Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The population and samples used were 53 employees. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Supervision has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance with tcount = 4.905 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 2) Organizational Commitment has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance with tcount = 5.060 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 3) Supervision and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance with Fcount = 18.127 > Ftable = 3.18 significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that supervision and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communication on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration of North Musi Rawas Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the method of collecting data using questionnaires and analyzed using the help of SPSS Statistics 20 with the population and sample in the study amounting to 40 employees. Data analysis activities include data processing and data presentation, performing calculations to describe data and testing hypotheses using statistical tests. The results of the study 1) Communication has an effect on Employee Performance at the Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency with a value of tcount = 8.505 > ttable = 1.684 and a significant value obtained is 0.000 <0.05. 2) Communication has an effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration of North Musi Rawas Regency with a value of tcount = 2,327 > ttable = 1,684. The conclusion that the hypothesis put forward is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City. The population and sample used amounted to 48 employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Competence has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with tcount = 7.201 > ttable = 1.677 significant 0.000 <0.05; 2) Work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with tcount = 6.919 > ttable = 1.677 significant 0.000 <0.05; 3) Competence and work environment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with Fcount = 40.478 > Ftable = 3.20, significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that competence and work environment have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Dendymarker Indah Lestari Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 43 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh ada pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Dendymarker Indah Lestari Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Kesimpulannya bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Dendymarker Indah Lestari Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor KPU Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai KPU Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara tentang produktivitas kinerja, kualitas layanan kinerja, responsibilitas kinerja, akuntabilitas kinerja, serta hambatan dan peluang yang dihadapi pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak 51 orang yang terdiri pegawai KPU Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dan pihak eksternal. Teknis pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Kantor KPU Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara berstatus sewa pakai dan masih sangat minim fasilitas pendukung. Kinerja pegawai membutuhkan dukungan positif yang mempengaruhinya dalam rangka mempersiapkan pelaksanaan pemilu tahun 2024, pegawai membutuhkan peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil kinerja. Pada aspek produktivitas kinerja, kualitas layanan, responsibilitas kinerja, akuntabilitas kinerja telah berjalan dengan baik walaupun masih terdapat hambatan yang dihadapi. Pada aspek-aspek tersebut, pegawai KPU diharapkan dapat bersaing dengan positif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pegawai akan menjadi lebih berintegritas, efektif dan efisien. Memperbanyak mengikuti pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang baik, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi sangat penting untuk mendukung kinerja menjadi lebih baik. Peneliti memberikan rekomendasi agar pegawai mempertahankan hal yang sudah baik dan meningkatkan hasil yang belum maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 33 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, angket kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisa data yang du gunakan Uji Analisis Jalur, Uji Sobel, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan motivasi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan budaya organisasi memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Budaya Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara

Abstract

One of the main challenges is maintaining the stability of financial performance which is the main determinant of company value. Using the partial least square (PLS)-SEM method through the smartpls program versition 3.0, the population in this study in this study was 133 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2019-2023. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The result of the study with a t-staistic value of 0.519 and a p-value of 0.604 because the t-statistic value> 1.96 and p-value < 0.05 can be concluded that shows that the capital structure does not affect the value of the company, t-statistic value of 1.180 and p-value 0.238 that the t-statistic value <1.96 and p-value> 0.05 can be concluded that profitability has not significant effect on the value of the company, the t-statistic value of 1.316 and p-value of 0.189. Because the t-statistic value < 1.96 and p-value> 0.05 can be concluded that dividend policy cannot moderate capital structure on the value of the company, the t-statistic value of 2.820 and p-value of 0.005. With a t-statistic value > 1.96 and a p-value < 0.05, it can be concluded that dividend policy can moderate profitability and firm value. The meaning of research is its importance in making invesment decisions and can provide input in determining financial policies.

Abstract

In an era of rapid globalization and digital transformation, organizations must adopt adaptive strategies to navigate complex market shifts. This study explores a tested Organizational Change Management (OCM) approach to enhance business resilience and sustainability. Using a quantitative research methodology, we conducted a structured survey involving 200 business executives across various industries to analyze the effectiveness of strategic OCM models. The results indicate that organizations implementing structured OCM frameworks experience a 35% increase in operational efficiency, a 28% improvement in employee adaptability, and a 40% reduction in resistance to change. Our study introduces a novel hybrid model, integrating Kotters Change Model with Agile methodologies, ensuring a balance between structured change and adaptive flexlibility. The findings contribute to existing literature by demonstrating how real time data driven decision making enhances the success rate of organizational transformations. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders and policymakers in aligning corporate strategies with global market dynamics, fostering innovation, and maintaining competitive advantages.

Abstract

The rapid transformation of higher education driven by the advancement of digital technologies and the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of online learning platforms across universities worldwide. This study investigates the relationship between the use of online learning platforms, academic performance, and student engagement among university students. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from students actively participating in online learning environments to analyze how frequency of platform use influences academic outcomes and engagement levels. The results reveal a positive correlation between online learning engagement and academic performance, indicating that students who consistently participate in live sessions, complete assignments, and interact with peers and instructors achieve better academic results. Cognitive and behavioral engagement were found to be the most influential factors contributing to improved learning outcomes, while emotional engagement played a supportive role in maintaining motivation and persistence. Despite these benefits, several challenges were identified, including social isolation, limited face-to-face interaction, and technological barriers that hinder full participation. Comparisons with traditional learning environments highlight that online platforms provide greater flexibility and personalized learning opportunities but lack the immediacy of in-person interaction. Furthermore, differences between local and international contexts underscore the role of infrastructure and institutional readiness in ensuring equitable online learning experiences. The study concludes that effective integration of technology, instructor presence, and collaborative tools can enhance engagement and academic success in digital learning environments. Future research should explore long-term impacts, including the role of gamification and artificial intelligence in sustaining motivation and improving educational outcomes.
