Abstract

This devotion aims to examine efforts to increase community capacity through a stunting prevention program in West Limehe Village, Tabongo District, Gorontalo Regency. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Stunting or chronic malnutrition in children under five is a health challenge in various regions in Indonesia, including Gorontalo Regency. This program focuses on nutrition education, healthy parenting patterns, and increasing sanitation awareness. Through this outreach program, the community gains a better understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and environmental cleanliness as an effort to prevent stunting. The research results show that increasing knowledge and community participation in preventing stunting independently and sustainably is getting better, although not yet optimal, so it needs to be improved further.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan salah satu yang harus menjadi perhatian pemerintah karena hal demikian telah menjadi tanggung jawabnya, agar tidak ada rakyat Indonesia yang miskin dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pemerintah Desa Molas, agar mampu lebih memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan dana desa dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk menyejahterakan masyarakatnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan tentang penggunaan dana desa secara efektif dan efisien agar tujuan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat tercapai. Lokasi pengabdian dilakukan di Desa Molas, Kecamatan Bongomeme, Kabupaten Gorontalo, yakni pada 31 Mei hingga 1 Juni 2022. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah aparat desa dapat lebih paham cara pengelolaan dana desa sesuai peruntukkannya, hal ini sebagaimana tertuang dalam undang-undang, dimana tujuannya antara lain adalah untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Improving Community Welfare Through Village Fund Management in Molas Village, Bongomeme District, Gorontalo Regency Community welfare is one that the government should pay attention to because it has become its responsibility, so that no Indonesian people are poor in the life of the nation and state. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling to the government of Molas Village, so that they are able to better understand how to make the best use of village funds for the welfare of their people. The method used in the community service process is counseling on the effective and efficient use of village funds so that the goal of improving community welfare is achieved. The location of the service is carried out in Molas Village, Bongomeme District, Gorontalo Regency, namely from 31 May to 1 June 2022. The results of the activities carried out in the community service process are that village officials can better understand how to manage village funds according to their designation, this is as stated in the law -law, where the goal is among others for the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan suatu hal yang harus dilakukan oleh para usahawan mikro kecil agar hasil produksi dapat dikenal, diminati dan dibeli oleh konsumen. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan untuk mengenalkan teknik pemasaran usaha mirko kecil menengah melalui sistem digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, sambil memerlihatkan beberapa slide sebagai contoh bagi pelaku usaha yang telah menggunakan pemasaran melalui sistem digital marketing, juga pelatihan dan evaluasi. Mitra pengabdian UMKM ada 8 kelompok usaha, yang masing-masing terdiri dari 6 orang. Kelompok ini adalah para ibu-ibu petani dan nelayan yang memanfaatkan waktu membantu perekonomian rumah tangga. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian selama 40 hari, dimulai pada 28 Juni hingga 07 Agustus 2023 di Desa Tunas Jaya Kecamatan Bone Pantai, Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra usaha belum tahu cara yang efektif menggunakan media sosial dalam memasarkan hasil usaha produksi Abon Ikan Cakalang. Namun dengan adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini telah membukan wawasan dan motivasi dalam memasarkan hasil produksinya.. Socialization Of Marketing Techniques For Micro Small To Medium Enterprises (Umkm) Through Digital Marketing  Marketing is something that must be done by micro and small entrepreneurs so that their production results can be known, sought after and purchased by consumers. This socialization was carried out to introduce marketing techniques for small and medium micro businesses through a digital marketing system. The method used in this activity is a lecture, while showing several slides as examples for business actors who have used marketing through digital marketing systems, as well as training and evaluation. There are 8 business groups serving partners for MSMEs, each consisting of 6 people. This group is female farmers and fishermen who use their time to help with the household economy. The service time is 40 days, starting from June 28 to August 7 2023 in Tunas Jaya Village, Bone Pantai District, Bone Bolango Regency. The results of this service show that business partners do not yet know how to effectively use social media in marketing the results of the Cakalang Fish Floss production business. However, this socialization and training has opened up insight and motivation in marketing their products.

Abstract

The existence of a multi-party system embraced by the Indonesian nation, gives legitimacy to individuals and groups with open space has the right to establish political parties. This is in line with the principle of democratic rights in accordance with the constitution of the Indonesian nation where there is a guarantee of freedom of expression through a forum for organizations or political parties. This study aims to describe the motives for the establishment of the Indonesian student party, using a philanthropic approach. Where philanthropy is a method of measuring human behavior that has great expectations and realities. The methods used in this research are qualitative and case studies use prime and secondary data analysis techniques. As a result of this research, the establishment of the Indonesian student party in the inauguration on the basis of expectations and incompatible realities in the government system is a driving factor for the formation of the party (PMI). In addition, the presence of this party was also mediated by the growth initiated by the group that wanted change.

