Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa Inovasi Komik yang belum pernah digunakan sebagai alat perantara dalam proses belajarm engajar agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai atau terlaksana dengan maksud mengajak nak berfikir historis pada keterampilan menganalisis sebab dan akibat (kausalitas) dalam peristiwa sejarah, salah satunya dalam materi Pemerintahan Darurat Republik Indonesia (PDRI). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik tersebut, peneliti dapat melakukan analisis kebutuhan untuk pengembangan media komik. Hasil dari analisis yang dibahas dalam artikel ini mencakup 1)Analisis guru dan siswa, 2) Analisis kurikulum merdeka, 3) Analisis sumber daya yang tersedia,4) Analisis kebutuhan komik. Urgensi dari penelitian ini bermula dari identifikasi beberapa masalah yang relevan. Salah satunya adalah kurangnya variasi penggunaan media oleh guru, terutama yang dapat melatih keterampilan siswa dalam menganalisis kausalitas peristiwa sejarah. Selain itu, kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif di SMA Pembangunan Lab.UNP juga masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penggunaan media berbasis teknologi dalam pembelajaran sejarah yang dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kausalitas. Sebagai tanggapan terhadap urgensi ini, penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan komik sebagai media pembelajaran yang mampu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

In the world of education, a teacher is able to know the feasibility and practicality of teaching materials in which there is learning material. So that the material delivered to students can be received properly. Teachers are also asked to be more creative in delivering material, one way is the existence of additional media as teaching materials, namely Mini Book. With the Mini Book, it can make it easier for teachers to deliver material. The advantages of this Mini Book can help students to think chronologically in historical material, this teaching material media can help students in sorting time and knowing historical events according to facts. In the purpose of this research process is to find out the needs analysis of Mini Book development as a support for historical learning media in high school, which is in accordance with the independent curriculum. In conducting the research process, is very necassary to know what methods to use. One of them uses tallyhe research and development method or what cam be called (R&D) which uses the ADDIE model. However, in this research stage, it is only carried out limited to the needs analysis stage, which at this stage of the process the researcher uses data collection techniques in the form of observation and questionnaire filling. Therefore, the results of this stage can be seen in three ways, namely: (1) Describing the needs of students, which requires innovative media that can make it easier for students to understand the material. (2) Analyzing what is needed by the teacher, one of which is that the teacher needs supporting media that can facilitate the delivery of material practically. (3) Studying teaching materials that are in accordance with the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Introduction: The process of life has changed in the post-pandemic COVID-19 era, including in the educational setting of schools. This condition has an impact on adolescents who tend to struggle in determining effective coping strategies. Adolescents require a lot of support in resolving their chosen coping strategies. Objectives: This research aims to explain the relationship between social support and coping strategies among adolescents in the post-pandemic COVID-19 era. Methods: This research used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consists of 11th-grade students attending schools in the urban city, with 224 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. The correlation between social support and coping strategies is analyzed using the Chi-square test with normally distributed data. Results: This research indicates a relationship between social support and coping strategies adolescents use during the learning process in Tangerang (p-value < 0.05). Conclusions: Adolescents with low social support tend to use problem-focused coping strategies, while the majority of adolescents with high social support tend to use emotion-focused coping strategies. This study recommends interventions for adolescent groups to determine appropriate coping strategies when experiencing stress.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang bersifat evaluatif dan menggunakan pendekatan permainan, Ludo History (DORY), guna menciptakan alat bantu pembelajaran sejarah yang lebih efektif, khususnya pada materi “Kedatangan Bangsa Eropa di Indonesia”. Kebutuhan ini muncul karena guru di SMA N 8 Padang belum mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif yang memadukan unsur permainan, sehingga kurang mampu menarik minat siswa. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media evaluasi berupa permainan Ludo History (DORY) mampu merangsang minat dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap pelajaran sejarah. Selain itu, peneliti juga menemukan bahwa adanya kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang inovatif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai materi sejarah. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah inovasi terhadap media pembelajaran di SMAN 8 Padang. Solusi yang dapat peneliti berikan ialah mengembangkan media pembelajaran sejarah berupa Ludo History (DORY) yang berbentuk permainan yang dapat membuat pembelajaran menyenangkan dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk : (1) mengembangkan media Ludo History (DORY) sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran di SMA N 8 Padang, (2) menganalisis kelayakan media Ludo History (DORY) sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran sejarah dan (3) menganalisis kepraktisan dan keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berupa Ludo History (DORY) yang diterapkan di kelas XI SMA N 8 Padang

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of IT-based learning media in schools. The learning process still centers on conventional teaching methods and rarely uses IT-based media. The purpose of this research is measure the effectiveness of poster media using augmented reality in high schools. This research is a continuation study. The model used in this research quantitative method. The data source used is the XI F class from MAN 1 Padang and the XI F 2 SMA N 16 Padang. This research was conducted in August 2024. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using the mean. The research results show that the effectivaness of poster media using augmented reality, according to students, fall into the effective category with a percentage result of 85.12 %. The results of interview with eleven students from the two schools concluded that poster media using augmented reality is effective as a medium in history learning.

