Abstract

AbstrakAgroeduwisata  sebagai bentuk  pariwisata berkelanjutan  yang dapat terlaksana apabila berkineja baik  dan masyarakat berpartisipasi aktif dalam melaksanakan sapta pesona. Sapta pesona   harus diwujudkan di setiap destinasi wisata, baik  destinasi  alam, budaya, buatan maupun minаt khusus agar  menciptаkаn kenyаmаnаn  bagi  wisаtаwаn. Kampung Pasir Angling merupakan sаlаh sаtu destinаsi wisаtа yаng   menerapkan  konsep agroeduwisata berbasis  mаsyаrаkаt.  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis implementasi sapta pesona dan Kinerja agroeduwisata di Kampung Pasir Angling Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode survei.  Data yang digunakan berasal dari data  primer dan sekunder. Data Primer diperoleh melalui  wawancara dengan 42 orang masyarakat dan wisatawan, obervasi dan studi literatur.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat dan wisatawan terhadap implementasi sapta pesona termasuk kategori baik dengan rataan skor 3,86. Aspek kesejukan, keindahan dan kenangan termasuk kategori sangat baik sedangkan aspek keamanan masuk kategori cukup baik.   Kinerja agroeduwisata Kampung Pasir Angling dilihat dari aspek  kelamiahan dan optimalisasi penggunaan lahan  temasuk kategori sangat baik sedangkan pendidikan termasuk kategori baik. Penataan kawasan, pelibatan masyarakat dan keunikan  temasuk kategori  cukup baik. Kata kunci: Sapta pesona, Kinerja,  Agroeduwisata,  Kampung Pasir AnglingAbstractAgro-tourism is a form of sustainable tourism that can be implemented if it performs well and the community actively participates in implementing Sapta Pesona. Seven charms must be realized in every tourist destination, whether natural, cultural, artificial or special interest destinations in order to create comfort for tourists. Kampung Pasir Angling is one of the tourist destinations that applies the concept of community-based agro-education.  This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of Sapta Pesona and the performance of agro-tourism in Pasir Angling Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. The research design used is quantitative descriptive, with a survey method.  The data used comes from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with 42 local people and tourists, observations and literature studies.  The research results show that the perception of the public and tourists regarding the implementation of Sapta Pesona is in the good category with an average score of 3.86. The coolness, beauty and memories aspects are in the very good category, while the security aspect is in the quite good category.   The performance of Kampung Pasir Angling agro-tourism, seen from the aspects of nature and optimization of land use, is in the very good category, while education is in the good category. Abstract

AbstrakGula merupakan salah satu bahan pokok yang diperdagangkan di seluruh dunia yang berbahan dasar tanaman tebu. Namun, saat ini produksi gula yang dihasilkan cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya dan tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan Gula Kristal Putih (GKP) masyarakat Indonesia sehingga pemerintah melakukan impor gula kristal mentah atau raw sugar untuk menutup kekurangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keragaan dan strategi pengembangan industri GKP Indonesia berdasarkan analisis matriks IFAS, EFAS, IE, dan analisis SWOT. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada informan dan studi literatur yang akan dibahas secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri GKP Indonesia masih aman karena berada pada sel V, yaitu posisi hold and maintain. Faktor yang dapat dipertahankan pada industri GKP adalah sumber daya lahan yang tersedia di luar Pulau Jawa, kapasitas produksi yang besar, kebutuhan pasar gula tinggi, dan investasi pabrik gula terbuka. Sementara faktor yang harus dipelihara adalah produksi tebu, laju konversi lahan, penggunaan teknologi, serta adopsi teknologi modern. Berdasarkan posisi tersebut, industri GKP Indonesia dapat berkembang dengan menerapkan strategi W – T yaitu pembenahan sistem pendanaan dan memperbaiki sistem tata niaga gula.Kata Kunci: produktivitas, strategi, gula kristal putih, pabrik gula, produksi.AbstractSugar is one of the main commodities traded worldwide which is made from sugar cane. However, currently the production of sugar produced tends to decrease every year and cannot meet the demand for white crystal sugar for the Indonesian people, so the government closes the shortage of sugar by importing raw crystal sugar or raw sugar. This study aims to analyze the performance and development strategy of the Indonesian white crystal sugar industry (GKP) based on matrix analysis of IFAS, EFAS, IE, and SWOT analysis. The data collection method was carried out through interviews with informants and literature studies which will be discussed in a qualitative descriptive manner. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the Indonesian white crystal sugar industry is still safe because it is in cell V, namely the hold and maintain position. Factors that can be maintained in the GKP industry are available land resources outside Java Island, large production capacity, high demand for sugar market, and investment in open sugar mills. While the factors that must be maintained are sugar cane production, land conversion rate, use of technology, and the adoption of modern technology. Based on this position, Indonesia's white crystal sugar industry can develop by implementing the W-T strategy, namely improving the funding system and improving the sugar trading system.Keywords: productivity, strategy, white crystal sugar, sugar factory, production.

