ABSTRACTThis study is intended to find out the relationship between adolescent tonomy and achievement motivation. The subjects of study are studentsr Sunan Pandanaran senior high school, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The amount r the students are 78 (seventy eight) students. In this study, researcher Fed correlation studies of Product-Momen Pearson. The researcher Fed purposive sampling to collect the data. Then, the researcher process ata used a scale of achievement motivation and authonimy. The scale of chievement motivation consists of 35 items and the scale of authonomy onsists of 41 items.The results of this study showed that there is a correlation coefficient in the amount for significance level, it is 0.645, and 0.000 (p <0.05). It means zat hyphotesis explained that the positive relationship between achievement iotivation and authonomy can be accepted The effectiveness of regression n the study is 41.6%, it means that 14.4% achievement motivation is etermined by authonomy and 57.4% is influenced by other factors. Such rs natural factors; birth order, gender, age, and environmental factors as ike; parent's education, culture, education and occupation.Key words: Autonomy, achievement motivation

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research are want to know about the relationship between self concept and police’s interpersonal communications at Polres Bantul, and want to know the effective support fron the self concept to police’s interpersonal communications at Polres Bantul.There are two variables in this research. The independent variable is police’s interpersonal communications and the dependent variable is self concept. The subject’s characteristic are (1) the police at Polres Bantu; (2) man or woman; (3) have 2 years minimal eksperient work at Bantul. The population are 157 police. Random sampling use as a technic to choose the subject. There are two scale in this research, communication interpersonal scale and self concept scale. The method for analysis is the correlations of product moment.The conclusion there are the relationship between self concept and police’s interpersonal communications. The higher self concept will make the communication interpersonal be higher too. The hypothesis can accept, it’s the mean there are the relationship between self concept and police’s interpersonal communications. The effective score for self concept to interpersonal communication 25,8%. It’s the mean 74,2% interpersonal communication variable is support another variable for examples are perception and memory. ABSTRACT           The purpose of this study are to find out the role self-efficacy and self regulated learning of mathematics in term gender. The subjects of this study are 166 students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The methods in this research are interview between teacher and students, observation and test. The instruments used in this research were regulation and self-efficacy scale. Analyzing data were done by Correlation Product Moment and independent sample t-test with SPSS for windows release version 17.0.            The result shows coeficient correlation r = 0,802, p = 0,000 (p<0,05) and r² = 64,4%, 35,6% of self regulated learning was defined by the other factors such as gender, knowledge, motivation, self willingness. Research shows there is a significant positive correlation between self efficacy for self regulated learning at students and there are differences in self regulated learning by gender.Keyword: self efficacy, self regulated learning.

Abstract            Intention of this research is know how far dread of loss of memorizing Al-Quran of at hafidz evaluated from level religions. This subject research is one who have memorized the Al-Quran fully and which still complete its memorizing with the amount four people.               Method of data research used in this research is observation and interview the. Technique analyses the data used in research is data collecting, reduce the data, presenting data, trianggulasi, and recapitulating.               Result of data analysis is there are five dimension religions and three dread aspect which emerge the. Subject still out for overcome the existing stress. Five the dimension is religions ideology dimension or confidence with the sub categorize to believe the truth of doctrine. Dimension of practice religion or observance which is with the sub categorize the ritual and adherence. Experience dimension with the sub categorize the natural by sensation and perception of somebody and also essence of God of Dimension of religion knowledge with the elementary category sub- base of conviction. Dimension consequence with the sub categorize the effect of confidence and effect of practice religion. Dread aspect emerge is aspect intellectual, aspect biology or physiological also emotional aspect and behavior. Aspect Intellectual with the hard category sub concentration, orient the past, productivity degradation. Aspect Biology or physiological with the sub categorize the physical dad. Abstract The aim of this reseach is to know how far the resilence of juvenile orphan in facing social relation and life problem. Subject of this reseach is juvinile orphan who live in orthanage and concist of two people.Reseach method that is used in this reseach is interview and observation. Analitical technic used in this reseach is data colecting, data reduction, data presentation, data trianggulation, and to conclude the existing data. Data analys result is there are four aspects that is found 25 variabel catagory resilience of juvinile orphan, includes of factors that influence the resilience, characteristic resilience, spesific resilience, domain, spesification of the individual resilience. There are 3 catagories and 16 sub catagories factors that influence the resilience. The second aspect is characteristic resilience, there are 7 catagories and 11 sub catagories. The third aspect is spesification resilience domain, there are 3 catagories and 8 sub catagories. The fourh aspect is spesification of the individual resilience , there are 12catagories and 23 sub catagories.  Key Word : The Juvenile, Resilience

