Abstract

This study aims to examine the accountability and effectiveness of budget management at the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of North Toraja Regency. The study focuses on the conformity of administration, reporting, and accountability mechanisms for election funds with applicable regulations. A qualitative method with a phenomenological approach was applied. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, literature review, and internet-based searches. The data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the accountability of Bawaslu of North Toraja Regency is considered good and has followed the principles of transparency and central government regulations. Accountability is reflected in legal and honesty accountability, managerial accountability, policy accountability, and financial accountability. In terms of financial effectiveness, based on the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 690.900-327 of 1996, the realization of Bawaslu’s expenditure budget was classified as highly effective, reaching 90% in 2024 and increasing to 100% in 2025. However, the indicator related to the timeliness of monthly reporting to the Chairperson of Bawaslu was still categorized as not yet implemented (BT). Overall, budget management has been carried out optimally through the use of the Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) and Accountability Report (SPJ) instruments to support election supervision duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the conceptual analysis of economic development planning to human development. The conceptual analysis in this study aims to provide an in-depth explanation of economic development planning to human development, using secondary data in the form of related books and journal articles. The research results from a conceptual analysis perspective show that economic development planning to human development shifts the focus of the development paradigm from capital-centric, oriented toward capital accumulation and gross domestic product growth, to human-centric, oriented toward expanding human capabilities and well-being. Economic development planning is an instrument of socio-economic engineering, while human development is its moral compass and ultimate goal. A well-thought-out development plan rejects the assumption that economic growth automatically trickles down. Instead, it consciously invests economic capital into human capital, creating a virtuous cycle in which qualified people will drive much stronger, innovative, and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The dynamic development of the global and national economy in recent decades has had a significant impact on the existence and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises. On the one hand, fluctuating economic growth often requires small business owners to continuously adapt to uncertain changes in consumer purchasing power. The purpose of this study is to theoretically analyze digital competency-based recruitment and human resource performance in micro, small, and medium enterprises. To answer or achieve the objectives of this study, a qualitative research approach based on theoretical concepts with the assistance of secondary data sources was used. The research results show that digital competency-based recruitment in micro, small, and medium enterprises is no longer about finding candidates with impressive academic degrees, but rather about finding talent with practical, adaptive skills and the ability to directly impact the business's digital ecosystem. Human resource performance analysis in micro, small, and medium enterprises has unique characteristics compared to large corporations. In the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector, human resources are often required to be multidimensional, with one employee handling several functions, while limited financial resources often lead to the neglect of formal performance appraisal systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential, obstacles, and strategies of conventional and electric car marketing. The analytical method in this study uses comprehensive analysis with the help of secondary data such as scientific books and journal articles from national and international journals. The research results show that the automotive market is currently in a very interesting transition period. On the one hand, conventional cars still dominate the roads thanks to their mature ecosystem. On the other hand, electric cars are emerging as the future of mobility, driven by sustainability issues and strict regulations. The main strategy for conventional cars should focus on the narrative of advanced fuel efficiency, engine reliability on all terrains, and ease of routine maintenance that is widespread even in remote areas. Conventional car manufacturers also need to package their campaigns by emphasizing the value of high functionality and unit readiness without having to worry about the availability of electricity during long-distance trips. Conversely, the marketing strategy for electric cars must shift from simply selling products to educating people about a new, sustainable lifestyle. Marketers must more actively promote long-term benefits such as significantly lower daily operating costs, instant, silent acceleration, and the convenience of being free from regional restrictions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles and solutions regarding the marketing analysis of innovation products in social media market orientation. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method is supported by comprehensive secondary data sourced from theoretical books and theoretical practices in journal articles. The research results show that marketing analysis of innovation products in social media market orientation is a crucial approach in the digital era. When companies launch innovative products, whether in the form of new features, environmentally friendly products, or new culinary concepts, social media is no longer just a promotional channel, but rather a strategic ecosystem for understanding and responding to the market. Marketing innovative products within a market-oriented framework on social media requires a radical transformation in how companies interact with their audiences, shifting the focus from simply showcasing advanced features to truly meeting consumers' emotional and functional needs. The most crucial initial step is building a deep, data-driven understanding through active social listening to capture emerging conversations, complaints, and hidden trends within the community.

Abstract

Marketing strategies in the tourism business are essentially centered on creating, managing, and communicating a high-value experience, because the product being sold is not a physical object but rather memories and emotional satisfaction. In a highly competitive industry landscape, a tourism business must be able to build a strong and unique brand identity to be instantly recognizable amidst a sea of other destination options. The purpose of this research is to describe marketing strategies to increase visits to natural tourism and promote local products. This presentation is explained using a descriptive approach. This descriptive approach uses secondary data such as books, journals, and related sources. The research results show that developing a marketing strategy to increase visits to natural tourism while promoting local products is a smart move. The two have a symbiotic relationship: natural beauty attracts tourists, while unique local products provide authentic experiences that encourage them to spend more. A comprehensive marketing strategy that combines the promotion of natural tourism destinations and the economic empowerment of local products includes branding and positioning strategies, digital and content marketing, and on-site experiences.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical understanding from experts regarding the effect of supportive leadership style and teamwork on employee productivity. This theoretical understanding from experts is part of qualitative research that uses complementary sources from books and journal articles. The research results show that the effect of supportive leadership style and teamwork on employee productivity is one of the most researched topics in human resource management and organizational behavior. Experts agree that the combination of supportive leadership style and solid teamwork creates a positive work environment that directly boosts employee productivity. The implementation of a supportive leadership style combined with solid teamwork plays a crucial role in boosting employee productivity in the modern workplace. Based on this, the main recommendation that management can implement is to build a culture of inclusive two-way communication and actively provide space for employee development. Leaders should no longer simply act as rigid supervisors, but rather position themselves as mentors who are sensitive to the personal and professional challenges faced by their team members.
