Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on the managerial head of the Aliyah Imam Muslim madrasah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses qualitative methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation and member crosscheck. The results showed that the management of education financing at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai Regency has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely the upward hierarchical pattern to the Chairman of the Foundation. In improving the quality of education, the principal is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft budget for school financing is given to the Head of the Foundation, the head of madrasah also has the task of how to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs by coordinating every activity with peers in order to realize the quality of education through education financing management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the various learning strategies applied by the lecturers of the Prodi PAI STAI Sumatra Medan Study Program online learning, (2) the obstacles faced by the lecturer in implementing these learning strategies. The method used for this research is a qualitative method based on descriptive studies. With the number of respondents as many as 9 people, in this case, specifically in the Prodi PAI. The research results (1) Some of these learning strategies include assignment-based learning strategies, project-based learning strategies, literacy-based learning strategies, online discussions. However, from its application there are several obstacles, namely as follows: network and internet package constraints, difficulties in implementing learning steps, difficulties in guiding the implementation of learning with the strategies applied.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the skill of Islamic education student in developing learning and innovation skills of student through a scientific approach. This study used a qualitative method based on descriptive analytic. The subjects of this research were 20 Islamic education students of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University and North Sumatera State Islamic University who were carrying out practice of teaching in school. The subjects were chosen based on the the purpose of this study, thus the subjects were only students who used a scientific approach. Data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and study documentation. The study was conducted in July to October 2019. The results of this study showed that the ability of Islamic education students to observing aspects 80.63%, questioning aspects 75%, information gathering aspects (experimenting) 65%, reasoning/ associating aspects 78%, and communicating (comunicating) aspects 51.67% . Furthermore, in the average, the overall learning activity was carried out by islamic education teacher prospective students in developing learning and innovation skills with a scientific approach of 70.06% was achieved in a good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, (1) model-model permainan AUD di rumah selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di TK Aisyiah Medan, (2) Hambatan yang dialami oleh guru dalam menerapkan kegiatan bermain AUD di rumah selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kesemua teknik pengumpulan data tersebut dilakukan secara online. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model permainan untuk pengembangan aspek Bahasa di antaranya ialah bercerita pengalaman, dan bernyanyi individu. Model permainan untuk pengembangan aspek sosio emosional ialah permainan tebak raut wajah dan permainan saling berpasangan. Model permainan untuk pengembangan aspek motorik anak ialah permainan engklek dan lompat garis. (2) Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi ialah: hambatan jaringan internet yang membuat akses pembelajaran menjadi terganggu, kurangnya antusias orang tua dalam pembelajaran daring, timbulnya sikap jenuh pada diri anak, kesulitan dalam menilai hasil kegiatan bermain.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2010, pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional mencanangkan penerapan pendidikan karakter bagi semua tingkat pendidikan, baik sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi.Program ini dicanangkan bukan tanpa alasan. Sebab, selama ini dunia pendidikan dinilai kurang berhasil dalam mengantarkan generasi bangsa menjadi pribadi-pribadi  berkarakter dan  bermartabat. Disebabkan demoralisasi dan dekandensi moral bangsa yang sudah terpuruk salah satu penyebab munculnya pendidikan karakter. Yahya Kan menjelaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter adalah proses pembelajaran dengan membiasakan anak untuk berpikir dan berprilaku dan membantu individu untuk hidup dan bekerja sama sebagai keluarga, masyarakat an bangsa, serta  membantu orang lain utuk membuat keputusan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Ada beberapa model-model Penerapan Pendidikan Karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 1) Model sebagai mata pelajaran tersendiri (monolitik), 2).Model terintegrasi dalam semua bidang studi, 3).Model di luar pengajaran, 4). Model gabungan. Kemudian berkenaan dengan implementasi pendidikan karakter dapat dilakukan melalui  implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Terintegrasi, antara lain:1) Pengintegrasian dalam program pengembangan diri antara lain terintegrasi pada kegiatan rutin disekolah, terintegrasi pada kegiatan spontan, terintegrasi pada keteladanan, dan terintegrasi pada pengkondisian. 2). Pengintegrasian Pada Mata Pelajaran. 3). Pengintegrasian Dalam Budaya Sekolah.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is sustainable until the Day of Resurrection, as well as learning the Qur'an must be endeavored to sustainably be given to mankind regardless of the circumstances, including the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This paper aims to analyze the learning of the Qur'an in the Covid-19 era in Kutacane, Aceh Tenggara. The formulation of this study focuses on discussing how the learning method of the Qur'an in the Covid-19 era in Kutacane, Southeast Aceh, the objectives of learning the Koran are still prioritized in the Covid-19 era and the learning objectives of the Qur'an are given to anyone. . For this reason, data collection was carried out qualitatively by using the field study method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the method of learning al-Qur'an is carried out using the halaqah system and learning at the home of a teacher; (2) the purpose of this lesson is that the children will love the Qur'an since childhood and bring the Qur'an to life in the Covid-19 era; and (3) learning targets are given to primary age children in Darussalam Village, Kutacane Aceh Tenggara.

