Abstract

The way students behave today needs serious attention. Because many things are not in accordance with the understanding of Islam that is shown in the family and at school, it is due to a lack of understanding of Islam by students. This study aims to determine 1). Understanding of Islam in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Ciomas, 2). Social Behavior of Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciomas, and 3). The influence of Islamic religious understanding on the social behavior of eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciomas. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method, namely a data collection carried out in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire, which is then disseminated to respondents. The selected respondents are the return of 59 students of class VIII. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of Islam in class VIII is in the good category. This is based on the number of respondents' answers with the answer "Strongly Agree" 65.3%, the answer "Agree" 28.0%, the answer "Doubtful" 10.6%, and for the answer "Disagree" 16.6%. Class VIII Social Behavior in good category. This is based on the number of respondents' answers with the answer "Strongly Agree" 31.6%, the answer "Agree" 26.2%, the answer "Doubtful" and the answer "Disagree" 30.4%. From the simple linear regression test (ANOVA test) that the results of Fcount = 8.214 with a significant value of 0.006 <0.05 so it can be ascertained that Religious Understanding has an effect on Students' Social Behavior. Then based on the coefficient test, the Constant (a) value of 1.875 shows that when Religious Understanding (X) is feasible or not increasing, Social Behavior (Y) will still be worth 1.875. Then, the value of the regression coefficient (B) is 0.344, which indicates a unidirectional effect. That is, if the understanding of religion increases by one unit, it will increase behavior by 0.344 units with a significant 0.006 <0.05 so that it can guarantee that religious understanding has an effect on students' social behavior. Abstract

This study is addressed to investigate the impact of interpersonal conflict and organizational politics toward job-strain and employee’s performance of BTN (Bank Tabungan Negara) sharia, Bogor. Hybrid model of PLS were developed with the basis of an extensive literature review, the model also will be tested to obtain an empirical insight about the hypothesized impact. The data were collected from 215 employees who works in BTN Sharia for minimum a year. Performance data were also obtained from employee’s self-evaluation. This study employs quantitative approach with SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square) methodology. The findings show that interpersonal conflict and organizational politics have positive and significant impact to the job strain, and interpersonal conflict has direct and indirect impact to job performance. There was no evidence that job strain moderated the effects of organizational politics to job performance. In addition, this study implies that the management of BTN sharia requires to maintain on manageable interpersonal conflict and good quality of organizational politics to achieve lessen job strain and boost job performance of their employee.

Abstract

The development of the economic and financial sectors has had a major impact on the increasing number of financial instruments and products offered as a form of adjustment to meet the needs & desires of the global community, one of which is sharia investment. Sharia investment instruments were developed to meet the needs of most of the world's Muslims in developing their assets with sharia principles. As one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has enormous potential in sharia investment. But in fact, until now its market share is still relatively low.College students are a worthy target of market share to increase the rate of sharia investment in Indonesia because students have a high level of sensitivity to existing developments and are considered to have proper knowledge. In determining investment decisions, of course, there are factors that can influence investors, some of which include sharia investment, sharia financial literacy, religiosity, social environment, sociodemography, and investment returns.. In this study, the influence of these factors was identified on sharia investment decisions with students in Bogor Regency as subjects. Quantitative research is the method used by researchers with a sample of 100 respondents and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method by IBM SPSS AMOS22 as the data analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant & positive effect both simultaneously & partially on the variables of Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, social environment, sociodemography, and investment returns on Islamic investment decisions of students in Bogor Regency. Abstract

The rise of binary options trading, especially the OctaFX application, in carrying out buying and selling financial assets. Whether it's buying and selling foreign currency (forex), stocks, derivatives, to cryptocurrencies (cryptocurrency). practice money game and the views of Islamic law by using three sharia rule guidelines (AAOIFI Standards, MUI Fatwa, and POJK). Thus, it can determine the suitability of binary options trading with sharia law. In this study, the author uses a descriptive qualitative method of content analysis in which the data source is taken from news related to the object of research, namely the case of phenomena that occur in the OctaFX application from the period 2021 to early 2022. The data will be analyzed using content analysis , namely by adjusting the data obtained with the basic guidelines of sharia rules. The extent of compliance with sharia law on binary options trading on the OctaFX application. Based on the results of research conducted and explained by the author that trading practices on the OctaFX application are still far from conforming to sharia rules, as well as the existence of elements of money game which are characterized by the absence of legality in the application, the presence of gharar elements, and not in accordance with the rules of muamalah law. Abstract

