Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara Universitas Terbuka dengan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan dalam rangka memberdayakan guru TK dan guru SD dalam meningkatkan literasi baca tulis melalui media digital dan media bigbook. Adapun peserta yang mengikuti 15 guru SD dan 10 guru TK mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan di SMPN 11 Tangerang Selatan. Pelatihan dilakukan secara luring dan daring dengan menggunakan metode seminar dan workshop. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama enam bulan dengan membagi dua pelatihan, yaitu pelatihan pembuatan e-book untuk guru SD dan pembuatan bigbook untuk guru TK. Kegiatan tersebut menghasilkan dua bigbook dan dua e-book. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah penggunaan media digital dan bigbook merupakah salah satu media yang berfungsi untuk menarik perhatian siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan memudahkan guru untuk mengoptimalkan praktik pembelajarannya.Abstract:  This activity was a collaboration between the Open University and the South Tangerang City Government to empower kindergarten and elementary school teachers to improve literacy through digital media and book media. The participants were 15 elementary school teachers and 10 kindergarten teachers participating in training activities conducted at SMPN 11 South Tangerang. The training was conducted offline and online using seminar and mentoring methods. The activities were carried out for six months by dividing the training into two: training on making e-books for elementary school teachers and big books for kindergarten teachers. The activity produced two big books and two e-books. The implication of this activity is that the use of digital media and big books is one of the media that functions to attract students' attention in the learning process and makes it easier for teachers to optimize their learning practices.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang model Project Based Learning (pembelajaran berbasis proyek). Peserta kegiatan adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 Kurau Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan tanya jawab. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek di Kabupaten Tanah Laut ini dapat disimpulkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang model pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti model Project Based Learning. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Pada hasil pre-test 0 peserta yang memiliki kriteria baik, 33% dengan kriteria cukup dan 67% memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria kurang. Sedangkan pada hasil posttest, 27% peserta memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria baik, 53% memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria cukup dan 27% peserta yang memperoleh nilai dengan kriteria kurang.Abstract: This activity aims to increase teacher knowledge about the Project Based Learning model (project-based learning). The activity participants were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kurau, Tanah Laut Regency. The methods for carrying out activities are lectures, discussions, training and questions and answers. From the implementation of project-based learning model training activities in Tanah Laut Regency, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in participants' knowledge about innovative learning models such as the Project Based Learning model. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation which shows that there are differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test. In the pre-test results, 0% of participants had good criteria, 33% had sufficient criteria and 67% had scores with poor criteria. Meanwhile, in the post test results, 27% of participants got good marks, 53% got good marks and 27% of participants got poor marks.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program game literasi yang diadakan di SD Negeri 1 Batunyala sangat penting dalam membantu peserta didik mengembangkan literasi membaca supaya lebih berpikir kritis di era globalisasi sekarang terutama bagi peserta didik di SD Negeri 1 Batunyala. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SD Negeri 1 Batunyala kurangnya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga menurunya motivasi siswa dalam belajar dan kemampuan literasi baca peserta didik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut mahasiswa PLP II Terintegrasi KKN-Dik mengadakan program literasi  bertujuan meningkatkan minat dalam belajar terutama pada Literasi baca siswa. Metode yang diterapkan pada kegiatan literasi berupa:1). Tahap 1 kegiatan perencanaan, 2). Tahap 2 kegiatan pelaksanaan 3). Tahap 3 kegiatan Evaluasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan game literasi minat baca peserta didik SD Negeri 1 semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Minat Baca, Game Literasi.Abstract:  The literacy game program held at SD Negeri 1 Batunyala is very important in helping students develop reading literacy to think more critically in the current era of globalization, especially for students at SD Negeri 1 Batunyala. Based on the results of observations at SD Negeri 1 Batunyala, there is a lack of innovation in the learning process, resulting in decreased student motivation in learning and students' reading literacy skills. Based on these problems, PLP II Integrated KKN-Dik students held a literacy program aimed at increasing interest in learning, especially in student reading literacy. The methods applied to literacy activities are: 1). Phase 1 planning activities, 2). Stage 2 implementation activities 3). Stage 3 evaluation activities. With the literacy game activities, the reading interest of SD Negeri 1 students is increasing.  