Abstract

Pt. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Estate is a private company engaged in oil palm plantations. PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Estate has contract employees who are selected every year to become permanent employees. The process of selecting contract employees to become permanent employees is still not effective and efficient, this will result in doubt in decision making which allows for errors to occur and is less precise. The SMART method is a multi-criteria decision-making technique that is effective in dealing with problems at PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Estate. The use of the SMART method in the selection of contract employees to become permanent employees at PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Estate can simplify the selection process based on 4 assessment criteria, namely Length of Work Contract, Education, Attendance, and Responsibilitylity. The final result of this research is a decision support system for the selection of contract employees to become permanent employees that is in accordance with expectations and the system or application can provide information on the results of the selection of contract employees through the rank after the year of research.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 6 Seluma is one of the state senior high schools in Seluma Regency. At the school, students are assessed every academic year through several criteria to select outstanding students who have the ability to master subjects and have good personal ethics. So far, the process of selecting outstanding students is only seen from the results of the report cards obtained by students, then ranking is carried out. This is of course less effective in determining outstanding students, because it must be supported by other aspects such as student ethics during the teaching and learning process. The recommendation application for selecting outstanding students at SMA Negeri 06 Seluma was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. This application has implemented one of the fuzzy logic methods, namely Fuzzy Tsukamoto which is used to help provide recommendations for selecting outstanding students at SMA Negeri 06 Seluma. The process of selecting outstanding students is carried out every academic year based on aspects based on aspects of average knowledge value, average skills score, absenteeism score, academic achievement, non-academic achievement, and guidance and counseling records. Based on the blackbox testing that has been done, the results show that the functionality of the recommendation application for selecting outstanding students at SMA Negeri 06 Seluma runs well as expected and is able to analyze student assessment data through the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method to get recommendations for outstanding students

Abstract

CV. Anugerah Alam Indonesia is a company engaged in the production and sale of herbal medicines. The main issue faced by the company is the inaccuracy in estimating production quantities, which often leads to either overstocking or stock shortages. This research aims to develop a sales forecasting application for herbal products using the simple linear regression method as part of data mining techniques. The sales data used in this study spans from 2020 to 2025 and focuses on ten selected herbal products. The application is web-based, developed using the PHP programming language and Laravel framework, with MySQL as the database. The forecasting process involves calculating regression constants and coefficients based on historical sales data and evaluating the prediction results using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The test results show that the forecasting model demonstrates varying levels of accuracy, ranging from very good to acceptable, depending on the product. By implementing this system, the company can optimize its production and distribution processes, avoid resource waste, and improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

Drug inventory management in primary health centers requires accurate forecasting to reduce stock-outs, overstock, and logistics inefficiency. This study compares Cheng Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) and Holt Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) for forecasting drug demand at Pajar Bulan Public Health Center. Using LPLPO data, 84 valid drug items were analyzed with January-December 2025 as training data and January-April 2026 as testing data. DES produced a lower MAE, but FTS achieved a better MAPE and was superior on 65.5% of items with valid MAPE. The results indicate that FTS is more robust for fluctuating active drug demand, while DES is suitable for more stable trend patterns.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the complex social problems and is the main focus of development in many areas that affect various aspects of people's lives, especially in rural areas. Padang Kuas Village is one of the villages in Seluma Regency in Bengkulu Province. Based on test data of 88 residents of Padang Kuas Village in 2023, the results of the Cluster C1 data grouping (very poor group) consisting of 27 population data, Cluster C2 (poor group) consisting of 36 population data, Cluster C3 (almost poor group) consisting of 1 population data, and Cluster C4 (vulnerable poor group) consisting of 24 population data. Based on the system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Village Office can find out the level of poverty which has been divided into 4 groups, and the application is quite helpful in identifying residents who fall into groups according to the level of poverty.

Abstract

Violence against women and children is common, both in public and within the family. This study aims to determine the level of violence against women and children in Bengkulu Province using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can solve problems with more precise assessments because it is based on predetermined criteria values ​​and preference weights. It can select the best alternative from a number of available alternatives due to the ranking process after assigning weights for each attribute. This Decision Support System for determining the level of violence against women and children in Bengkulu Province was created using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. This application can accommodate data from all regions in Bengkulu Province to be assessed. This application can be used to facilitate the determination of the level of violence against women and children in Bengkulu Province by applying the SAW method, which can rank the assessment results.
