Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sport massage dalam mengurangi kelelahan otot pada pemain basket DBL dari SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang. Kelelahan otot merupakan masalah umum yang dialami oleh atlet setelah menjalani latihan intensif atau pertandingan yang jika tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menurunkan performa dan meningkatkan risiko cedera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 12 pemain basket yang aktif mengikuti kompetisi DBL. Pengukuran tingkat kelelahan otot dilakukan dengan menggunakan Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion dan tes kekuatan otot leg dynamometer sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perlakuan berupa sport massage dilakukan selama 20 menit pasca latihan intensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan pada skor RPE dan peningkatan kekuatan otot setelah diberikan sport massage. Dengan demikian sport massage terbukti efektif dalam membantu pemulihan otot dan mengurangi kelelahan pada pemain basket SMA Lab UM. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sport massage sebagai bagian dari program pemulihan pasca latihan bagi atlet. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of sports massage in reducing muscle fatigue in DBL basketball players from SMA Laboratorium, State University of Malang. Muscle fatigue is a common problem experienced by athletes after intensive training or matches. If not properly managed, it can reduce performance and increase the risk of injury. The research method used was an experimental design with a pre-test and post-test. The study subjects consisted of 12 basketball players actively participating in DBL competitions. Muscle fatigue levels were measured using the Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion and a leg dynamometer muscle strength test before and after treatment. Sports massage was administered for 20 minutes after intensive training. The results showed a significant decrease in the RPE score and an increase in muscle strength after sports massage. Thus, sports massage has been proven effective in promoting muscle recovery and reducing fatigue in SMA Lab UM basketball players. This study recommends the implementation of sports massage as part of a post-training recovery program for athletes..

Indonesia is one of the contesting countries from Southeast Asia that will take part in the 2023 Asian Para Track Championships in Malaysia. Indonesian cyclists competing in this championship are athletes with special needs. The sport classification for athletes with special needs is influenced by performance disorders in various sports at different levels, according to the athlete's condition. The purpose of this research is to find out the fastest time and the time difference recorded in this competition according to the class and category. From the data obtained, there is a significant difference between the fastest arriving class and the slower class. Researchers took CYCLE 5 and CYCLE 2 data to find out the difference between the fastest and the slower classes. The difference in the average travel time between the two classes is ∆t = 14,363 seconds. The CYCLE 5 class gets an average arrival time at the finish line of 71,074 seconds or 1 minute 11,074 seconds in a 1000 meter track distance. In other words, this class is the fastest of the other classes. The CYCLE 2 class gets an average arrival time at the finish line of 85,437 seconds or 1 minute 25,437 seconds in a 1000 meter track distance. In other words, this class is slower than the other classes.

Kelincahan salah satu unsur penting yang dimiliki pemain sepak bola. Sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang banyak menggunakan aktivitas jangka pendek selama pertandingan dan aktivitas bervariasi setiap 4-6 detik. Aktivitas ini memiliki intensitas tinggi dan mencakup lari cepat dan kelincahan berisi aktivitas seperti perubahan arah, pertemuan dengan bola, intersepsi dan tekel. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kelincahan pada pemain adalah kecepatan reaksi mereka. Kecepatan reaksi dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan seseorang menanggapi stimulus/rangsangan eksternal dengan cepat dan tepat. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas, tujuan dari peneliti adalah ingin menganalisis pengaruh latihan kecepatan reaksi terhadap kelincahan pemain sepak bola, yaitu pemain Bhayangkara FC U-18. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain Bhayangkara FC U-18 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Instrumen tes yang digunakan saat pre-test dan post test dalam penelitian ini adalah Arrowhead Test. Selama 3 bulan, dengan frekuensi 3 kali latihan selama 30 menit kepada pemain sepak bola Bhayangkara FC diberikan latihan respon motorik berupa stimulus menerima sinyal. Hasil analisis data pre test diperoleh mean sebesar 9.6836 sedangkan post test diperoleh data mean sebesar 8.9436, dengan selisih mean antara pre dan post adalah 0.74000. Hasil data menyatakan nilai signifikansi <0.05, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre test dengan post test kelincahan pemain Bhayangkara FC U-18. Kesimpulannya, ada pengaruh latihan kecepatan reaksi secara signifikan terhadap kelincahan pada pemain Bhayangkara FC U-18.

Aktivitas permainan dalam sepak bola sangat berkaitan erat dengan kondisi fisik pemain. Salah satu unsur yang dapat mendukung kondisi fisik adalah kemampuan daya tahan otot. Push-up dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan dan hipertrofi otot ekstremitas atas. Push-up akan meningkatkan daya tahan otot tubuh bagian atas, memperkuat otot dan tulang, serta menciptakan massa otot tanpa lemak yang meningkatkan metabolisme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh latihan ketahanan otot ekstremitas superior terhadap kekuatan lengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pemain Bhayangkara FC sejumlah 25 orang pemain laki-laki. Push-up yang dilakukan pemain sepak bola Bhayangkara FC dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut; 1) 1 set terdiri dari 30 repetisi (jumlah pengulangan), 2) Jumlah total set terdiri dari 12 set, 3) Jeda istirahat 2 menit tiap set-nya (interval). Hasil data yang telah dianalisis menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikansinya <0.05. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre test dengan post test kekuatan otot lengan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh latihan ketahanan otot ekstremitas superior terhadap kekuatan lengan pada pemain Bhayangkara FC.

