Abstract

Penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan inklusi ekonomi dan keuangan dengan memberikan akses yang lebih mudah, efisien, dan terjangkau terhadap layanan keuangan dan ekonomi bagi mereka yang sebelumnya terpinggirkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dapat digunakan untuk memberikan layanan keuangan yang lebih inklusif kepada mereka yang kurang terlayani, serta untuk menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat secara keseluruhan khususnya kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif.,melibatkan studi kasus dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot dan asisten virtual memberikan dampak siginifikan terhadap pelayanan dan kepuasaan pengguna, serta memberikan kepercayaan dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga dapat meningkatkan inklusi ekonomi dan keuangan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Planning of Housing Facilities Development by PT. Wilnatama in Alata Karya Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research is focused on three development problems: Road Access, Facilities of Worship and Guard Post. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the planning for the construction of the Alata Karya housing facility was not realized by PT. Wilnatama. Overall, the planning for the construction of housing facilities, road access, worship facilities and guard posts was not realized by PT. Wilnatama because the company did not have the funds and did not get a location permit for the next housing development. It is recommended that PT. Wilnatama is committed to carrying out the construction of housing access roads and roads within the housing complex in asphalt conditions so that their utilization is maximized. (2) So that every Realstate company pays attention to all facilities according to the initial plan to be realized, (3) So that PT. Wilnatama prioritizes the construction of the Post Guard facility for the safety of the residents of the Alata Karya housing. (4) So that PT. Wilnatama pays attention to and realizes the facilities that were originally planned.

Abstract

This study aims to find out objectively about improving the quality of state civil apparatus resources through Level IV Education and Training (Diklatpim IV) in the Gorontalo City Regional Secretariat. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the attitude of integrity possessed by echelon IV officials had not been fully implemented properly. This can be seen from the number of echelon IV State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) who have not been able to uphold public ethics or the values ​​of staffing norms. The ability to make plans possessed by echelon IV officials has not been fully implemented properly. This can be seen from leadership work meetings where echelon IV officials tend to be passive in providing ideas or ideas. The ability to maximize the organizational potential of echelon IV officials has not been fully implemented. It is recommended, the need to cultivate an attitude of integrity of echelon IV officials through system renewal and a more productive work culture. The need to provide opportunities for echelon IV officials to carry out innovative planning. The need to provide opportunities for echelon IV officials to be able to optimize the potential of organizational resources. The need for comprehensive efforts in building and shaping the managerial capabilities of echelon IV officials by increasing the attitude of integrity, optimizing the ability to make innovative plans and the ability to maximize the potential of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the vertical coordination of the Camat in carrying out the main tasks and functions in the District of South Bulango, Bone Bolango Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the sub-district head's communication with the unit he led had not gone well. This can be seen from the sub-district head's communication pattern which tends to be one-way. and have an impact on subordinates who feel pressured in receiving messages from a sub-district head which will ultimately affect the work productivity of the organization. The subdistrict head's direction to the unit he leads has not gone well. This can be seen from the form of direction given by the camat to his subordinates who tend to be rigid. The sub-district head's guidance to the unit he leads has not gone well. This can be seen from the intensity of mentoring which is very rarely done to the units they lead. In addition, the sub-district head tends to give orders without guidance, so work errors still occur. It is suggested that it is necessary for a South Bulango sub-district head to change the style of communication to the work unit he leads with dialogic communication. The need for a South Bulango Sub-District Head to use a pattern of direction for the work unit he leads that is friendlier. The need for a South Bulango Sub-District Head to provide more intensive guidance to the work units he leads in order to eliminate work errors.

