Abstract

Currently, waste management is one of the main challenges faced by various regions in Indonesia. Based on the results of field observations, Cihanjuang Village has experienced an increase in waste volume along with population growth, changes in community consumption patterns, lack of public awareness and not balanced with optimal waste management. This service aims to provide waste management solutions through education and innovation in space-saving waste management by providing the POREST-1 (Portable Rocket Echo Stove Incinerator) tool for the Cihanjuang village community, Sumedang Regency. The approach method used is Participatory Approach. The participants involved were all village staff, PKK mothers, posyandu cadres, hamlet heads, RT heads, RW heads and Karang Taruna of Cihanjuang village, Cimanggung sub-district, Sumedang Regency. The results of the program showed a significant decrease in waste volume and increased community awareness of the importance of sustainable waste management. In addition, the training provided succeeded in increasing the community's capacity to use and maintain the POREST-1 tool independently, which is expected to support the sustainability of this program in the future

Abstract

Promosi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menyampaikan, menyebarkan, dan menawarkan produk, supaya calon konsumen tertarik untuk membeli. Dalam pelaksanaann promosi CV. Pentaland Jaya Abadi menggunakan media website dan brosur yang masih yang berisi gambar 2 dimensi dan informasi tentang perumahan sehingga calon konsumen kurang tertarik disebabkan konsumen tidak bisa melihat bentuk eksterior dan interior secara langsung. Calon konsumen biasanya mendapatkan brosur melalui lokasi proyek yang masih dalam proses pembangunan, setelah itu menghubungi kebagian marketing. Salah satu cara mengatasi masalah ini dapat menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality dengan metode pengembangan yang sesuai adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, dan Distribution sehingga penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan aplikasi Augmented Reality berbasis android yang dapat menampilkan bentuk virtual 3 dimensi dari 3 perumahan diantaranya Calista Haus, Grand Ayahanda Residence dan Tuasan Homey. Dari masing-masing perumahan menghasilkan objek 3 dimensi pada bagian eksterior dan interior sehingga dapat memberikan ketertarikan untuk membeli objek rumah dan selain itu juga membantu pada bagian marketing dalam mempromosikan objek perumahan tanpa perlu memperlihatkan banyak miniatur yang membutuhkan waktu dan juga tempat yang besar. Kata kunci: Promosi, Brosur, Multimedia Development Life Cycle, Augmented Reality

Abstract

The aim of this research was to improve students’ reading ability by using wall chart. The research was done in two cycles, it was a classroom action research. The subject for this research was the eleventh-grade students in class XI MIA B. The writer observed students’ improvement in reading ability by collecting data through observation checklist field notes and multiple choices test. The students’ attitude towards the learning process was gathered by observasional checklist and fieldnotes. The data of students’ reading ability was obtained by the students test which was assessed through scoring rubric. The result showed that the students’ problem in reading beside the comprehension was in their motivation. Furthermore, the students’ reading ability and students’ interest in learning process of reading improved. It was proven by the students’ achievement test and also the students’ enthusiasm in doing the activities during the teaching and learning process used wall chart. In conclusion, the media was able in improving the students’ reading ability in Analytical Exposition Text. The writer hopes that what the writer has done will give the English teacher inspiration to conduct wall chart in the classroom.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in learning is the low student learning outcomes. The results of observations at the beginning of the even semester of the 2021 academic year implementation of learning at SMA Negeri 5 Langsa using offline learning with limited learning time caused students to have very little time to interact with teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect and how much influence the blended learning model had on improving biology learning outcomes for students of class XI science at SMA Negeri 5 Langsa. The research method is an experimental method, with a quantitative approach. The research design used in this study is a Quasi Experimental Design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the blended learning model to significantly improve the biology learning outcomes of class XI science students at SMA Negeri 5 Langsa. The effect of the blended learning model to improve biology learning outcomes for students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Langsa, namely after being given treatment with the blended learning model in class XI IPA 2, the effect of learning outcomes increased with a large effect of 25.74. Suggestions that the author can convey to teachers are to use blended learning models that can be used as an option to improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Influence, blended learning model, learning outc