ABSTRAKBerangkat dari permasalahan dalam sektor pendidikan diantaranya yaitu rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, penyampaian materi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode yang kurang bervariasi, sehingga menyebabkan siswa kurang termotivasi, cepat jenuh, dan sulit untuk memahami pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa handout pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis kelas 5 MI. Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk penelitian pengembangan (Research and  Development) yang memanfaatkan model ASSURE yang dikembangkan oleh Smaldino 2005. Hasil  validasi handout oleh ahli materi mendapat persentase 84,2%, ahli bahasa 88,8%, dan  ahli desain 65,9% sehingga handout yang dibuat dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Uji coba perorangan kepada 3 siswa hasilnya sebesar 63.45%.  Pada uji coba kelompok kecil sejumlah 8 siswa hasilnya adalah 75.47% dan uji coba  kelompok besar sebanyak 18 siswa hasilnya adalah 79.69%. Hasil pretest dan posttest  menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada rata-rata perbedaan uji coba  perorangan sebesar 14.33, rata-rata perbedaan uji kelompok kecil sebesar 17.12 dan uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 12.27, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa handout pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir  kritis siswa kelas 5 MI.Kata Kunci: Handout, Pembelajaran IPA, STEM, Berpikir Kritis ABSTRACTDeparting from problems in the education sector including the low critical thinking skills of students, the delivery of learning materials using methods that are less varied, causing students to be less motivated, quickly bored, and difficult to understand lessons. The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of STEM-based science learning handouts to improve the critical thinking skills of class 5 MI. The research carried out includes research and development that utilizes the ASSURE model developed by Smaldino 2005. Validation handout by material experts got a percentage of 84.2%, linguistic experts 88.8%, and design experts 65.9% so that handouts made were declared suitable for use in classroom learning. Individual trials to 3 students the results of 63.45%. In the small group trial of 8 students the result was 75.47% and the large group trial of 18 students the result was 79.69%. The results of pretest and posttest  showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills on the average difference in individual trials of 14,33, the average difference in small group trials of 17,12 and large group trials of 12,27, this shows that handouts are effectively used to improve the critical thinking skills of 5th grade MI students.Keywords: Handout, Science Learning, STEM, Critical Thinking

Abstract

Kepemimpinan masa kini perlu dipersiapkan secara terencana, bertahap dan melalui proses yang panjang. Maka dari itu, kepemimpinan dalam diri seseorang dapat terlahir melalui beberapa proses yaitu proses akademik, proses alami, dan perpaduan keduanya. Dalam hal ini, sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal sangat penting dan berperan dalam memajukan generasi penerus bangsa karena di dalamnya terdapat kegiatan proses belajar mengajar yang teratur dan terencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam menumbuhkan sifat kepemimpinan siswa dan menganalisis sejauhmana sifat kepemimpinan siswa di MA Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Upaya guru dalam menumbuhkan sifat kepemimpinan siswa dilakukan dengan dimuatnya kurikulum yang menunjang yaitu tersedianya mata pelajaran takhasus diantaranya mata pelajaran keorganisasian, ilmu dakwah dan ilmu guru, penggunaan metode pembelajaran dengan diskusi dan kelompok, memberikan nasihat dan motivasi kepada siswa, serta melalui keteladanan. 2) Sifat kepemimpinan yang dimiliki siswa diantaranya mempunyai sifat tanggung jawab, mampu berkomunikasi yang baik, jujur dan percaya diri. Sejauh ini sifat kepemimpinan di MA Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang dikatakan cukup baik namun perlu terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

