This article aims to compare character education policies in elementary schools in two countries, namely Japan and Indonesia and the impact of these policies on elementary schools in the two countries. This article is motivated by the fact that Indonesia is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. This is because Indonesia has not been able to control the number of births in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts should be made to foster creativity by improving the quality of education. This is because Indonesia is a developing country, so it cannot be separated from the process of improving the quality of education. This research is research with research and development method . The implementation of character education in Japan places more emphasis on practice, while in Indonesia it is still dominantly focused on theory. The Indonesian education system prioritizes students' cognitive wealth, such as academic grades, test scores, and other daily test scores. The Indonesian education system does not prioritize affective and cognitive aspects.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini agar guru-guru di SDS Tunas Dharma dapat membuat media pembelajaran matematika khususnya FPB dan KPK. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, inkuiri, dan simulasi. tempat kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Swasta Tunas Dharma yang beralamat di Jl.Tuparev No. 24 Tanjungpura Kecamatan Karawang Barat Kabupaten Karawang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Subjek dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berjumlah 17 orang yang terdiri dari 2 guru laki-laki, 9 guru perempuan dan 1 kepala sekolah. Hasil kegiatan ini peserta 100% dapat membuat mediapembelajaran FPB dan KPK. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini guru-guru dapat mengaplikasikan media pembelajaran FPB dan KPK dalam kegiatan proses pembelajaran matematika di kelasberlandaskan dengan teori belajar bruner.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Media Pembelajaran, Materi FPB dan KPK, Sekolah Dasar.

Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai sampah dapat diatasi dengan pendekatan edukasi guna memberikan pemahaman mengenai jenis sampah organik dan anorganik. Upaya menjaga lingkungan sekitar perlu dikenalkan sejak dini sehingga kami melakukan edukasi mengenai pemilahan sampah bagi siswa sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Plawad, Kecamatan Karawang Timur, Karawang. Tujuan dari edukasi ini ialah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepeduliam siswa dalam kondisi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah, memberikan solusi melalui edukasi pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, memilih dan membedakan sampah organik dan anorganik. Kegiatan edukasi ini berupa pemberian materi tentang pengertian sampah, jenis-jenis sampah, pentingnya pemilahan sampah untuk dilakukan, manfaat pemilahan sampah serta dampak bila tidak melakukan pemilahan sampah dengan benar. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan edukasi ini yaitu siswa/siswi dapat memulai pemahaman menjaga pentingnya kebersihan baik itu di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah serta dapat memilah sampah organik dan anorganik. Program ini berhasil mendorong untuk melakukan perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang kurang memperdulikan mengenai pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Selain itu dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa/siswi dalam mengelolah sampai mengenal jenis-jenis sampah dan cara memilah sampah.

The peace of students in school in reality is not easy to realize. Indications that connotes not being peaceful at school are increasingly obvious. Various conflicts, ranging from the simplest form, namely verbal behavior, to more serious violence with a physical dimension in the form of brawls, persecution, and even murder have been committed by some students in schools. The purpose of this paper is to explain the study of the need for a conflict resolution learning model with cartoon expression card media in developing students' problem-solving skills in elementary school. This research method consists of several steps, namely research design, subject research, data collection instruments and data analysis. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, data conclusions were obtained about students' initial ability to resolve conflicts that often occur in grade 5 at the elementary school level, namely from 4 schools categorized in the group of students' initial ability to resolve conflicts still need to be improved because the achievement is relatively low. Data were produced on the needs analysis study of conflict learning models with children's conflict cartoon expression card media based on questionnaires and the results of interviews stated that there was no specific model or strategy in order to learn about conflicts and how to handle them. In the end, it is stated by teachers and students that a special model based on conflict handling is needed. Through this model, it is hoped that teachers have alternatives that can be used as part of the learning process itself. Even students stated that such a model is needed to provide understanding to each student so as not to easily conflict.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are community service activities in certain areas or educational institutions. This KKN activity aims to provide real field work experience in the field of forming an independent and responsible attitude in carrying out work in the field. This KKN implementation was carried out online starting from July 1 2021 to July 31 2021 in North Pangulah Village, Kotabaru District. One of the individual work programs carried out by 17 students in North Pangulah Village was socialization regarding "Increasing Children's Awareness in Adopting a Healthy Lifestyle to Prevent the Covid-19 Virus". The spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) has now become a pandemic outbreak in Indonesia. With the emergence of this disease outbreak, it is important to maintain health and the immune system. Therefore, it is important to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to provide information continuously. PHBS (Clean and Healthy Lifestyle) is very influential in preventing transmission of the Covid-19 virus, especially in children. Keywords: PHBS, Covid-19

