Abstract

Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) merupakan salah satu strategi pengelolaan balita sakit, berupa upaya kuratif dan preventif dalam rangka mengatasi masalah kesehatan Balita pada Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) di Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan quasy experiment. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 11 orang tua balita (1-5 Tahun) Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Hajran wilayah kerja Puskesmas Durian Luncuk Kecamatan Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari Jambi, diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis statistik dengan tingkat kemaknaan uji p<0,05. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kartu deteksi penyakit pada Balita 1-5 tahun merupakan instrumen yang valid (rhitung: 0,564-0,814 > rtabel: 0,444) dan reliabel (rhitung: 0,765) dalam mendeteksi gejala penyakit. Berdasarkan analisis paired samples T test diketahui bahwa ada selisih pengetahuan sebelum ( =6,45) dengan sesudah ( =10,18) perlakuan, dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikan ( =3,73, thitung=5,632, pValue=0,000) pengetahuan orang tua Suku Anak Dalam dengan penggunaan kartu deteksi penyakit pada Balita. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kartu deteksi penyakit pada balita (algoritma MTBS) merupakan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel, dan ada pengaruh secara signifikan perlakuan dengan algoritma MTBS terhadap pengetahuan orang tua Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Hajran Kecamatan Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari Jambi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai panduan dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, MTBS, SAD

Abstract

Peningkatan kasus HIV/ AIDS ini diduga salah satunya disebabkan oleh ditutupnya kawasan lokalisasi Payo Sigadung. Pasca ditutupnya Payo Sigadung tahun 2014 lalu, tentunya menjadi salah satu “ancaman” dikarenakan sulitnya petugas kesehatan melakukan kontrol dan pengawasan terhadap pekerja seks komersial (PSK) tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan kuat dugaan para pekerja seks komersial tersebut masih bekerja dengan sembunyi-sembunyi dan bahkan menyebar ke luar Payo Sigadung seperti di kawasan hiburan malam dan tempat-tempat lain seperti warung remang-remang dan tempat-tempat lainnya. Sehubungan dengan itu tentunya diperlukan inisiatif masyarakat yang memiliki kesadaran untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala. Salah satu sarana yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat adalah layanan Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) yang tersedia di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Layanan VCT dalam Program Pencegahan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi. Studi Kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam pada Maret-November 2020. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konselor HIV/AIDS, petugas laboratorium/ farmasi, petugas administrasi dan pengunjung layanan VCT.Hasil penelitian yaitu Pelaksanaan layanan VCT, tingkat pengetahuan/ pemahaman informasi, sarana dan prasarana umumnya sudah cukup baik. Perlu adanya evaluasi berkala terhadap pelaksanaan layanan VCT, peningkatan ketrampilan petugas agar dapat menggali informasi lebih dalam dari pasien, perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan yang rutin. Abstract

In Jambi Province, the morbidity rate of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has increased for three consecutive years with a mortality rate of 0.74%. This study aimed to determine the performance of health workers to reduce the incidence of dengue fever at the Jambi City Health Center in 2020. This study used a cross-sectional design with several respondents 80 officers, the sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the length of work (OR = 0.184), facilities and infrastructure (OR = 1.977), supervision (OR = 2.118), and superior support (OR = 2.029) with the performance of health workers, and there was no significant relationship between the last education (OR=1.152) and reward (OR=1.472) with the performance of health workers. Health officers DHF program are expected to maximize services such as environmental health inspections and PSN 3M counseling as well as increase supervision of the community so that they can participate in the prevention of DHF, namely by forming Jumantik cadres, maximizing outreach and outreach with the community, and fostering community self-hygiene.

Abstract

Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) is a group whose role is to foster community families both in urban and rural areas that can produce synergies for independent prosperous families by improving mental-spiritual life behavior by living and practicing Pancasila. Some public health issues that can be the top priority of TP-PKK at the sub-district level to be considered, include maternal and child health, smoking behavior, health of pregnant women, vaccinations for toddlers, adolescent and school child health, residential environmental health, nutrition for family members and issues related to social epidemiology (disease incidence based on community characteristics). Some of these issues will be used as material for understanding community service activities in 2 sub-districts in Jambi City - East Jambi District and Paal Merah District. These assistance activities include lectures and questions and answers, simulations in class and simulations in the field (family). This community service activity is carried out in the span of time in July and August 2019, followed by the monitoring and evaluation stages in September and October 2019. The stages of this activity include planning, implementation and accompanied by monitoring and evaluation activities. The results of community service include TP-PKK members at the district level to collect data on healthy families by using healthy family diaries.