Abstract

This study aims to see the ability of officers in issuing small business licenses (UMK) at the Dungingi sub-district office in Gorontalo City. The focus of this research are the level of accuracy, responsibility, and work initiative. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data interview techniques used observation techniques, interviews, and secondary data recording. Under the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques.The results showed that: research on the ability of officers in issuing micro and small business licenses at the place. The city which is seen from the aspect of the level of accuracy, responsibility, and work initiative is still lacking and has not supported the Micro and Small Business.The suggestion in this research is the need for the problems identified in this study, such as a lack of accuracy, less responsibility, and less work initiative from employees, which can be used as benchmarks or recommendations for improving work quality.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe a comparison of democratic governance systems in ASEAN countries. The method used in this study is descriptive comparative with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through literature studies related to this research. The results of the study show that in general the members of the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries experience global developments towards cooperation in various social, political and cultural fields. The ASEAN community of countries aims to realize and fight for Southeast Asia as a region that is safe, comfortable, peaceful, free and neutral. In essence, each member of ASEAN countries has a different system of government. A striking system of democratic government can be seen in the presence of state leaders who are directly elected by the people. The democratic governance systems of ASEAN countries are actually quite diverse in each country. Therefore, this research and analysis focuses on ASEAN member countries with democratic government systems such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Laos and the Philippines.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of increasing tax compliance through E-Filing technology as a digital transformation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach as the main research design. Case studies allow researchers to conduct in-depth analysis of the implementation of E-Filing in terms of increasing tax compliance in a country. The population of this study consists of taxpayers who are involved in the E-Filing process, both individuals and business entities. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method which takes into account variations covering various economic sectors, company size, and level of participation in electronic filing. This article discusses case studies regarding the implementation of E-Filing in an effort to increase tax compliance in a country. The implementation of E-Filing has proven effective in increasing tax compliance. Therefore, continuous efforts need to be made to increase the effectiveness of E-Filing in order to optimize tax revenues and support national development.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology (IT)-based taxation system in Indonesia has an important role in improving tax administration efficiency, transparency, and tax compliance. Along with the rapid development of digital technology, the Indonesian government through the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) has launched various IT-based policies and systems, such as e-filing and e-payment. However, the implementation of these systems faces various challenges, mainly related to the technology infrastructure gap between urban and remote areas, data security issues, as well as reliance on limited digital literacy. Limited internet access in remote areas and threats to the security of taxpayers' personal data are significant barriers to the effective implementation of digital systems. In addition, the low level of digital literacy among both the public and tax officials exacerbates the implementation of this policy. Nevertheless, the implementation of an IT-based taxation system also presents great opportunities, such as increased efficiency of tax administration, reduction of tax avoidance practices, and ease of access for taxpayers to report and pay taxes. In addition, the digital system allows for more transparent and accountable supervision. The utilization of technology also opens up opportunities for the use of big data in formulating more targeted tax policies. Therefore, to optimize this opportunity, there is a need to strengthen infrastructure, increase digital literacy, and policies that support the development of IT-based taxation systems in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees of the secretariat of the general and public relations section at the Gorontalo City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) office. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews with a number of informants, observation and documentation. The research focus consists of discipline, ability and work environment The results showed that: 1) Employee discipline in the general and public relations section is not optimal because there are still some employees who are not disciplined about working time. due to lack of awareness of the responsibilities given even though each employee is bound by a Work Agreement (PK) which requires employees to be orderly in carrying out their duties to prepare secretarial administration and sterilize meeting or session rooms. 2) The ability of employees in the general and public relations sections is in accordance with their respective duties and functions but has not been maximized when carrying it out. Because there are still some employees who do not understand the tasks distributed, one of which is secretarial administration. 3) The work environment in the general and public relations section is not conducive because there is noise during working hours in the form of booming voices and music everywhere, making work disturbed.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pemberdayaan UKM adalah salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk tetap mempertahankan eksistensi UKM ditengah masyarakat. Hal ini menjadi hal yang cukup penting mengingat UKM telah menjadi salah satu prioritas pemerintah untuk menjalankan roda perekonomian masyarakat. Untuk itu, agar UKM dapat berkembang lebih pesat dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, maka para pelaku UKM diharapkan mampu menggunakan teknologi dalam setiap kegiatan produksi usaha yang dilakukan. Adapun mitra UKM memiliki potensi untuk lebih mengembangkan usahanya diakrenakan mitra bergerak dalam bidang fotografi dan videografi yang notabene sangat dekat dengan penggunaan teknologi seperti penggunaan kamera dan aplikasi untuk pengeditan foto dan video. Namun, sejak wabah covid-19 melanda, terdapat beberapa hal yang menghambat keberlanjutan usaha, seperti banyaknya acara yang sebelum ya menggunakan jasa mitra harus ditunda bahkan dibatalkan dibatalkan yang mengakibatkan berkurangnya pemasukan dari UKM mitra yang sebagian besar pemasukan diperoleh dari hasil mermotren dan merekam hajatan atau acara-acara penting. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada, maka dilakukan observasi ke lokasi UKM mitra guna untuk melihat secara langsung kondisi mitra dan juga wawancara untuk mengetahui secara detail permasalahan yang dialami dan juga kebutuhan dari mitra. Adapun luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah dihasilkannya kreatifitas mitra dalam memproduksi foto dan video serta inovai untuk lebih mengembangkan usaha yang dimiliki.