Abstract

Historical Thinking is one of the main objectives in learning history. Building Historical Thinking in students has its own challenges for history teachers, in addition to limited knowledge, also because so far there is no specific strategy that can be used by teachers in fostering Historical Thinking. Applying virtual reality multimedia in the form of History Virtual Exhibition (HVE) to improve students' Historical Thinking ability is the main objective of this research. Using descriptive quantitative method, this research was conducted at SMAN 1 Batang Anai West Sumatra. Using purposive sampling technique in class XI Phase F obtained 57 samples. Using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, an average score of 3.04 was obtained from the highest scale of 4. As for the questionnaire given to two history teachers from the same high school, an average score of 3.38 was obtained. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of HVE as a multimedia history learning is effective for improving students' Historical Thinking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) determine the process of developing interactive blogs that are structured based on chronological thinking as a medium for learning history in high school, 2) analyze the feasibility of interactive blogs that are structured based on chronological thinking as a medium for learning history in high school, 3) analyze the practicality of interactive blogs that are structured based on chronological thinking as a medium for learning history in high school and 4) analyze the effectiveness of interactive blogs that are structured based on chronological thinking as a medium for learning history in high school. This is motivated by the limited use of media by teachers, which gives inappropriate thinking among students, such as the view that learning history is monotonous and teacher-centred learning. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research were 31 students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. The research results show that interactive blog media has an average feasibility value from material experts of 3.5 and media experts of 3.43. The value of the practicality test by the teacher was 3.8 and the students were 3.63, and finally the results of the effectiveness test of interactive blog media were seen from the analysis of interview answers with students which showed that interactive blog media which was prepared based on chronological thinking was effectively used as a history learning medium in high school.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha yang disengaja oleh pendidik untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan harkat dan martabat manusia serta menunjang perkembangan jasmani dan mental peserta didik. Guru sebagai suatu profesi yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Dalam rangka mendukung peningkatan profesionalisme guru, pemerintah menyelenggarakan Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan guru yang bermutu dan siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan. Penyelenggaraan PPG Prajabatan di Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) gelombang 1 dan 2 tahun ajaran 2023/2024 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti penerapan metode blended learning, jadwal perkuliahan yang bentrok, dan pelaksanaan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perkuliahan dan kendala yang dialami oleh mahasiswa PPG Prajabatan bidang studi Sejarah di UNP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mengutamakan survei melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa menilai proses perkuliahan berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal perkuliahan dengan PPL dan kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan tugas LMS tepat waktu. Meskipun demikian, Program PPG Prajabatan tetap memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas guru, melalui evaluasi yang meliputi UTS, UAS, dan tugas.

Abstract

Tahapan akhir pada siklus kehidupan manusia yaitu lansia. Pada siklus akhir ini akan terjadi penurunan dan perubahan fungsi mulai dari biologis, psikologis, fisiologis dan sosial. Semakin bertambahnya usia akan berisiko mengalami masalah tidur terutama pada lansia karena berbagai faktor. Salah satu gangguan tidur pada lansia yaitu insomnia/kesulitan tidur. Gangguan tersebut bisa diterapi menggunakan terapi non farmakologi seperti rendam kaki dengan air hangat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui efektivitas dari rendam kaki dengan air hangat terhadap kualitas tidur lansia secara kajian literatur. Metodologi: pencarian artikel menggunakan Google Schoolar, PubMed, Medline database untuk mendapatkan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria dengan pendekatan PICOS (lansia, intervensi rendam kaki dengan air hangat, kelompok kontrol, ada perbedaan intervensi dan kontrol, serta kuasi eksperimen) kemudian dilakukan review. Artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Hasil: Jumlah artikel yang didapatkan sebanyak 548 artikel. Lalu dilakukan analisis dan didapatkan 10 artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Artikel tersebut menyatakan rendam kaki dengan air hangat (murni atau dicampur dengan lavender atau garam) sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia. Lalu ada 1 artikel yang membandingkan dengan berwudhu dan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Kesimpulan: 9 artikel menyatakan terapi rendam kaki air hangat efektif meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia. Air hangat biasa atau dicampur dengan aromaterapi lavender dan garam juga efektif. Lalu 1 artikel membandingkan rendam kaki air hangat dengan berwudhu dan keduanya tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna untuk dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada lansia.
