Abstract

Purpose: Effective methods for digital literacy and financial management are expected to enhance HR competency and employee competitiveness in the job market. Research Methodology: This quantitative study used SEM-PLS with convenience sampling to select 192 BUMD employees in DKI Jakarta. Data were collected via an online Likert-scale questionnaire. Results: This study highlights the role of digital literacy and financial management in HR markets mediated by HR competency. It offers empirical evidence and a framework that integrates these factors to enhance HR competitiveness. Conclusions: This study emphasizes the impact of digital literacy and financial management on HR competencies and organizational competitiveness. This study provides empirical evidence and a framework for enhancing HR capabilities. Limitations: This study was limited by convenience sampling, self-reported data bias, and cross-sectional design. It focuses only on digital literacy and financial management, excluding factors such as leadership and organizational culture. Contribution: This study empirically highlights the role of digital literacy and financial management in enhancing HR competency and competitiveness. It introduces a new framework, offers practical insights, and validates relationships using PLS-SEM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh karyawan bank dan loyalitas nasabah. Dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin ketat di sektor perbankan, kualitas pelayanan menjadi faktor krusial dalam mempertahankan nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 87 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank BRI Unit Tassililu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur berbagai dimensi kualitas pelayanan, termasuk aspek fisik, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan karyawan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan dalam kualitas pelayanan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar manajemen Bank BRI Unit Tassililu terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan untuk mempertahankan nasabah dan bersaing secara efektif di industri perbankan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Jenisa penelitian ini bersifat deskripti kuantitatif. Sampel ini diambil dari PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistic melalui aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 26 mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadaop kinerja pegawai di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassarr yang telah dibahas dari bab sebelumnya, maka penulis menarik kesimpulan penting yaitu gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan perlu terus dditingkatkan, teruatam pada aspek kekampuan memotivasi dan mengendalikan emosi, sebab dari hasil tanggapan responden kedua aspek ini masih menjadi kekurangan dari pemimpin yang ada. Selain itu, meskipun lingkungan kerja secara keseluruhan tidak berpengaruh signifikan, namun aspek beban kerja pegawai, khususnya kondisi pekerjaan, perlu diperhatikan lebih lanjut karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kondisi pekerjaan menjadi salah sau hal yang dikeluhkan pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Makassar City. This is a quantitative research study. The sample consists of all 54 employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed based on the research problem. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution.. Based on statistical analysis using SPSS version 26, the results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of 2.515 > 2,008 and a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05. Work stress also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of 2.422 > 2,008 and a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Therefore, leadership style and work stress should be continuously improved and effectively managed, as both have a significant impact on enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

This literature review aims to develop hypotheses for future research regarding the factors that influence employee performance in the public sector. The article, titled "Determination of Employee Performance: Analysis of Leadership, Competence, and Discipline through Employee Retention," adopts a comparative analysis approach by reviewing 53 relevant studies published within the last eight years. The data sources include reputable academic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Elsevier, Springer, SAGE, Emerald, DOAJ, EBSCO, and SINTA 2–5 journals. The findings of the literature review reveal that: (1) Leadership, competence, and discipline significantly influence employee retention; (2) These three variables also have a direct impact on employee performance; and (3) Employee retention mediates the relationship between leadership, competence, and discipline with employee performance. Abstract

Entrepreneurship among students is an important aspect in encouraging innovation and economic development. Recognizing the critical role of university support in shaping students' entrepreneurial journeys, this research explores the complex dynamics between such university support, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions. In an era where startups contribute significantly to the economy, understanding this relationship is a must for educational institutions. The main objective is to analyze the impact of university support on students' entrepreneurial intentions through the mediating influence of self-efficacy. A comprehensive survey-based methodology will be used to collect data from a diverse sample of private university students in DKI Jakarta. The survey includes validated scales to measure university support, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions. The statistical technique is structural equation modeling. Preliminary findings reveal significant correlations between university support, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions. Mediation analysis reveals that university support influences students' entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy. This research contributes valuable insights to entrepreneurship education by highlighting the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between university support and entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this research have implications for universities that want to optimize their support systems to foster students with an entrepreneurial spirit, which ultimately encourages innovation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational culture (OC) and human resource development practice (HR) on knowledge assets (KA) and knowledge transfer performance (KT). This type of research is survey research that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The population in this study were all staff in the PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar of 197 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. The results of the study show that OC and HR have a significant impact on KA. KA has a significant impact on KT, while OC and HR are not significant on KT. Finally, the perceived benefits of OC and HR can create positive attitudes about KA.

Abstract

The problem of the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is the most dominant research topic, especially in developing countries that rely on these sectors in their economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs through the mediation of business independence variables. This type of research is field research and literature which aims to answer the formulation of the research problem. The research location is in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The population in this study is 16.492 MSMEs. The number of samples in this study was determined by the Slovin formula, so the sample size is 100 SMEs. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling for each business sector. Data analysis techniques use structural equation model analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial orientation variable had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, both directly and through the business independence variable. Based on the findings of this study, further research is needed regarding the performance of SMEs to explore other variables.

Abstract

Employee performance has an important role in achieving goals and maintaining the good name of educational institutions. This research aims to analyze the direct influence of personality and teamwork on organizational commitment and employee performance. This research also analyzes the direct impact of organizational commitment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of personality and teamwork on employee performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees with civil servant and non-civil servant status. The sampling method was census sampling, so the total sample was 72 people. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires which are answered by respondents in accordance with the sample selection criteria. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Future research could investigate more deeply the mechanisms by which teamwork influences employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of gacha addiction and good price on the intention topurchase in-app items, with mobile game loyalty as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitativeapproach using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze survey datacollected from 208 Genshin Impact players in Indonesia through random sampling and online questionnaires.The results indicate that gacha addiction significantly influences the intention to purchase in-app items, whilegood price has a moderate effect. Additionally, mobile game loyalty serves as a partial mediator in therelationship between gacha addiction and purchase intention.