Keywords: Improvement, Reading Interest, Literacy Games.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa teniga merupakan salah satu dari 7 desa yang berada di Dataran tinggi kecematan Tanjung kabupaten Lombok Utara Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat secara geografis desa Teniga berada di ketinggian 400 m di atas permukaan Laut,  Wilayahnya memiliki Luas 1440 H dan jumlah penduduk 2933 jiwa yang dimana penduduk tersebar di 9 Dusun. di Desa Teniga bermayoritas Penduduk beragama Islam dan suku asli Sasak, Desa Teniga Memiliki potensi ekonomi disektor perkebunan dan sektor Pariwisata. Pariwisata di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor, yang memi1iki potensi yang layak untuk dikembangkan dan dikelolaa secara maksimal. Salah satu tempat wisata yang dapat di kembangkan sebagai desa wisata yang ada di desa teniga yaitu taman pecatu. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengembangkan potensi wisata yang berada di Desa Teniga  salah satunya menjadikan Taman pecatu sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata  yang diperuntukkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Metode yang digunakan ialah melalui penataan Taman pecatu sebagai desa wisata dengan beberapa tahapan didalamnya. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat di desa Teniga sadar akan besarnya potensi wisata yang dimiliki sehingga dapat terus melanjutkan pengembangan agar ke depannya dapat menarik minat wisatawan dalam jumlah besar berkunjung ke desa Teniga.Abstract:  Abstract: teniga Village is one of 7 villages located in the Highlands of Tanjung kecematan, North Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara province geographically Teniga village is located at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, its area has an area of 1440 H and a population of 2933 people where the population is spread over 9 Hamlets. in Teniga village with a majority population of Muslims and Indigenous Sasak, Teniga village has economic potential in the plantation sector and the tourism sector. Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan ini dapat membawa dampak negatif pada perkembangan anak, karena kurangnya aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan aktivitas untuk dapat mengurangi dari pengaruh ketergantungan anak terhadap gadget. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk berupa pembiasaan permainan tradisional selodor terhadap siswa di SDN 2 Batunyala sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan softskill dan hardskill siswa. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu kegiatan sosialisasi, praktik pembiasaan dan evaluasi pada siswa SDN 2 Batunyala. Pembiasaan permainan selodor kepada siswa dapat mengurangi dampak negatif kecanduan gadget yang terus dilakukan oleh anak-anak. Dampak positif dari permainan selodor yang telah dilakukan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan motorik, kognitif dan sosial yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Melalui permainan selodor, siswa dapat meningkatkan interaksi dengan teman sebaya, menggerakkan anggota tubuh, serta memiliki kemampuan untuk menyusun strategi dan menanamkan nilai kerjasama.Abstract: Excessive use of gadgets can have a negative impact on children's development, due to the lack of continuous physical activity. To overcome this, activities need to be carried out to reduce the influence of children's dependence on gadgets. The aim of the service activity is to familiarize students with the traditional game of selodor at SDN 2 Batunyala through 2 stages, namely socialization activities and habituation practices. Getting students used to playing cellodor games can reduce the negative impacts of gadget addiction that children continue to have. The positive impact of the selodor game that has been carried out is improving the motoric, cognitive and social abilities of students. Through playing selodor, students can increase interaction with peers, move their body parts, and have the ability to develop strategies and instill the value of cooperation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Cuci tangan merupakan satu hal yang paling sederhana yang dapat kita lakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan infeksi/ penyakit. Seperti kita ketahui bersama, kuman penyakit ada dimana-mana, tidak hanya di benda/ tempat yang tampak kotor, namun juga di benda/ tempat yang kita lihat bersih. Sebagian besar kuman penyakit berpindah dan ditularkan melalui tangan kita. Meskipun secara kasat mata tampak bersih, namun kuman bisa menempel di tangan kita tanpa kita sadari. Maka dari itu, penularan penyakit dapat dicegah dengan melakukan cuci tangan yang benar. Dengan membiasakan melakukan cuci tangan yang baik, hidup kita dan keluarga menjadi lebih sehat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada kelurahan bambu kuning dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada warga. Dari hasil kegiatan didapatkan bahwa warga bambu kuning masih banyak yang belum memahami secara baik pentingnya cuci tangan dan Langkah-langkah cuci tangan yang baik. