Abstract

This study aims to prove self-management factors, self-efficacy, and PSIA conditions as a prediction of the level of fatigue of diabetes ellipse cross-station patients. The results showed a relationship between age (p = 0.0001) and the time it was diagnosed (p = 0.0005). HB1AC (P = 0,0005), Self Management (P = 0.0001), Self Efficacy (P = 0,0001), and Psychological Conditions (P = 0,0005). CONCLUSION: the level of fatigue in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in friendship hospitals is relatively highly influenced by age variables, long diagnoses, HB1AC, self-management, self-efficacy, and psychological conditions. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) therapy on reducing fatigue scores in HIV/AIDS patients. The research method uses a pre-post quasi-experimental design with a control group design. The study results showed that giving progressive muscle relaxation therapy to the intervention group decreased fatigue by 8.763 points, with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, advanced muscle relaxation therapy can be used as an intervention of choice to reduce fatigue conditions in HIV/AIDS patients for seven days, at least once a day, in the afternoon for 10-20 minutes per exercise, taking into account the factors of Hb levels, duration of ARV use, and psychological factors. Abstract

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of 5 pillars of education in controlling blood sugar levels. The method used in EBNP is a case study design. The application of EBNP begins with an article search by selecting articles that use the RCT method with the keyword "Education Video IN DIABETIC PATIENTS." The results of this EBNP research show that education on applying the five pillars video effectively controls blood sugar levels with a p-value of 0.01. In conclusion, using the five pillars of teaching effectively prevents blood sugar levels in diabetes patients at Tarakan Regional Hospital, Jakarta. Keywords: EBNP, 5 Pillar Education, Blood Sugar

Abstract

This research aims to implement education on fatigue in hemodialysis patients. The method used was a Randomized Controlled Trial with a quasi-experimental research design. The results showed a significant difference in the average total Fatigue score in the experimental and control groups after participating in the program (P < 0.001). There were also statistically significant differences between age, gender, disease duration, dialysis frequency, and Fatigue level (p<0.05). In conclusion, the educational intervention aims to increase knowledge so that patients can comply with the educational intervention provided and can help reduce fatigue levels in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Abstract

This study aims to implement Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (EBNP) with educational interventions on self-management, self-efficacy, and blood sugar values in DM patients at Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. This research method uses quasi-experimental. The research results show that the p-value of self-management with self-efficacy is (r=0.464, p=0.001). The conclusion is that fasting blood sugar changes will impact postprandial blood sugar changes, and self-management will influence changes in respondents' self-efficacy. Abstract

This study aims to implement an intradialytic stationary bicycle exercise intervention to improve fatigue symptoms in hemodialysis patients. The research method used is a literature review. Research results The research results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on fatigue subscales such as decreased motivation (P = 0.02) and mental fatigue (P = 0.046). Also, there were significant differences between the experimental and control groups in all fatigue subscales during the third month of intervention and 1 month after intervention. In addition, the results showed that exercise prevented the development of mental fatigue in the experimental group. In conclusion, exercise with a stationary bicycle prevented an increase in fatigue and its subscales, especially mental fatigue, in the test group. Keywords: Hemodialysis, Fatigue, Stationary Bike

Abstract

This study aims to identify stroke symptoms that often occur in first-attack stroke patients. Using observational method with secondary data from medical records of stroke patients. The results of the study showed that the symptoms of stroke that often occurred in first stroke stroke patients were experiencing sudden weakness in the movement of half of the body (hands and feet) as many as 89 people (96.08%). Then, the majority of stroke patients had a history of disease, namely hypertension, 88 people (86.3%). and The majority of stroke onset when patients arrived at the hospital in this study was more than 3.5 hours but still under 24 hours. 63 people (61.8%). The conclusion from this study can be seen that the majority of the main symptoms of a stroke are experiencing sudden weakness in the movement of one side of the body (hands and feet) with the onset of stroke when the patient arrives at the hospital in the majority more than 3.5 hours but still less than 24 hours. Abstract

This his study aims to overcome anxiety in CHD patients who will undergo percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The method used was random sampling with a sample of 12 CHD patients who were going to undergo PCI. This sample size was obtained from calculations using G-Power version 3.1.9.4. The research results showed that the characteristics of the participants in the EBNP were an average age of 48.4 years (12.3%), male 9 (75.0%), Muslim 7 (58.4%), high school education 5 (41.7%), married status 11 (91.7%), BPJS health insurance for retired military personnel 5 (41.7). The results of the T-Test analysis or comparison test of state anxiety inventory and trait anxiety inventory before and after being given music therapy showed a P value of 0.000. In conclusion, music therapy has a significant effect on reducing anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease who will undergo PCI or percutaneous coronary intervention. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of music therapy on reducing anxiety in pre-cardiac catheterization patients. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The data collection technique uses an anxiety questionnaire, namely HARS (Hamilton Rating Scale). The data analysis technique uses paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of music therapy on reducing anxiety in pre-cardiac catheterization patients (p<0.05), where this was indicated by a significant difference in anxiety scores before and after giving music therapy. In conclusion, there is an effect of providing music therapy on reducing anxiety in pre-cardiac catheterization patients. Keywords: Anxiety, Cardiac Catheterization, Music Therapy.

Abstract

Cardiovascular Diseases merupakan penyebab utama kasus kematian secara global. SKA merupakan kontributor yang signifikan untuk kematian dari populasi yang memiliki faktor risiko. Tujuan penelitian memperoleh model prediksi kejadian SKA pada pasien di RSUD Kota Bogor. Desain yang digunakan kasus kontrol dengan kasus: pasien SKA dan kontrol: pasien non SKA, menggunakan matching jenis kelamin, jumlah sampel 390 pasien (tiap kelompok 195 pasien), menggunakan data sekunder, dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda dengan model faktor prediksi. Hasil penelitian mayoritas pasien berumur ≥45 tahun 72.6%, tidak memiliki riwayat hipertensi 67.9%, perokok 51.8%, tidak memiliki riwayat DM 90%, tidak obesitas 85.1%, dan tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga dengan penyakit jantung 89.7%. Hasil multivariat didapatkan, merokok berhubungan dengan SKA (p value 0,027) setelah dikontrol umur, riwayat hipertensi, riwayat DM, obesitas, riwayat keluarga dengan penyakit jantung, interaksi obesitas dan riwayat DM, interaksi riwayat hipertensi dan riwayat keluarga dengan penyakit jantung, interaksi riwayat DM dan riwayat hipertensi, interaksi obsitas dan riwayat hipertensi (p value omnimbus 0.00 dan Negelkerke R Square 0.454). Kesimpulan didapatkan model ini mampu memprediksi kejadian SKA sebesar 45,4%. Perlu ditingkatkan upaya pencegahan terhadap kejadian SKA melalui skrining, edukasi, maupun program rehabilitasi.