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to determine the relation of job rotation with work motivation in POLRES Sleman. This research is conducted in quantitative approach, using two and Subjects in this study were staff of Turjawali POLRES Sleman. Data was collected with tour of duty scale and job motivation scale. Data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) for windows release version 17.0.The result showed a positive significant relationship between tour of duty with job motivation in the case of staff Turjawali POLRES Sleman. The coefficient of determination () is 0,889 or 88,9%, this means job rotation can predict job motivation variable (Y) of 88,9% and the rest remaining 11,1% can be explained or predicted by other factors. So, the higher job rotation it would be impact to the higher work motivation to the worker, otherwise the lower of job rotation then the lower of work motivation staff.Keyword: Job rotation, work motivation

ABSTRACTThe study aims at understanding the role of classroom management in student's regulation during the class. The Research subject involves four, ten years male and female Elementary student's. Based on the data analysis, it can he concluded that the self regulation of the students during the class consist of ability to focus, ability to find instruction, ability to monitor, ability to be involved actively in class and metacognitive talk. The classroom management consist of ability to get students involve actively, ability in managing the class distraction and ability to manage time efficiently. Key words: Self regulation, Classroom Management.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa SD Negeri Kaliajir. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan motivasi belajar, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar pada siswa. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah persepsi terhadap kebisingan maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar pada siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah SD Negeri Kaliajir sebanyak 53 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi belajar dan skala persepsi terhadap kebisingan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment Pearson dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS versi 16.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi diperoleh nilai korelasi antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar (r) = -0,739 dengan p = 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan Ada hubungan yang antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap kebisingan maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar siswa. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah persepsi terhadap kebisingan maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar siswa dapat diterima. Kata kunci: kebisingan, motivasi belajar, persepsi

Minat belajar merupakan salah satu penentu keberhasilan dalam proses belajar. Kodrat alam merupakan salah satu faktor internal yang berperan terhadap minat belajar. Siswa tumbuh menurut kodratnya sendiri, yaitu kekuatan lahir dan batin sehingga tidak bergantung kepada orang lain tetapi bersandar atas kekuatan sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji secara empiris hubungan kodrat alam dengan minat belajar siswa SMPN 3 Imogiri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Imogiri dengan jumlah sampel 89 siswa terdiri dari 48 laki-laki dan 41 perempuan. Uji korelasi menggunakan korelasi product-moment dari Carl Person antara variabel kodrat alam dengan minat belajar menunjukkan nilai (r)= 0,710 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar dan kodrat alam. Sumbangan efektif kodtrat alam terhadap minat belajar sebesar 50,4 % dan sisanya 49,6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini

Aktualisasi diri adalah suatu upaya untuk mengembangkan bakat, kreatifitas, daya berpikir, tingkah laku, atau aktifitas lainnya yang menghubungkan individu dengan lingkungan sekitar. Secara fisik perubahan yang terjadi pada seseorang merupakan proses pengembangan diri. Aktualisasi diri dapat terjadi pada setiap individu tidak terkecuali individu dengan orientasi seksual yang menunjukkan ketertarikan kepada perempuan dan laki-laki atau yang dikenal sebagai biseksual. Proses aktualisasi diri pada mahasiswa biseksual adalah bentuk mengekspresikan jati diri dari potensi yang dimiliki dengan ketertarikan seksual berbeda pada umumnya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktualisasi diri pada mahasiswa biseksual. Pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk melihat peristiwa yang terjadi secara nyata. Teknik pengambilan data melalui tahap observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pada ketiga subjek ditemukan adanya faktor- faktor yang berperan terhadap aktualisasi diri, yaitu budaya, norma, aturan, adat istiadat, lingkungan sosial (pertemanan, orangtua, dan keluarga), tuntutan akademik, dan profesional pekerjaan. Proses aktualisasi diri ditentukan melalui respon dan kondisi lingkungan dengan cara dan waktu yang berbeda.
