Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of socio-economic characteristics on the amount of zakat paid by muzakki (Zakkah Payers) in Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli. Zakat is not only a form of spiritual worship, but also serves as a tool to reduce social inequality and improve community welfare. In Indonesia, although the potential for zakat from income and services is quite large, its realization is still relatively low. Socio-economic characteristics such as education, occupation, income, and number of dependents influence the amount of zakat paid, so understanding these factors is important for zakat management institutions to design effective and targeted collection and distribution strategies. The study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. The study population consisted of 136 zakat payers, with a sample of 60 people selected through purposive sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that education, occupation, and income had a significant effect on the amount of zakat paid, but the number of breadwinners did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, socioeconomic characteristics had a positive and significant effect, confirming that the combination of education, occupation, and income determines the amount of zakat paid by zakat payers. This finding demonstrates the importance of considering the socio-economic characteristics of zakat payers to achieve success in zakat management and its impact on societal welfare.

Abstract

Kehadiran perbankan syariah memperkuat peran dalam pembangunan perekonomian Indonesia dan menjaga stabilitas keuangan Nasional, maka diperlukan manajemen yang baik dalam upaya pengembangan perbankan syariah demi membangun bank syariah yang kuat dan sehat. Santri pondok pesantren sebagai salah satu komponen masyarakat yang merupakan pangsa pasar yang layak untuk diperhatikan dalam hal peningkatan jumlah nasabah bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan promosi terhadap minat menabung santri pndok pesantren Ar-Ridwan di bank syariah dengan metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel didapat sebanyak 113 responden dan data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan dianalisis melalui pengujian statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung santri di bank syariah, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung santri di bank syariah, artinya secara bersama-sama pengetahuan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung santri di bank syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic financing, education, and inequality on poverty in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary panel data. The data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Financial Services Authority. The observation period covers 2015–2025 and includes 33 provinces in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, assisted by EViews 12 software. The model applied in this study is the Random Effects Model (REM). The results indicate that Islamic financing has a negative and significant effect on poverty, education has a negative and significant effect on poverty, and inequality has a positive and significant effect on poverty.

Abstract

As a comprehensive measure of welfare, Indonesia's Human Development Index (HDI) serves as a critical metric guiding targeted policies, with improving household food security and fueling inclusive economic growth representing key avenues to drive sustained gains across health, education, income and poverty reduction. This study examines the vital role of improved food security and inclusive economic growth as strategic drivers that can significantly raise Indonesia's human development outcomes across multiple wellbeing dimensions encapsulated in HDI. This study analyzes the impact of food security and economic growth, on HDI in 34 province in Indonesia. Using panel data regression on national and provincial level data from 2019-2022, result show that food security and economic growth have positive and significant impact in HDI in each province in Indonesia. Improvement in food security and higher economic growth rates correlate with better HDI achievement. These findings indicate that efforts to strengthen food security and accelerate inclusive economic expansion can serve as important pathways for advancing quality of life across Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumption, investment, government spending, and poverty on economic growth during the 2014 Q1–2024 Q4 period. The study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series obtained from official sources. The collected data were tested using multiple linear regression, and supported by descriptive statistical tests, stationarity tests, correlation tests, and autocorrelation tests. The results show that consumption, investment, and government spending have a positive but insignificant influence on economic growth. Conversely, poverty has a negative but significant influence on economic growth. Simultaneously, all independent variables do not have a significant effect on economic growth. The relatively low coefficient of determination value indicates that there are still other factors outside the model that influence economic growth. This finding emphasizes the importance of poverty reduction in driving increased economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of inflation and exchange rates on the money supply in Indonesia and to identify the short-term and long-term relationships among these variables. A country’s economic stability is inextricably linked to the dynamics of inflation, exchange rates, and the money supply, which are interrelated within the economic system. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the period 2020-2024. The analysis method used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, as it is capable of estimating both short-term and long-term relationships simultaneously within a single model. The results indicate a long-term relationship among inflation, exchange rates, and the money supply. Partially, the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on the money supply in Indonesia. This suggests that changes in the exchange rate particularly when the rupiah depreciates can drive increased liquidity in the economy through monetary policy mechanisms and international trade activities. Meanwhile, inflation does not have a significant effect on the money supply in the short term. This indicates that changes in inflation during the study period did not directly influence money supply policy due to the inflation control policies implemented by Bank Indonesia. Thus, exchange rate stability is a critical factor that must be considered in maintaining monetary equilibrium and national economic stability. Abstract