VO2max is a component that affects the performance of a soccer player on the field. Research was conducted to examine the extent to which SIT can provide significant benefits in increasing VO2max for soccer players. The study used a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach. The samples involved were Persikab Bandung soccer players in 2023 as many as 18 players who were given treatment in the form of Sprint Interval Training (SIT). The instrument uses the MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) which is used to measure the player's VO2max. The results showed that the average VO2max before treatment was 48,678 ± 7,883, and the average VO2max after training was 51,417 ± 4,944. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that Sprint Interval Training (SIT) can effectively increase the VO2max capacity of soccer players. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of football training programs.

Study this aiming for know influence shuttle run training against performance physique player Persik kendal football. Shuttle run is one of the form very important agility training in sport football, because involving movement fast, change direction, and speed reaction. The research method used is method experiment with pre-test and post-test design one group. Sample in study This is 20 players active Persik Kendal who follows the training program for 6 weeks with frequency 3 times per week. Instrument measurement covering test test 30 meter sprint speed, and power hold. The results of the data analysis show that there is improvement significant in aspects agility, speed and power stand after undergo the shuttle run program. With Thus, shuttle run practice is proven give influence positive to performance physique player Kendal Peach football.

This handball game requires excellent physical ability, where the physical ability of the handball players in order to be able to play optimally in matches. The research objective is to conduct data surveys and analyze physical conditions using measuring instruments that follow Indonesia's geographical conditions. The research conducted is analytical research through a quantitative descriptive approach. The research instrument used in this study was a test of running speed, agility, and oxygen saturation. Ten test items have excellent categories: running speed of 91.4%, Agility of 89.5%, and Oxygen Saturation of 99.4% in the Malang men's handball team. In the poor women's handball team, three test items had excellent categories at 84.9% running speed, 99% Agility, and 99.6% Oxygen Saturation. As a measure of the ability of each player according to Sport Science. The results of this study can be used as a reference for players and coaches in following up on programs that will be made according to the needs of players with the results of data obtained from sports tests and measurements.

Proper body composition is an important role in sports performance that is not optimal can reduce the athlete's physical fitness so that the performance decrease when competition occur. Professional soccer players often work closely with a team of coaches, nutritionists and medical professionals who can help them plan the right nutrition and training strategies suitable for the Borneo FC team, the participants in Indonesia's highest league caste. The average body fat of 12.4% is in the very good category, the BMR with an average of 1636 kcal belongs to the normal category, the free fat mass index (FFMI) averages 61 in the good category and the total body water (TBW) with an average of 65% is included in the normal category. The body composition of Borneo FC soccer players can be stated that 67.8% body fat is in the very good category, 85.7% body metabolism rate (bmr) is normal, 42.8% free fat mass index is good and total body water is 100% normal. These results can be used as a reference in determining the nutrition and nutrition program for each player so that the condition of the body composition of the players can be maintained and balanced.

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition level in Nusantara FC players. this research uses descriptive research. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis in the form of percentages. The population and samples in this study are Nusantara FC totaling 23 professional players who play in League 2 Indonesia. Average physical condition of Nusantara FC players. Speed gets an average result of 4.29, endurance with an average of 56.49 with a lesser category, explosive power gets an average result of 56 with a good category, average flexibility of 19.3 with a good category, and average agility of 7.99 with a good category. The percentage of the physical condition of the players is as follows; speed gets results with a percentage of 78.2% in the good category. The percentage of endurance results is 64% in the less category. Explosive power is 64% with a good category. The results of flexibility with a percentage of 60.8% in the good category. Agility with a percentage of 39.1% in the good category. Analysis of the results of physical conditions is an important part of professional soccer in improving the quality of techniques and tactics in the matches carried out.

Athletes are individuals who focus on the world of sports according to their sport. Handball requires athletes to perform repetitive high-intensity activities in running, attacking and defending tactics, interspersed with periods of low intensity and/or rest. Physical fitness as a benchmark for coaches to determine what athletes need to be prepared for. There are several elements that can be seen by changes in the athlete's physical condition through anthropometric characteristics, for example, fat-free mass. The main objective of this study was to assess changes in anthropometric body composition, namely, lean body mass in female handball athletes within 2 months and ensure that this predictor can contribute to sports success. The samples involved were 12 female handball athletes. The instrument used to measure body composition is the Seca mBCA 514 Medical Body Composition Analyzer. The results of this study were that lean body mass increased from the first month to the second month with p = 0.01. The average pre-test fat-free mass in women's handball athletes was 39.92 kg, while the post-test fat-free mass in women's handball athletes was 40.67 kg. The average difference between the two is 0.75 kg. This increase in fat-free mass is in accordance with the theory that has been explained, that the greater the fat-free mass in an individual, the greater the quantity of muscle mass as well. This study shows data through pre-test-treatment-post test treatment on female handball athletes. Changes in anthropometry, body composition, and physical fitness are some of the predictors of successful sports achievements in a competition.
