Abstract

Membangun literasi di pedesaan tidak sama dengan membangun literasi di daerah maju seperti di perkotaan karena di masyarakat desa masih kental dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang dimiliki. Oleh sebab itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagiamana membangun budaya literasi berbasis kearifan lokal di Desa Pringgajurang Utara. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh dosen Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia dengan melibatkan mahasiswa pada bulan April 2021. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan ini yakni pendampingan pengajaran, sosialisasi, dan pembinaan. Adapun bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan yakni, 1) mengidentifikasi permasalahan literasi di desa mitra dengan kerjasama dengan TBM setempat, 2) melaksanakan aktivitas membangun literasi berbasis kearifan lokal dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas rumah warga, alam terbuka, masjid, permainan tradisioanl, penggunaan bahasa daerah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni anak-anak desa memiliki motivasi untuk mau belajar dan membaca buku di TBM Pojok Nusantara. Jumlah anak desa yang belajar di TBM Pojok Nusantara semakin meningkat setelah melakukan pembinaan dari kegiatan PkM. Rendahnya literasi di pedesaan bukan karena faktor kemalasan anak namun lebih dikarenakan kurangnya pendamping dan fasilitas pendukung.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil atau yang biasa kita kenal dengan UMKM merupakan salah satu bagian ekonomi terkecil yang bisa menopang bahkan menyelamatkan perekonomian nasional. UMKM sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan laju perekonomiam pada tingkat mikro yang berpengaruh pada level Makro. Namun UMKM Kota Mataram dihadapkan pada permasalahan pemasaran yang masih bersifat manual sehingga proses pemasaran mengalami hambatan akibat produk yang dihasilkan masih belum dikenal secara luas. Disamping itu strategi pemasaran juga masih menggunakan cara yang manual. Belum maksimal memanfaatkan aplikasi aplikasi canggih berbau teknologi seperti HP android untuk publikasi barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan pada media media sosial sebagai tempat promosi barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan UMKM. Perlu dilakukan pendampingan pemanfaatan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis Teknologi untuk pemasaran pada berbagai media sosial dan aplikasi apliaksi sosial untuk melakukan kegiatan pemasaran sekaligus promosi secara publik.kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara insidental dengan metode pendampingan diawali dengan kegiatan sosialisasi yang melibatkan elemen UMKM yang ada di Kota Mataram.Untuk kegiatan lebih lanjut akan dilaksanakan pemasaran berdasarkan penyusunan katalog barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan UMKM yang akan dipasarkan melalui media media sosial yang ada, misalnya dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi yang ada dalam HP

