Abstract

Background: One aspect of digital transformation in education today is online learning or commonly referred to as E-learning. Clinical Education Management System or CLEMAGS, is an application system used for clinical education management in the field of web-based Diagnostic Imaging. The development of Clinical Learning Management System (CLEMAGS), which was built with the help of Orthanc Platform, is to create a more inventive and interactive learning model for students of Postgraduate Diagnostic Imaging study program of Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Designing and developing the PACS Server Post Processing model in CLEMAGS to support activities in the Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Program of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang and testing the effectiveness of the PACS Server Post Processing model in CLEMAGS in the Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Program of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang.Methods: This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) research approach method. Analysis of differences in pre-test and post-test data using paired sample t-test. While analyzing the increase in effectiveness test results using the N-Gain Test.Results: The paired sample t-test results are sig. value of 0.003 (p-value <0.05), which means that there is a significant difference between the pre-test data and the post-test implementation of the PACS Server Post Processing Model in CLEMAGS. Overall, the average N-Gain score is 0.89 and is included in the “High” understanding improvement category. The percentage of N-Gain obtained was 89.94% and included in the effective category.Conclusions: The PACS Server Post Processing model in CLEMAGS is effective in improving user performance in managing medical imaging data. The TRIP-ID system is a medical image-based learning solution that can be practically applied in health education institutions. Further development can be directed toward the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) for automatic interpretation, as well as expanding implementation in various other educational institutions.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang menyerang sistem pernafasan pada manusia, yang telah menginfeksi jutaan orang di seluruh dunia, tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Salah satu usaha dari pemerintah dalam menjaga agar tidak terpapar wabah ini adalah dengan melaksanakan vaksinasi, meningkatkan promosi kesehatan dengan memberikan penyuluhan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarkat bekerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tegal dan Puskesmas di wilayah kerja Kecamatan Adiwerna dan Suradadi. Rangkaian kegiatan diantaranya pemeriksaan kesehatan yaitu screening kesehatan pra vaksin, pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 dosis 1 dan 2 maupun booster, serta pemberian materi penyuluhan bagi 400 warga dari 2 Desa Gembongdadi dan Desa Pedeslohor. Dari hasil kegiatan yang didapatkan pengetahuan warga di Desa Gembongdadi dan Desa Pedeslohor meningkat dan cakuipan vaksin COVID-19 juga ikut meningkat.

Abstract

Teleradiology (teleradiologi), merupakan bagian dari layanan telemedicine, yang digunakan dengan memanfaatkan PACS sehingga dapat digunakan secara jarak jauh. Perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan teleradiologi dapat menggunakan smartphone sebagai media pengirim dan penampil gambar pemeriksaan sehingga memungkinkan adanya interpretasi hasil dari pemeriksaan radiologi secara cepat dan akurat dalam menegakkan diagnosis. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tinjauan sistematis (systematic literatur review) ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan layanan perpesanan pada teleradiologi sebagai upaya penegakkan diagnosis. Metode penelusuran jurnal penelitian ini menggunakan Google Scholar, Springer, PubMed, IEEE Xplore dan Elsevier. Pencarian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa kata kunci antara lain teleradiologi, teleradiology, instant messaging, mobilephone, smartphone dengan masa publikasi 2010 hingga 2022. Hasil review dari 16 jurnal didapatkan bahwa penggunaan layanan perpesanan dapat digunakan sebagai media penampil gambar dan penilaian evaluasi dimana tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara penilaian standar menggunakan workstation berbasis PACS dengan menggunakan smartphone. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah layanan perpesanan dapat menjadi media penilaian dalam upaya menegakkan diagnosis dan membantu dalam menentukan tindakan yang akan dilakukan. Akan tetapi, saat ini belum dapat menggantikan peranan workstation berbasis PACS sebagai media penilaian dan evaluasi hasil pemeriksaan radiologi.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit infeksi yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Dunia terutama di Indonesia. Penderita tuberkulosis dapat menghasilkan 3000 percikan droplet yang dapat menularkan kepada 10 – 15 orang, Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani permasalah TB adalah adalah dengan memberdayakan kader TB. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, khususnya kader TB, diaharapkan agar kader TB mampu mendampingi serta mengidentifikasi masyarakat suspek dan menjalani pengobatan hingga sembuh. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dihasilkan luaran pada kader yang diberikan materi dan dilatih melalui simulasi agar dapat memberikan pendampingan dengan baik. Pemberian materi diharapkan mampu memberi penyegaran dan menambah pengetahuan kader mengenai TB. Selain memberikan pendampingan pada penderita TB yang sudah terkonfirmasi kondisinya, kader juga berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi mayarakat yang dicurigai menderita TB. Setelah berhasil mengidentifiaksi suspek TB, kader perlu untuk mendorong agar mereka mau memeriksakan diri dan menjalani pengobatan. Simpulan kegiatan pelatihan kader kesehatan dilengkapi dengan Simulasi dilakukan agar kader dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam melakukan pendampingan. Selain itu, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat mendukung program pemerintah dalam upaya memberantas penyakit TB di Indonesia.

