Abstract

The pandemic has impacted the global economy, includingMSMEs,especially in financial issues such as minimal revenue flow and inadequate financial management. On the marketing side, there has been a decrease in demand due to the implementation of social restrictions, which will affect the company"™s existence. Therefore, MSMEs need to adapt by transforming to online marketing. Improved financial and digital literacy can enhance MSME performance. This study aims to determine the moderating effect of financial literacyanddigital literacyamongMSMEs inimprovingtheir businessperformance. A Quantitative research method with Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The results show that financial management and digital marketing have a direct effect on MSMEs"™ performance. Furthermore, financial literacy can moderate and improve the performance of MSMEs, whereas digital literacy cannot effectively moderate the implementation of digital marketing to improve MSMEs"™ performance. This study implies that MSMEs must improve their financial behavior and decision-making during crises and enhance their knowledge and skills in managing digital marketing.JEL: L250, M310, G41.

Abstract

The snack food industry, which is included in the SMEs category, is currently a commodity that is in great demand by the market. UD Sumber Dwi Jaya is one of the SMEs operating in the snack food industry. With various efforts, we are starting to show good organizational performance after being impacted by Covid-19. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning towards organizational performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The number of respondents used was 38, which is a census method. The method used is SEM-PLS analysis. The role of job satisfaction is able to encourage the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. Although partial organizational learning is not able to improve organizational performance directly. The organization does not facilitate employees in learning, this is natural because UD Sumber Dwi Jaya is included in the MSME category. The results show that high job satisfaction can increase organizational performance.

Abstract

This study investigates how product quality, social media marketing, and word-of-mouth influence consumer purchase decisions among small culinary businesses in Malang, Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative explanatory design with purposive sampling. A total of 120 respondents were selected based on three criteria: being at least 17 years old, having purchased from small culinary enterprises within the previous six months, and having received information about the businesses through social media or personal recommendations. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data after conducting validity and reliability assessments as well as classical assumption tests. Hypotheses were tested through t-tests to examine partial effects and an F-test to assess simultaneous effects. The results indicate that product quality, social media marketing, and word-of-mouth each have a positive and statistically significant impact on purchase decisions. Social media marketing was identified as the strongest predictor, followed by product quality and word-of-mouth. Together, these variables accounted for 62.9% of the variance in purchase decisions, demonstrating substantial explanatory power. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining product consistency, implementing engaging social media strategies, and encouraging positive customer recommendations. Future studies are encouraged to include broader samples, additional variables such as price and service quality, and alternative analytical techniques to enhance generalizability.

Abstract

Abstract The rise of social media has significantly impacted consumer behavior, especially Generation Z, who actively use Instagram. This research looks at the effects of Instagram creative content and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on purchase decisions, with customer engagement as a mediating variable. By employing a quantitative method, data was gathered using surveys of Generation Z students at Universitas Islam Malang who had purchased Skintific products. To find both direct and indirect links between variables, path analysis was used. The findings demonstrate that creative content and FOMO significantly increase customer engagement, which in turn positively affects purchase decisions. Customer engagement also mediates the correlation between creative content, FOMO, and purchase decisions. These results emphasize the significance of creating engaging Instagram content and strengthening customer engagement to enhance purchase decisions in digital marketing strategies targeting Generation Z Keywords: : Customer Engagement, Fear of Missing Out,  Generation Z, Instagram Creative Content, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study was motivated by the increasing competition in the health and beauty retail sector, which necessitates an understanding of the factors influencing consumer purchase intention, including shopping experience and halal awareness. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of store atmosphere, bonus packs, and halal awareness on consumer purchase intent. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 112 respondents selected via purposive sampling, with data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three variables have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously, with halal awareness being the most dominant variable. This indicates that, in addition to promotional factors and store atmosphere, halal aspects are a primary consideration in shaping consumer purchase intentions. In conclusion, purchase intention can be increased through the management of an attractive store atmosphere, effective bonus pack strategies, and the strengthening of product halal guarantees. The implications of this study underscore the importance of integrating marketing strategies with consumers’ religious values to enhance retail competitiveness. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Bonus Pack, Halal Awareness, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to investigate and explain the impact of motivation and discipline concerning employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediator (a study of employees at the Perkemahan Dusun Sahabat Alam). A sample size of 40 respondents was collected. The analysis tools used were Multiple Linear Regression and PROCESS using SPSS. The results indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Sahabat Alam Hamlet Campsite, but does not have a significant direct impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline has been shown to have a positive and significant influence on both job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction has also been shown to have a positive and significant influence on improving employee performance. Based on the results of the mediation analysis, job satisfaction is found to fully mediate the relationship between motivation and employee performance. On the other hand, in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediator. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of the social environment, self-potential, and career opportunities on students' interest in continuing higher education at SMAN 1 Waru Pamekasan. This type of research is quantitative using an associative approach. The study population included all 364 students in grades X, XI, and XII, with a sample of 191 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire method that will be given through (online) media using Google Form with a five-point Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS program version 28. The results of the study indicate that the social environment, self-potential, and career opportunities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in continuing higher education. Partially, each variable also shows a positive and significant effect on interest in continuing higher education. However, this influence is not fully optimal because it is still influenced by economic limitations, family cultural pressures, and minimal career guidance. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of schools and environmental support in encouraging the sustainability of higher education. Keywords: Social Environment, Self-Potential, Career Opportunities, Interest in Continuing Higher Education.
