Abstract

Back massage is a touch of the hand that is done by means of stroking, petrisage, friction and skin rolling movements with the aim of improving the sleep quality of the elderly, because this therapy has the ability to produce a relaxation response that makes the body relax and feel comfortable when entering a rest or sleeping time. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of sleep of the elderly at the Taman Bodhi Asri Binjai Panti. This research method uses a quasi experiment. The population in this study were 86 elderly people with poor sleep quality who were in the Taman Bodhi Asri Binjai Panti. The number of samples taken by the researcher was 46 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. The results of the Wilcoxon rank test analysis on the pretest and posttest obtained a Z value of -3.522, and Assimp. Signed 0.002 or (p <0.05. Abstract

The development of hospitals in Indonesia is rapidly (both hospitals that are managed by the government and private), and it proofed by the successes of development in the field of health. Each hospital should to improve and make an equal the standard hospital that has been set by the government so that patients who come for good treatment. Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of hospital health services. Besides, nursing services is a factor in influencing the satisfaction of hospitalizing the patient. This research used a cross-sectional approach, with 67 patients hospitalized at Siti Hajar General Hospital as a sample. The aim of the research to find out the related factor in nursing services on the satisfaction of hospitalizing patient at the Siti Hajar General Hospital in Medan. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between nursing services in the form of attention aspects (0.002 <0.05), admission aspects (0.016 <0.05), communication aspects (0.010 <0.05) with patient satisfaction in Siti Hajar General Hospital Medan. The nurse must actively respond to every complaint submitted by the patient, showing a caring attitude to the patient. Nurses also have to communicate with patients and families about the disease and action on patients should explain all activities related to nursing care actions, so that patients understand the process and are willing to comply.Keywords: Satisfaction, Patient, Service, Hospital, Inpatient Perkembangan rumah sakit di Indonesia  sangatlah pesat, baik rumah sakit yang dikelola pemerintah maupun swasta. Hal ini bukti salah satu keberhasilan pembangunan dibidang kesehatan. Setiap rumah sakit harus memenuhi standart rumah saki tyang telah ditetapkan pemerintah agar pasien yang datang berobat dapat terlayani dengan baik. Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien rawat inap adalah pelayanan  keperawatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan  pendekatan cross sectional.  Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebnyak 67 pasien yang dirawat inap di RSU Siti Hajar. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan  pelayanan keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Siti Hajar Medan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan antara layanan keperawatan berupa aspek perhatian (0.002<0,05), aspek penerimaan (0.016<0,05), aspek komuikasi(0.010<0,05) dengan kepuasan pasien. Rumah Sakit Umum Siti Hajar Medan. Kesimpulan.  Perawat harus merespon secara aktif setiap keluhan yang disampaikan oleh pasien ,menunjukkan sikap caring kepada pasien. Perawat juga harus melakukan komunikasi terhadap pasien dan keluarga tentang penyakit dan tindakan terhadap pasien seharusnya menjelaskan semua aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan tindakan pelayanan keperawatan agar pasien memahami proses tersebut dan bersedia untuk mematuhinya.Abstract ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris (kecuali artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris) yang berisikan isu-isu pokok, tujuan penelitian, metode/pendekatan dan hasil.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Pasien, Pelayanan, Rumah Sakit, Rawat Inap

Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam research ini mempunyai tujuan dalam menganalisis adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bintang Rezeki Maju Medan. Dekriptif kuantitatif dipakai sebagai research method dan kuesioner sebagai pengukuran jawaban responden. Adapin 151 karyawan sebagai populasi dan 110 berjumlah sampel penelitian. Abstract

Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Restoran Nelayan Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan analisis data pengujian statistik. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t secara parsial, uji F secara simultan dan analisi jalur serta uji sobel. Hasil penelitian  dari  uji  regresi  linear  berganda yaitu pada persamaan I Y1 = 2,635 + 0,656 X1 + 0,879 X2 + e dan pada persamaan II Y2 = 1,894 + 0,473 X1 + 0,642 X2 + 0,242 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Reward dan Punishment Berpengauh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Restoran Nelayan Medan. Dan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan  bahwa  Reward  dan  Punishment  Berpengauh  Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada RestoranNelayan Medan.Kata Kunci: Reward, Punishment, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at a Medan Fisherman's Restaurant. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical test data analysis. The population in this study was 72 people, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, where all members of the population were sampled. The instruments used are validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is a partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and path analysis, and Sobel test. The results of the multiple linear regression test are in equation I Y1 = 2.635 + 0.656 X1 + 0.879 X2 + e and in equation II Y2 = 1.894+ 0.473 X1 + 0.642 X2 + 0.242 + e. The results showed that partially reward and punishment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at a Medan Fisherman's Restaurant. Abstract

Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance CV. Sun Fortuna with work spirit as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the company as many as 49 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample where the entire population is used as the research sample. The analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis and statistical tests, namely t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous) using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) software.The test results show that partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work spirit as an intervening variable where the overall effect given is 44.3%.The conclusion of this study is that both partially and simultaneously, partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan sebanyak 49 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dan uji statistik yaitu uji-t (parsial) dan uji-F (simultan) dengan menggunakan software SPSS (paket statistik untuk ilmu-ilmu sosial).Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau simultan variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening dimana secara keseluruhan pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 44,3%.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial maupun simultan, parsial atau simultan variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Sun Fortuna dengan semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT.Gajah Mada Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang karyawan dan semuanya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi liner untuk hipotesis 1,2,34, dan 5, analisis jalur dan uji sobel untuk hipotesis 6 dan 7melalui program spss 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh kesimpulan (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta (β) 0,202 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003. (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien beta (β) 0,809 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta (β) 0,343 dengan nilai signifikan 0,017. (4) Kepuasan  Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta (β) 0,209 dengan nilai signifikan 0,030. (5) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kineja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta (β) 0,340 dengan nilai signifikan 0,045. (6)  Motivasi  Kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung (353,844)> Ftabel (2,97) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (7) Motivasi Kerja , Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung (323,713)> Ftabel (2,97) dengan signifikan 0,000< 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara variabel Motivasi Kerja , Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinera Karyawan Abstract- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work goals on employee performance with commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Gajah Mada Indonesia. The data collection method used in this study was to collect questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study was 32 employees and all of them were used as samples in the study. Hypothesis testing was done by linear regression analysis for hypotheses 1,2,34, and 5, path analysis, and Sobel test for hypotheses 6 and 7 through the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. Results Based on research with a significant level of 5% obtained:(1) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.202 with a significant value of0.003. (2) Work objectives have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. This is evidenced by the results of the beta coefficient (β) 0.809 with a significant value of 0.000. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.343 with a significant value of 0.017. (4) Work Objectives have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.209 with a significant 0.030. (5) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.340 with a significant value of 0.045. (6) Work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (353,844) > Ftable (2,97) with a significant 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be said that there is a significant and positive influence between the variables of Work Motivation and activities on Organizational Commitment. (7) Work motivation, work goals, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (323.713) > Ftable (2.97) with a significant 0.000 <0.05 so it can be said that there is a significant and positive influence between the variables of Work Motivation, Activity, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Goals, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at CV Fountain Medan.The data collection method used in this study was to collect questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study was 30 employees and all of them were used as samples in the study.By using path analysis, the results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant and significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

