Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen peyelenggaraan program serta hambatan dari program bina keluarga remaja melalui kegiatan keterampilan merajut. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 4 orang yaitu Ketua BKR, 1 tutor, dan 2 orang terdiri dari Ketua UPTD KB PP Kecamatan Ungaran Barat, dan PLKB, serta 2 warga belajar sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teori. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Perencanan kegiatan merajut meliputi prosedur identifikasi, perumusan tujuan, perekrutan tutor, WB, penentuan materi dan media. Pengorganisasian meliputi pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab secara proposional pada masing-masing organisasi pelaksana yang ada di BKR. Penggerak kegiatan berlangsung seminggu 1 kali, pembelajaran menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek, dan tanya jawab, tutor selalu memberikan motivasi kepada warga belajar. Pembinaan kegiatan merajut dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal. Penilaian kegiatan merajut menggunakan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif; Pengembangan kegiatan merajut akan diperluas wilayah kegiatan keterampilan merajut. Hambatan yang ada meliputi keadaan alam, karakteristik warga belajar yang berbeda-beda dan tempat kerja..This study aimed to describe about the management of the family development program for adolescents in knitting skills activities and constraints. The results obtained are: 1) Planning knitting activities include the identification procedure, formulation of objectives, hiring tutors, WB, determination of material and media; 2) The organization includes the division of tasks and responsibilities are proportional to the respective implementing organizations in BKR; 3) Drive activity 1 time lasted a week, learning to use the lecture method, practice, and frequently asked questions, tutor always gives motivation to the participants; 4) provide guidance on the knitting is done internally and externally; 5) knitting activities using formative and summative evaluation; 6) The development activities will be expanded region knitting knitting skills activities; 7) the existing barriers include the state of nature and the workplace. Advice given socialization program should be implemented in other neighborhoods, ditambahankan with the marketing of the material means of knitting skills.

Abstract

AbstractYoung people living in social institutions are more vulnerable to have mental health problems. Thus, they need to have psychological resilience, which is the ability to thrive in the face of adversity. The aim of the study is to investigate how much emotional intelligence can predict the psychological resilience of adolescents living at social institutions (orphanage).  Research used quantitative approach and correlational design. In this study, by using purposive sampling technique, 145 adolescents aged 11 - 18 years living at orphanage around Jakarta were participated. Adaptation of resilience scale from Connor & Davidson was used to measure the psychological resilience and the scale of emotional intelligence was an adapted scale from theory of Salovey and Mayer. Both adapted scale shown good reliability index indicated that they can use to measure the variables consistently. The statistical analysis using linear regression test indicate that emotional intelligence can predict psychological resilience significantly and positively. It is implied that emotional intelligence is being an important factor for resilience development among orphanage youth. Thus, it is imperative to cultivate emotional intelligence aspects in resilience building program for young people living in social shelters. Oleh karena itu, mereka membutuhkan resiliensi psikologis, yaitu kemampuan untuk bisa bangkit dari masalah yang dihadapi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kecerdasan emosional dapat menjadi prediktor dari resiliensi psikologis pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, sebanyak 145 orang remaja berusia 11 – 18 tahun yang tinggal di panti asuhan yang ada wilayah sekitar Jakarta dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Adaptasi skala resiliensi dari Connor dan Davidson dan skala kecerdasan emosional berdasarkan teori Salovey dan Mayer untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional digunakan di dalam penelitian ini. Kedua skala yang diadaptasi menunjukkan reliabilitas yang baik sehingga layak digunakan. Hasil analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecerdasan emosional menjadi prediktor yang signifikan terhadap resiliensi psikologis secara signifikan dan positif Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional menjadi faktor yang penting dalam peningkatan resiliensi psikologis remaja panti asuhan. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk menumbuhkan aspek-aspek yang menyusun kecerdasan emosional di dalam program pengembangan resiliensi psikologis pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan.Kata kunci : Kecerdasan emosi; Panti asuhan; Remaja; Resiliensi

Abstract

Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the role of the learning path using fairy tales in mathematics learning in the division material. This study was using design research using the learning trajectory that was developed into a Worksheet where the research was conducted in three stages, namely the initial design, the teaching experiment (pilot experiment) and retrospective analysis. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 33 Pangkalpinang. The data were collected through several things, namely by pre-test and post-test, video recording, collection of student results, interviews, and field notes. The results showed that with the context of the Tiger, Buffalo, and Elephant Fairy Tales, students could understand the concept of division. Students are more interested and motivated in solving problems related to division so that learning is more meaningful. PMRI can be used as an approach to learning angle measurement in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to improve the ability and skills of the marketing aspects of business products, especially those related to the ability and skills to make business product promotions using online media. The results of these tools will later be shared through chat applications on Social Media with Facebook, Instagram and web.whatsapp.com to improve and develop the business. So that it can expand the marketing area of ​​business products at a relatively faster and cheaper cost, even without any promotion costs at all. Implementation of PKM activities in Cikumpay Village, Kec. Campaka Kab. Purwakarta by involving 4 SMEs who are PKM Partners. The method of implementing the activity is by directly visiting the business location of each PKM partner for socialization, training, mentoring and discussion activities, as well as evaluation monitoring. The results showed that PKM Partners became skilled in promoting business products and could also promote through chat applications on social media on Facebook, Instagram and web.whatsapp.com.

