Abstract

Article 28 I of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandates that every citizen has the right and everyone has the right to be free from discriminatory treatment and entitled to protection thereof. Many people believe that only women can be victims of harassment. Women and men are both potential victims and the effects they get are the same. MS as a victim of sexual harassment in KPI wrote an open letter on social media about the sexual harassment that happened to her. The open letter then went viral and many social media users began to harass the personal lives of these perpetrators. From here, the perpetrators reported back to MS with allegations of defamation. The incident became the author's background in writing this research by applying normative juridical research methods, namely research that focuses on positive law or the practice of applying norms or rules in legislation. According to Article 310 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code states that it cannot be punished if the accusation is carried out as a form of defending public interests or defending oneself. While what is known today, MS who tells her condition after being harassed on social media is an attempt to defend herself and reveal the truth.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the pillars of the nation's economy are able to face the big challenges of technological advances that are always running. Wedoro Village is one of the villages that maintains the Development and Marketing of Production Results in the Manufacture of sandals so that there are increasing sandal craftsmen who are always developing in this technological era. The method of implementing this service uses SWOT analysis, with the stages: preparation, implementation of activities, and evaluation. The target of this activity is all Sandal Craftsmen in Wdoro Waru, Sidoarjo. Supervisors carry out the role of guiding according to the expertise of their respective departments. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas dan menganalisa tentang penegakan aturan-aturan hukum positif di Indonesia terhadap pelaku tindak pidana perzinahan serta kendala dalam penegakan aturan-aturan hukum positif di Indonesia terhadap pelaku tindak pidana perzinahan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan aturan-aturan hukum positif di Indonesia terhadap pelaku tindak pidana perzinahan yakni diatur dalam KUHP. KUHP menentukan larangan hubungan seksual yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai tindak pidana zina yang dilakukan oleh orang yang masih terikat perkawinan, baik salah seorang pelaku zina atau kedua-duanya. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kendala dalam penegakan aturan-aturan hukum positif di Indonesia terhadap pelaku tindak pidana perzinahan yakni kasus zina merupakan delik aduan, kesulitan dalam pembuktian, tidak ada pengaduan dari pihak korban, usaha negoisasi yang dilakukan penasehat hukum tersangka maupun pihak keluarga kepada pihak yang berwenang serta pencabutan tuntutan oleh keluarga.

Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014, perubahan atas Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 yang mengatur tentang perlindungan anak, menjadi bahan analisis dan kajian penelitian ini. Perlindungan terhadap berbagai bentuk agresi merupakan perhatian utama. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis perlindungan legislatif yang ada untuk melindungi anak-anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan karena pelaku kekerasan terlibat dalam kejahatan kekerasan. Penelitian normatif meliputi penelitian ini. Upaya menjamin kesejahteraan dan hak anak termasuk dalam perlindungan hukum terhadap anak, menurut penelitian tersebut. Hal ini tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2014, Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Pohon keluarga. Tujuan dari langkah-langkah ini adalah untuk melindungi anak-anak dari diskriminasi dan kekerasan sehingga mereka dapat memiliki kehidupan yang bermakna, mengembangkan potensi mereka sepenuhnya, dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam masyarakat sesuai dengan hak dan martabat mereka. Pasal 80 ayat (1) Hukuman pidana merupakan salah satu akibat hukum yang mungkin timbul dari tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan terhadap anak, menurut penelitian. Pelanggaran ini terancam hukuman maksimal tiga tahun enam bulan penjara dan/atau denda sebanyak-banyaknya Rp72 juta, sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 76 c Undang-Undang 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Selain itu, pelanggar pasal ini dapat dikenakan denda paling banyak Rp100.000.000,00 (seratus juta rupiah) dan/atau penjara paling lama lima tahun apabila menimbulkan kerugian besar.

Abstract

Penguatan pendidikan karakter merupakan agenda strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan melemahnya semangat nasionalisme, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi praktik tirakatan sebagai media pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal. Tradisi tirakatan dipilih karena mengandung nilai spiritual, sosial, dan kebangsaan yang relevan dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran sejarah dan memperkuat identitas kebangsaan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat lokal. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan fasilitator lokal, pelaksanaan tirakatan bersama, serta diskusi reflektif tentang nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Perguruan tinggi berperan sebagai pendamping dan penyedia perspektif akademis, sementara masyarakat menjadi pemilik tradisi sekaligus mitra utama dalam pelaksanaan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tirakatan efektif sebagai ruang pembelajaran karakter yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Generasi muda memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang sejarah perjuangan bangsa, serta menghayati secara mendalam nilai gotong royong, solidaritas, dan religiositas. Kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat juga berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya lokal dan pengembangan model pendidikan karakter non-formal yang inovatif. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan replikasi dan pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan melibatkan lintas sektor, seperti sekolah, komunitas pemuda, dan pemerintah daerah, guna menjadikan tirakatan sebagai gerakan kolektif dalam membangun jiwa kebangsaan.

