Abstract

Teaching styles have a very big role in improving students' learning abilities, by various learning styles it is hoped that students can find most appropriate teaching style that can improve student skills in learning, especially in the basic motion course of swimming. The training teaching style, reciprocity, inclusion of Mosston was selected in this study and learning motivation as the moderator variable was divided into 2 parts, they’re high and low. to determine the effect of teaching Style Pratice, reciprocal inclusion and learning motivation on butterfly swimming skills in male students at the Sports and Health Sciences Faculty. Method used in this study is an experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design. Subjects in the study were male students at the Sports and Health Education Faculty, Teachers' Training Institute, Indonesia Teachers Association, Pontianak. Based on the study results, it’s known that the reciprocal teaching style is better than teaching Style Pratice, the inclusion teaching style is better than the teaching Style Pratice and the inclusive teaching style, reciprocity is equally good in learning butterfly style swimming skills in male students at FPOK IKIP PGRI Pontianak.

Abstract

Aimfrom this research is to see the differences in three forms of learning methods, namely, the overall learning method, part learning method and mixed learning methods on the discus throwing skills of class IX students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar who are members of the extra-curricular. The moderator variable in this study is learning motivation. The dependent variable is the discus throwing skill. This study used a 2x3 factorial experimental method, the population of this study was 134 students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. The determination of the sample size was based on purposive sampling technique by selecting 27% of the total data with the highest score and 27% of the lowest score referring to the Verducci theory. The conclusion from this research is that the group of students who are taught using the overall learning method has better results in discus throwing skills compared to the group of students who are taught disc-throwing skills using the part learning method and groups of students who are taught with mixed learning methods. For students who have high motivation, the learning method using the overall method is better used in teaching disc-throwing skills, for students with low motivation categories the mixed learning method is better used in teaching disc throwing skills than using the whole learning method and the part learning method in improving disc throwing skills

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning of physical activity using traditional Ballinese in junior high schools, Buleleng Regency. Students can learn physical materials without feeling bored and tired. This study refer to research and development model by Borg and Gall. From the research and development, as well as the proposed procedures, the resulting product is a physical fitness learning model based on traditional Balinese games in junior high schools that consist of 30 traditional Balinese games. Product development begun with expert studies, field tests in small and large test groups and. Effectiveness tests. From the large-group test results, the model developed can be applied by students properly. In the effectiveness test, the mean of the control group was 364.08, while the mean of the experimental group was 350.00 that show the difference between the results of the experimental group and the control group. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental group given the treatment and the control group. Product development can be ,improved significantly on the physical activity and attitude or affective student. Based on the results of the research, the product model of learning physical fitness activities based on traditional Balinese games can be recommended and can be effective as a learning model of physical fitness activities in junior high schools.

Abstract

This study results development aims to develop a sepaktakraw smash training model based on smash training aids. This research is based on a needs analysis with a survey method later according to the references and characteristics by looking at the analysis results of smash skill needs analysis model development based on media tools in the Pontianak city athletes packaged in print media products,  namely a training model book. This research uses a development research method that refers to the of Borg and Gall development stages, using Pontianak athletes sample, amounting to 40 people aged 12-17 years and included in the adolescents category. Based on needs analysis data obtained 100% of athletes need the development of a sepak takraw smash training model in Pontianak city athletes based on training aids and analysis by experts developing a sepaktakraw smash training model based on training aids in Pontianak city athletes is feasible so that it can be used in the first stage of group testing limited (stage 3 trials) totaling 20 athletes and field trials in stage 4 totaling 40 concluded that the exercise model was valid so that athletes and trainers could use it during training. Whereas the effectiveness test obtained t-count ? t-table (2.21-2.028 from the calculation results shows that there is a difference between the groups treated with the smash training model material that has been validated by experts (experimental group) experiencing progress results better training compared with a group that implement this type of training of trainers (control group) conclusion from these results is a model of skill training smash sepaktakraw-based tools drills smash in adolescent athletes Pontianak decent used as a medium for training in adolescent athletes.