Abstract

AbstrakKentang merupakan jenis sayuran umbi yang tidak hanya dikonsumsi sebagai sayuran semata, namun kentang dapat diolah menjadi chips dan french fries.Tingkat konsumsi kentang di Jawa Barat terus meningkat secara signifikan seiring dengan tingkat produksinya sehingga mampu memenuhi konsumsi masyarakat di Jawa Barat. Akan tetapi, pemerintah tetap melakukan impor kentang dikarena rendahnya kualitas dan kuantitas benih kentang. Benih G0 kentang merupakan salah satu benih kentang yang mudah untuk dibudidaya daripada benih kentang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usahatani benih G0 kentang industri di CV. Bumi Agro Technology yang berlokasi di Lembang. Metode penelitiannya adalah desain kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis penerimaan, pendapatan, dan kelayakannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa CV. Bumi Agrotech layak secara finansial.Kata kunci: Benih G0 Kentang, Kelayakan, Finansial, UsahataniAbstractPotatoes are a type of tuber vegetable that is not only consumed as a vegetable, but potatoes can be processed into chips and French fries. The level of potato consumption in West Java continues to increase significantly along with the level of production so that it is able to meet public consumption in West Java. However, the government continues to import potatoes due to the low quality and quantity of potato seeds. G0 potato seeds are one of the potato seeds that are easier to cultivate than other potato seeds. This research aims to determine the financial feasibility of industrial G0 potato seed farming in CV. Bumi Agro Technology located in Lembang. The research method is a qualitative design using a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews and then analyzed for acceptance, income and feasibility. The results of this research show that CV. Abstract

Consuming coffee has become part of the lifestyle of Indonesian people, and for some people it has even become an important part of daily life. Students tend to like to spend their time drinking coffee in coffee shops, this is because students can enjoy the time and atmosphere of a coffee shop with their friends. Many students who don't like drinking coffee become interested in drinking coffee because they are carried away by the social environment, especially the influence of their friends. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and the role of the social environment on students' coffee consumption behavior. The research method used was a survey method of 113 respondents. The data analysis tools used are crosstab analysis and chi square test. The results of the research show that the influence of the lifestyle of consuming coffee on students is significantly related to the type of product consumed, the average expenditure on coffee shop style coffee products, the amount of consumption of coffee shop style coffee products, and the frequency of consuming coffee shop style. The role of the social environment in students is significantly related to the average expenditure of sachet instant coffee products, the amount of consumption of sachet instant coffee products, the frequency of consuming sachet instant coffee products, the average expenditure of coffee shop style coffee products, the amount of consumption of coffee shop style coffee products, and frequency of consuming coffee shop style. Keywords: Coffee agribusiness, consumer behavior, correlation. INTISARIMengonsumsi kopi sudah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia, bahkan bagi sebagian orang sudah menjadi bagian penting dalam keseharian. Mahasiswa cenderung gemar menghabiskan waktunya ngopi di coffee shop, hal tersebut dikarenakan mahasiswa dapat menikmati waktu dan suasana tempat ngopi bersama rekannya. Banyak mahasiswa yang tidak suka ngopi menjadi suka ngopi karena terbawa oleh lingkungan sosial terutama pengaruh dari lingkungan teman-temannya. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup dan peran lingkungan sosial pada perilaku konsumsi kopi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei terhadap 113 orang responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis crosstab dan chi square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh gaya hidup mengonsumsi kopi pada mahasiswa berhubungan signifikan dengan jenis produk yang dikonsumsi, pengeluaran rata-rata produk kopi ala coffee shop, jumlah konsumsi produk kopi ala coffee shop, dan frekuensi dalam mengonsumsi ala coffee shop. Peran lingkungan sosial pada mahasiswa berhubungan signifikan dengan pengeluaran rata-rata produk kopi instan sachet, jumlah konsumsi produk kopi instan sachet, frekuensi dalam mengonsumsi produk kopi instan sachet, pengeluaran rata-rata produk kopi ala coffee shop, jumlah konsumsi produk kopi ala coffee shop, dan frekuensi dalam mengonsumsi ala coffee shop.                                        Kata kunci: Agribisnis kopi, perilaku konsumen, korelasi.