Abstract

Background: relapse is often happen after orthodontic treatment finished. Propolis contains flavonoid, saponin and CAPE that known increase the number of osteoblast. Osteoblast have important role in bone remodeling which can prevent relapse. Purpose: to determine increasing number of osteoblast in bone remodeling after the giving 3% and 5% of propolis to prevent relapse after orthodontic treatment. Materials and metode: the design of this study was randomized post testonly control group design. 28 guine pig were divided into 4 groups of K- (without treatment), K+ ( giving separator rubber), P1( giving separator rubber and 3% propolis), P2 ( giving separator rubber and 5% propolis). Result: There are increasing number of osteoblast in the tension side of alveolar bone in treatment group. The average number of osteoblast in the tension side of alveolar bone in group K-:26.86; K+:33,29; P1:41.29; P2:48.29. Conclusion: giving 5% of propolis is the most effective I increasing the number of osteoblast in tension side of alveolar bone in relapse after orthodontic treatment.

Background: Orthodontic treatment requires time so, duration of orthodontic treatment time needs to be shortened in various ways. Flavonoid is an active content of propolis, that might accelerate tissue regeneration. Flavonoid might increase the number of fibroblast at tension side of orthodontic tooth movement. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of propolis extract gel towards the number of fibroblasts at tension side to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement. Materials and Methods: Thirty male Cavia cobayas were divided into three groups. The first group, ( P) was given treatment to make orthodontic tooth movement and propolis extract gel. The second group, K(+) was given treatment and NaCMC gel. The third group, K(-) was served as control. After 14 days, the Cavia cobayas were sacrified. Fibroblast number was examined with light microscope 400 X. Result: Mean and SD in K(-):100 ± 13,2; K(+):80 ± 13,05; (P):176 ± 17,9. The result of ANOVA test showed significant increase in the number of fibroblasts. The LSD test showed significant result in all groups with significance result p ≤ 0,05. Conclusion: Propolis extract can increase fibroblast number to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement.

Abstract

Background: Maxillary expansion device causing mechanical pressure to open the maxillary suture which causes inflammation and bone remodeling around the area. Stichopus hermanii is known to contain flavonoid, chondroitin sulfate, omega 3 (EPA and DHA) and dermatan sulfate which is used to inhibit inflammatory process, increase bone metabolism and mineralization, and bone remodelling. Purpose: The aim of this experiment is to know the effect of Stichopus hermanii on maxillary suture remodeling expansion to palatal width using cephalometric analysis. Materials and Methods: Experimental units used was 24 male Caviacobaya divided into 4 groups (n=6). Group K(-) is negative control. Helical spring was applied to and activated in the other 3 groups for 10 days. Group K(+) was given 2% NaCMC gel, both group P1 and P2 was given 3% Stichopus hermanii gel. Group P2 werealso given retention period for 10 days after activation period. Cavia cobaya were then decaputated and observed for the palatal width changes. The data was analyzed with One Way ANOVA test continued with LSD test. Result: The result of ANOVA test showedsiginficant differences among the treatment groups p=0,000 (p<0,05). LSD test showed significant differences between group K(-) and K(+) (Sig. 0,000), K(-) and P1 (Sig. 0,000), K(-) and P2 (Sig. 0,000), K(+) and P2 (Sig. 0,020) and group P1 and P2 (Sig. 0,036).Conclusion: 3% Stichopus hermanii gel has effect on maxillary suture remodeling expansion to palatal width use cephalometric analysis and combination of Stichopus hermanii with 10 6days retention period resulting the widest palatal width.

Abstract

This community service program aims to internalize the exemplary values of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) through the commemoration of Mawlid al-Nabi as an effort to strengthen the religious character of the community in Bulusidokare, Sidoarjo. The main issue addressed is the tendency for Mawlid activities to remain largely ceremonial, thereby limiting their impact on shaping community attitudes and behavior. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving 45 participants consisting of community members and local leaders. The activities were conducted through stages of collaborative planning, educational sessions, interactive discussions, as well as reflection and evaluation.The results indicate a noticeable improvement in participants’ understanding of the Prophet’s exemplary values, accompanied by positive changes in attitudes and behavior toward more religiously grounded practices. In addition, increased community participation was observed, along with the emergence of individuals acting as local leaders who promote the application of these values within their social environment. These findings suggest that an educational and participatory approach is effective in fostering a deeper and more sustainable internalization of values.In conclusion, the program not only enhances knowledge but also contributes to social transformation through the strengthening of the community’s religious character. This initiative has the potential to serve as a replicable model of community service based on religious values in other contexts.