Abstract The importance of improving the quality of service to the community is a thing that can not be delayed, because with good service quality, it will be able to impact on increasing the amount of incoming investment. Public service is any service activities undertaken for the implementation of public services as an effort to meet the needs of the public and the implementation of the provisions of legislation. For the result of Community Satisfaction Index Survey on service quality of Integrated Licensing Service of Cirebon Regency Year 2016 which has the highest value is service ability of officer in giving service and service of suitability of service requirement with service type respectively 85,42, while having the lowest value is Fairness service cost to get service and suitability between cost incurred with cost which have been determined which each value equal to 77,75. Keywords:  Satisfaction, Public Service, Quality of Human Resources, Procedures. Abstrak Pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat adalah hal yang tidak dapat ditunda, karena dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, akan berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah investasi yang masuk. Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan pelayanan yang dilakukan untuk pelaksanaan pelayanan publik sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan pelaksanaan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Untuk hasil Survei Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2016 yang memiliki nilai tertinggi adalah kemampuan pelayanan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pelayanan kesesuaian kebutuhan layanan dengan jenis layanan masing-masing sebesar 85,42, sementara memiliki Nilai terendah adalah biaya layanan Fairness untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dan kesesuaian antara biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan biaya yang telah ditentukan dimana masing-masing nilai sebesar 77,75. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Pelayanan Publik, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Prosedur.

Abstract

Abstract Every organization has a marketing strategy that must be executed in carrying out its business activities. Strategy is the organizational means used to achieve its goals. Society in general is expecting business people to prioritize the needs of society by not ignoring the ethics in business. Therefore, business and society should maintain good relations through the application of ethical values in business such as honesty, modesty, and high sense of responsibility. Problems in this study are (1) How the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing sales at the company Tahu Sari Rasa? (2) How is the marketing strategy at Tahu Sari Rasa company in terms of Islamic business ethics ?. The method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques that will be used is by doing Observation, Interview and Documentation. From the results of the study, the authors observed the marketing strategy by using the marketing mix and review of Islamic business ethics on the company Tahu Sari Rasa. The result is that the marketing strategy needs to improve the promotion aspect because it is still traditional and the Islamic business ethics review is appropriate. Keywords: Strategy Marketing, and Islamic Business Ethics. Abstrak Setiap organisasi perusahaan memiliki strategi pemasaran yang harus dijalankan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bisnisnya. Strategi merupakan sarana organisasi yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Masyarakat pada umumnya sangat mengharapkan para pelaku bisnis mengutamakan kebutuhan masyarakat dengan tidak mengabaikan etika dalam berbisnis. Oleh karena itu, pelaku bisnis dan masyarakat hendaknya menjaga hubungan baik melalui penerapan nilai-nilai etika dalam berbisnis seperti kejujuran, kesopanan, dan rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada perusahaan Tahu Sari Rasa? (2) Bagaimana strategi pemasaran pada perusahaan Tahu Sari Rasa ditinjau dari etika bisnis Islam? Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, penulis mengamati strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan bauran pemasaran dan tinjauan etika bisnis Islam pada perusahaan Tahu Sari Rasa. Hasilnya strategi pemasaran perlu memperbaiki segi promosi karena masih tradisional dan tinjauan etika bisnis Islam sudah sesuai. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, dan Etika Bisnis Islam.

Abstract

AbstractBehavioral intention to the entrepreneurship is the first step move to the business world, without interest in entrepreneurship then the entrepreneur is difficult to develop. In developing entrepreneurship at an Islamic boarding school, it is necessary to build entrepreneurship interest in students of Islamic boarding school. Factors that influenced the growth of decisions to entrepreneurship is the result of the interaction of several factors namely the educational environment, personality, and family environment. This research uses the quantitative method with data collection technique that are questioner, documentary study and literature study. As the results can be showed that the partial variables of entrepreneurship education have a positive effect, while the environmental education variables do not positively affect the interest of entrepreneur for students in Islamic boarding school. Simultaneously show that the entrepreneurship education and family environment have a positive effect on entrepreneur interest of students in Islamic boarding school.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Family, and Interest in Entrepreneurship. AbstrakMinat wirausaha adalah langkah awal memasuki dunia bisnis, tanpa minat berwirausaha maka wirausaha tersebut sulit untuk berkembang. Dalam mengembangkan kewirausahaan pada Pondok Pesantren diperlukan penanaman minat kewirausahaan pada santri. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuhnya keputusan untuk berwirausaha merupakan hasil interaksi dari beberapa faktor yaitu lingkungan pendidikan, kepribadian seseorang, dan lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif, sedangkan variabel lingkungan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha santri. Secara simultan menunjukan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha santri.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Keluarga, dan Minat Wirausaha.
