Abstract

This study contains the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions on Samsung brand smartphone products (a study on students of UPN "Veteran" East Java). This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative, with a survey method that assesses Samsung Smartphone products in a questionnaire with a specific assessment. The questionnaire data in this study was processed using SPSS software. The population in this study, namely users who buy/use Samsung Smartphones among UPN "Veteran" East Java students, totaling 22.976 students. The sample used was 156 respondents. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this study uses a nonrandom side/nonprobability sampling technique with several sample criteria for respondents used for the study, namely students of UPN "Veteran" East Java and have bought/used Samsung Smartphone products with data collection through the distribution of Google Forms. The results of the analysis in this study, namely Brand Image (X1), have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) on Samsung brand smartphone products in the study of UPN “Veteran” East Java students. Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) on Samsung brand smartphone products in the study of UPN “Veteran” East Java students. Product Quality (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) on Samsung brand smartphone products in the study of UPN “Veteran” East Java students. Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality (X1, X2, and X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) on Samsung brand smartphone products in the study of UPN “Veteran” East Java students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer loyalty towards Kopi Tuku through three main variables, namely brand awareness, brand experience, and brand engagement. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consist of six consumers who have consistently purchased Kopi Tuku for the past two years. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Kopi Tuku's brand awareness is not only formed from visual recognition such as logos or packaging but has reached the highest level, namely top of mind. Brand experience is felt through sensory, affective, intellectual, and behavioral dimensions, making Kopi Tuku not only a beverage provider but also part of the consumers’ routines and identities. Meanwhile, brand engagement is reflected in strong emotional involvement, repeated purchasing habits, participation in trying new products, and ownership of merchandise. This study emphasizes that consumer loyalty towards Kopi Tuku is not solely built on product quality or price but through the synergy between brand awareness, brand experience, and brand engagement, which creates a personal and emotional connection between consumers and the brand.

Abstract

Digital economic development and environmental preservation have emerged as critical components of inclusive and sustainable community growth. The Community Service Program (KKN) held in Kelurahan Wiyung, Surabaya, aimed to explore digital economic potential while promoting eco-conscious behavior in support of SDG 8 and 11. This study applied a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing field observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The core programs included: (1) improving MSME visual identity through the development of a Graphic Standard Manual (GSM), (2) training local women’s groups in the production of eco-friendly soap using soapberries, and (3) enhancing business visibility through Google Maps digitalization. The findings revealed improved community competencies in digital branding, marketing, and sustainable business practices. The high level of participation among community members reflected the effectiveness of the participatory approach. Overall, this program succeeded in not only offering immediate benefits but also fostering long-term digital and environmental awareness among local businesses.

Abstract

Munculnya teknologi seperti smartphone telah mengubah kehidupan secara besar-besaran berkat kemajuan teknologi yang terus-menerus. Smartphone adalah komputer mini dengan fungsi telepon. Mereka tidak hanya dapat berfungsi untuk SMS dan telepon, tetapi juga memiliki aplikasi dan fitur yang dapat ditambahkan sesuai keinginan pengguna. Masyarakat memilih untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan smartphone yang memiliki sistem operasi untuk berkomunikasi dengan mudah. Untuk melakukan komunikasi diperlukan sebuah sinyal telekomunikasi.Jaringan Sinyal telekomunikasi sendiri adalah Tujuan utama jaringan telekomunikasi adalah untuk mengirimkan informasi dalam bentuk apa pun dari seorang pengguna ke pengguna lain dalam jaringan.Jaringan sinyal telekomunikasi yang paling sering digunakan dan menjadi pengguna sejuta umat adalah telkomsel. Telkomsel Adalah perusahaan, Sejak 1995, jaringan telekomunikasi telah membantu orang Indonesia dari Sabang hingga Merauke berkomunikasi.Saat ini, Telkomsel adalah operator seluler terbesar di Indonesia dengan lebih dari 170 juta pelanggan.Dalam dunia digital dan pemasaran, AI membantu bisnis membuat keputusan yang tepat dan relevan sambil mengirimkan nilai melalui berbagai saluran hubungan pelanggan. Telkomsel telah mendirikan lebih dari 209.000 menara BTS untuk memberikan layanan prima hingga ke pelosok daerah. Karena pentingnya peningkatan daya komputasi dan big data AI telah berkembang dan penting untuk dimasukkan ke dalam praktik bisnis, terutama dalam pemasaran digital. Ini memungkinkan organisasi untuk lebih memahami dan memahami pelanggan mereka dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah drainase dan pengelolaan sampah organik di kawasan padat penduduk RW 06, Kelurahan Balas Klumprik, Kota Surabaya. Hal ini karena permasalahan genangan air saat musim hujan serta penumpukkan sampah organik mendorong diterapkannya inovasi lubang resapan biopori (LRB) berbasis vermikompos, yang berfungsi ganda sebagai sistem resapan air sekaligus media pengomposan alami. Program ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan mahasiswa KKNT SDGs UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur bersama kelompok tani (POKTAN) setempat, sehingga masyarakat turut aktif sejak tahap reencanaan hingga evaluasi. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi survei lingkungan, diskusi perancangan, demonstrasi pembuatan LRB berbahan galon plastik daur ulang, penanaman biopori di tiga lokasi strategis, serta penilaian efektivitasnya. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan meningkatnya kesadaraan dan partisipasi warga dalam pengelolaan lingkungan, berkurangnya genangan air di area rawan, serta pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi kompos. Dengan demikian, penerapan LRB berbasis vermikompos dapat dipandang sebagai solusi hijau skala mikro yang sederhana namun efektif, serta mampu memberikan manfaatn ekologis dan social nyata di lingkungan perkotaan.