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan (Karhutla) yang terjadi di Indonesia tahun 2015 berbeda dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya.Jumlah kebakaran terbanyak terpantau pada 6 provinsi di Indonesia yaitu Provinsi Riau, Jambi, Sumatera Selatan, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, dan Kalimantan Selatan. Dampak kesehatan yang paling signifikan adalah infeksi salur pernafasan akut (ISPA), asma bronkial, diare, iritasi mata, dan penyakit kulit. Untuk menghindari dampak negatif kebakaran hutan dan lahan terhadap kesehatan, perlu ada edukasi mengenai hal tersebut di wilayah yang terdampak. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah menjaga agar udara dalam ruanganbersih, sedapat mungkin tidak keluar rumah, menggunakan masker yang tepat ketika keluar rumah, membersihkan tubuh. Serta untuk mendukung kegiatan peningkatan Upaya Kesehatan Sekolah, maka mitra yang tepat menjadi sasaran adalah siswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi mengenai respon terhadap permasalahan krisis kesehatan saat bencana kabut asap bagi siswa. Kegiatan ini bermitra dengan Camat Pelayangan dan SMP N 13 Pelayangan Kota Jambi sebanyak 60 siswa, dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pemberian masker dan praktek cuci tangan dansabun yang benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan tingkatpengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta setelah diberikan edukasi. Hal ini dapat terbukti dari hasil analisis uji t-paired test nilai t=-4.0596, df= 61 dan P-value =0.0001. Publikasi di media massa melalui media digital dan jurnal merupakan luaran yang dihasilkan. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini yaitu telah terlaksana dengan baik dan efektif. Camat, Kepala Sekolah dan guru sangatmendukung, serta siswa sangat antusias dalam mengikuti dan melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan mengingatsiswa di kelompok umur ini memiliki risiko terhadap berbagai penyakit, haruslah menjadi fokus dalam upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Meskipun berbagai sumber pendanaan domestik tersedia, pendanaan untuk program tuberkulosis (TB) di Indonesia masih didominasi oleh dana dari donor internasional. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan hard skills berupa pengetahuan kepada ketua RT mengenai kondisi epidemiologi TB, kegiatan-kegiatan pencegahan dan pengendalian TB di masyarakat, pentingnya penganggaran TB mulai di tingkat RT, dan informasi sumber pendanaan yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan pencegahan dan pengendalian TB. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan ketua RT mengenai kondisi epidemiologi TB dan kegiatan pencegahan dan pengendalian TB sehingga mereka dapat berkomitmen untuk mengusulkan kegiatan TB berbasis masyarakat menggunakan dana yang tersedia di Desa/Kelurahan di tahun penganggaran selanjutnya. Metode kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dengan sasaran sebanyak tujuh orang ketua RT yang ada di Kelurahan Solok Sipin. Pengetahuan peserta diukur dengan membandingkan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Terjadi penurunan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 9% (nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,43 dan standar deviasi 14,64) dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test (nilai rata-rata 74,29 dan standar deviasi 11,34) . Meskipun demikian, berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon diketahui bahwa tidak ada perbedaan secara statistik nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test.Abstract: Even though various sources of domestic funds are available, funds of tuberculosis (TB) program in Indonesia are still dominated by fund from international donors. The purpose of this activity is to provide hard skills of the Head of Neighborhoods regarding the epidemiological condition of TB, TB prevention and control activities in the community, the importance of TB budgeting starting at the neighborhood level, and sources of funding used for TB prevention and control. The output of this activity is an increase in the knowledge of the Head of the Neighborhoods regarding the epidemiology of TB and TB prevention and control so that they commit to proposing community-based TB activities using available funds in the village in the next budget year. The method of this activity is socialization with the target of seven Head of Neighborhoods in Solok Sipin Village. Participants' knowledge was measured by comparing the pre-test and post-test scores. There was a decrease in the mean value of the post-test of 9% (mean value of 81.43 and standard deviation of 14.64) compared to mean value of the pre-test (mean value of 74.29 and standard deviation of 11.34). However, based on the Wilcoxon test, it was found that there was no statistical difference between the pre-test and post-test mean values.

