Abstract

AbstrakThe method used is anThe problem in this research is whether the method of play can increaces the motivation of learning run short distance lerners class C seven junior high school Santo Gabriel Sekadau Regency. The purpose of this research was conducted to find out the improvement of learning motivation run short distance by administering method play on learners class C seven junior high school, Santo Gabriel Sekadau Regency.The methods used to research a class act with a sampling, the entire grade seven C as 39 students.As for the result obtained from this research is the resultof learning one cycle average 62,392%, cycle two average 70,94%, whereas the Cycle of three 76,35%. Means the results of the study ran the short distance with the method improvement effectiveness. Keywords:The activity of the teacher, the learner activity, and method of approach to the game.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of soccer skills in the game of sepak takraw, showing that students' skills in doing soccer are less than optimal, lacking in soccer techniques. This study aims to learn how to learn the game of football in soccer extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 1 Meliau. Research is an experimental study. The method used is "Pre-Experimental Design". The population and sample of this study were those who participated in the soccer takraw extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Meliau with a sampling technique that was purposive sampling from a total of 20 participants. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence on Play Games. The results of the study obtained an average value of pretest with a value of 7.30 and posttest obtained an average value of 8.45. The percentage of importance in this study was 17.80%. Then it can be denied that there are suggested benefits of playing against soccer skills in the takraw extracurricular participants. Keywords: Approach to Play, Skills Sepak Sila, Sepak Takraw

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study is whether by cooperative learning could improve floor gymnastic skills of students in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1. The purpose of this study is to improve floor gymnastic skills with cooperative learning of students in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1. The study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method involving two variables, the independent variable is cooperative learning and the dependent variable is floor gymnastics skills. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1, totaling 33 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, which is a test with a lattice measuring instrument measuring floor gymnastics skills. The Data analysis using percentages value. The results of this study indicate there is an increase in floor gymnastic skills with cooperative learning of students in Class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1. This is evidenced by an increase in floor gymnastic skills of the students, when in the first cycle with an average value of 57.32 so the increase at 20.26%. Mean while the average value in the second cycle is 88.13, so the increase is 53.74%. Based on the results of research in this study, it could be suggested that the Physical Education teacher is expected to develop creativity and be more innovative in the learning process in an effort to improve student competency. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Floor Gymnastic.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research was the students who have difficulty in doing back roll movements. Thisstudy aims to find the right learning model used for back roll learning. The method in this study uses anexperimental method with shape true experimental design. The sampel in this study amounted to 42students. Data retrieval techniques using direct observation techniques. The instrument used is the backroll performance test rubric. Data analysis using t test analysis and effect size test. Based on thecalculation of the data obtained the results of the ability to back roll with the problem based learningmodel dan inquiry with t count and t tabel or 5.607 > 2.191 that is, there are differences in effectivenessbetween models problem based learning and inquiry to ability to back roll class studentsVII at SMP N 7Pontianak. As for results of the effect size test the result is 0.40, thi means that the problem basedlearning and inquiry model has a moderated influence on tha ability of the back roll.Key word: Problem Based Learning, Inquiry, Back Roll

Abstract

AbstractThe researcher's problem is: at the time of extracurricular activities sepak takraw in SMAN 9 Pontianak found that the students were difficult to determine timming properly when doing smash kedeng, the jump was not maximal and the movement was still rigid, it could be seen when the students got difficulties to do smash kedeng, so the ball was concerned on the net. The purpose of this correlation research is: to determine whether there is a relationship between power and flexibility of leg muscles to the results of smash kedeng and how big the contribution of eachvariable. This research is quantitative descriptive research with correlation research method, there were three variables investigated, those were the power, the flexibility leg muscle and the results of smash kedeng. This correlation research was done by correlation of bivariate and linear regression. The result of research relation of power, flexibility of leg muscle to result of smash kedeng. The results are: (1) there was a power relationship to the results of smash kedeng rcount 0.885 > rtable 0.482 with a contribution of 78.3%. (2) there was correlation of flexibility of leg muscle to result of smash kedeng  rcount 0,836 > rtable 0,482 with contribution 69,9%. (3) there was correlation between power and flexibility of leg muscle to result of smash kedeng rcount 0,708 > rtable 0,482 with contribution 87,1%. There was significant relation of three variables equal to 0,708 with contribution equal to 87,1%. Keywords: Power, Flexibility of leg muscle, The results of smash kedeng