Abstract

Upaya mengubah paradigma lama dalam proses pembelajaran yang biasanya berpusat pada guru , maka penelitian ini mengubah paradigma lama dalam pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa ( student center learning ). Salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan paradigma baru tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif ( cooperative learning ).) yang dapat menjadikan proses belajar mengajar menjadi aktif, kreatif, inovatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, bimbingan, dan pengimbasan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme para guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan ini. Dalam kegiatan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang dapat diterapkan adalah Think Pair and Share (TPS), Jigsaw, Turnamen Game Tim(TGT), dan Round Robin Brainstorming (RRB). Penerapan model-model tersebut dilakukan oleh guru kelas dan guru mata pelajaran. Guru melakukan praktik model tersebut pada kelas II, III, IV, dan V. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi para guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi pada era digitalisasi ini.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan Sosial dan Budaya Nurul Azhar merupakan salah satu sentra pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di desa Wisata Tetebatu, Lombok Timur. Dalam pengelolaannya lembaga ini mengalami tantangan berupa perizinan, keterbaasan sumber daya manusia, pemahaman tentang tata kelola lembaga dan lainnya. Untuk membantu memecahkan berbagai permasalahan tersebut tim PkM Universitas Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram berkolaborasi dengan Beruga’ Alam Institute untuk melakukan pendampingan untuk mengurus Perubahan Status Lembaga & Penyusunan AD/ART, registrasi lembaga di Kementrian Hukum dan Ham, pembentukan dan Pelantikan Pengurus Lembaga, Pengelolaan Kegiatan budaya dan Pendidikan serta promosi Lembaga Sebagai Destinasi Wisata Pendidikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe determination of the quantity of dwellings in Musi Banyuasin district is a form of activity in seeing the development of the number of dwellings on built-up residential land when the existing data on the quantity of dwellings needed for the base year has not been obtained during secondary data collection. The importance of existing occupancy quantity data in planning activities, of course, is as a basis for determining the level of future occupancy shortages (projections). The purpose of this research is to determine the existing data on the number of dwellings in 2022 as an alternative form of providing the quantity of dwellings on built-up settlement land that will be used as planning data in Musi Banyuasin district. The method used is a quantitative approach with analytical methods, statistical, spatial and technical. Based on the results of the analysis, the quantity of dwelling units in Musi Banyuasin district on 7,528 hectares of built-up settlement land resulted in 205,962 dwelling units spread across all sub-districts with an average dwelling area of 148 square meters per house consisting of 124,441 households. These results are based on an assessment of the standard deviation and correlation level of 3 alternative comparison data, namely 213,645 dwelling units and 243,227 dwelling units, both of which have standard deviation and correlation values below the value of alternative 1.Keywords:  Settlement; Residential; Decision; Statistics; TechnicalABSTRAKPenentuan jumlah hunian di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin merupakan bentuk kegiatan untuk melihat perkembangan jumlah hunian di lahan permukiman terbangun ketika data eksisting mengenai jumlah hunian yang dibutuhkan untuk tahun dasar belum diperoleh selama pengumpulan data sekunder. Pentingnya data kuantitas hunian eksisting dalam kegiatan perencanaan tentu saja sebagai dasar untuk menentukan tingkat kekurangan hunian di masa depan (proyeksi). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan data eksisting mengenai jumlah hunian pada tahun 2022 sebagai bentuk alternatif penyediaan kuantitas hunian di lahan permukiman terbangun yang akan digunakan sebagai data perencanaan di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis, statistik, spasial, dan teknis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, jumlah unit hunian di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pada lahan permukiman terbangun seluas 7.528 hektar menghasilkan 205.962 unit hunian yang tersebar di seluruh kecamatan dengan rata-rata luas hunian sebesar 148 meter persegi per rumah yang terdiri dari 124.441 rumah tangga. Hasil ini didasarkan pada penilaian terhadap nilai standar deviasi dan tingkat korelasi dari 3 data perbandingan alternatif, yaitu 213.645 unit hunian dan 243.227 unit hunian, di mana keduanya memiliki nilai standar deviasi dan korelasi di bawah nilai alternatif 1.Kata kunci: Permukiman; Hunian; Keputusan; Statistik; Teknis.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Madrasah Committee in supporting the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum, Banyuanyar Lor, Gending, Probolinggo. The Madrasah Committee as a strategic partner of educational institutions has the responsibility to support the planning, implementation and supervision of the management of BOS funds in a transparent and accountable manner. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with Madrasah Committee members, madrasah heads, teachers, as well as document analysis related to the management of BOS funds. The research results show that the role of the Madrasah Committee includes contributing to budget planning, providing strategic input on priority use of funds, as well as monitoring the implementation and reporting of BOS funds. However, several obstacles were found, such as committee members' limited understanding of fund management regulations and a lack of active participation in the evaluation process. To increase the effectiveness of the role, it is recommended that there be training and technical assistance for committee members, as well as strengthening synergy between the madrasah and the committee. These findings provide important insight into the importance of Madrasah Committee involvement in managing BOS funds to support improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of technology in supporting the school accreditation process at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method to gain a deeper understanding of technology use in educational quality management, particularly in the accreditation process. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the school principal, administrative staff, teachers, and information technology managers at the school, as well as through direct observation of the technology implementation. The results of the study indicate that the application of digital technology in the accreditation process has a positive impact on improving the efficiency and transparency of accreditation data processing. Cloud-based systems enable faster data collection and facilitate monitoring, but there are challenges related to staff mastery of technology and infrastructure limitations, particularly unstable internet connections. Additionally, although technology provides significant benefits, reliance on digital systems raises concerns in the event of technical disruptions, which require contingency plans. The conclusion of this study is that while the application of technology in accreditation has a positive impact, challenges related to training and infrastructure need to be addressed to achieve more optimal results. This study provides recommendations for other schools to adopt technology in the accreditation process and improve the quality of education through digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of emotional leadership in educational decision-making and improving the quality of learning at MA Miftahul Ulum Banyuanyar Lor, Probolinggo Regency. This study was chosen by considering the socio-economic diversity of students that can affect the learning process at the madrasah. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, three educators, two students, and two parents of students. Observations were also conducted to directly see the emotional interactions that occur in the educational process. The results of the study indicate that the application of emotional leadership, based on the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman and Salovey, has been shown to improve the quality of learning. Leaders who are able to manage emotions and show empathy succeed in creating an atmosphere that supports learning, motivates educators, and increases students' enthusiasm for learning. However, challenges related to students' socio-economic conditions that affect their emotional conditions remain an important concern in educational management. In conclusion, the emotional leadership that is applied has had a positive impact on the quality of education. Therefore, it is important to continue to develop emotional intelligence at the educational leadership level in order to improve the quality of learning at the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing mix strategies in increasing the number of new students in private Islamic educational institutions, with a case study at SMA Zainul Hasan Genggong, Probolinggo, East Java. The phenomenon of declining interest in private Islamic schools amid increasingly fierce competition among educational institutions is the background for the importance of this study. The research was conducted to determine how the four elements of the marketing mix—product, price, promotion, and place—are managed within the context of a boarding school-based institution, as well as the challenges and opportunities encountered in their implementation. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, with primary informants including the school principal, promotion staff, senior teachers, and parents. The research findings indicate that the product element has strengths in terms of Islamic curriculum and tahfidz programs, but it has not been packaged in a systematic promotional narrative. The price element is flexible but lacks transparency in its communication to the public. Promotional strategies still predominantly rely on conventional methods and have not fully leveraged social media or digital channels. Meanwhile, the distribution element does not provide adequate online information access, particularly for prospective students from outside the region. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the marketing mix strategy at SMA Zainul Hasan Genggong needs to be strengthened through a more open, technology-based, and participatory communication approach to enhance the appeal and competitiveness of private Islamic educational institutions in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of digital marketing on the effectiveness of learning and the quality of education at MI Miftahul Ulum Banyuanyar Lor, Probolinggo Regency. The location of this study was chosen because this Madrasah has begun to integrate digital technology into the learning process. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, involving interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, five educators, two students, and two parents of students. The data obtained through interviews and observations were then analyzed to see how digital marketing is implemented in this Madrasah. The results of the study show that the use of social media and other digital platforms increases interaction between schools, students, and parents, and makes learning more interesting and interactive. Digital marketing makes it easier for students to access teaching materials more flexibly. However, there are challenges related to limited internet access and the influence of social media on students' learning concentration. In conclusion, digital marketing has great potential to improve the quality of Islamic education in this Madrasah, but proper supervision and regulation are needed so that technology is used effectively and does not interfere with students' focus on learning.
