Abstract

A website is a collection of pages in a domain that contains various information so that it can be read and viewed by internet users through a search engine. This research aims to produce an information system that is used as a management tool for the management of the UNG Industrial Engineering Laboratory. The research method used is the prototype method. This research produces a web-based UNG Industrial Engineering Laboratory information system that makes data storage and laboratory archiving easier and makes it easier for the academic community and the public to obtain information and service needs from the UNG Industrial Engineering Laboratory.

Abstract

PT. Azwa Utama adalah perusahaan yangmensuplai beton siap pakai (Ready mix).Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan khususnyaberkaitan dengan kerusakan mesin produksi beton,mesin Batching Plant yang merupakan mesin produksi beton. Mesin ini digunakan untuk memproduksi bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan beton siap pakai (Ready Mix). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan yang dialami mesin Batching Plant dan mengetahui nilai RPN tertinggi dengan Metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) terdapat tiga komponen mesin yang memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu Dinamo dengan nilai RPN 140 , MCB genset dengan nilai RPN 126, dan Belt dengan nilai RPN 126. Sehingga komponen yang memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi yang paling berisiko memberikan kegagalan. maka pada komponen kritis di usulkan perbaikan pada komponen mesin yang kritis. Kata kunci: Usulan Perbaiakn Mesin; Failure Mode And Effect Analysis.

Abstract

Data penting sudah seharusnya di amankan se-aman mungkin, baik data digital maupun data fisik, terlebih lagi pada data digital, sebuah keamanan harus di sediakan untuk menyimpan nya. Contoh salah satu data yang sangat penting di kehidupan kita adalah Sertifikat. Sertifikat merupakan data penting yang beberapa orang miliki untuk tujuan tertentu, contoh nya legalitas, mengklaim bahwa kita mempunyai sesuatu secara sah. Pada Penelitian kali ini, Penulis akan meneliti, merancang dan membuat Sistem yang dapat Menyimpan Data Sertifikat Kompetisi Resmi dengan mengandalkan model teknologi yaitu blockchain. Sistem di rancang dan di dibuat secara Konseptual dari Awal hingga membentuk Sistem blockchain yang mirip dengan Aslinya. Pada tahap akhir, akan di lakukan Pengujian dan Evaluasi Sistem, apakah Sistem berjalan sesuai dengan harapan dan Hasil sebuah Data yang di simpan di dalam blockchain.

Abstract

This economic education activity for palm sap farmers aims to provide economic strengthening and build awareness among the public, especially palm sap farmers, that palm sap water can be utilized and made into several products with high economic value, for example bioethanol products. Apart from that, it can also minimize the negative impact of the production of alcoholic drinks made from palm sap in Lonuo village. This activity uses educational methods, socialization and community assistance for sugar palm sap farmers. Empowering sugar palm farmers through product diversification is the key to increasing the quality and quantity of sugar palm sap products into various marketable products such as bioethanol. This economic education activity for palm sap farmers has had a positive impact and response from the Lonuo village community. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in participating in activities at the village office. The community received education well and smoothly and increased public understanding regarding the use of palm sap into products of high economic value such as bioethanol.