A computer network system is defined as a collection of several independent computers connected to each other. This connection allows these computers to share information and programs with each other (Putuasduki, 2021). SOHO stands for Small Office, Home Office. SOHO is a hybrid apartment between residential and commercial space, where people can work and live in the same building. SOHO apartments are typically loft style, meaning they have high ceilings. High ceilings lend themselves well to building a mezzanine, an elevated area accessible by stairs that can be used as a bedroom or desk. (Armee et al., 2022). Mikrotik is a software-based operating system that turns a computer into a network router (Gamaliel and Arliyanto, 2022). This operating system is ideal for managing computer networks, such as building large or small computer network systems. (Putra et al., 2020). Gajah Putih University Faculty of Engineering always needs a very large network connection. In addition, many students use an internet connection. Difficulties in optimizing network use and equalizing bandwidth between students and faculties, internet network problems and difficulties in monitoring network users at the Gajah Putih Faculty of Engineering and students still asking for web searches off campus are the biggest problems. this lesson. For that we need a learning environment that can support the learning process in the field of computer networks. This study discusses learning media to build computer networks in small offices and home offices by using a proxy server, starting from the basic concept of computer networks so that the network can function properly. Network Development Life Cycle Model (NDLC). Flow Network Development Lifecycle Diagram Continuous process analysis is a step by step process that describes the journey of data or documents through ongoing processes in all research locations. The network topology that was operated at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Gajah Putih before using a proxy server is shown in Figure 2. Meanwhile, the network topology that was operated before using a proxy server in the laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Gajah Putih can be determined from the results of research and design of the home office network of the Faculty of Engineering, Gajah Putih University Using a proxy allows it to be concluded that with the help of the home office network of the Faculty of Technology, University of Gajah Putih using a proxy server technically students can easily access the internet for free and the signal in the university building can be easily closed. The security system used in this wireless network (base station) is implemented on the server. Therefore, if you want to use the Internet, the user must enter a username and password. This network uses a DHCP server so that the server distributes IP addresses as wide as possible resulting in long loading times when many users are active. Sharing Internet bandwidth with a proxy server enables efficient use of Internet bandwidth. By using a proxy server with Winbox, IT administrators can perform network configuration more easily.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discern the correlation between the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio variables, and the stock price movement of tobacco companies that have operating licenses on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2018-2021. The most appropriate method for this research topic is multiple linear regression analysis. This study has successfully passed classical assumption tests, which include normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroskedasticity tests. The purposive sampling method was utilized for the selection of research samples. Out of the total population, only three companies met the criteria and were selected as samples for this study. Based on the research findings, it has been demonstrated that the Current Ratio has a positive and significant correlation with stock price movement when considered individually. Similarly, the Net Profit Margin also exhibits a positive and significant correlation with stock price movement. However, no positive correlation has been observed between the Debt to Equity Ratio and the Stock price. In addition to these findings, it has been observed that the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously exhibit a positive and significant correlation with the closing prices of shares of tobacco companies. This suggests that these three variables need to be collectively taken into account when analyzing the factors that influence the stock price movement of tobacco companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

This literature review uses a systematic review approach and bibliographic analysis. The data source is google scholar, and the search for article data uses PoP by using the terms: "co-creation", "co-create", "value-in-use" and service-dominant logic. The articles sampled are articles of the Q1 / Q2 category based on the Scimagojr. Books, book sections, conferences, Indonesian and foreign languages (except English) were not included as sample articles. The sample of articles is limited to the period 2014 – 2019. This literature review uses software assistance: Excel, PoP, Mendeley and VOS viewer. Co-creation or the perspective of service-dominant logic has received great attention by researchers and has been studied in a wide variety of research fields. The systematic review that was carried out resulted in several theories that were often used, namely, social exchange theory, social role theory, planned behavior theory, self-identity theory and self-determination theory. Co-creation as a study is implemented in various research contexts, such as: tourism, hospitality and so on. The authors with the most cited articles are: Lusch Nambisan (2015), with a total of 950 citations. Researchers who produced the most articles in the period 2014 - 2019 are Edvardsson, Bo (12 documents); Brodie, Roderick J. (7 documents). Co-creation variables are generally used as independent and dependent variables, but some researchers have used them as mediating and moderating variables. During the period the samples were taken, qualitative research dominated over empirical test research. The journal with the most prolific publication of articles is the Journal of Business Research. The most prolific publisher is Emeraldinsight.com. China is the country that most often research on co-creation. Co-creation research with a focus on dyadic relationships is still very limited.
