Abstract

Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa paham banyak ideologi memperkuat toleransi. Penelitian ini senada dengan penelitian Umi Sumbulah (Agama, Negara Pancasila, 2014), Musykuri Abdillah (Hubungan Agama dan Negara dalam Konteks Modernisasi Politis di Era Globalisasi 2013), Ryandi (Antara Pluralisme Liberal dan Toleransi Islam, 2013), dan Mohammad Suhaidi (Harmoni Antar Paham Keagamaan, 2014); yang mengemukakan bahwa ideologi memberi nilai keragaman secara terbuka, saling toleransi dan menjaga kerukunan berbangsa dan bernegara. Namun penelitian ini kontradiktif dengan hasil penelitian: Febri Hijrah Mukhlis (Teologi Pancasila, 2016), Budiyono (Hubungan Negara dan Agama dalam Kekerasan dan Perlawanan Ideologis, 2006), Casram (Membangun Sikap Toleransi Beragama dalam Masyarakat Plural, 2016), dan Izzuddin Saifullah (Sikap Toleransi dalam Menghadapi Perbedaan Ideologi Keagamaan pada Aktivis IMM di Kota Yogyakarta, 2016); yang memandang ideologi sebagai alat perlawanan bagi sebuah tatanan kehidupan yang mapan atau perbedaan ideologi menyebabkan kegoyahan dalam organisasi maupun negara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer penelitian ini diperoleh dari tiga buku karya Farid Wajdi Ibrahim, Guru Besar Pemikiran Islam, yang berjudul: Khilafah Sorotan dan Dukungan; Kajian & Pandangan Ali Abdul Raziq (2014), Dinamika Pendidikan Aceh (2013), dan Orientalisme dan Sikap Umat Islam (2006). Analisis yang digunakan untuk membaca keempat karya Farid Wajdi Ibrahim menggunakan metode Hermeneutik.Kata Kunci: Pembaharuan, Ideologi, Strategi, Pendidikan This research proves that many ideologies reinforce tolerance. This research is in line with the research of Umi Sumbulah (Religion, Pancasila State, 2014), Musykuri Abdillah (Religion and State Relations in the Context of Political Modernization in the 2013 Globalization Era), Ryandi (Between Liberal Pluralism and Islamic Tolerance, 2013), and Mohammad Suhaidi (Harmony Between Religious Understanding, 2014); who argued that ideology provides an open value of diversity, mutual tolerance and maintaining harmony in the nation and state. However, this study contradicts the results of the study: Febri Hijrah Mukhlis (Pancasila Theology, 2016), Budiyono (State and Religious Relations in Ideological Violence and Resistance, 2006), Casram (Building the Attitude of Religious Tolerance in the Plural Society, 2016), and Izzuddin Saifullah (Tolerance in Facing Differences in Religious Ideology in IMM Activists in Yogyakarta City, 2016); who see ideology as a means of resistance to an established life order or ideological differences cause unrest in organizations and countries. This type of research is qualitative research. The primary data source of this study was obtained from three books by Farid Wajdi Ibrahim, Professor of Islamic Thought, entitled: Khilafah Spotlight and Support; Study & Views of Ali Abdul Raziq (2014), Dynamics of Aceh Education (2013), and Orientalism and Attitudes of Muslims (2006). The analysis used to read the four works of Farid Wajdi Ibrahim uses the Hermeneutic method.Keywords: Renewal, Ideology, Strategy, Education

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap komitmen profesi guru, dan (2) pengaruh imbalan kerja terhadap komitmen profesi guru. Subyek penelitian adalah para guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel 252 orang yang diambil dengan cara stratified proporsional random sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur setelah menghitung korelasi semua variabel penelitian berupa matriks. Hasil analisis pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen pada masing-masing substruktur diperoleh (1) Kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,466, (2) Imbalan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,589. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan visioner terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 46,6%, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung imbalan kerja terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 58,9%.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner, Imbalan Kerja,Komitmen ProfesiThe aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of visionary leadership on teachers' professional commitment; and (2) the influence of employee benefits on teachers' professional commitment. The research subjects were Banda Aceh City State High School teachers, with a sample size of 252 people taken using stratified proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results of the analysis of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure showed that (1) visionary leadership had a positive effect on teachers' professional commitment of 0.466, and (2) work benefits had a positive effect on teachers' professional commitment of 0.589. The research results illustrate that (1) there is a direct positive influence of visionary leadership on teachers' professional commitment of 46.6%, and (2) there is a direct positive influence of employee benefits on teachers' professional commitment of 58.9%.Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Employee Benefits, Professional Commitment
