The implementation method uses a participatory, collaborative, and educational approach, with the subjects of service including students, village officials, and the local community. The results of the activity show success in assisting with waqf land certification, waste bank management, fertilizer production from coffee husks, planting 1,000 coffee seedlings, managing the Digital Smart Village, and producing and marketing Jaling Coffee, which has had an impact on increasing legal awareness, environmental management, digital literacy, and the economic welfare of the community. Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women is a nutritional problem that can reduce immune function, impair children’s cognitive and motor development, and increase the risk of pregnancy and childbirth complications. At Puskesmas Sibiru-biru, Deli Serdang Regency, a community service program aimed to improve mothers’ knowledge about anemia and its prevention by providing them with supplemental foods made from local ingredients, such as moringa leaf and banana cookies. A total of 30 mothers with children aged 1 to 5 years actively participated in counseling, discussions, and hands-on cookie-making activities. The results showed that participants’ knowledge and interest increased through instruction combined with practical exercises. Additionally, the cookies were well accepted as a nutritious alternative for supplementary food. By utilizing local foods, this program helps families prevent anemia.

Abstract

The development of industries based on digital technology requires vocational high school (SMK) graduates not only to have technical competencies but also strong soft skills, particularly in technology leadership (tech leadership). Students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) need to be equipped with communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to be able to adapt and compete in a dynamic industrial world. This community service activity aims to improve the competencies of SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara students through Soft Skills Tech Leaders training as an effort to prepare them for the challenges of the workforce. The implementation methods include interactive workshops, group discussions, case study simulations, and learning reflections. The results of the activity show an increase in students' understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a tech leader and the importance of soft skills in managing technology projects. Participants showed high enthusiasm and active involvement throughout the training. This activity is expected to serve as a strategic step in supporting the readiness of the younger generation to face digital transformation and the demands of Industry 4.0.
