Abstract

The Public Health Development Index (IPKM) is an indicator to determine the level of success in health development in a district. There are several indicators to determine the IPKM value. Child health is the one an indicator of IPKM, has 6 indicators; child malnourished, child stunting, child overweight, child weighing, neonatal visit, and complete immunization. Methodology this was quantitative research. This study was conducted 5 months starting from May to October 2019. The data analyzed used the public health development index formula that has been determined by calculating weights for each indicator and then used minimum and maximum standard values. The results and conclusions were the sub-indicators of the health service group in 2016 amounted to 0.71819347, in 2017 amounted to 0.686645863, in 2018 amounted to 0.730251925, this value was fluctuating in 2016-2018. From 6 sub-indicator of child health, child stunting still has a low value which indicates that this sub-index under adverse condition when compared to the other sub-indicator. However, there are must be improvements to increase this value.

Abstract

Chronic diseases in Indonesia during the current JKN can be handled with the Referral Program (PRB). As one of the flagship programs of BPJS Health to improve the quality of health services for BPJS Health participants and facilitate access to health services for participants with chronic diseases. DRR has not run optimally, 34.05% of the 1.18 million participants with a diagnosis of referral back in Indonesia are implementing DRR. The percentage of active DRR participants at the Rawasari Health Center in 2020 in January-June decreased from 60.06% to 46.32%, in July increased to 49.8% and in September decreased to 47.09%. Family support is very much needed, so that the goal of DRR to reduce the cost of health services in FKTL is achieved. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and PRB for patients with chronic disease who are BPJS Health participants at the Rawasari Health Center in 2021. This study is a quantitative study using cross sectional. The population is chronic disease BPJS Health participants who actively participate in DRR at Rawasari Health Center as many as 495 people with a total sample of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square. Bivariate analysis of Chi Square test found that there was no relationship between emotional support (p=0.190) and assessment support (p=0.130). Meanwhile, there is a relationship between instrumental support (p=0.043) and informational support (p=0.001). Variables related to instrumental and informational support. Variables that are not related to emotional support and assessment. Family support is needed to increase the activity of DRR participants.

Abstract

The community's role during a disaster within the first 24 - 72 hours before having government's aid is crucial in making the condition under control in a timely manner, disaster management institution, especially at local level, has not had any models for preparedness training through participative approach based on the local wisdom of Jambi community to reduce disaster risks. The research process is carried out in three stages, (1) the first part is a literature study conducted to obtain information about how to deal with natural disasters, (2) Field studies conducted in several areas related to floods in Jambi Province, (3) ) Analysis Community needs are carried out by reviewing the design of the pre-disaster disaster planning system and the needs of the Flood Preparedness Community in three districts of Jambi province. A sample of 1000 people was divided into 3 groups. Each group will be completed in accordance with the pre-response system and community needs, then analyzed qualitatively. Meanwhile, to find out the management system design. Obtained preparedness data in the three villages with a total subject of 1000 people that 52.33% did not get information about the disaster or disaster preparedness, 64.6% never made an emergency plan for the family when there was a disaster, 68.67% never prepared emergency equipment (food, water, or emergency supplies), 68.27% had not attended disaster preparedness training in the past year, but only 6.2% had never discussed with neighbors about what to do in the event of a disaster. Based on the results of the research, several stages can be planned in the making of the pre-disaster assessment design as an alternative to minimize losses from disasters, which can then be developed as a disaster plan process and making mitigation in accordance with the needs of each district..