Abstract

Pembelajaran taḥfīẓ online di masa Covid-19 mempunyai masalah dari sebagian aspek penerapannya, di antaranya kurangnya minat orangtua dalam membimbing anaknya untuk mengikuti program taḥfīẓ online, dan model pembinaan menghafal yang kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model pembelajaran taḥfīẓ yang dilaksanakan secara online, faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIS Ubudiyah Medan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program taḥfīẓ di MIS Ubudiyah Medan menggunakan metode waḥdah, kitābah, simā’i, gabungan atau metode jama’. Model Pembelajaran taḥfīẓ Qur’an yang dilakukan secara online yakni model ḥalāqah, bimbingan, pembiasaan, reward dan punishment. Kompetensi pendidik yang memadai dari segi pengajaran dan penggunaan teknologi, dan fasilitas bantuan paket internet yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah menjadi faktor pendukung pembelajaran ini. Walaupun kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar, keterbatasan jaringan internet menjadi faktor penghambat pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan di tengah mewabahnya penyebaran virus Covid-19.

Abstract

Assessments are often unable to assess what is really meant to be graded, even it seems that it is just giving a score. In fact, a real assessment is needed according to the results shown by students. This study aims to analyze the planning and implementation of authentic assessments as well as the obstacles faced in Islamic religious learning at SMP Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar. The study used a qualitative descriptive study, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the planning of authentic assessment is done by first compiling an instrument based on the learning objectives that have been set, but in this case the teacher only modifies the instrument that has been approved by the curriculum development team of the city education office. Implementation is carried out by applying performance learning such as fardhu kifyah practice, ability tests in the form of non-tests, or observation sheets. Some of the obstacles faced by the large number of students who want to be assessed, personal value bias, difficulty in scoring management. The point is that authentic assessment is in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic education learning which does require performance-based or practice-based assessments.

Abstract

The SKS in secondary schools is interesting innovation to research. This study aims to determine: 1) the application 2) significance for acceleration, and 3) supporting and inhibiting. This research conducted at MAN 1 Medan. The research method is qualitative with descriptive study model, the results is MAN 1 Medan applies SKS-B type where the principles: 1) gradually, 2) mapping student ability, 3) comprehensive assessment 4) use UKBM, 5) use 2013 Curriculum, 6) the teacher as facilitator, 7) students required take 6 semesters (51 JP /semester) with study period maximum 4 years, 8) provide PA. It’s found that the significance of acceleration student learning is still not visible even though the system allows it, the supporting factors: easy administration of preparation, good teacher response, parental cooperation and adequate facilities. While the obstacles: schools are still adjusting, online learning constraints and they still looking for the best pattern in implementing this SKS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model-model penerapan E-Learning, Kebijakan E-Learning di Indonesia, dan problematikanya. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi Pustaka. Adapun hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa model E-Learning jika ditinjau dari jenis pembelajaran terdiri dari Learner-Led E-Learning, Instructor-Led E-Learning, Facilitated E-Learning, Embedded E-Learning, Telementoring dan E-Coaching. Berdasarkan bentuk pembelajarannya model E-learning terdiri dari Pembelajaran Online, Pertemuan Online, Sumber Belajar Online, Penilaian Online. Prinsip kebijakan pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah mengutamakan kesehatan dan keselamatan peserta didik, pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, keluarga, dan masyarakat secara umum, serta mempertimbangkan tumbuh kembang peserta didik dan kondisi psikososial dalam upaya pemenuhan layanan pendidikan selama pandemi Covid-19.
