Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri terhadap kinerja guru SMP/MTs Negeri dan Swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 132 orang yaitu guru PNS, guru tidak tetap, dan guru honorer di SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di Kecamatan Sanga Desa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 99 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data analisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa; (2) konsep diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa; dan (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sekayu; (2) mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sekayu; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sekayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 for Windows. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sekayu dengan memberikan kontribusi R2 sebesar 53%; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara variabel loyalitas kerja terhadap variabel kinerja guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sekayu dengan memberikan kontribusi R2 sebesar 73%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja secara besama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sekayu, dengan angka koefisien konstant (Ã‰â€˜) 5,551, koefisien X1 = 0,066 dan Koefisien X2 = 0,841 sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y =5,551 + 0,066 X1 + 0,841 X2

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisis unsur-unsur pembangun cerpen melalui model discovery learning pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus dan masing-masing siklus memiliki tahapan yakni perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisis unsur-unsur pembangun cerpen siswa kelas XI IPS-3 SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi kepada guru Bahasa Indonesia agar menggunakan model discovery learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis unsur-unsur pembangun cerpen.

Artikel ini merupakan kajian tentang Mantra Jampi Rempah yang digunakan masyarakat di Desa Balunijuk Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan struktur, makna, dan nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam mantra jampi rempah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik rekam, dan teknik tulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara struktural diketahui analisis struktur mantra jampi rempah tidak semua mempunyai unsur pembuka dan penutup, komponen salam pembuka mantra menggunakan kata-kata yang diadopsi dari bahasa Arab, dan unsur sugesti pada mantra jampi rempah seluruhnya mempunyai sugesti bahwa apa yang diucapkan perapal akan tercapai. Mantra Jampi Rempah dibangun dengan adanya hubungan antara Tuhan dan mahluk yang berada di bawah kekuasaannya dan memiliki kekuatan bisa menolong manusia. Mantra Jampi Rempah memiliki fungsi untuk mengobati penyakit dengan menggunakan rempah. Nilai budaya yang ada pada Mantra Jampi Rempah yaitu terdapat hubungan antara manusia dengan Tuhan, alam, masyarakat, manusia lain dan diri sendiri.

The problem in this research is how is the science laboratory management at SMA Negeri 4 Ogan Komering Ulu. The research objective was to identify and describe the science laboratory management at SMA Negeri 4 Ogan Komering Ulu. This study uses a qualitative approach which is an approach to the process of collecting data and information that is deep, detailed and systematic in order to understand the object of the research study. The results of this study generally concluded that the management of the science laboratory at SMA Negeri 4 Ogan Komering Ulu was good enough and supported science learning. This can be seen from the laboratory planning that has been implemented optimally even though there are still many limitations faced, the implementation of the planning has been carried out well, the budget for the laboratory is available even though it is not fully sufficient, the tools and materials in the laboratory are quite complete and has made innovations using virtual laboratories in science learning that are connected via the internet network.

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU through genius learning strategies and lecture methods. Research data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The research data analysis technique used a descriptive writing test through direct learning and observation models to see student learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write anecdotes through genius learning strategies and lecture methods in class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU. In cycle 1, an average value of 66.68 was obtained, students who achieved completeness were 22 students or the percentage of completeness was 61.11%. In cycle 2 the average value is 69.28%. Students who achieved completeness were 29 students or the average persetanse completeness was 80.56%. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the average value is 76.81. Students who achieved completeness were 34 students or the percentage of student completeness was 94.44%.

This research is a qualitative one. The problem with this research is what is the psychological aspect of the characters in the novel Dear, Imamku by Mellyana? What are the religious values of the novel Dear, Imamku by Mellyana? The aim of this study is to describe the psychological aspects of religious characters and values in Mellyana's Dear, Imamku, novel. Analysis of the behavior and psychological symptoms of characters uses the psychological theory of personality developed by Sigmun Freud, combining the theory of personality dynamics, defense and conflict mechanisms, and the classification of emotions in the novel. The method used in this study was the method of qualitative content analysis. The data collection technique uses the analysis of document content. The data analysis technique used the technique of summarizing the text in steps; 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) conclusions. The results of this study show that there are psychological symptoms of characters in Mellyana's Dear, Imamku novel.

The literary works that appear are not necessarily the work of the Authors, but they have read previous literary works. This study aims to determine intertextuality by looking at the similarities and differences in the novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy with the novel Kidung Shalawat Zaki and Zulfa by Taufiqurrahman Al Azizy using a qualitative descriptive method. Intertextuality plays a role in seeing a work that can be the basis for the creation of another work. The data sources of this research are Novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy published in 2007 and Kidung Shalawat Zaki and Zulfa by Taufiqurrahman Al Azizy in 2010. This research shows that intertextual occurs in the novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy with Song Shalawat Zaki and Zulfa by Taufiqurrahman Al Azizy because the theme, plot, setting, and message tend to be the same. The intertextuality of these two novels also has differences as the creativity of their respective authors. The research of these two novels can be deepened further so that the intertextual relationship between the two becomes clearer.

This research is motivated by the existence of disciplinary violations committed by teachers and students at SMA Negeri 16 OKU. This happens because there are still obstacles that hinder the process of implementing the value of discipline in increasing teacher and student compliance with the rules of law in SMA Negeri 16 OKU. This study aims to determine the implementation of school discipline in improving the discipline of teachers and students in SMA Negeri 16 OKU. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques in this study include: interviews, observation and documentation. Research Results Broadly speaking, the existing regulations are able to make teachers and students at SMA Negeri 16 OKU become more disciplined. For example, for students who are late, SMA Negeri 16 OKU requires students to ask for a permit from the picket teacher. Many high school students (SMA) are not disciplined. This is a consequence of adolescence, where students violate applicable norms, such as: rampant student brawls, truant students, criminal acts, and drug and drug abuse. However, if this educational institution is properly managed and organized in such a way, especially in consistently applying school rules to students, it will create an educational situation or climate that is conducive to disciplined personal development of students.

The purpose of this study was conducted to reveal language variations in terms of speakers used in everyday life, identify language variations used in social interactions, and identify language variations in reflecting the culture of the Iban Dayak tribe in Sungai Utik. The research method uses data collection techniques using documentation techniques and the data used is content analysis. The result of this research is that there are variations in the forms of dialect, idiolect, and sociolect. There were 9 dialect variations, 13 idiolect variations, and 8 sociolect variations that were observed. Then there is a social function in social interaction that reflects culture in Kristian's YouTube video channel b. Hansen lived 7 days with the Iban Dayak tribe on the Utik River.
