Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, ulasan pelanggan daring (online customer review), dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform marketplace Lazada. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya transaksi digital di Indonesia, yang menuntut pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden pengguna aktif Lazada. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.merupakan determinan utama dalam mendorong intensi pembelian pada marketplace.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged companies to utilize digital platforms to reach consumers more effectively, including in marketing activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Reputation, E-Service Quality, and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on consumer purchase intent for Tokopedia in Sidoarjo. The approach used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using inferential statistical methods. The results of the study indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence consumer purchase intent. Brand Reputation builds trust, E-Service Quality enhances convenience, and e-WOM strengthens purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the importance of consumers' perceptions of brand image, service quality, and digital reviews in driving the success of e-commerce marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk Portee Goods. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari Portee Goods, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, sementara metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Fenomena boikot terhadap produk-produk yang terkait dengan Israel, termasuk McDonald's, telah membawa perubahan dalam perilaku konsumen, terutama terkait dengan keputusan pembelian ulang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, loyalitas merek, konformitas, dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk McDonald's selama gerakan boikot produk Israel. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert yang didistribusikan secara online kepada 100 responden di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mengetahui dan/atau terlibat dalam gerakan boikot McDonald's menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan konformitas tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang. Sebaliknya, loyalitas merek dan media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang terhadap boikot produk Israel McDonald's. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor pemasaran dan komunikasi merek daripada keyakinan pribadi dan tekanan sosial. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memperkuat strategi loyalitas merek dan manajemen komunikasi media sosial yang efektif dalam menangani isu boikot. Secara ilmiah, studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur perilaku konsumen dengan mengonfirmasi bahwa dalam konteks boikot berbasis isu geopolitik, faktor pemasaran dan komunikasi merek memainkan peran yang lebih dominan daripada religiusitas dan tekanan sosial dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of using Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Advertising Marketing on Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tik-Tok Shop. This study uses a quantitative research method, the data is obtained from 96 respondents by distributing questionnaires given to respondents in the form of a list of questions and then processed using SmartPLS software. Respondents in this study were Tik-Tok users who used the Tik-Tok Shop service. This study shows that there is a strong and significant influence on the effectiveness of using Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Advertising marketing on Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tik-Tok Shop.

Abstract

This research is raining to know the impact of GDP and Inflation on Potential Bankruptcy of SMEs in Sidoarjo City. The analysis technique used in this research is binary logistic regression analysis which is one of analysis in logistic regression technique. Because in this study the dependent variable using dummy variables expressed in the value 0 (zero) = unhealthy SME / bankruptcy potential and value 1 (one) = Healthy SME / not potentially bankrupt. The result of this research is GDP influence on potential bankruptcy of SMEs in Sidoarjo City. The effect of GDP on the potential bankruptcy of SMEs has a value of P value wald test of 5.059 with a significance value <0.05 means that GDP variables have a significant effect on the potential bankruptcy. And Inflation affects the potential bankruptcy of SMEs in Sidoarjo City Influence of inflation on potential bankruptcy of SMEs has a value of P value of wald test of 6.002 with a significance value <0.05, meaning inflation has a significant effect on the potential bankruptcy. Inflationary influence on the potential for bankruptcy is negative and the potential for bankruptcy is also negative.

Abstract

This research is directed at understanding the effect of Product Quality, Brand Ambassadors, and E-WOM on Purchasing Decisions for Scarlett Products at Shopee among the Sidoarjo Community. This research applies a quantitative approach and the sample used in this research is 100 informants, which are determined through purposive sampling method and data collected using a questionnaire. The population includes people who live in Sidoarjo. Data analysis in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 for windows application. The findings of this study indicate that Product Quality, Brand Ambassador, and E-WOM individually have a significant and positive effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, service quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction in the car rental services of CV. MAHKOTA in Sidoarjo. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are customers of CV. MAHKOTA. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and t and F tests with the help of SPSS 29. The results show that price, service quality, and promotion variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The most dominant indicators are assurance (service quality), price competitiveness (price), and publicity through social media (promotion). These findings indicate that the three variables together explain 87.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction. Therefore, CV. MAHKOTA is advised to maintain competitive pricing strategies, enhance service reliability, and optimize digital promotion to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), and Hedonic Motivation on Impulsive Buying among Eiger Store consumers. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 Eiger Store consumer respondents in East Java Province aged 19-35 years and had purchased Eiger products at least once. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that Social Media Marketing, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), and Hedonic Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying. This study provides practical implications for Eiger Store to optimize digital marketing strategies by considering the psychological aspects and hedonic motivations of consumers, especially Generation Z, in increasing sales effectiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of viral marketing, product quality, and price on purchase intention toward Converse shoes among Generation Z TikTok users in Sidoarjo. This topic is important because digital platforms, particularly TikTok and affiliate-based promotion, have accelerated the spread of product information and shaped young consumers’ purchasing behavior in the fashion industry. A quantitative survey method was employed using a structured questionnaire. The population consisted of 128 Generation Z consumers in Sidoarjo who showed interest in buying Converse shoes, and the Slovin formula with a 5% error tolerance resulted in a sample of 96 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (t = 3.621; p < 0.05), product quality also has a positive and significant effect (t = 2.494; p < 0.05), and price shows the strongest positive and significant effect (t = 5.858; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchase intention (F = 105.924; p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.775, indicating that 77.5% of the variance in purchase intention can be explained by viral marketing, product quality, and price, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study reinforces the viral marketing–product quality–price framework in explaining purchase intention among Generation Z TikTok users. In conclusion, viral marketing, product quality, and price significantly affect purchase intention for Converse shoes in Sidoarjo, with price as the most dominant factor.
