Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami prosedur pengajuan dan penginputan Brimen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan analisis terhadap data Brimen di BRI Unit pekkabata. Diperlukan metode pengarsipan yang efektif agar dokumen tidak hilang dan mudah diakses saat dibutuhkan. Bank BRI telah mengembangkan sistem digital yang dikenal dengan nama Brimen (BRI Document Management System) untuk pengelolaan dokumen nasabah yang lebih baik. Penerapan sistem digital ini menandakan peralihan dari layanan konvensional ke sistem digital, serta jumlah perbaikan internal yang signifikan. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga tahapan dalam proses pengarsipan Brimen, mulai dari pemilihan arsip hingga penempatan kotak di rak yang telah ditentukan. Selain itu, input data Brimen dapat dilakukan melalui tiga metode: labeling, scan, dan upload.

Abstract

Pembuatan SOP produksi dan SOP pemasaran menjadi acuan dalam menjalankan proses usaha yang terstandarisasi pada produk pupuk cair sulfur silika di PT. BGKI unit Banyuwangi. Perumusan strategi pemasaran melalui pendekatan SWOT dengan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan dapat menjadi alternatif langkah dalam memaksimalkan pertumbuhan perusahaan.. Penerapan SOP dan menjalankan alternatif strategi pemasaran dapat dijalankan dengan baik serta melakukan perbaikan tambahan sesuai dengan perkembangan perusahaan kedepan.

Abstract

Desa Karawana di Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi, memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata. Namun, diperlukan persiapan yang matang agar pengembangan desa wisata dapat berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyuluhan tentang persiapan desa wisata di Desa Karawana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan tentang persiapan desa wisata di Desa Karawana mencakup beberapa aspek, yaitu: (A) Penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, (B) Pengembangan produk wisata, (C) Peningkatan infrastruktur, (D) Promosi dan pemasaran, dan (E) Pengelolaan keuangan. Setiap aspek tersebut dibahas secara mendalam dengan dukungan data, statistik, dan contoh kasus yang relevan. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan desa wisata di Desa Karawana.

Abstract

Lesson study training helps teachers improve their professional competencies, including pedagogical and social skills. Through collaboration and reflection, teachers can learn from each other's experiences, which in turn improves their teaching skills. This community service method uses a training and mentoring approach. This service aims to socialize and develop teachers' skills in designing effective learning through lesson study. The conclusions of the service conducted by the team at SD Negeri 11 Siparmahan are as follows: This socialization succeeded in increasing teachers' understanding of the importance of lesson study as a tool to improve teaching practices. Teachers are now more aware that collaboration and reflection are the keys to achieving quality learning; Through collaborative lesson planning and implementation activities, teachers have developed skills in designing better lesson plans that meet students' needs; This activity has also created a collaborative culture among teachers where they support each other and share experiences. This is important for building a sustainable learning community in the school environment; The reflection process after the implementation of the lesson study allows teachers to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching strategies used and to find solutions for future improvements; The improved ability of teachers to design effective lessons is expected to have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. More interactive and relevant learning will increase student motivation and involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This research explores the application of the Smart Village concept in Tepusen Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. In the digital era, villages are expected to utilize technology to improve the quality of public services and community participation. This research aims to: 1) Understanding Smart Village and Village Technology Infrastructure Readiness; 2) Role and Involvement of Village Apparatus; 3) Public Services and Village Management; 4) Challenges and Solutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving interviews and observations of village officials and communities. The results of the study show that the application of information and communication technology in Tepusen Village has improved administrative efficiency and service transparency. Despite challenges such as low digital literacy among the community, collaboration between village officials and KPM students provides a significant solution to overcome these obstacles. These findings show the importance of government support and active community participation in realizing inclusive and competitive smart villages.

Abstract

Administrasi kependudukan yang efisien dan akurat memiliki peran krusial dalam memastikan Lurah Lapadde sebagai unit pelayanan masyarakat perlu melakukan peningkatan administrasi kependudukan untuk memastikan data penduduk terkini dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa dalam menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara rinci tentang pelayanan masyrakat dalam peningkatan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Lurah Lapadde, Kecamatan Ujung, Kota Parepare. Fokus utama adalah meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan petugas administrasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Selain itu, survei kepuasan masyarakat juga dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Kantor Lurah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh Kantor Lurah Lapadde dalam meningkatkan administrasi kependudukan. Implementasi strategi baru, termasuk penggunaan teknologi informasi, pelatihan staf, dan optimalisasi prosedur pelayanan, membawa dampak positif dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi administrasi kependudukan. Abstract

The abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances, and Addictive Substances (NAPZA) is an escalating social issue in Indonesia, particularly among adolescents and university students. This has serious implications for the health, social, and economic aspects of society. This research aims to analyze the strategy of NAPZA socialization in Dusun Gintung, Desa Ngadimulyo District, Temanggung Regency, and the effectiveness of multi-party collaboration in raising awareness and fostering community concern about the dangers of NAPZA. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, involving various parties such as the village government, police, health professionals, and schools. The findings show that NAPZA socialization through interactive lectures, group discussions, and the use of social media has successfully raised community awareness, although challenges in changing the mindset of some residents remain. The role of the youth as agents of change through the "Youth Anti-NAPZA" program and collaboration with social media is a key factor in the success of this program. The involvement of families in providing moral education is equally important. It is hoped that this program will continue and involve more parties in efforts to prevent NAPZA abuse.

Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, students' learning patterns have changed significantly, with an increasing reliance on technology and interactive media. This shift requires teachers to be more adaptive in delivering engaging and effective learning materials. However, not all teachers have the necessary skills to design technology-based learning media. To address this challenge, the MGMP Informatika SMA of Semarang Regency organized a Canva-Based Learning Media Design Training at SMA Negeri 1 Bringin. This training aimed to equip teachers with the skills to design learning media using Canva, a user-friendly design platform. The training was conducted in several stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. The evaluation results showed that before the training, 72% of participants struggled with designing learning media, and 60% were unfamiliar with Canva. After the training, 100% of participants were interested in using Canva, 84% felt more confident in utilizing it, and 92% expressed satisfaction with the training.

Abstract

Art is a part of culture that is admired for its uniqueness and beauty. Art is a work of human art that expresses beauty and expresses the soul and culture of its creator. Community empowerment is an activity to increase community participation in providing the necessities of life and solving problems experienced by the community. The activities are carried out through the Community Service Lecture (KPM) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. This community service activity is carried out for 40 days starting from January to February 2025, and can be summarized as follows: Art is a work created by humans to enjoy its beauty and meaning which is the result of the creator's imagination and emotions. Every region in Indonesia has various kinds of art and culture that must be preserved. Especially in Jragan Village, which has so many varieties of art and culture that must be preserved. Providing outreach to children can foster their love for their own art and culture and they can preserve art and culture so that it does not become extinct. Abstract

The management of waste that is not optimal has become one of the environmental issues that continues to escalate. One solution that can be applied is to revitalize waste banks with the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). This concept aims to reduce waste production, make use of items that can still be used, and recycle waste to have economic value. This article discusses strategies for revitalizing waste banks through increasing public awareness, collaboration with various parties, innovation in management systems, and the utilization of digital technology. The results of the study show that with regulatory support, attractive incentives, and active community participation, waste banks can play a more effective role in reducing environmental impacts while also creating economic opportunities. Thus, the implementation of the 3R concept in waste bank management becomes a strategic step towards realizing a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
