Abstract

Assistance in managing the Alamendah Tourism Village website in Bandung Regency is carried out to overcome challenges in tourism promotion which still relies on conventional methods. With the development of digital technology, effective website management has become an urgent need to increase the competitiveness of tourist destinations. This program is designed to provide technical skills to village communities in managing websites as an effective promotional tool. Assistance is provided through a combination of online and offline methods, including storytelling training, SEO optimization, content maintenance, and integration with social media. This activity succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of digital technology and providing direct benefits in optimizing the potential of village websites. The evaluation showed very positive results, with participants finding the activity relevant, useful and satisfying. However, several website elements such as the navigation bar, responsive design, and accessibility still need to be improved. Suggestions are given to continue ongoing assistance, improve website features, and carry out regular evaluations to ensure program sustainability. With this approach, the Alamendah Tourism Village is expected to be able to increase its attractiveness and visibility as a leading ecotourism destination, as well as encourage community independence in managing digital marketing.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan dan klasifikasi melalui pelatihan pencatatan keuangan di Desa Wisata Alamendah, Bandung. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama dua hari ini mendiskusikan lima modul utama yang terdiri dari pendahuluan, pencatatan keuangan, penulisan laporan keuangan, analisis risiko keuangan, dan perhitungan depresiasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi peserta dalam pengelolaan keuangan terkait kegiatan bisnis di desa. Mayoritas peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untuk mengimplementasikan pencatatan keuangan yang baru setelah mengikuti pelatihan khususnya pada UMKM yang dijalankan. Meskipun terdapat kendala dalam memahami konsep depresiasi dan analisis rasio keuangan, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan penjelasan tambahan dan diskusi interaktif. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Desa Wisata Alamendah mengelola keuangan dengan lebih baik, meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan daya tarik bagi wisatawan serta investor kedepannya. Pada akhirnya, pengelolaan keuangan yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Penerimaan mahasiswa baru setiap tahunnya senantiasa memiliki tantangan tersendiri, apalagi bagi universitas swasta seperti Universitas Pertamina. Ditambah kondisi dan norma baru yang tercipta setelah pandemi Covid-19, pemangku kepentingan di perguruan tinggi perlu secara berkelanjutan memastikan masyarakat terutama potential customer mengenal dengan baik jasa pendidikan yang ditawarkan sehingga mampu menarik customer riil yaitu mahasiswa baru, dalam jumlah yang cukup serta dengan kualitas yang baik. Kompleksitas yang dihadapi bertambah pula dengan status Program Studi (Prodi) Teknik Logistik Universitas Pertamina yang relatif baru di Indonesia dimana belum banyak perguruan tinggi yang membuka prodi yang sama sehingga kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat akan dunia logistik dan rantai pasok, belum semasif prodi-prodi lain yang sudah mapan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan prodi Teknik Logistik, melalui penyelenggaran seminar daring dengan mengundang potential customer yaitu siswa-siswi SMA/SMK dan sederajat se-Indonesia. Untuk menambah pendalaman diseminasi materi, keterlibatan alumni yang menjadi salah satu wajah prodi, juga dilakukan. Dari feedback survey yang didistribusikan, diketahui bahwa sebagian besar peserta bertambah pemahamannya mengenai dunia logistik khususnya yang ditawarkan di Universitas Pertamina, beserta peluang kerja lulusannya.

Abstract

Proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, berjudul "Dinamika Persaingan Di Era E-Commerce: Meningkatkan Keunggulan Bersaing," bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam lanskap e-commerce yang terus berkembang. Dilaksanakan melalui metode daring menggunakan Zoom Cloud Meeting, proyek ini melibatkan enam dosen dari tiga universitas di Indonesia dan pemilik bisnis UMKM yang menggunakan Shopee, TikTokShop, dan Tokopedia di Jakarta Selatan, Riau, dan Jawa Barat. Kolaborasi ini difokuskan pada pemberdayaan UMKM melalui peningkatan keterampilan digital, strategi inovatif, dan adaptasi pasar lokal. Hasilnya menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan, kolaborasi lintas disiplin, dan strategi pemasaran lokal dalam menghadapi persaingan e-commerce.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest population in the world, reaching 275.77 million people in 2022. This has caused the need for transportation to increase, thereby creating new business opportunities for public transportation companies, including online motorcycle taxi companies such as Grab which provide service gates - to-door and order food delivery. However, the increase in transportation needs also causes an increase in fuel consumption, one of the factors causing air pollution. This study aims to calculate and determine the feasibility of using electric vehicles by Grab drivers to transport passengers, goods, or food while calculating the carbon emissions created as a result of these various activities. The feasibility analysis is based on the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of each type of transport vehicle used, using the Sum of Years Digits (SOYD) method, which takes into account depreciation, fuel use, and the carbon emissions produced. The results of the study show that the use of electric vehicles is a viable investment in the long term, both technically and financially.

Abstract

In making an investment, it is necessary to carry out an investment feasibility test to assess the feasibility of the investment plan to be carried out. This study aims to examine the investment feasibility of replacing truck boxes with a larger capacity for distribution transportation at CV Jaya Proteindo. In the case of CV Jaya Proteindo, the method used to test the feasibility of investing in replacing a vehicle whose economic life is almost exhausted is using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) methods as well as the calculation of benefits or profits. in distribution using the vehicle to be invested. Based on the results of the research conducted, the replacement of vehicles at CV Jaya Proteindo using either 2 Mitsubishi L300 units or 1 Mitsubishi FE 74S unit was declared feasible, because it provided results that met the eligibility criteria of the methods tested.. Both types of vehicles generate an NPV value of ≥ 0, a short Payback Period or 2 months, and an IRR greater than the interest rate of 4.75%. Then a calculation of the benefits or advantages of both types of vehicles is carried out and it is obtained that the Mitsubishi FE 74S has a higher annual cash flow and lower annual distribution costs. Therefore, it is concluded that the investment solution in CV Jaya Proteindo is the replacement of distribution vehicles using 1 unit of Mitsubishi FE 74S which is declared feasible and more financially profitable with a greater cash flow of Rp82,445,000.00 per year and smaller distribution costs of Rp31,548,854.17 per year when compared to the use of 2 units of Mitsubishi L300.

