Abstract

Kue Podeng is a traditional cake made from wheat flour, grated coconut, and sugar. It is relatively simple to prepare: the mixed dough is poured into molds and cooked until done. This culinary product is well known among the residents of Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency, as it is an original local delicacy that has been around for decades. Currently, the business is managed by the third generation of the family. In terms of taste, kue podeng is sweet with a soft texture, and its price remains highly affordable for the local community. Despite being the only business that produces and sells this product in the area, the development of the kue podeng micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) appears stagnant. Like all business actors—whether on a small or large scale the goal is to grow the business and generate profit, which ultimately contributes to the welfare of the entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine strategies to improve the marketing of this UMKM through a detailed analysis using the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence). The research is based on qualitative data collected through field interviews and observations. The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to the marketing development of Kue Podeng Enin and offer valuable insights for stakeholders, including UMKM actors, the government, investors, and the broader community. This research is categorized as field research, where data is collected directly from the site by observing various relevant issues. The study was conducted at UMKM Kue Podeng Enin, located in Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. Data collection methods included field observation, interviews, and documentation, with interviews serving as the primary research instrument.

Abstract

Aqua, as a leading bottled mineral water brand in Indonesia, faces challenges in maintaining its market share amid increasing competition and boycott issues. This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, product pricing, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Aqua in Kendal City. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques involve distributing questionnaires to 188 respondents and conducting interviews with 10 respondents. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, such as having used Aqua and being aware of the boycott issue. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on the purchasing decision. The results show that product quality, product pricing, and brand image have a positive and significant impact on Aqua's purchasing decisions. Brand image emerged as the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions. Additionally, the majority of informants are highly concerned about the boycott issue and disturbed by the Israeli attacks, which has affected their purchasing decisions. This study recommends that Aqua improve product quality, implement competitive pricing strategies, and strengthen its brand image through innovation and marketing campaigns to maintain customer loyalty. Aqua should also promote its neutral stance publicly, clarifying that it is not involved in the Israel-Palestine issue, in order to maintain public trust in the brand.

Abstract

Higher education has several elements of human resources; one of these elements is at the implementing level, namely the security unit or security guard. In self-reliant activities in work environment, this element functions as industrial security or security in the university environment. It is necessary to have a performance evaluation for the security unit that is useful to measure the success of certain targets of an agency; evaluation includes the self-value of each security unit including the variables of knowledge, skills, behavior, work results, and care to you. The method used for performance evaluation the security unit is Simple Additive Weighting. Based on the results of the test it was found that the alternative a7 occupies the highest rank with a value of 80.33 with details of the value of 4 as many as 6 aspects (c3, c10, c16, c19, c24), value 3 as many as 15 aspects (c2, c4, c5, c7, c8, c9 , c11, c12, c14, c15, c17, c18, c20, c23) and the value of 2 in 3 aspects (c1, c6, c13) exceeds alternative a20 with a number of values 4 more than a7, this is influenced by the weight of each aspect.

Abstract

Premium services are useful for overcoming blackout problems that often occur in previous regular services, with this service customers will get energy services with very adequate supplies. The system for submitting regular service upgrades to premium services at PLN. ULP Semarang Barat so far has not been able to provide the appropriate decision regarding the customer to be approved for the right type of premium service (bronze, silver, gold and platinum). The level of accuracy resulting from testing 15 data on the old system assessment is 0.87%, this means that profile matching can be referenced as an assessment of granting approval for premium service submissions

Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan terkait divisi keuangan diantaranya terkait keterlambatan pembuatan laporan yang disebabkan inputan data yang tidak uptodat, kurangnya kompetensi pembuatan laporan keuanga, pelayanan pembayaran mahasiswa yang belum maksimal dikarenakan staf yang kurang menguasai permasalahan pembayaran mahasiswa, kurangnya kerjasama antar staf yang mengakibatkan sebuah proses pekerjaan menjadi terhambat dan kompetensi staf yang kurang sesuai dengan pekerjaan. Staf divisi keuangan perlu  memenuhi beberapa standar kualitas yang meliputi relevansi program studi dengan sub bagian dalam divisi keuangan, reputasi karir, minat, tipe kepribadian,  kecermatan dan  kepercayaan. Perlu dilakukan pemilihan secara obyektif dengan metode profile matching untuk menghasilkan  staf yang berkompeten. Hasil pengukuran sebesar 0,89% yang menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu memberikan dukungan dalam proses pemilihan staf divisi keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, di PT Pelindo Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan SmartPLS, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh 92 pegawai PT Pelindo Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Hasil menunjukkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Beban kerja juga signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja atau lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Financial management that is less careful and less able to choose each expense will have an impact on the imbalance of income and clinic expenses, if it happens continuously will cause the clinic to gradually be unable to operate anymore. Each type of clinic expense certainly has a different level of importance, the level of importance is influenced by various variables such as the nominal expenditure, deadline date, user of the expenditure, level of importance, purpose of use. The problem that occurs is that the fulfillment of the needs of the clinic is often unable to prioritize expenses or without considering the level of importance of expenses. There needs to be an appropriate priority scale to regulate the level of expenditure that will impact the financial security of the clinic so that it can support the smooth operation of the clinic, with the aim that the clinic will be able to grow or develop for the smooth provision of health services to the community. One method that can be implemented to help prioritize the use of the clinic budget is simple additive weighing. From the results of the comparison between the ranking of the old model and the ranking using the simple additive weighing method, there are two different sequences, namely codes A7 and A14, resulting in a 90% accuracy rate.

Abstract

The reason of the study was to determine the impact of product quality, price, brand image and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Iphone mobile caseing on Tokopedia with a case study of Dian Nuswantoro University understudies. The research method utilized was quantitative method, with a test of 100 Dian Nuswantoro University students. Tools to analyze the information has been collected, analysts use the Smart PLS program version 3.0. The results appeared that item quality has an impact on purchasing decisions, cost has no impact on purchasing decisions, brand image has an impact on purchasing decisions, and online customer reviews have no impact on purchasing decisions. The sum of coeficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.652 or 65.2%, which suggests that the independent variables consisting of product quality, cost, brand image and online customer reviews can contribute an impact of 65.2% to purchasing decisions, whereas the rest (100%-62.2% = 34.8%) is clarified by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The marketing mix is a of factors that a firm my manipulate in order toachievethe desired level of sales in its target market. In other words, the four Ps stand for product, pricing, place and promotion. This study used a statistical series technique with a population of 120 Matada coffe shop customers in Brebes. The study’s participants were Brebes residents who had made purchasesat Matada coffe shops. The purposive sampling method was used. Statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and linear regression tests are used to evaluate data. These statistics may be analyzed with IMB SPSS 24 sofware. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product, pricing, location  and market impact consumer loyalty t Matada Coffe Shops in Brebes City. The conclusion of this study show that product, pricing, and promotion all have positive and substantial impact. While the location has a negative and minor impact.
