Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of digital literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge and social support on the entrepreneurial readiness of students at the Anwarul Huda Islamic boarding school. The sample used in this research was 134 respondents using a purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula technique. The data analysis method is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is a partial hypothesis test (t test). The research results show that partially (t test) the variables digital literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge and social support influence the entrepreneurial readiness of students at the Anwarul Huda Islamic boarding school.  Keywords: Digital Literacy, Entrepreneurial Knowledge And Entrepreneurial Readiness

Abstract

The problem that occurs in the community, especially the Jabung sub-district is the increase in plastic waste caused by the use of plastic every day, caring for the environment aims to provide educational information and raise awareness, especially for students of SDN 1 Jabung, by raising awareness of SDN 1 Jabung students will give strength strong aqidah in protecting the environment and awareness of the dangers of excessive plastic use, educational activities are carried out in the form of visualization of material exposure, 3-dimensional media, interactive communication and explanations of various kinds of impacts that have occurred in the surrounding environment. The activity took place in a conducive-mass manner with an audience of 20 students for class VI, class V 15 students and class IV 16 students which resulted in positive feedback in the form of a school environment cleanliness movement and Zero Waste in daily implementation.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly among Generation Z, presents both challenges and opportunities for platforms like Shopee. In this context, User Interface quality, product availability, and delivery estimation accuracy are critical factors that can significantly influence user loyalty. This research aims to analyze the impact of these three variables on user loyalty to Shopee in Malang City. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey involving 80 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that User Interface quality and product availability significantly enhance user loyalty, while delivery estimation accuracy does not show a significant effect. These findings emphasize that a positive user experience, characterized by an appealing interface and sufficient product availability, can effectively boost loyalty to Shopee. This study offers valuable insights for Shopee managers to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience. By prioritizing enhancements in User Interface quality and product availability, it is anticipated that user loyalty among Generation Z will increase substantially. The research also recommends further studies to explore additional factors influencing user loyalty on e-commerce platforms, including customer service quality and promotional strategies. Keywords : User Interface quality, product availability, delivery estimation accuracy, user loyalty, Shopee, Generation Z

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Live Streaming on Impulsive Buying on TiktokShop-Tokopedia users Case study on Malang Islamic University Students, Class of 2021. The type of population to be studied is unlimited, because researchers do not know the exact number of student consumers who make impulsive buying on TiktokShop-Tokopedia. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method using the 24 x 5 = 120 respondents. Content marketing, affiliate marketing, and live streaming simultaneously affect impulsive buying. Content Marketing has no effect on Impulsive Buying. Affiliate marketing has an effect on impulsive buying. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of Brand Image and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions through Brand Trust as an intervening variable in the case of Hanasui beauty products among Generation Z in Malang City. The study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research involved 85 Generation Z respondents who are users of Hanasui beauty products in Malang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The collected data was processed using the SmartPLS analysis tool with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS method. The results of the study indicate that Brand Image and Social Media Marketing do not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. However, Brand Image and Social Media Marketing have a significant influence on Brand Trust. Brand Trust also significantly affects Purchase Decisions. Furthermore, Brand Trust positively and significantly mediates the relationship between Brand Image and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze people's buying interest in thrift clothing based on price perceptions, and whether thrift clothing has its own value compared to new clothing. This is relevant because currently many people consider consumption prices as part of a lifestyle in meeting individual needs, as well as its influence on the marketing of thrifty clothing on social media. This research used quantitative methods with the student population of the Islamic University of Malang and involved 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data was obtained from primary sources through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. The research results show that simultaneously or partially, Price Perception (X1), Lifestyle (X2), and Social Media Marketing (X3) have a positive effect on Purchase Interest (Y). Keywords: Price Perception, Lifestyle, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Intention, Thrift Clothes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Purchase Decision on MS Glow Skincare products. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The population in this study who have purchased MS Glow Skincare products at least once in the Islamic University of Malang environment. The sampling technique used Snowball Sampling with a sample of 85 respondents. Data obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) simultaneously affect Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) dilakukan oleh setiap kampus untuk bisa mengabdi dan bersosialisasi langsung dengan masyarakat, begitu juga dengan yang di lakukan oleh kampus Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) tapi sekarang UNISMA melaksanakannya dengan tampil beda yaitu dengan mengubah nama tanpa menghilangkan maksud dan tujuannya yaitu KSM (Kandidat Sarjana Mengabdi) TEMATIK, yang bertempatkan di desa Mulyoagung kabupaten malang. Strategi BUMDes Mulyoagung dimasa pandemi masih dalam tahap perencanaan, untuk saat ini BUMDes masih menjalankan usaha Desa dengan cara normal. BUMDes Mulyoagung bisa dikatakan berani atau mampu mengambil kebijakan yang baik, dimana dimasa pandemi seperti ini masih bisa menjalankan usaha Desa dan Mampu mengambil kebijakan yang baik dengan mendukung para pedagang yang ada di pasar minggu untuk tetap mematuhi peraturan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstract In the modern era, consumption patterns have undergone significant changes, particularly among young generations, including students in Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren). One of the crucial factors influencing consumer behavior is financial management behavior, which plays a vital role in maintaining financial stability. This study aims to identify the partial influence of Islamic financial literacy, financial knowledge, and financial attitude on financial management behavior at Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Malang. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collected using a purposive sampling technique. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 177 respondents, all of whom are active students. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 software. The findings indicate a significant positive effect of Islamic financial literacy, financial knowledge, and financial attitude on financial management behavior at Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Malang. Additionally, each of the variables Islamic financial literacy, financial knowledge, and financial attitude has a partial influence on financial management behavior at Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Malang. Keywords: Islamic Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Financial Management Behavior.