Abstract

The aims of the study is to find out The Effect of Balance, Arm Muscle Strength, and Creativity towards Discus skills. This research was carried out on the campus of the Faculty of Sport Science, Manado. State University in Tondano City, Minahasa Regency. This research is a descriptive study. The result of the study is There is a positive direct effect of balance on Discus Throwing Skills at the Faculty of Sport Sciences Mando State University Students. This means that a good balance will result in increased discus throwing skills. There is a positive direct effect of arm muscle strength on discus throwing skills at the students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Mando State University. This means that good arm muscle strength will result in increased discus throwing skills achieved by the student concerned. There is a direct influence on the position of creativity fantasy on discus throwing skills at the Students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Mando State University. This means that good creativity will result in increased disc throwing skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan model latihan strokes bulutangkis untuk atlet single usia pemula dalam meningkatkan keterampilan strokes bulutangkis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research&Development). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PB. Kurnia Tasikmalaya dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 35 orang. Dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t test. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa jumlah nilai pretest adalah 2715 dengan rata-rata 77,57 dan jumlah nilai posttest adalah 3111 dengan rata-rata 88,89 artinya bahwa adanya peningkatan jumlah dan nilai rata-rata dan Dalam uji signifikansi perbedaan dengan SPSS 23 didapat hasil t-hitung 18,920 df =34 dan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan latihan strokes bulutangkis sebelum dan sesudah adanya perlakuan model latihan strokes. Dengan demikian model latihan strokes bulutangkis untuk atlet single usia pemula efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan strokes bulutangkis.Kata kunci: Atlet single, Model Latihan, Strokes Bulutangkis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan wanita dalam olahraga. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data study literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa partisipasi perempuan dalam olahraga dimulai sejak Olimpiade tahun 1900 Paris dengan jumlah 11 Atlet perempuan atau sekitar 0,01%, peningkatan partisipasi perempuan dalam olahraga dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa, peningkatan yang paling menonjol terlihat pada olimpiade tahun 2016 di Rio De Janeiro sekitar 4.500 atau 45% dari jumlah keseluruhan atlet yang mengikuti olimpiade. Melihat perkembangan perempuan dari salah satu agenda Olimpiade Tokyo 2020 adalah untuk mewujudkan partisipasi perempuan mencapai 50% dari keseluruhan peserta olimpiade. Dengan demikian perkembangan perempuan dalam dunia olahraga tentunya memberikan harapan besar untuk mewujudkan kesetaraan gender dibidang olahraga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar panahan teknik Aiming dengan menerapkan gaya Self-check. Kemampuan bidikan dalam memanah yang dilakukan masih kurang baik dan perlu ditingkatkan. Maka dari itu, melalui gaya mengajar ini cukup menarik dilakukan karena lebih menuntut kemandirian. Respondennya adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Universitas Mitra Karya sebanyak 36 orang dengan rincian 18 orang yang dijadikan sebagai objek untuk diberi perlakuan dan 18 orang lainnya sebagai kelas kontrol. Adapun analisis data menggunakan analisis statistika SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian perlakuan self-check style dibandingkan dengan gaya mengajar konvensional sebagai kelas kontrol dengan hasil uji independent sample t-test yang didapat nilai (Sig. 2-tailed ) 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan adanya perbedaan, dimana self check style lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan teknik aiming olahraga panahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of drilling exercise using N and V model on increasing the forehand clear technique for badminton beginner players. This study uses an experimental method. A sample of 26 people is taken by using purposive random sampling from 38 total of population. The results show that there is an effect drilling exercise using N and V model on increasing the forehand clear technique for beginners. Furthermore, there is a difference in the effect of drilling exercise using N and V model on increasing forehand clear technique for beginners. It means that the drilling exercise using N model is better than the V model to improve forehand clear technique for badminton beginner players.

Abstract

The problem for students in the elementary school is often undergo to unconfident to learn movement, irresponsible in a group, unstable in awakening positive motivation to dare to take action. These are needed to help students in learning habituation especially in psychical education. Movement learning and teaching through of this game competition has a positive impact for leaning, so that it is helping students to foster self-assured and self-esteem. The goal of this research is to recognize the level of developing movement model based on team games tournament to students in the elementary school level. This paper applied of Quantitative approach with embracing survey method to scrutinize need analysis for students in the elementary school about the progression of fundamental movement which is adapted to characteristics of the students’ age among 4 to 12 years old. This is a pre-eleminary research to do seminar project in the future with the topics based on team games tournament (TGT). The population of this research involved 30 elementary school in the Rengasdengklok as the sub-districts. Meanwhile, the sample of this research is around 10 sport science teachers in the elementary school in the sub-district Rengasdengklok. For sharping the data, the researchers used incidental technique to examine the sample. Based on the need analysis, there are 70 % physical education in the elementary school said that they need to develop a model as fundamental movement based on TGT and the aptitude to develop the basic movement to acquire fundamental movement to students. Therefore, the researchers concluded that the teacher in the physical science education in the elementary school develop fundamental basic movement based on students in the elementary school.