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan diharapkan warga semakin memahami pentingnya cuci tangan dan Langkah-langkah cuci tangan yang baik dan benar.Abstract: The aging process involves the accumulation of somatic cell damage which causes cell and organ dysfunction, and increases the risk of death. Social services for the elderly must cover biological, psychological, social, intellectual and spiritual needs. Even though the form of a home or institution is still an alternative, the existence of activities that suit the interests and talents of the elderly is very important to fill their free time in service. Therefore, a therapy program is needed that can awaken the enthusiasm and creativity of the elderly, as well as reduce feelings of hopelessness. This socialization is carried out with the aim of improving the cognitive abilities of the elderly. The object of this socialization is all the elderly at the Anugrah Tanjung Pinang Nursing Home, totaling 10 people, using lecture, discussion, simulation and recondensation methods. The material was delivered by a team of nurses from professional nursing students who explained the pathophysiological causes of cognitive decline in the elderly, then the group carried out a dakon game simulation and asked the elderly to play dakon with each other. As a result of this socialization, 80% of the elderly were able to interact in the dakon game and looked very happy. This socialization received appreciation from the orphanage administrators because it could add to the play activities that they could implement at the orphanage.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan dramatisasi puisi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi sastra dan budaya di tengah benturan budaya asing yang secara perlahan menggerus nilai lokalitas suatu budaya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di SMP Nurul Ittihad Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dengan metode praktik, yakni melakukan dramatisasi puisi dengan teori serta langkah-langkah yang telah dipaparkan dan dilakukan dalam lima kali pertemuan. Pertemuan 1, dijelaskan tentang definisi, genre serta fungsi puisi dan dramatisasi puisi; pertemuan 2, dijelaskan tentang parafrase, apresiasi dan ekranisasi puisi dan mulai latihan; pertemuan 3, bedah naskah dan pemilihan pemain, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan latihan; pertemuan 4, dilanjutkan kembali ke latihan dengan materi pendalam karakter; dan pertemuan 5 dilakukan pementasan. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat memaparkan, bahwa sebelum tim terjun untuk lelakukan kegiatan ini, sekolah mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam proses apresiasi puisi dan ekranisasi. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan maka siswa-siswi dapat melakukan tahap yang ditargetkan dengan mudah hingga pada proses pementasan berakhir.Abstract: This poetry dramatization training was carried out with the aim of maintaining the existence of literature and culture amidst the clash of foreign cultures which slowly erodes the local value of a culture. This service activity was carried out at Nurul Ittihad Jonggat Middle School, Central Lombok Regency using a practical method, namely dramatizing poetry with theory and steps that had been explained and carried out in five meetings. Meeting 1, explained the definition, genre and function of poetry and poetry dramatization; meeting 2, explained about paraphrasing, appreciation and ecranization of poetry and started practicing; meeting 3, script review and cast selection, then continued with rehearsals; meeting 4, continued back to training with in-depth character material; and at meeting 5 there was a performance. The community service team was able to explain that before the team took part in carrying out this activity, the partner school experienced difficulties in the poetry appreciation and ecranization process. After training, students can carry out the targeted stages easily until the performance process ends.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rencana strategis disusun harus berorientasi masa depan berdasarkan kondisi saat ini, dan ditunjang oleh sumber daya yang dimiliki institusi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola PAUD dalam menyusun dokumen rencana strategis menggunakan pendekatan blue ocean strategy. Sasaran kegiatan dalam bentuk workshop ini adalah 11 pengelola PAUD di Desa Batujai Kecamatan Praya Barat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Workshop dibagi menjadi tiga sesi, yaitu penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik penyusunan rencana strategi dengan lima tahap yaitu identification, eliminate, reduce, raise, dan create. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pengelola PAUD sudah (1) memperoleh pengetahuan baru yang bermanfaat bagi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan; (2) memahami urgensi perencanaan strategis bagi lembaga; (3) dapat melakukan self assessment untuk mengetahui kondisi obyektif lembaga; dan (4) mampu menyusun rencana strategis menggunakan pendekatan blue ocean strategy sehingga lembaga memiliki arah yang pasti, berbasis keunikan, dan daya tarik bagi pengguna pendidikan. Untuk memaksimalkan capaian ini, disarankan agar pengelola PAUD terus berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi dan kapasitas dalam hal manajemen pengelolaan PAUD.Abstract:  The strategic plan must be future-oriented based on current conditions, and supported by the resources of the institution. This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of PAUD managers in preparing strategic plan documents using the blue ocean strategy approach. The targets of this workshop were 11 PAUD managers in Batujai Village, West Praya Sub-district, Central Lombok District. The workshop was divided into three sessions, namely material delivery, discussion, and practice of preparing a strategic plan with five stages, namely identification, eliminate, reduce, raise, and create. The results of the service show that PAUD managers have (1) gained new knowledge that is useful for the management of educational institutions; (2) understand the urgency of strategic planning for institutions; (3) can conduct self-assessment to determine the objective conditions of the institution; and (4) can develop strategic plans using the blue ocean strategy approach so that the institution has a definite direction, based on uniqueness, and attractiveness for education users. To maximize this achievement, it is recommended that PAUD managers continue to improve their competence and capacity in terms of PAUD management.