Abstract

Background: The problem of dental hygiene and many encounter is dental caries and periodontal disease. These problems can be prevented through the dental health education. Literatur this review aims to generate dental health education media in the form of an application-based games to android Method: Research and Development/(R&D) and quasi experimental non-randomized control group pretes and post-test design (non-equivalent control group). The result: a test of wilcoxon test on the main field shows the difference between the value of the knowledge and attitude of intervention and control group is Z:-Sig: 6.006 value 0.000 and Z: 863-4, with a value of Sig: 0.000 (value of knowledge), Z:-value of 6.412 Sig: 0.000 and Z:- 4.558 value Sig: 0.000 (attitude). Mannwhitney test showed the value of the difference between knowledge and attitudes of the intervention group and the control i.e. z:4.868 with value Sig: 0.000 and value Z: 4.641-value Sig: 0.000. Conclusion: the Game monopoly and leaflets as a dental health education media were equally effective in increasing knowledge and attitude of dental health. However, the game monopoly is more effective than leaflets.

Abstract

Diabetic ulcers are open sores on the skin layer to the dermis caused by hyperglycemia and neuropathy. Infection is a barrier to the wound healing process, the incidence of infection in wounds with modern treatments of hydrocolloid and hydrogel type dressings is still high. Ozone has high antibactericidal and antimicrobial properties, is able to penetrate bacterial capsid walls and is expected to kill bacteria on the wound surface.To find the right way to cure diabetic ulcers using a combination of modern methods of dressing and ozonetherapy bagging.Experimental, non-equivalent control group design pre test, post test, population and infinite sample of 25 respondents. Modern dressing used has antibacterial properties and ozone concentration of 60-100ug / ml for 15 minutes using a limb bag was carried out until the 13th day with five times the measurement of the number of bacterial colonies using themethod swab and colonicounter. Data processing using a computer system with the General Linear Model. There was an average difference in the number of bacterial colonies between groups (505.73 ± 172.069 vs 322.21 ± 132.778, p = 0.0061).A combination of modern dressing and ozonetherapy bagging can reduce the number of bacterial colonies and speed up the healing process of the inflammatory phase II diabetic ulcer so that it can be applied in nursing care for diabetic ulcer patients.

Abstract

Background: The risk of radiation doses for patients undergoing radiological examinations can have somatic and genetic effects. Somatic effects are effects that are directly felt by patients, while genetic effects arise due to damage to DNA molecules in the long run. Providing appropriate education is an effort to prevent the risk of radiation doses. If the education model is only verbal, the potential for misinformation is also very large. Submission of misinformation certainly has implications for the risk of repeat examinations and in turn provides even more radiation doses for patients. In response to this, the development of an android application based education model is very much needed.Method: This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. The research design is quasy experiment pre post test control group design with a total sample of 45 patients. Data collection tools using the e-3Ramed application, questionnaires and questionnaires. Univariate analysis produces frequency distributions of respondents' characteristics. Bivariate analysis produces the effect of educational interventions on increasing the knowledge and attitudes of radiology patients about the risk of radiation doses by the McNemar and Kruskal Wallis tests.Results: All educational models were effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of radiology patients about the risk of radiation doses with a p-value <0.05. But the most effective educational model and has the highest ranking value is a combination of oral and android with a mean rank of 29.07.Conclusion: An Android-based educational model has been developed, the e-3Ramed application which is effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of radiology patients about the risk of radiation doses.Keywords: Education, Risk of Radiation Dose, e-3Ramed                                                        Latar Belakang: Risiko dosis radiasi bagi pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan radiologi dapat menimbulkan efek somatik dan efek genetik. Efek somatik adalah efek yang langsung dirasakan pasien, sedangkan efek genetik timbul karena kerusakan molekul DNA dalam jangka panjang. Pemberian edukasi yang tepat merupakan upaya pencegahan risiko dosis radiasi tersebut. Bila model edukasinya hanya bersifat lisan saja maka potensi kesalahan penyampaian informasi juga sangat besar. Penyampaian informasi yang salah tentu berimplikasi pada risiko pengulangan pemeriksaan dan pada gilirannya memberi dosis radiasi yang lebih banyak lagi bagi pasien. Menyikapi hal itu, pengembangan model edukasi berbasis aplikasi android sangat diperlukan.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Desain penelitiannya yaitu quasy experiment pre post test control group design dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 pasien. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan aplikasi e-3Ramed, kuesioner dan angket. Analisis univariat menghasilkan distribusi frekuensi karakteristik responden. Analisis bivariat menghasilkan pengaruh intervensi edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap pasien radiologi tentang risiko dosis radiasi dengan uji McNemar dan Kruskal Wallis.Hasil: Semua model edukasi efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap pasien radiologi tentang risiko dosis radiasi dengan p-value <0,05. Namun model edukasi yang paling efektif dan memiliki nilai rangking tertinggi yaitu kombinasi lisan dan android dengan mean rank 29,07.Kesimpulan: Telah dikembangkan model edukasi berbasis android yaitu aplikasi e-3Ramed yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap pasien radiologi tentang risiko dosis radiasi.Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Risiko Dosis Radiasi, e-3Ramed