Abstract

First aid is essential for accident victims that can happen anywhere, including at school. This community service activity aims to increase student's knowledge, awareness, and skills in providing first aid to accident victims (P3K), especially in schools. P3K educational activities use lectures, discussions, leaflets, and demonstrations. The training participants were 35 SMPN 5 Meurebo Peunaga Ujong, West Aceh Regency students. The material presented includes essential life support, first aid for poisoning, choking, and allergies, wound care, and evacuation of accident victims. The demonstration was presented using audio-visual media, and this community service activity was evaluated using questionnaires given at the beginning and end of the activity. The results of this service activity showed that before P3K education was given, 71% of students had insufficient knowledge, and 29% had medium knowledge. After being given P3K education and demonstration, there was an increase in knowledge; namely, 34% of students had moderate knowledge, and 66% were highly knowledgeable. P3K education for students of SMPN 5 Meurebo Peunaga Ujong, West Aceh Regency, can improve students' knowledge and skills in performing first aid. Junior high school children are expected to act as first responders for victims of accidents that occur at school.

Abstract

This people's market was built to control and increase the income of street vendors through market management. The focus of the problem in this study is how to manage the People's Market in increasing the income of traders in Tebas Kuala Village, Tebas District and how to manage the Tebas People's Market in increasing the income of traders from an Islamic economic perspective. The aim is to find out how the management of the People's Market in increasing the income of traders in Tebas Kuala Village, Tebas District and to find out how the management of the People's Market in increasing the income of traders from an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the management of the Pasar Rakyat in increasing the income of traders in terms of development economic perspective is very good in its management, both in terms of facilities, cleanliness and security. The management carried out can increase the income of traders even though there is a lot of competition but with proper management the Pasar Rakyat Tebas has advantages over several other markets

Abstract

Pola pemberian ASI pada bayi umur 0-5 bulan di Indonesia sebanyak 37,3% ASI Eklusif dan lebih dari 200.000 bayi atau 5% dari populasi bayi di Indonesia saaf itu tidak diberikan ASI sama sekali. Pencapaian pemberian ASI Aksklusif di Aceh 2022 tercatat 66,6%. Kurangnya pemberian ASI Eksklusif  disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan terkait pentingnya ASI sehingga berdampak pada ibu dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Pemberian edukasi melalui video sangat membantu pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI Eksklusif Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain pre and post test without control. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 69 orang sampel yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 06 Juni 2023 s/d 16 Juli 2023. Metode analisa data yang digunakan menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian: Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara edukasi ASI melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif. Serta hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan dengan p-value = 0,000 a= 0.05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan ibu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi video edukasi asi eksklusif yang mengarah kepada keefektifannya terhadap pengetahuan ibu di wilayah kerja uptd puskesmas krueng sabee hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai Z yaitu -6.535b dan dari nilai p-value = 0,000

Abstract

Stunting tidak hanya menjadi masalah terganggunya pertumbuhan fisik saja, namun juga menyebabkan balita mudah sakit, selain itu juga terdapat gangguan pada perkembangan otak dan kecerdasan serta terganggunya tumbuh kembang sehingga stunting menjadi ancaman besar terhadap kualitas hidup. sumber daya manusia. Perilaku KADARZI merupakan perilaku keluarga yang sadar akan gizi, dengan kata lain keluarga yang selalu mempraktikkan perilaku gizi yang dilihat dari 5 indikator yaitu: menimbang berat badan secara teratur, memberikan ASI eksklusif, mengkonsumsi makanan yang bervariasi, menggunakan garam beryodium dan mengonsumsi suplemen nutrisi sesuai anjuran.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Hasil: Hasil uji Chi-Square pada tabel menunjukkan bahwa 52 responden (32,9%) berperilaku Kardashian dengan kejadian stunting normal dan 55 (34,8%) responden tidak berperilaku Kardashian dan Chi-Square. Uji ini diperoleh nilai signifikan yaitu p-value 0,032 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti ada hubungan antara perilaku KADARZI dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Kesimpulan: Perilaku keluarga yang sadar akan gizi yang baik merupakan kunci pencegahan stunting pada balita. Penerapan lima indikator keluarga sadar gizi antara lain menimbang berat badan secara teratur, memberikan ASI eksklusif, mengonsumsi makanan yang bervariasi, menggunakan garam beryodium, dan anjuran asupan suplemen gizi dapat mengurangi hambatan pertumbuhan pada bayi dan mengatasi masalah stunting pada balita.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTerak Village, located in Simpang Katis District, Central Bangka Regency, has significant natural potential, including waterfall tourist attractions and hilly areas, but faces serious challenges in the field of education. Based on available data, there are 13 village residents who are still illiterate and the school dropout rate is high, caused by internal factors such as low interest in learning, economic problems, and limited educational accessibility. The aim of this service is to overcome this problem through community empowerment in eradicating illiteracy and developing non-formal education in Terak Village. The methods used in this service include holding inspirational talk shows to strengthen educational motivation, as well as literacy training and non-formal education for children and the local community. It is hoped that through this activity, village communities, especially children, can gain a better understanding of the importance of education and can continue their education through the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). The expected results of this service are increased educational participation and a reduction in illiteracy and school dropout rates in Terak Village.Keywords: community empowerment, illiteracy, non-formal education, educational motivation, Terak VillageABSTRAKDesa Terak terletak di Kecamatan Simpang Katis, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, memiliki potensi alam yang signifikan, termasuk objek wisata air terjun dan kawasan perbukitan. Namun, dalam bidang pendidikan, terdapat masyarakat yang masih buta aksara yang disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor internal seperti rendahnya minat belajar dan masalah ekonomi pada umumnya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengentaskan buta aksara dan mengembangkan pendidikan non-formal di Desa Terak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi penyelenggaraan talk show inspiratif untuk penguatan motivasi pendidikan, serta pelatihan buta aksara dan pendidikan non-formal bagi masyarakat setempat. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat desa, khususnya anak-anak, dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya pendidikan dan memberantas buta aksara. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan partisipasi pendidikan dan penurunan angka buta aksara di Desa Terak.