Abstract

Garbage is a shared problem that has not been resolved to date. This waste problem occurs at the tourist spot Padepokan Lembah Sumilir, Wonosalam Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. The results of previous observations found that in the Sumilir Valley Padepokan tour there were problems faced, namely the problem of waste management. Therefore, the solution that can be offered is to create a waste management system called a Waste Bank based on appropriate technology (TTG). The result of this activity is to make trash cans so that tourists can dispose of trash in its place according to the type of waste that is there

Abstract

The level of success in a country can be described by the rate of its economic growth which can be assessed from many aspects such as the value of export activities and import activities which have some influence on the trade balance in a country. Globalization and the era of free trade provide many opportunities for export companies to enter the world market as well as demand the readiness of a company to compete. Theories on international trade are proven to explain several personal business behaviors that are closely related to international trade activities. With good economic growth it will increase national income, people will be more prosperous in terms of the economy. In the last decade, there have been many studies stating that export activities can boost the growth of an economy because they can generate foreign exchange that can be used to finance internal sector development. This problem can arise when the relationship in the economy of a country with other countries both bilaterally and multilaterally so that it can cause several problems that can interfere with the course of international trade so that it can run smoothly, so to overcome some problems it is necessary to find a solution immediately, this is to improve the quality of life of the community. Abstract

A business policy strategy is an important element that must be carefully formulated and studied by a company so that it does not cause multiple interpretations and is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a business or company. Reviewing this statement, the authors compiled a study using descriptive qualitative research methods with PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri as the unit of analysis within a certain period of time (cross action). The goal is that the reader can understand in more detail about the business policy strategy, and PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri can get to know the business policy strategy it has and understand what impact it will have from implementing the business policy strategy so that the company can have options whether to maintain a business policy strategy that is owned or renovate and add new business policy strategies. As for the results of his research, there are several business policy strategies that should be maintained and there are also business policies that require improvement at the implementation and formulation stages. Abstract

The growth of the company can be seen from how big the employee could be contribute to the company. This issue could been know form the growth of Human Resources (HR) and also the results of work that can complete the company targets. Occupatiional Safety and Health Program consists of guarantees of work accidents and occupational health that are expected to be good for employee performanc. This research is an explanatory type of research. Data collection can be used using a questionnaire. The research uses probability sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. The number of samples obtained was 78 respondents from the calculation of Slovin. analysis data used the path analysis method. The resultts of this study prove that work safety is significant for work motivation’s. Work health is positive to work motivatiion. As well as positive and significant work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the digital era is growing rapidly until now. Digitalization has spread to various fields, especially in the business sector. Almost all companies, from small to large, use digitalization as their marketing policy and strategy. This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital era on company business policies and strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher conducted an analysis referring to the relevant data. Examines the theory with the influence between variables from data collected from journals and articles for the last five years. The results of this study indicate that the digital era has an influence on the company's business policies and strategies