Abstract

Digital technology has great potential to revolutionize family finance, especially in rural areas such as Watang Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. Digital finance provides solutions for families that previously relied on manual financial record-keeping and traditional financial information systems. With digital technology, people can record and monitor their family finances through digital financial platforms, making family financial management more efficient. Research Objectives: (1) To analyze the level of digital financial literacy among low-income communities and identify the factors influencing it. (2) To evaluate the role of digital financial platforms in helping low-income families manage their finances effectively. (3) To identify the challenges faced by low-income communities in accessing and utilizing digital financial services. (4) To assess the impact of using digital financial technology on family financial management and the well-being of low-income communities. This study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Participatory Action Research is a research method that involves the active participation of the community or group being studied throughout the research process, from planning, implementation, and reflection to corrective actions. The research findings indicate that the community lacks sufficient education regarding financial literacy in the use of digital tools for managing family finances. This lack of education poses a significant challenge in adopting digital finance for financial management among low-income communities. However, with the financial revolution, low-income communities have begun to understand the use of digitalization in managing family finances.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of the DPR (People's Representative Council) is important in building this country. Law No. 8 of 2012 concerning the Election of DPR Members, in which there is an explanation that the seats in it are 560 seats, which means that only 560 people can be in that place. The term of office of each DPR member is 5 years and ends simultaneously where the new DPR member takes his/her oath as a new DPR member with guidance from the Constitutional Court at a plenary session. In a simple sense, supervision can be interpreted as "an activity to assure and guarantee that the work carried out is in accordance with the established plan". For this reason, supervision must measure what has been achieved, assess activities, take corrective actions and adjustments that are considered necessary. In the decision of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment Number 19 of 1996, it is stated that supervision is the entire process of the object and/or activity that has been carried out in accordance with applicable provisions. Supervision is often interpreted as or identical to an examination or audit so that supervision means an audit. One of the obstacles in budget supervision by the Indonesian House of Representatives is the lack of Government Transparency. Not all budget data can be easily accessed by the Indonesian House of Representatives, especially related to budget use in various ministries and institutions. Keywords: Supervision, Budget Abstrak: Peran DPR (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat) menjadi penting perannya dalam membangun negeri ini.  Undang Undang No. 8 Tahun 2012 tentang Pemilu Anggota DPR, didalamnya terdapat penjelasan bahwa kursi yang ada didalamnya ialah sebanyak 560 bangku yang artinya hanya 560 orang yang dapat berada di tempat tersebut. Untuk masa jabatan dari setiap anggota DPR ialah 5 tahun dan berakhir secara bersamaan dimana anggota DPR yang baru mengucapkan janjinya sebagai anggota DPR yang baru dengan panduan dari Mahkamah Konstitusi pada sidang paripurna. Dalam pengertian yang sederhana pengawasan dapat diartikan sebagai “kegiatan untuk meyakinkan dan menjamin bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan”. Untuk itu pengawasan harus mengukur apa yang telah dicapai, menilai kegiatan, mengadakan tindakantindakan perbaikan dan penyesuaian yang dianggap perlu. Dalam keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor 19 Tahun 1996 disebutkan, pengawasan adalah seluruh proses objek dan atau kegiatan tersebut telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketetapan yang berlaku. Pengawasan sering diartikan sebagai atau identik dengan pemeriksaan atau audit sehingga pengawasan mempunyai arti audit. Salah satu kendala dalam pengawasan anggaran oleh DPR RI antara lain yaitu kurangnya Transparansi Pemerintah, Tidak semua data anggaran dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh DPR RI, terutama terkait dengan penggunaan anggaran di berbagai kementerian dan lembaga. Kata kunci: Pengawasan, Anggaran

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Performance Analysis of Darul Qolam Islamic Boarding School. The method used is a case study research type with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out at Darul Qolam Islamic Boarding School with the subject of the researcher and the object of the research being the principal, vice principal, administration, and teachers. The results of the study on the performance of the Islamic boarding school include the following activities: Managing and Developing Vision, Mission and Objectives, Analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of external factors, Caregivers who act as Parents and determining strategies. Likewise, the performance of the Darul Qolam Islamic Boarding School to create quality graduates, namely, the maximum involvement of teachers, with the leadership of the head of the madrasah who must have and understand a clear work vision, be able and willing to work hard, have a high work motivation, be diligent and steadfast in working, provide optimal service, and strong work discipline. In addition, it must also improve the competence and profession of teachers. Improving the quality of graduates who have intelligence is the hope of the madrasah, parents, the wider community, and the government. Realizing it by Managing the Quality of Tahfidz al-Quran, Minimum Limits for Student Promotion and Graduation Standards, improving quality culture, Improving the Quality of Teacher Competence.

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the problems of the bailiff at the Nanga Pinoh Religious Court in carrying out their duties. 2) To find out whether the bailiff at the Nanga Pinoh Religious Court has carried out his duties in accordance with Law Number 50 of 2009 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) The problems of the bailiff at the Nanga Pinoh Religious Court in carrying out their duties, namely the infrastructure that is less supportive, because there are villages that do not have road access for motorbikes to pass, during the rainy season natural disasters such as floods and landslides, the names of the parties are different between the nicknames and the names on the ID cards, making it difficult for the bailiff to find the litigants and in divorce cases the address of one of the parties is difficult to find. 2) The bailiff at the Nanga Pinoh Religious Court is only in charge of summoning the litigants. The bailiff at the Nanga Pinoh Religious Court has also carried out his duties in accordance with Law No. 50 of 2009 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No. 7 of 1989 concerning the Religious Courts, judging by the number of cases at the Nanga Pinoh Religious Court in 2021 which have completed 1 cases of polygamy permits, 39 cases of divorce divorce, 119 cases of litigation, 2 cases of joint property, 1 case of child control, 5 cases of guardianship, 18 cases of marriage legality, 87 cases of dispensation for marriage, 11 cases of guardian adhol and 2 cases of determining heirs. where the bailiff has a very important role in resolving the case.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of female directors, managerial ownership, female audit committee, audit committee size, independent commissioners, board size on earnings management in Indonesian Non-Financial Firms.  The sample of this study consist of 291 non-financial firms over the period 2015-2017. This study measures earnings management using discretionary accruals. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. This study found that audit committee size negatively affects earnings management. This study also found that female directors, managerial ownership, female audit committee, independent commissioners, and board size do not affect earnings management. This study contributes to the important of audit committee as corporate governance mechanisms to reduce earnings management.