Abstract

Unbalanced teacher distribution, limitations of learning media, incomplete library book so there are not many students who are interested in literacy, the lack of educators and educational labor, the teacher’s quality also is an important issue in 3T area. (Education and Culture Policy Research Center, Kemdikbud, 2013). This results in the quality of learning very low and need to find the right solution effectively. The use of the right technology is a solution to improve the learning quality in 3T areas and unravel the educational gap that still exists between regions where they occur. A combination of a self-study platform (SSP) and solar cells is designed to enhance the learning quality of 3T areas because it is equipped with various learning materials that use fun methods and media. This research is used two research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative, qualitative approach is done by using the sociology approach and collective memory analysis (Berg, 2007; Biernacki, 2005; Zerubavel, 2003; Nash, 2001). Quantitative approach is used to analyze the data required by schools in the 3T area. The aims in this research are to produce the reconstruction of teacher’s experience, school documents, learning reference to increase the learning quality. In addition, to see the relation of the concept that has been developed to improve the learning quality in 3T region school. Self-Study Platform (SSP) Based Solar is a platform designed to be used offline and allow students to learn themselves by choosing the material that wants to be learned or that has been arranged by the teachers to study. SSP also considers the students learning style by audio, visual, and audio visual because the features in it are equipped based on the student learning need. Learning content via SSP can be designed by the teacher, practitioners of education or other teachers from various regions, and being put in SSP to be studied by students in other areas in general or in 3T region where the SSP is provided. The limitations of electricity flow in 3T area are no longer an obstacle because it can take advantage of solar cell. Self-Study Platform (SSP) based Solar is a platform that can bridge the intensity of systemic relations and synergy between teachers, students, learning situation, and learning media in producing optimal processes and learning results in accordance with the curricular terms, especially in the 3T area that has not been handled.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang optimal mampu mempermudah siswa dalam mencerna materi pelajaran. Meskipun demikian, tidak semua media pembelajaran dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi yang tepat dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu seorang guru dituntut lebih kreatif dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran, serta lebih selektif dalam memilih media pembelajaran. Augmented reality (AR) adalah sebuah teknologi yang menggabungkan objek dari dunia nyata dan objek virtual atau maya dalam kondisi real time. Penggabungan obyek nyata dan virtual terjadi dengan dukungan teknologi yang tepat sementara interaksi yang dilakukan dapat terjadi dengan menggunakan perangkat-perangkat tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMK Negeri Model Gorontalo pada kelas X TKJ dengan jumlah siswa 26 orang, didapati sebuah masalah terhadap sulitnya siswa dalam memahami materi dikarenakan kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan didalam kelas, materi yang disampaikan hanya bersumber dari buku ataupun tampilan power point, dan tidak ada variasi lain dari media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah membuat sebuah media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi AR (Augmented Reality). Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebuah aplikasi berupa media pembelajaran yang berbasis AR yang hasil pengujian kelayakan yang memiliki tingkat validitas kelayakan sesuai penilaian oleh ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata persentase kelayakan sebesar 100% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, serta hasil dari kelayakan sesuai penilaian pengguna dan dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan, dengan persentase kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis AR sebesar 90%. Kemudian untuk validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen pengguna mendapatkan hasil yang valid dan reliable. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis AR pada materi pengenalan perangkat Jaringan komputer dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri Model Gorontalo. Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran; AR; komputer dan jaringan; penelitian dan pengembangan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan adalah sering terjadinya breakdown pada motor listrik 3 fasa tipe YX3-160M1-2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Efects (FMEA) dalam meminimalkan keruskan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian pada PT. Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia terdapat 3 kompenen mesin yang memiliki nilai kritis RPN. Resiko kerusakan mesin yaitu Belitan stator/kumparan, Terminal box dan Bering. Cara mengatasi atau menanggulangi Belitan stator/Kumparan agar tidak menyebabkan putaran motor menjadi lemah maka perlu adanya perawatan secara berencana (planning maintenance schedule) serta menempatkan motor listrik pada tempat yang teduh, Terminal box yang diakibatkan adanya salah koneksi sehingga dapat menyebabkan motor mati maka dapat ditanggulangi dengan cara rutin melakukan pengecekan dan melakukan pembersihan di bagian terminal box, serta memastikan arus yang masuk dengan stabil, Sedangkan untuk penanggulangan pada komponen Bearing yang diakibatkan adanya kelonggaran dan mudah pecah sehingga  dapat menyebabkan putaran pada motor menjadi lebih berat dan berisik maka dapat ditanggulangi dengan cara rutin melakukan pemberian grease yang terjadwal. Kata Kunci: Kerusakan Mesin, Failure Mode and Efects, Nilai RPN

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR)-based flashcard learning media is the latest innovation that presents attractive 3D visual animations. This technology can make complex and abstract concepts easier to understand, triggering students' creativity, interest and curiosity in learning. Thus, this media can be an alternative solution in overcoming various learning problems. The purpose of this study is to test the validity of Augmented Reality-based flashcard learning media on cell material in class XI SMA, to ensure its effectiveness in improving student understanding. This research method uses a research and development approach with the ADDIE development model. The results showed that the assessment of the validity of Augmented Reality-based flashcard learning media by material experts included, 93% feasibility aspects, 86% presentation components, 92% language, and 90% AR media, with an average of 90% which included the category "Very Valid." Media experts assessed aspects of display design 70%, text design 76%, and Augmented Reality images 73%, with an average obtained of 74% or "Valid". The validity results obtained from material experts and media experts show an average percentage of 83% on each aspect assessed, which is included in the "Very Valid" category. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Augmented Reality-based flashcard learning media is feasible to use to support the learning process.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that is one of the new innovations in learning by displaying images in 3D form which makes abstract concepts more real, such as students can observe cell models directly through Augmented Reality visualization. This research aims to test the validity of Augmented Reality-based learning modules in class XI SMA cell material. This type of development research or Research and Development (R&D) uses the ADDIE development model which is carried out up to the development stage, namely validity testing. The results of the validity test show that the Augmented Reality-based learning module on cell material obtained an average validity value of 94% by material experts and validation carried out by media experts showed an average of 75.38% which meets validity standards. Based on these results, this module was declared valid and suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) are mandated by law to prepare human resources who are ready to enter the world of work and become a productive workforce, but this has not been optimal in preparing students for careers. The number of unemployed in this case indicates that the percentage of unemployed vocational school graduates is still relatively high. One of the ways education plays a role in reducing unemployment is by improving the quality of education. One factor that can improve the quality of education is improving learning facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure in the educational process are included as one of the standards of the school or educational agency concerned. This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of infrastructure on learning outcomes, (2) the influence of motivation on learning outcomes, (3) the influence of infrastructure and motivation simultaneously on learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research carried out at the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Vocational School in the city of Gorontalo. The population in this study was 72 students. The type of questionnaire in this research is a closed questionnaire and the results are analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are: (1) Practical facilities and infrastructure have a significant impact on student learning outcomes at the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Vocational School by 31.8%. (2) Learning Motivation has a significant effect on the Learning Outcomes of Automotive Light Vehicle Vocational School students by 41.2%. (3) Practical Infrastructure and Learning Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Learning Outcomes of Automotive Light Vehicle Vocational School students by 50.6%.