Improvements in information technology have created several innovative digital learning media. However, teachers often face obstacles in creating or using this media due to limited technological knowledge or inadequate facilities. As an alternative, using number-counting bags with straws might be an easier solution for teachers to practice and use in the learning process. The activity "Creating Together in Making Counting Bag Media Based on Bruner's Theory for Elementary School Teachers" aims to improve the ability of elementary school teachers to produce effective mathematics learning media. This activity involved 17 teachers from the Tunas Dharma Private Elementary School. The training process is carried out through the stages of preparation, delivery of material, creation of learning media, media presentation, and evaluation. From this training activity, it can be seen that the skills of teachers, student enthusiasm for learning, and the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools have increased through the use of creative and effective number-counting bag media.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari organisasi pramuka dalam membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan peserta didik di SMK Taruna Karya 76. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dampak yang dirasakan oleh sekolah dengan adanya pendidikan kepramukaan. Kepramukaan membawa manfaat yang sangat signifikan diantaranya mempercepat pembentukan karakter peserta didik, menanamkan jiwa kepempimpinan dan untuk peserta didik membentuk karakter dan watak peserta didik, manjadikan peserta didik mandiri, disiplin, peduli terhadap lingkungan dan bertanggangjawab. Peserta didik yang bergabung dalam pendidikan kepramukaan merasa berada dalam keadaan yang dilatih untuk bisa menanamkan dan membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan. Peserta didik tidak hanya itu hasil dengan adanya pendidikan kepramukaan di SMK Taruna Karya ini membawa nama baik sekolah dalam semangat kompetisi antar sekolah.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gugus II Kecamatan Lemahabang, Kabupaten Karawang, dan penelitian di fokuskan pada siswa kelas V Tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media gambar terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa terutama pada pelajaran IPA. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semu (quasi eksperimen). Dengan Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah SDN yang berada di Gugus II Kecamatan Lemahabang, yang terdiri dari 10 SD dan di fokuskan pada kelas V di Gugus II Kecamatan Lemahabang pada tahun 2018/2019, dengan sampel penelitian kelas V SDN Lemahabang III sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V SDN Lemahabang V sebagai kelas kontrol. Intrumen tes yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA adalah dengan menggunakan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Hasil analisis data pada pretest kelas eksperimen nilai yang didapat masih rendah nilai yang diperoleh sebesar 24,00, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah 25,83. Setelah dilakukan treatment pembelajaran menggunakan media gambar, hasil analisis pada posttest kelas eksperimen diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar IPA meningkat dengan rata-rata 73,67, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata 67,00. Berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh media gambar terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar pada tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

The aim of the research is to analyze the increase in mathematical skills in fraction calculation operation material for class V students at Sukasari 2 National Elementary School using the direct learning method, because of the importance of problem solving skills in mathematics education. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Determining the subjects of this research used a purposive sample. This research provides a detailed analysis of each student's performance on the problem-solving ability test and interviews are also conducted with students to validate the research results. From the results of the fraction calculation operation ability test of 25 students in class V of Sukasari 2 Elementary School, it was found that 44% of students had results in the "High" group, 16% of students had results in the "medium" group, 40% of students had results in the "Low" group.

This study aims to describe the analysis of the use of digital learning media in mathematics subjects at SDN Karawang Wetan I. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research. Data was obtained from class teachers and fourth grade students of SDN Karawang Wetan I. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the use of canva-based digital media in learning can significantly improve the understanding of mathematics and learning interest of students at the elementary school level.
