Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat. Sampling deployed non-probability techniques on the total population of DPRD Secretariat employees. Data of 75 respondents were collected through questionnaires and interviews. This study implemented multiple linear regression methods to analyze data. The results evince that partially, each incentive and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, simultaneously, incentives and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This research can benefit the DPRD Secretariat. To improve employees performance, the leaders should consider incentives and motivation factors for employees.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini secara khusus untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis pengaruh variabel kualitas produk, berwujud, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif di BPR Puskopat Palembang secara parsial ataupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data lapangan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah nasabah kredit pegawai aktif di BPR Puskopat Tahun 2023 sebanyak 215 nasabah. Sampel digunakan sebanyak 140 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan tools SPSS 27. Pengujian data menggunakan uji t, bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan t hitung 0,577 < t tabel 1,97796, terdapat pengaruh berwujud terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan t hitung sebesar 5,955 > t tabel 1,97796, keandalan mempengaruhi keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan t hitung sebesar 2,080 > t tabel 1,97796. Terdapat pengaruh ketanggapan terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan t hitung sebesar 3,589 > t tabel 1,97796, terdapat pengaruh jaminan terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan t hitung sebesar 4,610 > t tabel 1,97796. Empati mempengaruhi keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan t hitung sebesar 7,579 > t tabel 1,97796 dan kualitas produk, berwujud, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pegawai aktif dengan F hitung 23,671 > F tabel 2,28. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan perlu dilakukan guna untuk membuat nasabah tertarik akan produk kredit di BPR Puskopat Palembang.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah melihat banyaknya Lembaga Pendidikan yang bersaing demi mendapatkan konsumen atau siswa untuk bisa masuk ke lembaganya masing-masing sehingga dibutuhkan suatu strategi untuk bisa merekrut banyak siswa atau meningkatkan kuantitas siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran proses manajemen strategi pemasaran yang terjadi di Pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang dalam mengembangkan Pesantren yang mengalami kenaikan peminat. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif ini akan menganalisis manajemen strategi dalam pengembangan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam dengan perspektif Blue Ocean Strategy, yang mencakup tentang syarat perumusan dan fokusnya dalam perspektif Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang telah memenuhi syarat Blue Ocean Strategy, yakni: a) Utilitas bagi pembeli, b) Harga strategis, c) Biaya dan d) Pengadopsian, dengan menawarkan terobosan baru berbasis pada kekhasan lembaga (slogan lembaga) dan keunggulan program lembaga yaitu program tahfidz non-mukim. Pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang telah melakukan tahapan perumusan strategi serta mengimplementasikannya menurut perspektif Blue Ocean Strategy yakni telah melakukan prinsip Eliminate, reduce, raise dan prinsip create. Pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang juga berhasil membangun networking dengan melibatkan teamwork dan juga mampu mengemplementasikan strategi marketing pendidikan Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) melalui pemanfaatan media sosial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis pengaruh content marketing terhadap online engagement pada akun Instagram Maybank Indonesia secara parsial juga simultan. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi adalah sebanyak 55.700 orang dimana 100 orang dari populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan tools analisis spss 27 dan menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa relevansi content tidak berpengaruh terhadap online engagement dengan t- hitung 1.734 < t-tabel 1.985, akurasi content juga tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap online engagement dengan t-hitung -1.125 < t-tabel 1.985, terdapat pengaruh siginifikan dari konten yang bernilai terhadap online engagement dengan t-hitung2.090 > t-tabel 1.985, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari variable aksesibilitas content terhadap online engagement dengan t-hitung 3.672 > t-tabel sebesar 1.985 dan terdapat pengaruh konsistensi content terhadap online engagement dengan t-hitung 1.989 > t- tabel 1.985, content marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap online engagement dengan t-hitung 4.688 > t-tabel sebesar 1.985 Hasil penelitian pada uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variable relevansi content, akurasi content, konten yang bernilai, aksesibilitas content, konsistensi content dan content marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap online engagement pada akun Instagram Maybank Indonesia dengan f hitung 126,682 > f tabel sebesar 2.20. Pada dasarnya content marketing harus ambil bagian dalam peningkatan online engagement nasabah meskipun sudah dipengaruhi oleh variabel seperti relevansi content, akurasi content, konten yang bernilai, aksesibilitas content dan konsistensi content.

