Abstract

The lack of capital access from poor society to Indonesia banking is greater. These all are caused by poor society don’t have enough collateral which is requested by bank officer to get loan. Non-bank financial institution is one of micro-financial institution which has covered all of poor society and also maximizing the existency of UMKM, include social model credit capital (GLM). The aim of this study to see the form of Group Lending Model (GLM) and its’ impact to their members social structure. This research also tries to give the  solutions such as the first GLM development strategy in other to be more effective and efficient. The methods used are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Interpretaive Structural Modeling (ISM). Based on the measurement of some indicators there are the participation indext of society, society development, good repayment rate, good cross reporting, and penalty implications appropriate with the regulations. The results show that GLM programme, the society feel the  differenciation from the economic and social condition between before and after following this programme. This is valuable invention for economic studies. GLM development strategy are devided into 7 levels with its important elements are : the needy of similiarity fund access for all of financial institution. The needy of human resource quality development as the pioneer of group lending model, and the importance of inclusive financial to all financial system.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the influence of Islamic business ethics and the service quality towards customers' satisfication and loyalty, and also to know the influence of satisfication towards customers' loyalty in sharia hotel in Bogor. This research was done in two sharia hotels in Bogor which were Sahira Butik Hotel and Srigunting Inn Hotel. The population of this research was all customers in Sahira Butik Hotel and Srigunting Inn Hotel. The sample of this research was 100 respondents. The method used in this research was quantitative method. For the data analysis, the researcher used Part Least Square (PLS) method by using Samrt PLS 3.0 software. The findings of this research showed that Islamic business ethics had given a significance influence and had positive responses towards customers' satisfication and loyalty. The service quality had given a significance influence and had positive responses towards customers' satisfication and loyalty. The customers' satisfication had given a significance influence and had positive responses towards customers'  loyalty.

Abstract

Children have good potential so that they can develop through interaction activities with the surrounding environment. Children can also determine Islamic financial products and services according to their needs, understand the benefits and risks, understand their rights and obligations, and believe that the selected service products can improve children's welfare in accordance with Halal principles and are profitable. Sharia law. Islamic financial literacy, meaning knowledge, skills and beliefs that can influence and improve the quality of financial management decisions to achieve prosperity. with faith, morality, and sharia. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the appropriate role of the relevant parties. The research method conceptually explores the strategic role of various related parties in the development of Islamic financial literacy education among early ages. Sources of information varied with interviews and utilized additional information as logical examination articles, books and applicable reports. The examination is calculated by the systematic review method. Children need Islamic financial literacy education because they need support and direction from each of the four conceptual strategic roles in order to achieve Islamic financial literacy from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the productive credit performance of conventional banks and profit-sharing financing for Islamic banks and analyze their responses to the shock of macroeconomic variables. In this study, the analysis method used is the Vector Auto-Regressive (VAR) / Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The data observed in this study are monthly data from the period 2015 to 2019. The results showed that NPL (Non Performing Loan) was responding negatively to the shock of the productive credit, meanwhile NPF (Non Performing Financing) was responding positively to the shock of the profit-sharing financing. NPL have the most dominant contribution to the productive credit of conventional bank. Meanwhile, world oil prices are projected as the highest contribution to the profit-sharing financing for Islamic banks. Conventional bank productive credit affects inflation. The world crude oil price (OIP) affects the problematic financing of Islamic banks. The price of crude oil affects the exchange rate, and the exchange rate affects inflation.

Abstract

Pada kondisi saat ini dunia sedang mengalami pandemi Covid-19. Covid-19 atau yang dikenal dengan nama virus Corona merupakan virus baru yang menyerang saluran pernapasan manusia, Di Indonesia jumlah pasien positif covid-19 sangat banyak hampir di seluruh Negara Indonesia warga nya terdampak wabah virus ini. Aktifitas menjadi terhambat dan memperburuk perekonomian. Dan pemerintah pun menetapkan kebijakan baru untuk meminimalisir penyebaran virus covid-19 dengan PSBB atau Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dimana akibat dari kebijakan tersebut masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari kebutuhan pokok untuk bertahan dimasa pandemic. Budikdamber plus akuaponik merupakan salah satu cara membudidayakan tanaman dan sayuran dalam ember dengan cara yang sederhana dan modal yang sedikit. Dengan adanya penemuan teknik pertanian dan perikanan yang sederharhana yaitu bukdidamber plus akuaponik diharap bisa membantu menghadapi permasalahan saat ini. Bukdidamber mampu menciptakan peluang usaha dan menambah pengahasilan ditengah masa pandemi covid 19 seperti sekarang.

