Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT Surya Dermato Medica Palembang. The total sample of 51 was all employees of PT Surya Dermato Medica. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed using simple linear regression on SPSS V23. The results show that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The R2 value of 0.538 indicates that employee performance can be explained by organizational citizenship behavior by 53.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Vivo cell phones at Renni Cell Pampangan outlets, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). Measurement of the sample used the Slovin formula with a final total of 53 respondents. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. Partially, the results evidence that each brand image and price affects purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand image and price influence purchasing decisions. This research is beneficial for the smartphone brand Vivo. To market its products, especially in the demographics outside the city, Vivo must consider brand image and price because these two factors influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to inspect the effect of service recovery consisting of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice on customer satisfaction at J&T Express freight forwarding services in Palembang City. A total of 155 populations in this study were the users of the service company who had filed complaints. The samples of 96 were determined using the Lemeshow formula and the sample selection deployed the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The findings exhibit that partially each distributive, procedural, and interactional justice has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, simultaneously distributive, procedural, and interactional justice have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This insight can benefit J&T Express, especially the one located in Palembang. The service company should pay attention to service recovery because this factor affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of interpersonal communication and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Panen Jaya Sepasang Palembang. A sample of 90 respondents were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, and analyzed employing the multiple linear regression method. The results evince that partially each interpersonal communication and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, simultaneously, interpersonal communication and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. This research is beneficial for PT Panen Jaya Sepasang Palembang. To improve employee performance, the company must pay attention to interpersonal communication and compensation factors.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of service quality and physical environment on customer satisfaction at the Unsilent Cafe Palembang. Based on the Slovin formula, this study used 99 samples with an accidental technique from a population of 7,710. Data were collected through documentation and questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression on SPSS. The results uncover that service quality and physical environment have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.749 proves that service quality and the physical environment have a strong relationship with customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.561 indicates that the contribution of service quality and physical environment explains consumer satisfaction by 56.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of workload and work environment on work stress on employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang. Data of 68 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results unveil that the workload and work environment both partially and simultaneously have significant effects on work stress. This insight can provide benefits for PT Kereta Api Indonesia, Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang. To reduce work stress, the leader of this state-owned company should consider the workload and work environment factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of human resource development and work ability on improving the quality of production on TV Sumsel Palembang. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data of 60 respondents were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed employing the multiple linear regression method. The results of the investigation exhibit that partially each human resource development and work ability has a significant effect on increasing the quality of production. These empirical findings can provide benefits for TV Sumsel Palembang. The leader of the company should optimize human resource development and employee work abilities factors to improve production quality

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeranan sektor pertanian sayuran di desa Lubuk Enau Kabupaten Muara Enim dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan bertujuan untuk mengetahui karekteristik sosial ekonomi petani menurut pelaku usahatani (petani pemilik lahan, penggarap dan buruh tani. Adapun tujuan diadakannya pemberdayaan usaha tani di desa lubuk enau ini yakni unutuk mengingkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat metode yang dilakukan yaitu mewawancari masyarakat desa Lubuk Enau. Dan hasil yang di dapatkan dari pemberdayaan ini masyarakat mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan memaksimalkan hasil pertanian di desa Lubuk Enau. Peranan pertanian adalah menyediaan kebutuhan bahan pangan yang diperlukan masyarakat untuk        menjamin ketahanan pangan. Ketika semuanya bergerak maju dengan pesat, maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayahini akan lebih baik. Potensi ini memungkinkan desa Lubuk Enau dapat meningkatkan pembangunan di bidang pertanian. Hasil pengabdian menjelaskan bahwa dalam peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat desa Lubuk Enau memerlukan peran kelompok tani pada setiap tahapan proses produksi dan pemasaran produk tersebut. Mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universitas Indo Global Mandiri memberikan solusi permasalahan usaha kepada masyarakat pada setiap pertemuan antar anggota kelompok agar para petani dapat berperan baik terhadap peningkatan ekonomi dari hasil pertanian yang ada di desa Lubuk Enau Kabupaten Muara Enim Kata kunci: ekonomi pedesaan; sayuran; pertanian. ABSTRACTThe role of the vegetable sector in Lubuk Enau village, Muara Enim Regency in improving rural economic development aims to determine the socio-economic characteristics of farmers according to farming actors. the community's economic income, the method used is interviewing the Lubuk Enau village community. Abstract

Toko Muara adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pemasaran produk-produk pakan ternak dan juga beberapa produk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir usaha Toko Muara berangsur-angsur berkembang hal ini terbukti dari meningkatnya profit dan mulai merekrut beberapa karyawan. Tentunya perkembangan Toko Muara tak akan pernah lepas dari yang namanya risiko, contohnya seperti risiko pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan melambatnya perkembangan usaha Toko Muara dan mungkin akan ada risiko lain yang dapat terjadi di kemudian hari. Hal tersebut menarik minat dari tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Indo Global Mandiri untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada Toko Muara mengenai manajemen risiko agar Toko Muara dapat meminimalisir dan menghindari risiko yang sewaktu-waktu dapat terjadi.

Abstract

Lubuk Enau Village, Lembak District. This village was only inaugurated as a separate village in 2011 based on the regulation of the Regent of Muara Enim No. 25. In this village most of the people work as farmers. Based on the results of observations during KKN activities, Lubuk Enau Village is a village that has great potential and has rich natural resources. However, both the community and the city government of Lubuk Enau Village are less able to explore and manage economic potential even though this can be a source of income and allocation of funds. village for the welfare of the village community Community service activities carried out by lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University by holding workshops with the village head and employees at the village head office in Lubuk Enau. The goal to be achieved is to provide increased knowledge and skills for village heads and their employees regarding Village Fund Management and Reporting