Abstract

Purpose: Analyse and prove the effect of work environment, creativity, and motivation on performance. Methodology: The research was conducted for 4 months, namely October 2024 - January 2025. The type of research is quantitative research. The research population was ASN in the Department of Industry and Trade of Kupang City as many as 93 employees. The entire population became the research sample with saturated sampling technique. The technique of obtaining data was carried out with a Likert scale questionnaire, observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of data obtained are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression, with the stages of instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Results: The results showed that work environment, creativity, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The contribution of work environment variables, creativity, and motivation to performance is 94.5%. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of work environment, creativity, and motivation has been in accordance with the needs of the organization, thus having an impact on employee performance. These three variables need to be maintained and increased exogeneity so that they have an endogeneity effect on employee performance. Novelty: This research contributes to developing comprehensive human resource management science and further research in this field.  Originality: Improving employee performance in government organizations can be done by simultaneously paying attention to aspects of work environment, creativity, and motivation. Conclusion: The implementation of work environment, creativity, and motivation in the scope of Disperindag Kota Kupang needs to be maintained and improved because it has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to analyze and prove the influence of professionalism, workload, and organizational climate on employee productivity. Methodology: The research design used is quantitative research. The population of the study was all employees of the Kupang City DPRD Secretariat, totaling 97 employees. All employees became research samples with saturated sampling techniques. The data was obtained through questionnaire interviews (Likert scale), observation, and documentation. The research data consists of primary and secondary data. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The results of the study showed a t-value of professionalism of 2.712 > t-table of 1.9852. Workload has a t-value of 3.459 > t-table of 1.9852. The t-value of organizational climate is 11.442 > t-table of 1.9852, and the F-value of 365.582 > F-table of 2.70, which indicates that professionalism, workload, and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at the Kupang City DPRD Secretariat both partially and simultaneously. The three exogenous variables have a "strong" correlation to performance with an R2 value of 92.2%. Findings: This study highlights the importance of high employee professionalism, the suitability of employee workload, and maintaining a conducive organizational climate to achieve high employee productivity. Novelty: This study elaborates on the interaction between professionalism, workload, and organizational climate in the context of employee productivity in government organizations. Originality: This study contributes to the literature on employee productivity at the Kupang City DPRD Secretariat by addressing the gap in understanding these variables. Conclusion: Practical thinking is a recommendation for the DPRD Secretariat organization to develop strategies to increase employee productivity in line with the organization's expectations and goals.  The population of the study was ASN in the Secretariat of the Kupang City DPRD. It is also important that the study be conducted on Members of the Kupang City DPRD as the highest political decision makers in the institution. Type of Paper: Quantitative empirical research.

Abstract

The logistics service industry plays a crucial role in national and international economic development, driven by rapid growth in e-commerce and global trade. However, intense competition and rising demands for efficiency and innovation require companies to enhance their competitiveness through improved service quality, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This study analyzes the impact of service quality on the competitiveness of PT Samudera Sriwijaya Logistik using a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Data were collected from 50 respondents through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests ensured model accuracy, while hypothesis testing employed the Goodness of Fit test, F-test, and t-test. Findings indicate that service reliability has the most significant impact on competitiveness, followed by tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance. Regression analysis shows that reliable and responsive services, supported by adequate facilities, enhance customer trust and satisfaction. The company has implemented policies such as delivery SOPs, service quality standards, and employee training to strengthen its competitive position. By prioritizing reliability, tangible assets, and customer-focused strategies, PT Samudera Sriwijaya Logistik can maintain its standing as a leading logistics service provider in a highly competitive industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Pelayanan, dan Harga terhadap Citra Produk Semen Conch pada Studi Kasus PT Radja Dagang Indonesia. Produk Semen Conch pada Studi Kasus Semen Conch PT Radja Dagang Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 84 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Semen Conch PT. Pelanggan Semen Conch PT Radja Dagang Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pendekatan purposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Pelayanan, dan Harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Citra Produk baik secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun positif secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun bersama-sama (simultan) pada PT. Radja Dagang Indonesia.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Layanan, Harga, Citra Produk

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether people, process, and physical evidence affect customer satisfaction at a private bank in the city of Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The population is 1500 customers with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical tests, instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that people, process, and physical evidence had an effect on customer satisfaction at one of the private banks in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Lalang Sembawa melalui pelatihan dasar meronce sebagai bagian dari pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis potensi lokal. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 28 orang peserta yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga dan remaja putri. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan praktik secara langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mampu menghasilkan 3–5 produk kerajinan sederhana seperti gelang, kalung, bros, dan strap HP. Selain itu, terbentuk komunitas kerajinan desa sebagai wadah untuk pengembangan usaha kreatif secara berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai peluang usaha berbasis kerajinan tangan, serta mendorong terbentuknya kolaborasi dengan lembaga lokal seperti BUMDes. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi rumah tangga dan penguatan semangat wirausaha masyarakat desa.