 Abstract"Evaluation of Sport Facility and Infrastructure Department of Sport Science Prodi Penjaskesrek University Tanjungpura. Counselor: (1) Fitriana Puspa Hidasari, M. or, (2) Mimi Haetami, M. Pd. This study aims to determine the feasibility level of sports facilities and infrastructure in the study program of Sport Science University Tanjungpura Prodi Physical Education Health and Recreation. This research is a type of Descriptive research. Methods of data collection is done by observation, documentation and interview. The research instrument used the checklist used at the time of observation. Data on facilities and infrastructures is then compared with Appendices attached to the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Directorate General of Higher Education and National Education Standards Agency of 2013 on the standard of facilities and infrastructure. The results showed that the feasibility of sports prasarna from the aspect of practice space in the category is not feasible. The feasibility level of the facilities seen from the aspect of furniture is included in the appropriate category, the learning media is included in the appropriate category, the main tools of the practice fall into two categories namely feasible and unfit and supporting equipment including the appropriate category.Keywords: Evaluation, Facilities and Infrastructur

Abstract

AbstractThisstudy aims to find out how the profile of physical education teachers at North Pontianak Elementary School. The method used is descriptive method in the form of a survey. The population in this study were all physical education teachers in northern Pontianak and a sample of all physical education teachers in northern Pontianak was obtained. Then the sample of respondents in this study amounted to 45 respondents according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and using SPSS version 22for windows. From the data analysis the researcher found that the teacher profile which includes four teacher competencies consisting of pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence, the results of this study can be categorized as "Very Good" seen from the percentage value of 81.68% which means that the profile of the North Pontianak elementary school physical education teacher has managed the class and evaluated the results of the learning well.Keywords : Teacher Profile, Physical Education, Elementary SchoolAbstractThisstudy aims to find out how the profile of physical education teachers at North Pontianak Elementary School. Abstract

 Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how much the combined relationship between coordination and balance to the results of shooting basketball class VII SMP LKIA Pontianak. Special issues to be addressed. 1. How to improve the results of shooting basketball balls on students in class VII of LKIA Junior High School? 2. How much is the combined relationship between coordination and balance to the results of shooting basketball class VII SMP LKIA Pontianak. The method used in this research is to use descriptive method, with research form using correlation or correlation or relationship. The population used in this research is Junior High School, especially son, amounting to 6 students, while the samples used in can through systematic sampling. The samples studied were students who followed extracurricular Basket at SMP LKIA Pontianak. The result of data analysis used in this research is product moment correlation technique. The relationship between coordination and balance with the results of shooting the ball in basketball.Conclusion of the authors in this study showed that between coordination and balance with the results of shooting basketball in class VII Junior Secondary School Institute of Welfare and Childhood in Pontinak, has a significant relationship.Keywords: Basic Skills, Shooting, Ball, Basket, Learners.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much interest students have towards sepak takraw extracurricular in MAN 2 Pontianak. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the form of survey research. The data source of this study is the students of class X and XI Pontianak 2 amounted to 551 respondents and the data used were questionnaires that have been validated. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the interest of sepak takraw extracurricular students includes as many as 14 respondents or 2.54%, interested in 330 respondents or 59.89%, 192 respondents or 34.84% enough. , the category of less interested as many as 15 respondents or 2.72%, and the category of very uninterested as many as 0 respondents or 0%. So the conclusion above states that there is a strong interest from MAN 2 Pontianak students for the formation of sepak takraw extracurricular as one of the sports that is competed in the Madrasyah Arts and Sports Competition (AKSIOMA) throughout Indonesia.    Keywords: Interest, Students, Extracurricular, Sepak Takraw

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi bola takraw terhadap hasil belajar sepak mula bawah dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk true experimental design. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS 2 berjumlah 37 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI IPS 3 berjumlah 37 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan sistem komputerisasi serta analisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji-t pada kelas kontrol dan eksperimen didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak (Ha diterima) artinya ada peningkatan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, dimana dari selisih nilai mean pada kelas eksperimen (34,5) lebih besar dibandingkan pada kelas kontrol (16,0).   Kata kunci : Modifikasi, Hasil Belajar, Sepak Mula Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of  takraw ball modification towards below first kick learning achievement in physical, sports, and health education ofeleventh grade students of SMAN 6 Pontianak. The method used was an experimental method in form true experimental design. The sample of this research is a class of  XI IPS 2 with 37 students as control class and class of  XI IPS 3 with 37 students as an experimentclass. Data was analyzed by using computerized systems as well as analysis by using t-test. The result showed that the t-test results in control class and experimental class were 0,000 p value <0.05, therefore Howas rejected (Ha was accepted). It meant that there was a significant improvement between before and after  the treatment given, in which from the difference value, the mean scoreof the experimental class ( 34.5) was higher than in the control class (16.0).