Abstract

In this day and age, technology is something that everyone uses in their daily activities. Web system technology has been widely used. Technology is a tool that can make it easier for users to carry out daily activities. Web System technology is one of the most active technologies in all companies. Pt Ingress Technologies Indonesia still uses the old method of using stock management using Microsoft Excel. This study aims to determine the stock of goods at PT Ingress Technologies Indonesia through the Web System. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive type of research used in this study to obtain an in-depth and comprehensive development of the inventory management record system at PT Ingress Technologies Indonesia. The results of this study are the recording system through the web system is very influential for an organization or company in their management, and in inputting data it is easier when using the web. The development of a recording system that will be carried out by the company through a web system must be realized immediately, in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of each employee in carrying out the recording system.

Abstract

Indonesia’s capture fisheries sector plays a critical role in sustaining coastal livelihoods and national food security; however, production from both aquaculture and capture fisheries has not shown stability nor met the targets of the KKP Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) 2020-2024. In Fisheries Management Area (WPP) 713, particularly Teluk Aru, South Kalimantan, fish catch volumes have been declining, driven by the dual pressures of climate change and inefficiencies in fishing practices, storage, and supply chain management. These challenges not only threaten the availability of fish as a key protein source but also undermine economic growth and community resilience. This study seeks to evaluate the performance of the fisheries supply chain in Teluk Aru by designing indicators that explicitly incorporate climate change adaptation and food security dimensions, which remain underexplored in prior research. Data were collected through surveys, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with fishers, collectors, consumers, and local stakeholders, and analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) within the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework. The results identified 17 valid and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), yielding an overall performance score of 43.71 out of 81.00, categorized as “low.” With only one KPI meeting its target, the findings underscore the urgent need for policy action and supply chain improvements to enhance resilience and sustainability in the fisheries sector.

Abstract

(Leveraging System Dynamics for Sustainable Fresh Milk Supply Chain Governance: Policy Implications for National Food Resilience) Penelitian ini mengembangkan model sistem dinamis untuk mengatasi tantangan pasokan susu segar nasional yang masih bergantung pada impor, berisiko melemahkan ketahanan pangan. Tahapan meliputi identifikasi variabel (ketersediaan susu segar, populasi sapi perah, impor susu), pembuatan causal loop diagram, stock flow diagram, formulasi model, verifikasi-validasi (AME 0,00698 ≤ 5%), dan perancangan skenario. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan variabel impor dan sapi produktif paling berpengaruh. Dirancang tiga skenario. Skenario 1(impor susu 50%): impor 93.820 ton (2030). Skenario 2 (impor susu 20%): impor 48.426 ton (2030).  skenario 3 (peningkatan sapi produktif) 1.993.430 ekor (2030). Skenario 2 dan 3 paling optimal. Skenario 2 meminimalkan impor, sedangkan Skenario 3 meningkatkan produksi dalam negeri sesuai target pemerintah. Abstract This study developed a dynamic system model to address the challenges of the national fresh milk supply, which is still dependent on imports and risks weakening food security. The stages include variable identification (fresh milk availability, dairy cow population, milk imports), causal loop diagram creation, stock flow diagram, model formulation, verification-validation (AME 0.00698 ≤ 5%), and scenario design. Simulation results show that the variables of imports and productive cows are the most influential. Three scenarios were designed. Scenario 1 (50% milk imports): imports of 93,820 tons (2030). Scenario 2 (20% milk imports): imports of 48,426 tons (2030). Scenario 3 (increase in productive cows): 1,993,430 cows (2030). Scenarios 2 and 3 are the most optimal. Scenario 2 minimizes imports, while Scenario 3 increases domestic production in line with government targets.

Abstract

This study focuses on DPPU SHIPS. DPPU SHIPS is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina, which is a subsidiary of Pertamina that plays a role in the distribution and sale of aircraft fuel at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Since 2020, Pertamina has been committed to digitizing all lines of business for efficiency. Therefore, the Digital Ground Operation (DGO) system was implemented, which combines the main business processes into one digital platform. In its implementation, weaknesses were found due to the absence of an integrated ordering system without intermediaries between airlines and Pertamina, resulting in a line of work that was prone to human error. This research aims to recommend an integrated service model for aircraft fuel distribution using blockchain technology. The booking system model is designed to ensure transparency of booking data and secure and valid receipt between airlines and Pertamina. Blockchain technology was chosen because it can guarantee transparency of orders, traceability, and the capacity to share information about the aircraft fuel distribution process.   Thus, the aviation fuel supply chain can be more reliable.  Furthermore, this technology can reduce human error in every transaction. The application of blockchain can revolutionize the way the supply chain works. This research consists of three stages: identifying the business processes of aviation fuel sales, identifying the data needed and used in each process along with the actors involved, and then formulating a model or design. The results of this research describe the model design of how the aircraft fuel ordering system is integrated by applying blockchain technology.
