Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the profitability of health subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The aspects analyzed in this study were gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity. Samples were selected deploying purposive sampling technique. Data of 9 companies were collected from the investment gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study implemented a series of paired sample t-test to analyze data before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results evidenced that there is no significant difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic for each aspect of gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity.

Abstract

Lubuk Enau Village, Lembak District. This village was only inaugurated as a separate village in 2011 based on the regulation of the Regent of Muara Enim No. 25. In this village most of the people work as farmers. Based on the results of observations during KKN activities, Lubuk Enau Village is a village that has great potential and has rich natural resources. However, both the community and the city government of Lubuk Enau Village are less able to explore and manage economic potential even though this can be a source of income and allocation of funds. village for the welfare of the village community Community service activities carried out by lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University by holding workshops with the village head and employees at the village head office in Lubuk Enau. The goal to be achieved is to provide increased knowledge and skills for village heads and their employees regarding Village Fund Management and Reporting

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu penghasil komoditas karet terbesar di dunia. Daerah penghasil karet terbesar di Indonesia ada di provinsi sumatera selatan. Desa Tapus, Kecamatan Lembak merupakan Desa yang ada di Sumatera Selatan. Mayoritas mata pencaharian dari masyarakat di Desa Tapus adalah sebagai  petani karet. Petani karet sebagian besar yang ada di Desa Tapus belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memperkirakan harga karet. Pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai harga karet di pasaran sehingga petani karet perlu diberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai SGX Sicom. Pasar Sicom dikenal sebagai pusat acuan penentuan harga karet alam di dunia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan selama 2 hari. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan SGX Sicom di Desa Tapus, Kecamatan Lembak, Sumsel menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta mengenai harga karet pasar dunia dan dasar penentuan karet, hal ini terlihat dari sebagian peserta banyak mendapat nilai yang sangat baik dimana sebagian peserta banyak mendapatkan nilai 80 sebanyak 40% dari pelaksanaan posttest yang dilakukan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Word of Mouth Talkers and Tools on Consumer Buying Decisions at Sate Taichan Shinchan Palembang Restaurant. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study was 178 consumers. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the influence of word of mouth talkers on buying decisions. The results obtained from the value of the Multiple Linear Regression Coefficient of 5,600 means that the increase in the value of Word of Mouth Talkers and Tools spread by 1 unit will increase the value of consumer purchases by 5,600. The results of the study obtained the value of the Correlation Coefficient (R) between Word of Mouth Talkers and Word of Mouth Tools on the Buying Decision variable, which has a moderate relationship because it has a correlation value of 0.506 (50.6%). Furthermore, research using the analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) explained by Word Of Mouth Talkers, and Word of Mouth Tools, of 25.6% while the rest of 74.4% can be explained by other factors.

