstract

With a population of 273.5 million in 2020, the people's economy is very important for Indonesia. The populist economic model has existed in Indonesia for a long time, locally known as “Koperasi”. However, Koperasi could not keep up with information and technology in the industrial 4.0 era. When other industrial models adopt information technology massively, Koperasi seems to struggle to shift from the conventional model. Slowly but surely, Koperasi become less popular, especially among Generation Z, who considers information technology part of their daily needs and lifestyle. The scope of Koperasi’sbusiness shrinks and becomes limited, along with their business capital. On the other hand, information technology provides opportunities for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. The data shows that this sector contributes to 60.5% of the national GDP, absorbs 96.9% of the workforce, and provides 99.9% of total employment. Unfortunately, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have limited capital and tend to prefer fintech services that offer easier accessibility than Koperasi. This paper aims to propose an E-Koperasi and the synergy of Koperasi and MSMEs model platform, specifically the digital marketplace platform. We design the platform requirements using the Software Requirement Specification with the User Acceptance Test. As a result, an application is developed as a model platform available for Koperasi and MSMEs. The platform is proposed to support the Government’s program to digitalize the Koperasi and the MSMEs and increase their competitiveness in Industrial 4.0.

Abstract

The rapid growth in digital imaging technology has brought profound changes to various sectors. However, the quality of digital images is often compromised by noise, such as gaussian noise, salt-and-pepper noise, and spackle noise. Noise not only reduces the aesthetics of an image, but can also hinder image analysis and interpretation. In addition, it can obscure important details in the image and reduce the clarity and accuracy of visual analysis. To improve the quality of digital images, effective smoothing and noise removal techniques are needed, one of which is the neighborhood operation. The main purpose of smoothing and noise removal is to improve visual quality so that images are clearer and easier to analyze. In this study, a mean filter is used for smoothing and a median filter is used for noise reduction. Combine mean and median filtering in this study is directly aligned with its emphasis on a pixel-domain, low-level analysis of convolution-based smoothing. The mask used has a size of 5, 9, 25, or 49 points as the kernel in the convolution mask operation to remove noise and smooth the image at the same time. The digital image processing application was created following the waterfall software development model stages.The BMP format was selected in this study primarily to ensure data integrity and experimental control. To measure the quality of the image produced after the smoothing process, the Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) standards are used. From the experimental results, the MSE values for mask sizes 5, 9, 25, and 49 are 12.96, 14.36, 14.72, and 16.80, respectively. Meanwhile, the PSNR values were 37, 36.56, 36.54, and 35.87, respectively. From the image quality results in the form of MSE and PSNR, it can be seen that the larger the mask size, the greater the MSE value, but the smaller the PSNR value. The smaller the PSNR value, the worse the image quality, and vice versa. This is supported by visual analysis, where more details of the original image are lost. However, the PSNR value is still in the range of 30-40 dB, which means the quality is still in the Good category. The quality is still acceptable with minimal distortion. The quality of the results is still very close to the original image. The highest image quality is found in mask 5.

Abstract

Parents play an important role in increasing the motivation of fencing athletes to excel, but they often lack a understanding of how to support children effectively. The purpose of the researcher was to see if there was an influence on the role of parents and how much of an impact the role of parents to increase children's motivation for achievement in the fence club. This study uses  a quantitative associative research design with a simple linear regression approach, with a data collection technique, namely a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the role of parents on the motivation of fencing athletes' achievements, with a percentage result of 62.4%. To increase athlete motivation, parents need to change their focus to not only supervising, but also inspiring and always meeting their children's training needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between anxiety and self-confidence among female futsal players when facing matches at SMP Negeri 1Kutawaringin. The background of this research is the phenomenon of many female futsalathletes experiencing anxiety during competitions, which affects their performance andself-confidence on the field. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the relationship between anxiety and athletes' self-confidence, as well as offer input for coaches, players, and related parties in efforts to improve performance and create a more conducive match atmosphere. Based on the research conducted on 30 female futsal athletes at SMP Negeri 1 Kutawaringin, the data showed that most athletes were at a moderate level of anxiety, totaling 15 athletes (50%). Meanwhile, athletes with a high level of anxiety numbered 8 (26.7%), and the remaining 7 athletes (23.3%) had a low level of anxiety. Regarding self-confidence, the results showed that 14 athletes (46.7%) had a moderate level of self-confidence, 10 athletes (33.3%) had a high level of self-confidence, and 6 athletes (20%) had a low level of self-confidence.

Abstract

Indonesia seeks to improve various levels of education. One of these levels is Early Childhood Education (ECE), especially Islamic-based ECE. ECE which is built on IRE does have several privileges, especially in terms of Islamic teaching. This research aims to see how well the Islamic religion-based ECE program is. The method in this research is content analysis. The main data source for this research is the curriculum from various related guidelines. Data was analyzed through several stages, namely unitizing, recording, reducing, and inferring. The study shows that the development of the IRE curriculum in Islamic-based ECE is largely in line with the growth of the ECE curriculum as a whole. However, there are several significant differences, especially in Document 1 where the development is more focused on the basic or main spirit, namely Islam based on the Qoran and hadith, where everything is integrated and becomes the main part of the implementation process, while IRE in general ECE is part of the development program which its weight is not large and its nature is only support or enrichment.

Abstract

The important management of Islamic boarding schools is very helpful in achieving educational goals in Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the managerial abilities of Kyai in the process of managing Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a "phenomenological naturalistic" approach adopted by Bogdan and Biklen (1982). This approach operationally places the researcher as the main instrument that visits data sources directly. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is presented in the descriptive form and analyzed through inductive analysis by revealing the meaning of the observed conditions. The results of this study are based on findings in the field and references from existing theories, so almost 100% of the concepts that have been carried out by the Kyai in the process of managing Islamic boarding schools are almost the same as the existing theory, only a complete adjustment of existing management concepts and theories is needed. and is currently developing, and primarily must be supported by all components of education in Islamic boarding schools. The researcher recommends to all parties related to the world of education in general, especially education in Islamic boarding schools to be able to add insight into the concept of management in depth, especially regarding the concept of managerial ability in educational institutions/Islamic boarding schools, because management that is directed and systematically structured in the management process can help achieve goals