Abstract

Repressive approaches alone have proven insufficient in curbing drug distribution and abuse. Therefore, a participatory and context-sensitive approach that positions communities as key actors is urgently needed. This study aims to analyze the implementation of community participation-based narcotics policy in Gorontalo Province and formulate a policy model that places the community as an active subject in the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) program. A qualitative descriptive approach was chosen to explore the institutional and social dynamics within program implementation. Findings show that implementing P4GN in Gorontalo is suboptimal due to limited organizational capacity at BNNP and the lack of meaningful community engagement in programs such as Volunteers, Anti-Drug Activists, and Shining Villages. This research formulates a policy model integrating Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) and Deliberative Democracy frameworks. The model emphasizes strengthening internal community assets (human, social, financial, physical, and natural) alongside external dimensions (influence, representation, and deliberation). This dual focus aims to enhance community resilience and ensure active involvement in drug policy formulation and implementation. This study's novelty lies in its structured, deliberative, and asset-oriented community participation model for narcotics policy. This approach remains underdeveloped in Indonesian research and has the potential to be replicated across other vulnerable regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pelayanan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Unit Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo serta untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Unit Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi fokus masalah meliputi implementasi tentang pelayanan publik PDAM Unit Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo yaitu: (1). Komunikasi, (2). Sumber daya, (3). Disposisi, (4). Struktur birokrasi. Metode adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pelayanan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Unit Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo, belum maksimal. Sumberdaya manusia masih kurang menjadi kendala dalam pelayanan, fasilitas pendukung pelayanan yang belum memadai, serta pelayanan yang diberikan pegawai masih sangat lambat dikarenakan kurangnya jumlah pegawai dalam melayani, serta beberapa faktor pendukung dalam pelayanan PDAM Unit Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo antara lain adalah sumber air yang masih melebihi kapasitas, kekompakan staf menjadikan kekuatan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan mengenai pelayanan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat antara lain adalah kurangnya fasilitas dan jumlah pegawai yang ada sehingga menyebabkan lambat dalam melayanani serta jarak tempuh instalansi yang medannya sulit dilalui, dan beberapa pelanggan yang masih membayar door to door karena belum memadai mengenai jaringan. Abstract

This research aims to find out how political communication is between female legislative members in the Gorontalo Province DPRD and their involvement in politics as legislative members. This research is descriptive research with data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. The research results found that there were 28.8% female legislative members, almost in accordance with the provisions of the election law, a step forward compared to the previous number. Women legislative members in Gorontalo Province, get an added value because they can fight for one of the fields that was previously from Bureau to Service, so that their struggle in the courtroom is not just a figment, but has resulted in a struggle that is recognized by the majority of men, so that women's rights have been accommodated in decisions and agreements fought for by female legislative members in the Gorontalo Province DPRD. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research results is that female legislative members in the Gorontalo Province DPRD received support from the majority, and provided an increase in the number of seats previously available, so that the struggle for women's rights received better attention, from the Women's Empowerment Bureau to the Department Women's Empowerment, evidence of clarity in the work of female legislative members so far has begun to gradually progress towards maximum results, for the benefit of society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate regional policies in implementing the student learning system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at SDN 27 Gorontalo City. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The use of this method is carried out with the researcher's consideration that the variable to be studied is single, namely describing regional policies in the application of the student learning system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation to a number of predetermined informants. In addition, researchers recorded secondary data in the form of library research. The results of the research and discussion show that the learning system implemented by the local government, especially at SDN 27, has not been fully successful. This is because students lose their identity in learning because the tasks given by the teacher are mostly done by parents. Students when following the online learning system (online) or online do not focus on what their teacher is saying. Parents are forced to participate in the online learning process, this causes students to concentrate on learning between listening to the explanations of the teacher and their parents. Teachers are not optimal in carrying out the online learning process because they cannot see student activity, where students often prefer to listen to rather than pay attention to the teaching teacher who is monitored in the video.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Implementasi Program Pengarusutamaan Gender Biro Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat di Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa keberhasilan pelaksanaan program pengarusutamaan gender memperkuat kehidupan sosial politik dan ekonomi suatu bangsa, dimana strategi yang dilakukan secara rasional dan sistematis untuk mencapai dan mewujudkan kesetaraan dan keadilan gender dalam sejumlah aspek kehidupan manusia melalui kebijakan dan program yang memperhatikan pengalaman, aspirasi, kebutuhan dan permasalahan perempuan dan laki-laki ke dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi dari seluruh kebijakan dan program diberbagai bidang kehidupan dan pembangunan. Adapun fokus penelitian adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan,pengawasan dan evaluasi. Strategi dalam teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif pada dasarnya memiliki sifat yang tidak terlalu mengutamakan makna, sebaliknya penekanannya lebih banyak menganalisi permukaan data, hanya memperhatikan proses-proses kejadian suatu fenomena.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur merupakan pelanggaran serius terhadap hak asasi manusia yang memiliki dampak psikologis, sosial, dan hukum yang mendalam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab, pola kekerasan, serta langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap beberapa laporan kasus yang telah didokumentasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap kekerasan seksual terhadap anak meliputi lingkungan sosial yang kurang aman, lemahnya penegakan hukum, serta kurangnya edukasi seksual sejak dini. Artikel ini merekomendasikan perlunya sinergi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga pendidikan dalam upaya pencegahan serta penanganan korban kekerasan seksual secara holistik.