Abstract

The Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) program is the standard of success in health services, because Antenatal Care is a comprehensive service for pregnant women in early detection of pregnancy complications that may occur to prepare for positive pregnancy and childbirth, so as to reduce maternal mortality. However, the maternal mortality rate in Jambi City still occurs every year, therefore one of the objectives of the Integrated Antenatal Service Program is to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach with a total of 10 informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The results of this study on the input aspect are not good, because Health HR is still lacking in midwives and the facilities and infrastructure that must be owned. In the aspect of the process, it was found that it was not good, because HR planning was not carried out, the implementation process in providing services according to the 10 T standard was also not maximized and recording and reporting often resulted in delays in reporting and recording.

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus is a virus from Wuhan. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused physical and mental health problems, and this situation is also experienced by all health workers, such as doctors, nurses, midwives, and other health professionals. This study aimed to determine the factors related to the level of anxiety of Puskesmas employees during Covid-19. Methods: The design of this study used a cross-sectional. This research was conducted at the Kemantan Public Health Center, Kerinci Regency. The population of all Kemantan Health Center employees, the number of samples as many as 62 Puskesmas employees. The independent variables of this study were age, gender, education level, economic status, and social support. The dependent variable of this study is the level of anxiety—data analysis using Chi-Square. Results: The results showed that the proportion of the Public Health Center employees who are anxious is higher on inadequate social support (70%) than good social support (34.4%). The bivariate analysis found that poor social support had a risk of 0.634 times for experiencing anxiety, and it was proven that the significant p-value was <0.05 (PR 2.036: 95% CI 1.195-3.470). There is no relationship between age and anxiety levels, and there is no relationship between gender and anxiety levels, there is no relationship between education level and anxiety levels, there is a relationship between economic status and anxiety levels, and there is a relationship between social support and anxiety levels. Conclusion: It was concluded that the variables that had a relationship with the anxiety factors of Public Health Center employees during Covid-19 were economic status and social support. Furthermore, there is no relationship between gender and education level with the anxiety level of the Public Health Center  employees at the Kerinci Regency Kerinci Health Center

Abstract

Abstract The current handling of COVID-19 in Indonesia has entered a new phase, namely the new normal. This condition allows people to return to productive lives, while still complying with health protocols. Tourist attractions have the potential to become the locus of the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, it is necessary to comply with the application of health protocols in order to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19. The emergence of the term Revenge Tourism or revenge tourism after the new normal was implemented, during the pandemic people felt bored doing activities at home until when there was a new policy, traveling was a way to reduce boredom while at home. The type of research used is observational with a cross sectional design. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, trust and facilities with compliance with the application of health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic at tourist attractions in Jambi City, the study was conducted at tourist attractions in Jambi City in June-August 2022. The population in this study are visitors to tourist attractions as many as 378 people. The minimum sample size is 345 people. Sampling using accidental random sampling method. Data were obtained through interviews with a questionnaire instrument. The data is processed using a computer device and then analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.007), trust (p = 0.000) and facilities (p = 0.003) with compliance with the application of health protocols during the covid-19 pandemic in tourist attractions in Jambi City.

Abstract

Background: A person's perception of their level of justice (equity) at work is reflected in their level of job satisfaction. The nature of the work, salary, supervision, and relationships among coworkers are all factors that affect how satisfied one is with one's job. The number of patients treated by the Puskesmas in the National Health Insurance (JKN) is rising, with 586,893 persons (94.55%) in Jambi City enrolled as JKN participants at the Puskesmas. This study aimed to ascertain the relationship between services and working circumstances and the job satisfaction of healthcare professionals at the Jambi City Health Center in 2021 during the National Health Insurance (JKN) era. Methods: A cross-sectional design method was used in this investigation. The study's population comprised six hundred fifty-three healthcare professionals, and 92 respondents were nurses. Services and working circumstances are the study's independent variables, while job conditions are its dependent variable. Questionnaires are measurement devices. Univariate and bivariate data analyses were performed (using the chi-square test = 0.05). Results: Determine the association between the independent and dependent variables using bivariate Chi-Square analysis. The findings indicated that the relationship between job satisfaction and services had a p-value of 0.037, where 0.05. The correlation between favourable working conditions and job satisfaction is 0.023, with 0.05 as the reference value. Conclusion: In conclusion, there is a correlation between the services provided and the job happiness of healthcare professionals at the Jambi City Health Center and between working circumstances and job satisfaction.