Abstract

Gojek adalah aplikasi yang memiliki berbagai manfaat salah satunya adalah untuk pengiriman barang, dengan menggunakan aplikasi Gojek barang dapat dikirim dengan waktu yang relatif singkat. Manfaat tersebut tentunya sangat berguna terutama bagi pelaku usaha ikan lele di Kelurahan Talang Bubuk Kota Palembang karena ikan yang dikirim ke konsumen dengan menggunakan aplikasi Gojek kesegaran ikan masih terjaga karena waktu pengiriman yang singkat. Namun beberapa pelaku usaha ikan lele di Kelurahan Talang Bubuk Kota Palembang belum begitu memahami cara penggunaan aplikasi Gojek. Hal tersebut memunculkan inisiatif tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dari Universitas Indo Global Mandiri untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pelaku usaha ikan lele di kelurahan Talang Bubuk kota Palembang mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Gojek untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha terutama dalam pengiriman ikan ke konsumen. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar pelaku usaha ikan lele dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan cara menggunakan aplikasi Gojek dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan datang langsung ke lokasi objek pengabdian pada tanggal 12 Desember 2022, kegiatan ini berlangsung dari pukul 08.00-14.00 WIB dengan peserta berjumlah empat orang. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian, hasilnya pelaku usaha ikan lele dapat memahami cara penggunaan aplikasi Gojek, namun terdapat kendala dalam penggunaannya seperti, sinyal yang tidak stabil. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaku usaha ikan lele mendapat tambahan pengetahuan dan mereka berharap kegiatan seperti ini dapat dilaksanakan secara kontinyu dengan tema yang berbeda.Gojek is an application with various benefits, one of which is for the delivery of goods; using the Gojek application, goods can be sent in a relatively short time. This benefit is very useful, especially for catfish businesses in the Talang Powder Village, Palembang City, because the fish sent to consumers using the Gojek application are still fresh due to the short delivery time. However, several catfish business actors in Talang Powder Village, Palembang City, do not really understand how to use the Gojek application. This led to the initiative of the Community Service team from Indo Global Mandiri University to provide counseling to catfish business actors in the Talang Powder subdistrict, Palembang City, regarding the use of the Gojek application to support business activities, especially in sending fish to consumers. The purpose of this activity is so that catfish business actors can understand and apply how to use the Gojek application properly. The method used in this activity is to come directly to the location of the service object on December 12, 2022; this activity takes place from 08.00-14.00 Western Indonesian Time with four participants. After the service activities, catfish business actors could understand how to use the Gojek application. Still, there were obstacles in its use, such as an unstable signal. This activity concludes that catfish business actors get additional knowledge, and they hope that activities like this can be carried out continuously with different themes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance at Anugerah Palembang Hotel. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The data collection technique utilizedquestionnaires. The data analysis technique utilized multiple linear regression analysis. This study finds that transformational leadership and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for Hotel Anugerah Palembang to improve employee performance through transformational leadership and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of authoritarian leadership style on employee performance at CV Globalindo Jaya Palembang. The data in this study was obtained through observation, document study, interviews and distributing questionnaires to all members of 32 respondents. The results of the study partially show that the authoritarian leadership style has no significant positive effect on employee performance at CV Globalindo Jaya Palembang. This research is expected to provide benefits to the company in terms of improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine consumer perspectives regarding the use of LRT (Light Rail Transit) Palembang, data collection techniques were obtained from observational research, interviews and questionnaires. To make the initial steps of SWOT analysis and make decisions, this data collection technique uses questionnaire data collection of 130 samples, which form each SWOT variable. The results of the data analysis of the internal factor value, namely 3.89, were obtained from the total sum of the company's strength and weakness factor ratings. A value of 3.89 means that the value is high according to the Likert scale assessment. The highest strength value is found in the point of complete, safe and comfortable business facilities for business continuity with a weight of 3.75 which shows that LRT facilities have a big influence on business and the highest weakness value is found in the point that route coverage has not been fully detected in the Palembang area with a weight of 3.57. Meanwhile, the data analysis value of the external factor value is 3.13, which means that the value is high according to the Likert scale assessment, and the highest opportunity value is found at the passenger target point which will continue to increase with a weight of 3.61, which shows that the company is able to maximally capture market share. and supported by high purchasing power, while the low opportunity value is found at the point of development of the LRT network connecting the city of Palembang with a weight of 3.55, the lowest threat value is at the point where people prefer to use private vehicles with a weight of 3.26.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya penurunan penjualan dari target perusahaan dalam kurun waktu 2018 - 2022. Hal ini terdampak dari turunnya kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi yang ada, terdiri dari 80 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan tools analisis SPSS 22. Hasil pengujian data secara parsial menggunakan uji t, diketahui bawah deskripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,007 < 0,050, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,050, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,023 > 0,050. Hasil Uji F diketahui bahwa secara simultan deskripsi pekerjaan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,050 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,3%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of the work environment, career development, and job promotion on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with the population being all employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency, totaling 113 people. The sample in this study uses a saturated sampling method, which includes the entire population in the research. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using t-tests, and coefficient of determination. The results of the multiple linear regression test are KK = 2.256+0.427LK+0.079PK+0.634PJ. The ttest results show that the work environment, career development, and job promotion have an effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency. The coefficient of determination is 89.2%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