Shippindo Teknologi Logistik juga mempunyai platform logistik yang membantu pengirim barang untuk mengirimkan barang dengan mudah. Partner Logistic Shipper: JNE, POS Indonesia, Tiki, Wahana, Sicepat, Atri Xpress, Ninja Xpress, Lion Parcel, Grab Parcel, ARK Xpress, J&T Express, REX, RPX, Popbox, aCommerce, iCommerce, Aramex, Fedex, DHL. PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik bergabung sebagai salah satu mitra dalam program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendikbudristek.Terdapat 108 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang lulus seleksi program magang di PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik Dalam program magang ini, terdapat 3 kegiatan yaitu Engineering Intern, Shipper Academy Branding Intern dan Product, Design & Data - Product Intern. Program ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan, dengan agenda kegiatan dibagi atas penilaian kompetensi, aktivitas/kegiatan mahasiswa saat magang, durasi kegiatan, metode evaluasi, rubrik penilaian, initial assesment dan monitoring kegiatan. Magang ini memiliki dampak yang sangat baik bagi mahasiswa karena melatih mahasiswa terjun ke dunia lapangan pekerjaan nyata dalam suatu perusahaan.Abstract: PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik joined as one of the partners in the Merdeka Campus Certified Independent Study and Internship program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. There were 108 students from various universities in Indonesia who passed the selection for the internship program at PT. Shippindo Logistics Technology In this internship program, there are 3 activities, namely Engineering Intern, Shipper Academy Branding Intern and Product, Design & Data - Product Intern. This program is carried out for approximately five months, with an agenda of activities divided into competency assessment, student activities/activities during internships, duration of activities, evaluation methods, assessment rubrics, initial assessment and activity monitoring. This internship has a very good impact on students because it trains students to enter the world of real work in a company.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pendampingan dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas khatib, imam, dan khotib Jum'at di PCM Batuyang melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi berbagai strategi seperti ceramah, diskusi kelompok, praktik langsung, dan sesi khusus penggunaan teknologi dalam dakwah dan komunikasi. Program ini berlangsung selama dua hari, dengan materi yang mencakup urgensi publik di era kontemporer, fikih Jumat, syarat-syarat khatib, retorika dakwah, public speaking, praktik mendesain khutbah dan imam, ritme pembacaan Alquran. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan kapasitas peserta, dan kesenjangan digital, strategi adaptif dan solusi kreatif yang diterapkan mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Program ini efektif dalam mencapai tujuannya dan memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan bahwa dengan perencanaan yang matang dan implementasi yang fleksibel, program pelatihan keagamaan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peserta dan masyarakat. Model ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan program serupa di masa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan kualitas khotbah dan pelayanan keagamaan di berbagai komunitas.Abstract:  This mentoring and training program aims to increase the capacity of preachers, imams, and Friday Khotibs in PCM Batuyang through a comprehensive and sustainable approach. The implementation method includes various strategies such as lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and special sessions on the use of technology in da'wah and communication. The program lasted for two days, with materials covering the urgency of the public in the contemporary era, Friday fiqh, the requirements of khatib, the rhetoric of da'wah, the basics of public speaking, the practice of designing khutbahs and Imams, the rhythm of Qur'anic recitation. The program results show that despite challenges such as time constraints, disparity in participant capacity, and the digital divide, the adaptive strategies and creative solutions applied were able to overcome these obstacles. The program is effective in achieving its goals and provides a sustainable positive impact on the community. This success confirms that with careful planning and flexible implementation, religious training programs can benefit participants and the community significantly. This model is expected to be used as a reference in the implementation of similar programs in the future to improve the quality of sermons and religious services in various communities.