Abstract

Proses keputusan pembelian konsumen merupakan suatu kemungkinan tindakan yang dapat terjadi dan berhubungan dengan berbagai hal seperti faktor budaya dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, proses keputusan pembelian, serta hubungan faktor budaya dan sosial dengan proses keputusan pembelian minyak goreng sawit warga Korea. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket selanjutnya dilakukan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden adalah ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki pendapatan bulanan keluarga sebesar >Rp50.000.000,00. Frekuensi pembelian minyak goreng adalah sebulan sekali dengan kuantitas sebanyak 1-2 liter. Alasan utama konsumen melakukan proses pembelian adalah untuk memperoleh produk berkualitas baik dengan harga terjangkau. Sumber informasi diperoleh dari toko dengan jenis informasi yang menjadi fokus utamanya adalah kualitas. Konsumen merasa puas dan berniat membeli kembali minyak goreng sawit. Faktor budaya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, positif, dan kuat dengan keputusan pembelian sementara faktor sosial memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, positif, dan rendah dengan keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai informasi mengenai perilaku Konsumen Korea khususnya dalam proses keputusan pembelian minyak goreng sawit.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi pisang Roid di Kawasan Jatigede dengan memberdayakan wirausaha generasi muda. Melalui metode kolaboratif dan partisipatif, Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melakukan identifikasi, pembinaan, dan pelatihan kepada wirausaha generasi muda di Desa Ciranggem, Jatigede. Permasalahan rendahnya nilai ekonomi pisang Roid disikapi dengan perencanaan yang matang, identifikasi calon wirausaha, serta pengembangan ide inovatif dalam pengolahan dan pemasaran produk. Interaksi antara tim pengabdian, wirausahawan generasi muda, dan perangkat desa memperlihatkan sinergi positif dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Melalui program ini, terbukti adanya upaya konkret dalam memperkuat potensi lokal dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Ciranggem. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Ciranggem memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dan membuka peluang untuk pengembangan program serupa di daerah lain. Kata kunci: Generasi Muda, Nilai Tambah, Pemberdayaan Wirausaha, Pisang Roid, Produk Lokal

Abstract

Hanjeli (Coix lacryma-jobi L.) has potential as a high-value local food crop, yet studies on its value-added potential and business development strategies remain limited. This study aims to analyze the added value of hanjeli and formulate development strategies at Pantastik Cooperative, Wado, Sumedang. A case study approach was applied using mixed methods. The Hayami method was used to measure added value, while SWOT, IFE, EFE, and QSPM analyses were employed to formulate strategic directions. The results of the Hayami analysis show that hanjeli processing generates a value-added ratio of 66.00%, with profits predominantly accruing to the business owner, although the workforce receives a considerable share. The SWOT analysis identified that internal strengths outweigh weaknesses and external opportunities exceed threats. Based on the QSPM analysis, the most recommended strategy is to leverage healthy food trends and government support followed by expanding digital marketing. This research fills a gap in integrated analysis combining value-added assessment and strategic business formulation for underutilized crops like hanjeli. The findings imply that strengthening the value chain, increasing production capacity, and optimizing digital marketing are essential to enhance competitiveness. Effective implementation is expected to position hanjeli as a sustainable agribusiness commodity that contributes to food security, rural economic development, and the welfare of business actors.

Abstract

Tea is a major plantation commodity that contributes significantly to the national agribusiness sector. One of the tea products currently being developed is Black Tea Bags at the Pusat Penelitian Teh dan Kina (PPTK), Bandung Regency, West Java, which began production in November 2024 and is still in its initial stage. This study aims to analyze the quality control process in the production of Black Tea Bags and to identify the types and causes of product defects. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques included interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and document analysis, with data analyzed using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools such as check sheets, pareto diagrams, control charts, and fishbone diagram. The results show that quality control has not yet been implemented optimally, as evidenced by six out of seven observations falling outside the statistical control limits. Three types of defects were identified: tea bag, thread, and label defects, with tea bag defects being the most dominant. The contributing factors to these defects include human factors, methods, raw materials, machinery and equipment, and the production environment. PPTK is advised to implement scheduled quality control, improve sorting accuracy and defect documentation, and evaluate production machinery, including replacing it with more automated equipment if necessary.

Abstract

The tourism sector has become a new source of economic growth in various regions of Indonesia, including Bandung Regency, which has the second-highest number of tourist attractions in West Java. One developing tourism potential is nature-based agrotourism, such as the Ranca Cangkuang Camping Ground. This site offers various environmental service benefits expected to attract tourists. Since this natural-resource-based tourist attraction does not yet have a clear market value, this study aims to estimate its economic value using the Individual Travel Cost Method (ITCM). The study results show a consumer surplus value of IDR 72,000 per individual per visit and an economic value of the Ranca Cangkuang Camping Ground amounting to IDR 1,416,240,000 for the period from March 2024 to February 2025.

Abstract

In recent years, the trend of consuming natural-based health products has increased, encouraging the exploration of butterfly pea flowers as a raw material for functional beverage products such as kombucha. Butterfly pea flower kombucha is an innovative alternative that combines the benefits of fermentation with the richness of bioactive compounds from butterfly pea flowers. This study aims to assess the potential of kombucha products made from butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea L.) through a case study of the Ximbucha MSME in Bandung and Tasikmalaya. The methods used in this study are Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) for supply chain process mapping, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for strategic prioritization, and SWOT analysis. The results show that the potential of kombucha products is evident in the development of a supply chain that relies on upstream-downstream actor collaboration, operational efficiency, and the use of data-driven technology. Recommended strategies include strengthening partnerships with butterfly pea flower farmers, optimizing logistics, and utilizing digitalization in promotions and customer management.