There is a decrease in leadership attitudes in students so that schools need subjects that support to maintain student leadership attitudes so that they are well maintained and there is no continuous decline in student leadership attitudes. Organizational subjects have a role in student leadership attitudes, namely student responsibility, student discipline, student confidence, and student communicativeness. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods, the data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The approach used by the researcher is a field research approach, namely the results of the data as research findings, abstracted to obtain complete information on drawing conclusions. This research took place at MA Mu'allimien Muhammadiyah Bogor. Based on the research that has been done, the following results are organizational subjects are sciences that study organizational values ​​and leadership, which include organizational theories, basic theories of leadership, basic theories of management, basic theories of problem solving. In the learning process there are teachers who have certain competencies, enthusiastic students, use organizational book media, use lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods, study materials that have been designed, and evaluate organizational learning subjects by means of UAS, UTS, and other assignments. So that organizational subjects have a role in the leadership attitude of the students of MA Mu'allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang Bogor. This is evidenced from the results of the calculation of the correlation value or R relationship which is equal to 0.557, the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.311 which implies that the X variable to the Y variable is 31.1%. The results of the data that have been presented show that the significance value obtained is 0.001 which means that the X variable affects the Y variable. Abstract

Islam has regulated human behavior in meeting the needs of life, namely not deviating from the teachings of Islam. Religious maturity towards the community is seen in the ability of community members to understand, appreciate and apply the noble values ​​of their religion in their daily lives. One way that can be used to help people who deviate from the teachings of Islam is the existence of a group of people or organizations that hold religious community activities such as weekly recitations. Through this religious activity, it is expected to be able to improve the understanding of the community's Islamic religion correctly in accordance with the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. This study aims to determine the influence of the organization on the religious understanding of the people of Gunung Mulya Village, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The variables in this study are the prigma organization as the independent variable and the religious understanding of the community as the dependent variable. The population is the people of Gunung Mulya Village, Bogor Regency, which consists of 30 people. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained a simple linear regression equation model Y = 26.602 + 0.415X, which means that the prigma organization has a positive effect on the religious understanding of the people of Gunung Mulya Village. In the t-test obtained a significant value of 0.002 <significant level 0.05, thus the hypothesis is declared accepted. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.295 which indicates that the prigma organization affects the religious understanding of the community by 29.5%, while the remaining 70.5% is influenced by factors other than the prigma organization. Abstract

In the learning process, there will always be various problems, such as students who have difficulty in learning, causing low student achievement. One way that can be used to help students who have difficulties in learning is by providing learning assistance in the form of remedial teaching. Through remedial teaching, it is expected to be able to improve student achievement which is quite low. This study aims to determine the effect of remedial teaching on student achievement before and after remedial at SD Negeri Caringin 02. The variables in this study were remedial teaching as the independent variable and student achievement as the dependent variable. The population is all students of SD Negeri Caringin 02 which consists of 254 students. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique with the criteria for the test results of students who did not reach the KKM as many as 40 students. The data collection technique used is documentation, namely student achievement data on the final exam for PAI subjects. The data analysis technique used is the Paired Sample T-Test. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, the results of the Paired Sample T-Test test obtained the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 where this value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. The average value before remedial implementation was 69.53 and the average after remedial implementation was 79.08. This means that with the implementation of remedial teaching, student achievement will increase. So it can be concluded that the remedial teaching variable has a significant effect on student achievement.  Keywords: Remedial Teaching, Student Achievement

Abstract

Teacher creativity is a way that can provoke the mindset of students combined with the problem solving method, the case study method which if we do in this learning will hone the mindset of students by developing their mindset to complete a case study and find solutions. This study aims to determine the influence of PAI teacher creativity in learning on increasing student understanding. This research was conducted in class XI-IPS SMAN 1 Bogor City with a total of 75 students. Data retrieval using Non-probability Sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires developed in 30 statements. The validation test produces all 29 valid questions and 1 invalid question because the value obtained is at least 0.210 < 0.254. Reliability and Normality were performed with results of 0.735 and 0.200. The data is analyzed through product moment correlation with the help of SPSS.