Abstract

Mitra dalam KKN Gagasan Tulis Mandiri ini adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha retail atau warung sembako di Bantar Kemang Kota Bogor. UMKM yang menjadi mitra pengabdian ini belum lama membuka usahanya di bidang retail dan dari segi pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional. Karena itu UMKM ini perlu diberikan pelatihan mengenai digital marketing agar pemasarannya dapat lebih baik dan dapat memperluas cakupan pasarnya serta dapat menunjang kegiatan penjualan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, UMKM ini pun diberikan bantuan dalam membuat akun bisnis berupa Google Bisnis, Kerja sama dengan mitra yaitu WARKO Platform usaha retail online dan Mengintegrasikan dengan Payment Gateway Syariah, dan bantuan cara penggunaannya. Luaran atau hasil yang didapatkan adalah akun Google Bisnis, bermitra dengan WARKO, integrasi dengan Payment Gateway, dan artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah ceramah, pendampingan dalam membuat akun, bermitra dengan warko dan mengitegrasikan dengan payment gateway, dan penyuluhan penggunaan sistem yang telah dibuat tersebut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah ilmu dalam melakukan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang telah ada untuk meluaskan target pasar, dan untuk membiasakan dalam new normal.

Abstract

Wakaf merupakan salah satu hukum Islam yang menyangkut kehidupan masyarakat sebagai ibadah ijtima’iyyah yang berfungsi untuk kepentingan masyarakat dalam rangka pengabdian kepada Allah SWT. Dalam prakteknya perwakafan di Indonesia saat ini menghadapi persoalan yang cukup rumit, karena umumnya merupakan wakaf non produktif. Berbicara tentang wakaf tunai, institusi wakaf tidak hanya sebagai ritualitas keagamaan tetapi bisa menyentuh aspek kemanusiaan dengan memberdayakan potensinya untuk kesejahteraan publik semaksimal mungkin. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dominan menjadi hambatan dalam pengelolaan dana wakaf tunai di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP), berikut prioritas solusi yang dapat ditawarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang muncul dalam pengelolaan danawakaf tunai di Indonesia terdiri dari 4 aspek penting yaitu: aspek sumber daya manusia (SDM), aspek kepercayaan, aspek sistem, dan aspek syariah. Penguraian aspek masalah secara keseluruhan menghasilkan urutan prioritas: 1) masalah kepercayaan (dimana prioritas nomor satu masalah sub kriteria kepercayaan adalah lemahnya kepercayaan donator), 2) masalah syariah (yaitu tidak terpenuhinya akad wakaf, 3) masalah sumberdaya manusia (yaitu penyelewengan dana wakaf), dan 4) masalah sistem (yaitu lemahnya sistem tata kelola). Adapun strategi yang dapat dibangun untuk mengembangkan wakaf tunai berdasarkan urutannya terdiri dari: 1) komputerisasi manajemen pengelolaan dana wakaf tunai, 2) pembentukan lembaga pendidikan wakaf, 3) peningkatan kualitas pengelola dana wakaf, dan 4) transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Abstract

Nowadays, university is focused on how to prepare their graduated student to be anemployee, but forgetting on how to prepare them to be an entrepreneur. There are someobstacles why university students have lack of an intention to do business, starting with lackof capital, lack of skill, have no confidence, selective in choosing job, and some other factors.These problems is strengthtened by the data found that Indonesia is highly need moreentrepreneurs, where the numbers of entrepreneurs is still less than 2% from total GDP(Gross Domestic Product of a country). This study is aimed to identify the effect ofentrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial orientation of university student, the effect ofentrepreneurial orientation to entrepreneurial intention, and the direct and indirect effect ofentrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial intention. This study takes Ibn KhaldunUniversity, Islamic Economics major students as case study of respondents. This studyemploys quantitative approach with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) methodology.The findings of this study are, entrepreneurial education has positive and significant effect toentrepreneurial orientation; entrepreneurial orientation has positive and significant effect toentrepreneurial intention; and entrepreneurial education has positive and significant effect toentrepreneurial intention indirectly through entrepreneurial orientation.

Abstract

This research is aim to identify the priority factors that being barrier to develop the practice of cash waqf in Indonesia using Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. Here is also offered some solutions for the problems identified. ANP is a mathematic theory that allows one to deal systematically with dependence and feedback and that can capture and combine tangible and intangible factors by using ration scale. Result show that the problems appeared in managing cash waqf in Indonesia divided into 4 important aspects, there are: Human Resource aspect, trust aspect, system aspect, and sharia aspect. The rank for most priority problems to less priority based on the priority result are: 1) trust problems (whereas the most priority for this sub-criteria is donators’ lack of trust), 2) sharia problems (is unfulfilled waqf covenants), 3) human resource problems (is misappropriation of waqf funds, 4) system problems (is weak of management systems). Strategies that can be built to develop the practice of cash waqf in Indonesia based on the priorities are: 1) more computerized cash waqf management, 2) the development of waqf education institutions, 3) more comprehensive fund manager quality improvement, 4) transparency and accountability in every step.
